Abstract-This trade activity by utilizing internet media is known as electronic commerce, or abbreviated as e-commerce. Regarding the relevance of existing legislation with the need for regulations in buying and selling transactions through internet media, especially the seller's responsibility. The formulation of the problem in this writing is how the legal protection for the parties in the sale and purchase agreement through the internet media and how the seller's responsibility in the sale and purchase agreement based on article 1320 of the Civil Code. The author uses the type of normative legal research and the problem approach used is the basis of the conceptual approach and legislation. The agreement needed to give birth to an agreement mandated in Article 1320 of the Civil Code is considered to have been reached if the statement of one party was received by the other party. In summary, an agreement is considered to have taken place when one of the parties agreed. The government should provide more stringent supervision for the parties who carry out this electronic transaction, namely by conducting a registration of all activities involving public interest in electronic traffic. Keywords: Sale and Purchase Agreement, Seller responsibilities, e-commerce Abstrak-Kegiatan yang menggunakan elektronik komersil sudah digandrungi beberapa orang dengan penggunaan yang semakin meningkat dengan pesat setiap tahunnya atau disingkat e-commerce. Berkaitan dengan relevansi peraturan perundang–undangan yang sudah ada dengan kebutuhan akan peraturan dalam transaksi jual beli melalui media internet terutama pertanggungjawaban penjual. Rumusan masalah dalam penulisan ini adalah bagaimana perlindungan hukum bagi para pihak dalam perjanjian jual beli melalui media internet dan Bagaimana tanggung jawab penjual dalam perjanjian jual beli barang berdasarkan pasal 1320 KUH Perdata. Penulis menggunakan tipe penelitian hukum normative dan pendekatan masalah yang digunakan adalah dasar pendekatan konseptual dan Peraturan perundang-undangan. Persetujuan antara kedua orang yang menjalin suatu hubungan keperdataan di anggap telah sah apabila keduanya setuju. Ringkasnya, suatu perjanjian dianggap telah terjadi pada saat salah satu pihak menyatakan sepakat. Pemerintah seyogyanya memberikan pengawasan yang lebih ketat lagi bagi para pihak yang melakukan transaksi elektronik ini yaitu dengan jalan melakukan suatu pendaftaran terhadap segala kegiatan yang menyangkut kepentingan umum didalam lalu lintas elektronik. E-commerce transaction as a trade transaction contract between sellers and buyers using the internet media provide convenience for both consumers and businesses, but these transactions also have some weaknesses that can lead to legal problems. This research discusses issues regarding the validity of the agreement related to e-commerce transactions and the law enforcement efforts in resolving e-commerce transaction disputes. This research uses a normative research method with a statute and conceptual approach. The collection of legal materials is carried out using the literature study method which is then systematically compiled and analyzed using the described method. The validity of the agreement is related to e-commerce transactions if it meets Article 1320 of the Civil Code, including the agreement of those who bound themselves, the ability to make an agreement, the existence of a certain matter, and the existence of a halal cause. Law enforcement efforts in resolving e-commerce transaction disputes are carried out preventively through legislation and repressive measures through litigation and non-litigation channels such as through arbitration, consultation, mediation, conciliation, or expert judgment. In addition, it can also be resolved through BPSK, LPKSM, and the Directorate of Consumer Protection.

Development of information technology through legal infrastructure and its regulation so that the use of Information Technology is carried out safely to prevent its misuse by taking into account the religious and socio-cultural values of the Indonesian people. . The research method uses normative legal research and problem approaches using statutory and conceptual approaches. The results of the study show that consumer legal protection in online Electronic Commerce business transactions is regulated through online sale and purchase agreements based on conventional formal and material terms accompanied by buying and selling transactions carried out electronically through computer media. Settlement of disputes in e-commerce business transactions via online, is carried out both non-litigation and litigation. The suggestion is to the Government, it is hoped that participation in solving problems is very important, if a case like this occurs between different countries, then the settlement of this problem must be determined which legal rules will be used to solve it. The purpose of this study is to determine legal protection for consumers in electronic commerce business transactions through online, and how to resolve disputes that occur in electronic commerce business transaction agreements through online

Indonesia is a maritime country surrounded by a sea that is rich in natural resources, therefore a unified system is needed to maintain security and also to allocate all energy sources offered by the sea so that it can be managed appropriately. The management of water safety and security in Indonesia is regulated in Law Number 17 of 2008 concerning Shipping. In this research, there are two main problems that will be examined, namely first about the management arrangements for safety and security requirements in Indonesian maritime territory and second What is the authority of the local government in developing the safety and security requirements of shipping in Indonesian maritime territory. This research is a normative legal research, using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The result of this research is the management of shipping coaching is carried out by the government. The form of guidance carried out by the government is in the form of supervision, control and regulation. Legal protection for the administration of regional autonomy is in line with the provisions of Law Number 23 o/2014 which involves regional governments and carries out legal protection for various government affairs in the context of community service and natural resource management.

Children are the next generation of the nation's future ideals asset as human resources for future national development, but today there are so many children who got violence in their lives. This research aims to analyzes the responsibilities of the government and contribution of Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak related to the provision of protection against acts of violence. this research is normative legal research by conducting a study of rules, doctrines, and also legal principles. Secondary data collection was carried out using the library study method with various legal materials analyzed descriptively by the method of the statute and conceptual approach. This research shows that the government has provided legal protection for rights related to violence in the form of legal products in the form of Undang-Undang No.39 Tahun 1999 tentang Hak Asasi Manusia and Undang-Undang No 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak. In addition to through legal products, the government also provides protection to children through the Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia land Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia Daerah and Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak as a service center that empowers women and children in various fields such as development, providing protection for women and children against various forms of discrimination, trafficking in persons, and acts of violence. Anak merupakan generasi muda penerus cita-cita perjuangan bangsa sekaligus modal sumber daya manusia bagi pembangunan nasional ke depannya, Namun dewasa ini terjadi begitu banyak anak yang mengalami tindak kekerasan dalam kehidupannya. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tanggung jawab pemerintah dan kontribusi Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak terkait dengan pemberian perlindungan terhadap tindak kekerasan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode hukum normatif dengan melakukan kajian terhadap aturan, doktrin dan juga prinsip hukum. Pengumpulan data sekunder dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan berbagai bahan hukum yang dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan metode pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan dan konseptual.  Tulisan ini menunjukkan, Pemerintah telah memberikan perlindungan hukum terkait dengan tindak kekerasan dalam bentuk produk hukum berupa Undang-UndanglNo.39ltahunl1999 tentang Hak Asasi Manusia dan Undang-UndangMNoM35 TahunN2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak. Selain melalui produk hukum, pemerintah juga memberikan perlindungan kepada anak melalui Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia dan Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia Daerah serta Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak sebagai pusat pelayanan yang melakukan pemberdayaan terhadap perempuan dan anak dalam berbagai bidang seperti pembangunan, pemberian perlindungan bagi perempuan dan anak terhadap berbagai bentuk diskriminasi, perdagangan orang, dan tindak kekerasan.

Increasing economic demands shape the situation of a child having to work to help his parents to support his family's economy. Therefore, it is necessary to provide legal protection for child labor. Legal protection for child labor is an important instrument that must be considered by the government; considering that the guarantee of legal protection is a moral responsibility for the government to fulfill the welfare and justice of child workers. This type of research is legal research. This legal research uses a statute approach and conceptual approach. The legal materials used in this legal research are primary and secondary legal materials. The results of this study state that legal protection for child labor is based on various laws and regulations. The welfare of child workers will be obtained when the rights of child workers as stated in various laws and regulations are fulfilled and guaranteed by the company.  Prosperity in this study does not only have material meaning, but includes non-material aspects; as well as continuing to provide flexibility for children to continue to develop their capacity. Furthermore, regarding justice, child workers should also be given legal protection; considering that children are human beings who have human rights. Tackling the problem of child labor can be done using three efforts; namely preventive efforts, curative efforts, and repressive measures. On the other hand, an integrated planning is needed to deal with the problem of child labor. This sustainable planning is carried out to fulfill various fundamental rights of child labor. AbstractPornography has become a material for sale and purchase transactions. Pornographic transactions on the internet have many processes , so that there are many laws and regulations that can be applied. This creates legal uncertainty. The formulation of the problem in this research is the qualification of criminal acts related to pornography selling and buying transactions on the internet media and the accountability of criminals in selling and buying pornography on the internet media. The research method used is legal research through a conceptual approach and a statutory approach to assess existing legal problems. The results of this study show that the sale and purchase of pornography via the internet can be applied to the ITE and pornography laws. Hal ini membuat ketidak pastian hukum. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualifikasi tindak pidana terkait transaksi jualbeli pornografi di media internet dan pertanggungjawaban pelaku tindak pidana dalam transaksi jualbeli pornografi di media internet. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah legal research dengan melalui pendekatan konseptual dan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan untuk mengkaji permasalahan hukum yang ada. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut diketahui bahwa transaksi jualbeli pornografi melalui internet dapat diterapkan Undang-Undang ITE dan Pornografi. kemudian pertanggungjawabannya tergantung dari pembuktian dalam proses pembuktian di dalam persidangan apakah bentuk dari pornografi tersebut.Kata Kunci: Pertanggungjawaban Pidana; Transaksi; Jual Beli, Pornografi; Internet.

One of the misuse of the internet is the libel that someone doesagainst the other party Things or circumstances communicated or published through the internetcan be said to be defamatory or defamatory if things or circumstances that are not true for thevictim, whether it is damaging the reputation or that bring material losses for the victims.Publication or communication about the other person may be defamatory or defamatory, whetherdone with explicit words or writings or with a hidden form but containing connotations damagethe reputation of a person or a Company. The Government of Indonesia has established andenacted legal rules governing Information and Electronic Transactions in a form of legislation,namely Law no. 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions, as a form of providinglegal protection for victims in criminal defamation. This study aims to examine and know aboutthe form of criminal defamation through the internet media viewed from the perspective of lawand to know the regulatory system against criminal defamation through the internet media interms of legal aspects. This study uses the normative juridical method, which is the approachdone by examining the legislation relevant to the problem under study or looking from thenormative legal aspects. The Fiduciary Act should provide legal protection of the parties and legal certainty, but on the other hand there are still some weaknesses of the Fiduciary Act. This paper analyzes the weaknesses of Act Number 42 Year 1999 on Fiduciary and the need for revising the Act. The type of research is a normative legal research or library which includes a study of the principles of law and the systematics of law. The research uses the statute approach and the conceptual approach. Based on the analysis it can be concludde that it requires to revise the Fiduciary Act. Legislators should produce the law not only ensuring the legal certainty but they also can provide the law presenting justice and prosperity for the people. Revision of the Fiduciary Act is expected to provide maximum protection to the people who use the fiduciary as a guarantee agency; so that the justice will be obtained by the people to create a conducive atmosphere in the economy to increase the prosperity for them.

The  Bali Province Regulation No. 3 2001 Article 10 paragraph (1)  stated that village income is one of the other legitimate income. In the article there is uncertainty in the meaning of Article 10 paragraph (1) letter e, because in the explanation clause there is no further explanation about “other legitimate income”. Traditional villages use natural resources in their area such as tourist areas as village income. In the Presidential Regulation No. 87 of 2016 about the Illegal Levy Eradication Task Force, the levies carried out by Pakraman village against retribution to tourist areas are categorized as illegal levies by the task force teams as happened at the sunrise beach. This study aims to understand and explore the legal protection within the levies carried out on tourism objects and the urgency of the legal protection for Pakraman village to collect retribution from tourist attractions in the area of ??Pakraman village or adat village. This study used normative legal research methods. The results of this study are based on Act No. 28 of 2009 concerning Regional Taxes and Regional Retributions, stated that for tourist area entrance fees are regulated in Article 127 (i), which should be managed by the regional government, because it is a statutory mandate.. For example 2 tourist attractions, Tanah Lot in Tabanan and Taman Ayun in Badung. This management model is needed by the government and Pakraman village to avoid indications of extortion. The urgency of the legal regulation here is very much needed by Adat village. Dalam Perda Provinsi Bali No 3 2001 Pasal 10 ayat (1) telah disebutkan bahwa pendapatan desa salah satunya adalah pendapatan lainnya yang sah. Dalam pasal tersebut  terjadi ketidakjelasan makna dalam Pasal 10 ayat (1) huruf e, karena dilihat dalam penjelasannya tidak ada penjelasan lebih lanjut dengan apa yang dinamakan pendapatan lain yang sah. Desa adat memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang ada di daerahnya seperti kawasan wisata sebagai pendapatan desa. Dalam Peraturan presiden No 87 tahun 2016 tentang Satuan Tugas Sapu Bersih Dan Pungutan Liar, pungutan yang dilakukan oleh desa Pakraman terhadap retribusi masuk kawasan wisata dikategorikan sebagai pungutan liar oleh tim saber pungli seperti yang terjadi di pantai matahari terbit.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan mendalami payung hukum dalam pungutan yang dilakukan pada obyek pariwisata dan urgensi dari payung hukum bagi desa Pakraman untuk melakukan pemungutan retribusi masuk kawasan obyek wisata yang ada di kawasan desa Pakraman atau desa adat. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dilihat dari Undang - Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2009 tentang Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah bahwa untuk pungutan masuk kawasan wisata sudah diatur dalam Pasal 127 huruf i, yang seharusnya dikelola oleh pemerintah daerah karena merupakan mandat peraturan perundang- undangan. Mengambil contoh 2 tempat wisata yaitu Tanah Lot yang ada di Kabupaten Tabanan dan Taman Ayun yang berada di wilayah Kabupaten Badung. Model pengelolaan seperti ini lah yang diperlukan oleh pemerintah dan desa Pakraman untuk menghindari indikasi Pungli. Urgensi payung hukum disini sangat diperlukan oleh desa adat.

The insolvent Debtor (PT Dwimas Andalan Bali) filed for insolvency by the Creditors (PT. Karsa Industama Mandiri) did not use his rights to submit a Delay for Debt Payment Obligations (DDPO) due to creditors have been in default and there has been an allegation of fraud in the insolvency proceedings becomes a phenomenon in the world of tourism business in Indonesia. In fact that the Debtor filed for insolvency has executed reconciliation with the other creditors, however there was no reconciliation with PT. Karsa Industama Mandiri. Therefore, the debtor has lost his opportunity to prevent insolvency through the Agency of Delay for Debt Payment Obligations (DDPO). Thus, the problems of this thesis are: what are the efforts of DDPO in insolvency mechanism? And how is the legal protection for debtor in insolvency proceedings. This research applied normative legal research method with the historical approach, legislative approach, and conceptual approach. Furthermore, the source of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials were analyzed through the measures of description, interpretation, systematization, evaluation and argumentation. The results of the research showed that the debtor (PT Dwimas Andalan Bali) as the Respondent of Insolvency has filed rebuttal that the Applicant of Insolvency has committed defaults by applying the doctrine of excptio non adimpleti cordractus and the Applicant of Insolvency (PT Industama Karsa Mandiri) was alleged of committing frauds and forgery. Therefore the insolvent debtor who should filed for insolvency to DDPO did not execute it, instead he executed reconciliation with the other creditors unless the Applicant of Insolvency. In this case, the DDPO Agency was not meaningful to the debtor and the Debtor of Insolvency reported the Applicant of Insolvency to the Regional Police of Bali. Related to the legal protection of debtor under the Law of Insolvency and DDPO No. 37 of 2004, there has been no principle reflected to provide equal protection for all relevant parties concerned against one's or company's insolvency
