This study examines the effect of inventory levels on economic rentability at PT Sepatu Bata Tbk. Referring to two variables, namely economic rentability as the dependent variable / dependent variable (x) and inventory level as independent variables / independent variables (y). The purpose of this research is to find out whether or not there is a positive and significant influence between inventory level rotation, economic profitability at PT Sepatu Bata Tbk, and to find out how much influence the inventory level has on economic rentability. The research method used in carrying out this research is an associative research method which aims to determine the influence of the two variables studied. This study uses simple linear regression data analysis techniques, while for the hypothesis test statistical tests are carried out with the T test. For the regression equation obtained is Y = 18.72 - 0.23X. This study concludes that the inventory does not significantly influence the economic rentability of PT Sepatu Bata Tbk. These results can be seen from tcount of -1.585 and ttable of 2.015, which means that tcount is smaller than ttable. While the influence of inventory variables on economic rentability is 33.4% while the remaining 66.6% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. Keywords: Inventory, economic rentability, profitability.

The automotive industry is one of the mainstay sectors whose development continues to be prioritized. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style on the performance of the employees of PT. Prima Components Indonesia BSD-Tangerang. The research method uses quantitative, saturated sampling, which means that the entire population is sampled as many as 45 respondents. Statistical tests use simple linear regression equations, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests, and significance tests. The results of the study found that there was an influence of leadership style on the performance of employees of the PPIC Division of the Department of PT. Prima Components Indonesia BSD-Tangerang, based on the results of data analysis shows that from the correlation of 0.619 it can be concluded that there is a strong influence between leadership style on the employee performance of the PPIC Division of the Department of PT. Prima Components Indonesia BSD-Tangerang, The results of the coefficient of the determination indicate that the leadership style contributes 38.3% to employee performance, the remaining 61.7% is influenced by other variables. Simple linear regression equation Y = 1.454 + 0.629X In the hypothesis test tcount 5.163> ttable 1.68 then Ho is rejected H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between leadership style on employee performance at the PPIC Department of PT. Prima Components Indonesia BSD-Tangerang.

Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhamadiyah MalangABSTRACTThis study aimed to describe and explain the influence of leader member exchange toorganizational commitment of employees at PT Midian Karya Pasuruan. Data Analysis uses RangeScale and Simple Linear Regression. The results reveal that the Leader Member Exchange (LMX)show very strong and high in Organizational Commitment. Based on statistical tests and empiricalconditions in the company is known that the leader member exchange is one of the factors thatdetermine the commitment of the organization and the organizational commitment of employees.Furthermore, the t test support that the leader member exchange have a significant influence onorganizational commitment. Based on this research, the suggestion is that refers to the responses ofrespondents on the quality of LMX is high, thereby managing the proximity relationship between theboss-subordinate can be done in several ways, the boss can do personal identification on eachemployee. It can be more flexible to subordinates so that subordinates can meet with employers tomore easy exchange ideas. <p>The purpose of this research is for to know and test whether there is influence of discipline and compensation of employees on work productivity PT. Garuda Milky Artha in Surabaya.</p><p>The research method used, i.e. a quantitative approach and sampling Techniques using sample random sampling. Data collection techniques used is questionnaire. While its data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression tests.</p>The results of data analysis in this study is there is a significant influence on the value of discipline and compensation against work productivity with significance value of discipline and the value of 0.05 &lt; 0,011 significance compensation amounting to 0.028 &lt; 0.05. This shows that the two variables are declared Ho denied. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the value of discipline and compensation against work productivity at PT. Garuda Milky Artha in Surabaya.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of products and prices partially and simultaneously on the decision to save at the Cempaka Mitra Nagari Rural Bank Simpang Haru. The research method used is quantitative. Data analysis techniques used are classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and detemination coefficient. From the t test, the product does not affect the decision to save at PT. BPR Cempaka Mitra Nagari intersection and promotion have a positive and significant influence on the decision to save at PT. BPR Cempaka Mitra Nagari intersection. PT. BPR Cempaka Mitra Nagari intersection should try to improve Savings products. Savings products can be further enhanced by simplifying the requirements for opening and closing savings, increasing the ease of transactions. Increased promotion can be done by increasing the intensity of advertising in various media more intensively, adding a variety of publicity, attitudes of employees in serving customers are also improved and provide gifts that are beneficial for customers such as fans and irons, umbrellas and smartphones or tablets.

This study aims to determine the effect of workability and workload on the effectiveness of employee work in the East Cempaka Putih Village, Central Jakarta. This research method uses survey techniques with quantitative and correlational approaches with a sampling technique of 32 respondents. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling and data analysis techniques to use multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research that has been done shows that the ability of workers to the effectiveness of employee work in the East Cempaka Putih Village, Central Jakarta has a positive, strong and significant effect, this means that the effectiveness of employee work is determined by workability. Workload variable on the effectiveness of employee work in the East Cempaka Putih Village, Central Jakarta has a positive, moderate and significant influence, this means that the effectiveness of employee work is determined by the workload. Variable workability and workload together on employee work effectiveness in East Cempaka Putih Village, Central Jakarta has a positive, strong, and significant influence. This means that together the effectiveness of employee work is determined by workability and workload.

Tourism has been an icon of countless regions in Indonesia since the founding of "Visit to Indonesia" in 2009 by the Government. All efforts were made by stakeholders (Government, managers of tourism destination, hotels and surrounding communities) in order to increase the visit of local tourist (Wiscal), archipelagic tourist (Wisnu) and foreign tourists (Wisman), one of the method is by implementing Saptapesona. The goal of this research is to distinguish the influence of reception of society of Sidoarjo toward marine ecotourism development through the implementation of Saptapesona. The type of this study is quantitative with data acquisition technique through observation and questionnaire, distributed to tourism managers, village and district government staff, and tourists in three different locations namely Sedati, Candi, and Jabon respectively for about 144 respondents. The data analysis was using simple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant influence of community receptions on the development of marine ecotourism.

This research aims to analyze the influence of intellectual intelligence and interest in learning on student achievement in SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. This research method uses explanatory survey method. The number of respondents are 51 students from grade X of Office Administration skill program at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Data analysis techniques use multiple regression and product moment correlation. The results of this research showed that intellectual intelligence and interest in learning have a positive and significant influence on student achievement.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual dan minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory survey. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 51 siswa kelas X program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. This study aims to find out to what extent of the percentage analysis of the level of students’ happiness in their life processes. The research method used is descriptive quantitative and inferential research. The population of this study were all students of the department of Christian religious education IAKN Tarutung which were 566 students. The sample in the study was 86 people who were randomly assigned. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire with four options. Data analysis techniques using the t-test. Based on the analysis it is known that the level of student happiness is 78.45% in the good category. From the results of the hypothesis test that the t-test = 13.251 and the table is 1.684, where t-count t-table is 13.2511.684. Thus it can be concluded that the analysis of the happiness level of department PAK IAKN Tarutung students in 2019 in their life processes is ≥ 75% of what was expected.BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar persentase analisis tingkat kebahagiaan mahasiswa dalam proses kehidupannya. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dan inferensial. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Jurusan PAK IAKN Tarutung sebanyak 566 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian 86 orang yang ditetapkan secara acak. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa angket tertutup dengan empat option. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa tingkat kebahagiaan mahasiswa adalah 78,45 % berada dalam kategori baik; Dari hasil uji hipotesa bahwa uji thitung = 13,251 dan ttabel yaitu 1,684, dimana thitung ttabel yaitu 13,2511,684. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis tingkat kebahagiaan mahasiswa Jurusan PAK IAKN Tarutung Tahun 2019 dalam proses kehidupannya adalah ≥ 75 % dari yang diharapkan.Keywords: Happiness; student college; Christian education

This study is to study the effect of internal control and individual morality on fraudulent transportation orders based online at PT. Go-Jek, City of Padang. This research is quantitative research with primary data from questionnaires and using a Likert scale. The population of this research is a car and motorcycle driver, PT. Go-Jek in Padang City. This study aims to examine and analyze the simultaneous effect of service quality on student satisfaction, test and analyze the partial effect of service quality on student satisfaction, test and analyze variables that have a dominant influence on student satisfaction. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis which is used to determine how much influence the independent (independent) variables, namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy on the dependent variable is student satisfaction. Research site is at STES Ihya 'Ulumiddin Banyuwangi. The study took a sample of 39 people. While the results of this study can be drawn as follows, the variables Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty simultaneously affect student satisfaction. The partial test of the Reliability variable, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty is positive, but the Tangible variable is negative. Reliability variables are variables that have a dominant and significant influence on student satisfaction.
