The quality of a good or service is mostly determined by the consumers. Accordingly, satisfying consumers can be attained by providing good quality products which are not only affected by the service quality itself, but also by other factors, including price. Price issues faced by Queen Star Waterpark in Siak Regency of Riau Province in the past three years have decreased the number of visitors and raised visitors’ complaints. This study, therefore, was aimed at finding out the effect of price on visitor satisfaction. The data was collected through conducting interview with the waterpark manager and distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents as the samples chosen randomly through accidental sampling. To analyze the collected data, simple regression was used, while the hypothesis testing was performed through t-test and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R). The analysis results showed that the variable x (price) was proven to significantly affect the variable y (visitor satisfaction). This implies that the waterpark management should take this into consideration and adopt a new approach to pricing.

Tourism can attract tourists with various factors and the efforts made by the manager of the tourist attraction. The research objective was to determine the quality of service, creativity, promotional media whether or not to influence visitor satisfaction. West Bandung has many interesting and creative tourist attractions, one of which is the Farm house and The Great Asia Afrika. Bandung tourist attractions in Indonesia are in great demand by tourists, before the COVID-19 pandemic, these 19 attractions reached 1,000 visitors and were packed with traffic jams. The existence of the Covid 19 pandemic has greatly affected the entire tourism sector, but researchers conducted research on the 3 X variables on visitor satisfaction during the Covid 19 pandemic. The research methods used were mixed method, quantitative descriptive and qualitative. The research sample used the incidental technique, visitors who were at the time of the study who were respondents were 42 people. The results showed that all X variables proved valid, namely X1, X2, X3 exceeding the R table value of 0.3044. The results of the validity test of the 25 statements used in the study. In variable Y there are 4 statements, the results of the validity test state that the validity exceeds the R table value of 0.3044. the value of the coefficient of determination or R Square of 0.745. that is, the variable under study explains 74.5% and the remaining 25.5% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. The significance value of the T test on service quality is 0.017 <0.05, which means that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The significance value of the T test for Creativity is 0.279> 0.05, which means that creativity does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. And the Promotion Media variable has a significance value of 0.00 <0.005 which means that the Promotion Media has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. So it can be concluded that a large and significant influence in this study is service quality on customer satisfaction, media promotion on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, creativity does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. In the Covid 19 pandemic, the level of visits has indeed decreased, but it still attracts tourists to visit the Farm House and The Great Asia Africa. The profiles of these attractions are views and photo spots with nuances of Europe, Japan, Korea, Africa, India and Indonesia. Suggestions for future researchers can see from other indicators of customer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line. The sample of this study was 50 people. Methods of collecting data by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using the analysis used is simple linear regression, t test and coefficient of determination. The results showed 1) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0.048; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4.433 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0.048 or < 0.05; 2) Customer Satisfaction positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a level significance of 0,000; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4,969 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0,000 or < 0.05, 3) Service quality and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0,000. This means that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that service quality and customer satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line.

Quality of service is one of the main activities carried out by Kantin Yuank in its efforts to develop and earn a profit. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of service quality on visitor buying interest during the Covid 19 pandemic at the Yuank Canteen in Bima City. The research method uses quantitative methods with primary data sources. The sample in this study was 96 respondents using non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling technique. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis in this study includes: validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient (R2) and hypothesis testing through t test. Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the independent variable quality of service studied is proven to significantly affect the dependent variable consumer purchase interest with a p value of 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The Adjusted R Square is 0.251. This means that 25.1% of buying interest is influenced by service quality and the remaining 74.9% is caused by other factors not included in this study such as product quality, price, place and others. The results showed that service quality influenced purchase intention. Thus, by maintaining and improving product quality and service quality at the Yuank Canteen in Bima City, a positive visitor attitude will be formed which will affect the buying interest of visitors at the Yuank Canteen in Bima City.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to examine the antecendent of Government Expenditure Realization, whether there is influence of Original Local Income (PAD) and Balance Fund against Government Expenditure Realization, and to examine the consequence of Government Expenditure Realization, whether there is influence of Government Expenditure Realization against Economic Growth. The population of this research is 33 Provinces of Indonesia, and used secondary data of Government Budgets-realization of Indonesia Provinces from 2009 until 2013. This research used multiple regression in antecendent of Government Expenditure Realization testing and simple regression in consequence of Government Expenditure Realization testing. The hypothesis testing consist of coefficient of determination test, F test, and t test. The research revealed that in antecendent of Government Expenditure Realizationtesting, partially Original Local Income (PAD) variable and Balance Fund variable influence Government Expenditure Realization, and in Consecuent Government Expenditure Realization testing, partially Government Expenditure Realization influence Economic Growth. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Provinsi di Indonesia, dan menggunakan data sekunder yang berupa Laporan Realisasi Anggaran (LRA) tahun 2009 sampai dengan tahun 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi berganda dalam pengujian Anteseden Realisai Belanja Modal dan regresi sederhana untuk pengujian Konsekuen Realisasi Belanja Modal. Uji hipotesis terdiri dari uji koefisien determinasi, uji F, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pengujian Anteseden Realisasi Belanja Modal, secara parsial Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Dana Perimbangan berpengaruh terhadap Realisasi Belanja Modal, dan dalam Pengujian kosekuen, Realisasi Belanja Modal secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. This study aims to determine the effect of fundraising management and service quality on muzakki trust. This research was conducted at Wahdah Inspirasi Zakat (WIZ) East Kalimantan branch with a total sample of 92 respondents. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The results showed that 92 respondents obtained a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.766, which means that the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is strong. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained is 0.586 or 58.6%, which means that the influence of fundraising management variables and service quality is 58.6% on Muzakki's trust and 41.4% is influenced by other variables. The F test obtained is very significant, the effect of fundraising management and service quality on muzakki's trust is 63,116> 3,10, there is a simultaneous significant effect on muzakki's trust. The t test (partial) on the fundraising management variable on Muzakki's trust was 1.307 <1.986, which means that fundraising management did not have a significant effect on Muzakki's trust, while the t (partial) test on the variable service quality on Muzakki's trust was 8.387 <1.986 which This means that the quality of service has a significant effect on Muzakki's trust.

The increasing demands of the community for clean governance, fair, transparent, andaccountable should be taken seriously and systematically. All levels of state officials, both at the level of the executive, legislative, and judicial branches must have a shared commitment to uphold good governance and clean government. The study was conducted in the supervision of Government Internal City officials in this regard Inspectorate Bitung in Bitung City. In the present study investigated the influence of competence, independence and ethics for auditors in monitoring the quality of financial management. The purpose of research is to determine how much influence the competence, independence, and ethics to the quality of the personnel inspectorate auditors in financial management oversight Bitung City.Data analysis methods used are descriptive statistics, the classical assumption test, test correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination t est, hypothesis testing  ( test f and t test ) . to complete the overall data analysis used SPSS software version 20. The results showed the equation Y = 6.882 -0.019 + 0.437 X1 0.300 X2 + X3. Of multiple linear regression equation shows a constant value of 6.882 gives the sense that if competence  ( X1) , independence  ( X2 ) , and ethics  ( X3 )  constant perceived or equal to zero  ( 0 ) , then the magnitude of the variable quality of the auditor on the apparatus inspectorate  ( Y )  amounted to 6.882. Correlation coefficient obtained for the coefficient of determination of 0.700 and 0.490, while the remaining 51% of other variables not examined in this study. Results of hypothesis testing  ( test f )  indicates the level of significance is less than 0.05 is 0.000 thus, the study received HA4 hypothesis, and hypothesis testing  ( t test )  showed for the variable  ( X1 )  = 0.864 competence as such, this study rejected Ha1 hypothesis which states that competency variable does not affect the quality of the auditors, it can be seen from a greater significance level of 0.05 is 0.864. These results contrast with previous research that states that affect the quality of the auditor's competence. This is due to the lack of training in research or no education system appropriate competency and followed by the Inspectorate in the auditor oversight of financial management in the city of Bitung,  ( X2)  = 0.05 ie 0.001 independence as such, this study received a hypothesis Ha2, and  ( X3 )  = 0.05 ie 0.008 ethics as such, this study received Ha3 hypothesis.

The purpose of this research is to study the differences in expectations of service quality in the use of BMT PPOB ABSINDO by users in Yogyakarta . The research instrument is a questionnaire to the user BMT PPOB ABSINDO which includes the dimensions of service quality in general (servqual / service quality) is a system PPOB ABSINDO Payment Point to conduct payment transactions of electricity , telephon , pulses and flight tickets and train tickets in BMT users . The sample was 30 users PPOB ABSINDO BMT in Yogyakarta . Hypothesis testing is done by using gap analysis , paired sample t test , t test , and Cartesian diagram . The results of the analysis of the study found a negative gap between expectations and the reality of the quality of services PPOB ABSINDO system. The differences between expectation and reality of the quality of services that include the dimensions of service quality in general about PPOB ABSINDO described in 22 (twenty two ) perceived quality services aimed at users of PPOB ABSINDO BMT. ABSTRACT               This research was conducted in a company engaged of snack foods amanda brownies branch sidoarjo. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on purchase decisions and to determine the most dominant influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. From the results of multiple regression analysis can be taken the regression equation as follows: Y = 15,041 + 0,483 X1 + 0,369 X2 Based on the magnitude of the coefficient of determination ( ) is known that the variable contribution of product quality and service quality on the purchase decision is 0.309 or 31% Based on the results of the calculation simultaneously or the test F shows F count = (21.704)> Ftable (3.09) and the result of signification is 0,000 <0,05, so the independent variable has a significant influence on the dependent variable. While the partial calculation or t test shows the significance of 0.000 and t arithmetic 4,514 means that the quality of the product influence the purchase decision with the significance of 0,000 <0.05 and t count (4.541)> t table (0.677). And the result of t test shows sig. 0.000 and t count 2,931 mean that service quality influence on purchasing decision with signification equal to 0,000 <0,05 and t count (2,931)> t table (0,677). Dari hasil analisis regresi berganda diambil persamaan regresinya sebagai berikut: Y = 15,041 + 0,483 X1 + 0,369 X2 Berdasarkan besarnya koefisien determinasi ( ) diketahui bahwa, besaran kontribusi variabel kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah sebesar 0,309 atau 31%. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan secara simultan atau uji f menunjukkan F hitung = (21.704) > F tabel (3,09) dan hasil signifikasinya adalah 0,000 < 0,05, jadi variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel terikat. Sedangkan pada perhitungan secara parsial atau uji t menunjukan signifikasi  0,000 dan t hitung 4,514 yang berarti Kualitas produk  berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan signifikasi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan t hitung (4.514) > t tabel (0,677). Dan hasil dari uji t menunjukan sig. 0,000 dan t hitung 2.931 yang berarti kualitas layanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan signifikasi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan t hitung (2.931) > t tabel (0,677). Maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kualitas produk yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 4.514.Kata kunci: kualitas produk, kualitas layanan, keputusan pembelian

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of information quality, service quality, as antecedent of  online purchasing decision behavior. The population in this study is consumer  who had been shopping for products or goods through the sale and purchase site of tokopedia.com. This study using 100 respondents, sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The paradigm of this study is positivism and using survey as design research. Data analyzed in this research includes measurement test, normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroskedastisity test. Hypothesis  testing  using  multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test, and the value  of coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that the quality of information has a positive and significant effect on the behavior of online purchasing decisions. Service quality variable have positive and significant effect to online purchasing decision behavior. Confidence variables have a significant and negative effect on online purchase decision behavior. Simultaneously the quality of information, service quality, and trust have a significant influence on the behavior of purchasing decision. The variance of independent variables in explainable  online decision are  17,4% and the rest explained by other variable outside of this research.Abstraksi : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, sebagai anteseden perilaku keputusan pembelian online. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang telah berbelanja produk atau barang melalui situs jual beli tokopedia.com. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Paradigma penelitian ini adalah positivisme dan menggunakan survei sebagai penelitian desain. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji pengukuran, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, t-test, uji F, dan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas informasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keputusan pembelian online. Variabel kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keputusan pembelian online. Variabel keyakinan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan negatif terhadap perilaku keputusan pembelian online. Bersamaan dengan itu kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, dan kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku keputusan pembelian. Varians variabel independen dalam keputusan online yang dapat dijelaskan adalah 17,4% dan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.
