Water is the most important thing in household and industry. The problem that often occurs in the community regarding water is the non-flow of water, the negligence of PDAM officers, where the consumer is the most at risk of experiencing losses. This study aims to examine the sanctions imposed on PDAM Gianyar Regency for consumer losses for the act of not draining water unilaterally and analyzing legal protection for consumers due to losses for not flowing water unilaterally. The method used is the research is normative law with legislation and conceptual approach. Sources of data are primary legal materials and secondary legal materials, this data was obtained through interviews and literature study. Furthermore, the data is processed and analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study indicate that consumer protection is regulated in Law number 8 of 1999. The responsibility of the PDAM if they receive complaints from consumers, namely the PDAM technician directly goes to the consumer's area to check the cause and point of the problem so that water in the area or consumer's house does not flow. So that the PDAM can quickly deal with it. Legal remedies taken by business actors or PDAMs if there is a dispute, the PDAM prioritizes non-litigation by means of negotiation and mediation by deliberation so as to obtain a joint decision.

This writing aims to determine the form of Government accountability to KPPS who died in the implementation of the 2019 General Election based on Law No. 7 of 2017 concerning Elections, and aims to determine the form of legal protection for KPPS officers assigned to the 2019 Election based on Law No. 7 of 2017 concerning Elections. The type of research used in the preparation of this paper is a normative legal research method, this research is only aimed at written regulations so that this research is closely related to libraries that require secondary data in the library. The data collection method used in the preparation of this paper is the literature study method, the data analysis carried out in the preparation of this paper is a qualitative descriptive method which aims to reveal events or facts, circumstances, phenomena, variables and circumstances that occurred during the research by presenting what actually happened. The results of this study are a form of government accountability to KPPS officers who died in the 2019 Election in the form of compensation worth 36 million rupiah, this compensation is given to the families of victims who have been left behind. This proposal regarding the nominal compensation money is proposed by the KPU and approved by the Ministry of Finance. The compensation is given directly by the Ministry of Finance to be submitted through the KPU and also BAWASLU as the party with the authority to hand over the compensation to the victim's family. Legal protection for KPPS which is assigned to hold the 2019 Election, namely, is stated in the 1945 Constitution Article 28D paragraph (1) regarding equality before the law to obtain protection without discrimination.

This study aims to describe 1) the form of cohesion contained in the news Watching Sakinah Movies, UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise Students and 2) describing the forms of coherence contained in the news Watching Sakinah Film, Students of UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise. The subjects used in this study were news of watching Sakinah film, UIN Yogyakarta students giving praise, and the objects used were sentences containing grammatical cohesion, a form of lexical cohesion. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data in this study are sentences in the news of Watching Sakinah Movies, This student is a method of literature study. While the method of data analysis in this study is descriptive method analysis method, the method used to analyze and describe cohesion markers and analyze markers of coherence. Test The results of the study show that in the news of watching Sakinah films, UIN Yogyakarta Beri Pujian students have varied markers of cohesion and coherence in the Tebuireng Online news discourse. Cohesion markers were found to reference (3), substitution (1), ellipsis (2), conjunction (3), collocation (1), and markers of coherence found cause-effect relationships (2), relationship coherence suggestions — goals (1), coherence temporal relations (1), and coherence of causal relationships (1).

Abstract-This study discusses Guel dance learning media created in the form of postcards. Aims to be able to direct students in identifying, appreciating, and expressing dances of the Gayo area, especially Guel dance. Theories used in the research of packaging theory according to Cahyorini and Rusfian (2011: 28), theory of learning media according to Heinich in Susilana (2016: 06), and graphic media theory according to Susilana and Riyana (2016: 14) Packaging is a theory used for graphic design, in terms of producing the product, and the image media in the form of postcards used to make Guel dance material as a learning medium. The time of the study was conducted from August to October 2017. The research site was at Sanggar Renggali Jalan Merah Mege Hakim Bale Bujang Laut Tawar, Central Aceh District. The population of several artists Gayo and all members of Sanggar Renggali because learning Guel dance is a dance learning materials in schools in Takengon and Samples are 2 people Gayo artists and 2 dancers dance Guel. Data collection techniques include observation, interview, literature study, and documentation, and then analyzed by qualitative descriptive method. Based on research that has been done Guel dance is a tradition dance Gayo community that has been used as learning materials in the schools of Middle Secondary in Central Aceh district. Guel dance which is packed in the form of postcards as a medium of learning with menggunkana first step of planning is preparing the material, determining the location, selection of dancers, and prepare the facilities and infrastructure. The second step of implementation is taking photos, editing process, then the last step is the completion of postcards and final writing. The number of hotels built closed to supported amenities such as malls are potential and attractive for visitors. They provides an easy accessibility to the several activities and pleasures such as shopping. This study is intended to discuss the accessibility aspect of Grand Mega Resort & SPA Bali Hotels with Bali Galeria Mall. The study used a qualitative descriptive method. The technique of collecting data uses interviews, observation and literature study. The results of this study shows that accessibility is a very important thing that became one factor for visitors to choose the hotel to be visited. Grand Mega Resort & SPA Bali Hotel was chosen by visitors because it has its own uniqueness because its concept that was built adjacent to the Mall Bali Galeria and other facilities. Companies must have innovative ways of communicating messages to compete with other companies because of the many new companies that have sprung up. One of them is by using television media. However, with the increasing number of companies placing advertisements, the number of TV stations in Indonesia is now around 1027 television stations. The public's tendency to switch channels has made advertising conditions worse so that creative advertising is needed. Using a qualitative descriptive method focuses on describing, analyzing, and interpreting Tokopedia advertisements from television media. The data collection techniques used were observation, literature study, and documentation. The results showed that the Tokopedia WIB "Waktu Indonesia Belanja" advertisement was always on television. The advert is inspiring and easy to remember. This advertising has creativity as seen from the indicators of connectedness, suitability, and novelty.

a b s t r a c tThis study aims to design a new system and method of application program Al-Faraidh as a medium of learning fiqih mawaris in MAN Model Banda Aceh. This research uses qualitative descriptive method, that is by collecting data through interview with fiqih teachers and literature study. The study of jurisprudence is difficult to achieve the expected competence, mawaris calculation is also still done manually. Students tend to be less interested in learning fiqih mawaris because it is considered too difficult. Therefore it is necessary to design an application program as a learning medium that facilitates and attracts students' attention. The design of the web-based application program can process the data muwaris (person who left the heirs), data of heirs along with his position against muwaris, heirs, muwaris reports, and recapitals report on the division of inheritance. The application program is expected to be an effective solution of the problem, thus simplifying the process of calculating the inheritance, especially in the process of learning.Keywords:Applications Alfaraidh, Mawaris, Media Learning a b s t r a kPenelitian ini bertujuan merancang sebuah sistem dan metode baru berupa program aplikasi Al-Faraidh sebagai media pembelajaran fiqih mawaris di MAN Model Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dengan Guru Fiqih dan studi pustaka. Pembelajaran fiqih mawaris sulit mencapai kompetensi yang diharapkan, perhitungan mawarisnya juga masih dilakukan secara manual. Siswa cenderung kurang tertarik mempelajari fiqih mawaris karena dianggap terlalu sulit. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah rancangan program aplikasi sebagai media pembelajaran yang memudahkan dan menarik perhatian siswa. Rancangan program aplikasi yang berbasis web tersebut dapat mengolah data muwaris (orang yang meninggalkan harta waris), data ahli waris beserta kedudukannya terhadap muwaris, harta waris, laporan muwaris, dan laporan rekap hasil pembagian harta waris. Program aplikasi tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif dari permasalahan tersebut, sehingga mempermudah proses perhitungan harta waris, khususnya dalam proses pembelajaran.Kata Kunci:Aplikasi Alfaraidh, Mawaris, Media Pembelajaran

This research is about consumer behavior in making digital payments in buying and selling transactions. Digital payment methods are a new way of making payments, especially in times of a pandemic like today, this is also a result of government policies, various countries globally to not do many activities outside the home and keep each other apart during the Covid-19 pandemic. Consumer behavior has begun to switch conventional payment instruments to digital payments. Payment via digital wallets has become popular and most accepted as an emerging payment method in both developed and developing countries. This research itself aims to determine the behavior patterns of millennial consumers with impulsive buying because of seeing promotions and digital payment facilities. Based on this, the use of digital wallets on millennial consumer behavior during the Covid-19 pandemic is the object of research. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a literature approach. The research data is obtained through literature study and theoretical studies from various scientific sources. The results of the study show that the Covid-19 pandemic has increased the use of digital wallets to the tendency of consumer consumerism to use electronic transactions that are more suitable and efficient for use during a pandemic. The digital era has developed rapidly in a society that has adapted to become an adaptive shopper in a cashless society that has developed a new normal culture, namely electronic payment transactions through digital wallets. Penelitian ini mengenai perilaku konsumen melakukan pembayaran digital dalam transaksi jual-beli. Metode pembayaran digital menjadi cara baru melakukan pembayaran terlebih lagi di masa pandemi seperti sekarang ini, hal ini juga sebagai dampak dari kebijakan pemerintah, berbagai negara secara global untuk tidak banyak melakukan kegiatan di luar rumah serta menjaga jarak satu sama lain di masa pandemi Covid-19. Perilaku konsumen mulai beralih alat pembayaran konvensional menjadi pembayaran digital. Pembayaran melalui dompet digital telah populer dan paling diterima sebagai metode pembayaran yang muncul di negara maju dan berkembang. Penelitian ini sendiri bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola perilaku konsumen milenial dengan pembelian yang cepat serta tidak direncanakan (impulsive buying) karena melihat promosi dan sarana pembayaran digital. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penggunaan dompet digital pada perilaku konsumen milenial di saat pandemi Covid-19 menjadi obyek penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deksriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan literature. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui studi pustaka dan kajian teoritis dari berbagai sumber ilmiah. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa pandemi Covid-19 memberikan peningkatan penggunaan dompet digital hingga kecenderungan konsumerisme konsumen dengan penggunaan transaksi elektronik yang lebih cocok dan efisien untuk digunakan dalam masa pandemi. Era digital sudah berkembang pesat dalam masyarakat yang sudah beradaptasi menjadi adaptive shopper di dalam cashless society yang mengembangkan budaya normal baru yaitu transaksi pembayaran elektronik melalui dompet digital.

Efforts to deliver overseas labour are considered effective to reduce the high unemployment rate in Indonesia. However, the higher the labour interest that wants to become migrant workers, the more cases experienced by Indonesian Migrant Workers (Tenaga Kerja Indonesia or TKI) abroad such as violence, rape, and wages that are not given during work. The low level of education of migrant workers is considered to be one of the main factors of the violence experienced by TKI. Protection against TKI working abroad has been governed by law No. 18 of 2017 on the protection of Indonesian migrant workers. The Indonesian Manpower Placement and Protection Agency (BP3TKI) is one of three institutions responsible for protecting the TKI working overseas. The purpose of this research is to further the broader explanation of the legal protection of Indonesian migrant workers abroad, conducted by BP3TKI in North Sumatera province. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method consisting of interviews, documentation, and library studies. The results of this study indicate BP3TKI has carried out its duties based on Law No. 18 of 2017 concerning the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers. In carrying out its duties, there are several factors and obstacles faced by BP3TKI to provide maximum legal protection to Indonesian migrant workers.

 This study aims to describe the content of the novel Simple Miracles by Ayu Utami in terms of literary sociology studies. In addition, this study also sees its relevance to the learning of literature in high school grade XII. Novel Simple Miracles tells the spiritual story of the main character and his family in everyday life. In addition, in it also told about the relation of society related to religious, social, culture, and residence. This research uses qualitative descriptive method to describe the result of research of literary sociology on Simple Miracles novel. The results of this study indicate a social relationship between the character both in one family member and outside family members. It is that which indicates a relationship or social value in the novel. This novel also has a Javanese cultural value related to its birth and its inner death. The value of sociology literature study on social, religious, and cultural activities can be used as reference material in the study of literature in high school class XII in KD 4.1.

The research objective was to find a form of legal protection that was given to heirs who were not listed as beneficiaries of insurance funds on a life insurance policy. The study used the normative juridical method by using the statute approach and the conceptual approach, the technique of gathering legal material through literature study, and the analysis technique was carried out prescriptive. The results of the study showed that heirs were the most interested parties as beneficiaries of life insurance funds. The heirs who were not listed as beneficiaries in the life insurance policy received legal protection in the form of external and internal legal protection. External legal protection was provided by legislation, while internal legal protection was provided by a life insurance policy that had been mutually agreed upon and under the principles of life insurance.
