Creative education is the main way to train art design talents in colleges and universities. The development of innovative education has far-reaching significance, which is not only the need for college students to cope with the severe employment situation, but also the need for deepening the reform of college students' training mode. At present, the employment situation of college graduates is grim, which has caused wide concerns in the whole society. How to improve the competitiveness of college graduates, to adapt to the employment environment, to help college graduates to smooth employment has become an urgent problem to be solved. According to the investigation of college graduates’ employment environment, the author analyzes and studies the employment status of college graduates and proposes that higher education can improve the employment competitiveness of college students through the analysis of higher education. This paper finds out advantages and disadvantages in the process of personnel training in colleges and universities, puts forward the countermeasures to improve the employment environment of college graduates, and proposes suggestions for the further development of college graduates’ employment.

College students' entrepreneurship education, as education forms with the improvement of students' entrepreneurial quality as the core, is an integral part of the implementation of quality education of colleges and universities. To better play the role of entrepreneurship education and develop students' entrepreneurial quality, it needs to have a comprehensive understanding and awareness of entrepreneurial quality. This paper, on the basis of the summary of existing point of the entrepreneurial qualities, has proposed the structural model of college students entrepreneurial quality through questionnaire survey and other methods, and analyzed the weight of each index in the model in detail, attempting to be helpful for the development of future entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Increasingly serious problem of university students' employment promotes higher education in talent training mode to make a new attempt and exploration to cultivate students' entrepreneurial quality concerned. so this article analyzes the structure of the entrepreneurship quality for college students.

<p>There are different teachers in China, which leads to great differences in the English ability of new college students. Therefore, the implementation of English teaching mode in colleges and universities has been widely recognized and accepted in China. Through the shunt teaching, colleges and universities in China will be more suitable for the learning rules and development needs of English, which is the necessary guarantee for individualized teaching. In practice, there are also many problems in English diversion teaching, which requires us to guide the freshmen to arrange their learning psychology. Through teaching diversion, colleges and universities can start students' emotional motivation, which will be more conducive to CET-4. Through the teaching diversion, this paper analyzes how to guarantee the training mode of the students who have not passed the CET-4. Then, this paper puts forward some suggestions, which can better stimulate students' interest in learning.</p>
