Dari tiga jenis produk teknologi yang dianalisis, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa urutan prioritasnya adalah sterilizer model vertikal dengan tingkat prioritas 0,366, kemudian diikuti dengan model horisontal (0,335) dan model kontinyu (0,299).Kata Kunci: penentuan prioritas, sterilizer, pabrik kelapa sawit, metode AHPAbstractIn Indonesia, the increasing area of palm oil plantation has been followed by the increasing number of palm oil mills from 205 units in 1998 to 695 units in 2012. The palm oil mill technology has also been developed, and one of them is fresh bunch sterilizer. The technology of sterilizer changed from horizontal to vertical, and the system improved from batch to continuous. This study analyze the determination of priority in selecting sterilizer technology by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The advantages of AHP method are easy to understand and useful for decomposing a complex problems into a simple hierarchy of decision problem. According to the evaluation of three alternatives by using AHP, it shows that the priority order of the sterilizer models is respectively vertical, horizontal, and continuous with overall weight 0.366, 0.335, and 0.299 respectively. Keywords : priority determination, sterilizer, palm oil mills, AHP

The results of potential survey by IUCN and LPSPL Sorong showed the abundance value of napoleon fish (Cheilinus undulatus) in Raja Ampat Regency was low category. Nonetheless, the fisher quota for its utilization because it is one of the main sources of livelihood. In order to leave a livable world to future generations, the elimination of environmental pollution, which is one of the important dimensions of sustainability, increases its importance every day. Undoubtedly, among the factors that cause environmental pollution, the role of ships is quite high. The seas are also polluted by the routine operation of ships as well as marine accidents. Pollution arising from the routine operations of ships is caused by the discharge of pollutants such as ballast water, bilge water, sludge or garbage into the sea. In addition, emissions from ships and oil and fuel pollution caused by the routine operation of ships also play an important role in environmental pollution. In this study, the phenomena resulting from the routine operations of ships and causing environmental pollution were examined using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, which is one of the multi-criteria decision-making methods, and the perceptions of ship operators towards environmental pollution were tried to be determined.

Throughout history, humankind has been constantly traveling for various reasons. Highway transportation is often preferred for these trips. However, traveling by highway is a tiring and time-consuming form of transportation and it is relatively more difficult and complicated compared to other transportation alternatives (seaway and airline transportations). Because people who travel should rest at regular intervals to meet their physical or physiological needs. Rest areas are critical places to meet such needs while traveling. However, people encounter many different resting places along the travel itinerary. The fact that there are many places that can be used to meet their needs, confronts consumers with the decision problem. In this study, it was aimed to determine the factors affecting the preferences of consumers among the many resting places encountered and the importance levels of these factors on the resting place preference. The data were evaluated by using the widely used Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method of decision theory and it was determined that the most important factor affecting consumer choice was the “services” provided at the resting area.

This thesis describes the application of the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP) approach and Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) analysis in submarine selection. Submarines as Main Defenses System which are highly strategic in their procurement are directed at realizing a deterrence strategy and a strategy of balancing with state actors that have the potential to threaten the sovereignty of the Indonesian state. Apart from threats, the procurement of submarines also considers Indonesia's geographic constellation and the government's wishes, such as the interest of the minister of defense during working visits to countries that offer their submarines. The first step in procurement is to make an analysis in terms of selecting submarine alternatives, both analysis of information and identification of various important and interrelated requirements regarding data from submarine alternatives that will be selected later. Uncertainty from the government is a fuzzy'nes decision, so this condition can be resolved with the Fuzzy AHP approach and strengthened by BCR analysis, so that the results can provide a higher contribution. The results obtained from the Fuzzy AHP method are the priority order of selecting alternative submarines, namely Y-Class (0.398), W-Class (0.220), X-Class (0.191) and Z-Class (0.191). Where the results of the importance of the main criteria are sequential starting from the Strategic Requirement (Strareq) criteria of 0.409, Operation Requirement (Opsreq) of 0.318 and Technical Requirement (Techreq) of 0.273. Meanwhile, based on the BCR analysis, the Y-Class submarine was also selected with a BCR value of 1.512232936.   Keywords: Fuzzy AHP method, BCR Analysis, Submarine Selection.

[Title: The Determination of The scale Priorities for Handling in Kudus Use Analytical Hierarchy Process Method]. The implementation of the road handling in Kudus, in fact is found many imbalances packets roads handling jobs like many roads yet had a good handling maintenance and enhancement. So far in setting priorities scale was based on an assessment of the availability of the budget and the value of the financial benefits. The purpose of this study is to obtain an assessment of the priority order in Kudus appropriately involving related parties. This study used AHP with 5 (five) criteria that were used to determine the priority of the road, which is damage to roads, mobility, traffic volume, accessibility, and regional development. Based on AHP analysis, we can found the level of importance weight of each criterion for determining priority road handling. The results showed that the damage criteria to obtain the highest weight, i.e. 45.06% and 20.62% mobility criteria, the criteria of traffic volume 14.53%, 12.78% level of accessibility criteria, and the criteria for regional development 7.01%. Therefore, we need criteria as a benchmark to determine the priority of the road so that the budget allocation is well targeted. The suggestion of this research in deciding the priority of roads handling in Kudus should consider some criteria as the basic priorities for the handling of the road.
