Time management is a planning, organizing and monitoring productivity of time. The time becomes one of the resources of performance that must be managed effectively and efficiently. In education, the time is like a sword that must be mastered, as well as in the field of Tahfidz al-Qur’an, one of which is applied in Dayah Tahfidz Qur’an Pagar Air Banda Aceh, management is needed in order to achieve the target. This study attempted to answer about the concept of time management, applications, settings, and their implications to students.This research was a field study using a qualitative approach, conducted in Dayah Tahfidz Pagar Air Banda Aceh. The techniques of collecting data were interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique is done through data reduction, data presentation and verification of data.The results showed that the concept of time management in the Dayah Tahfidz Pagar Air was designed with the model, after Magrib prayer and Isya’ and ba'da Subuh prayer. That time includes a brief, if the priority of Dayah devoted to tahfidz. Time management was not implemented maximally, students were often procrastinate, less recognize activities (tahfidz) application time do still less strict. In addition, students concentrate less on the results, as well as the response or attitude that is still less strict on time. Time management implications of the recitation of the Koran in Dayah Tahfidz Ulumul Qur'an Pagar Air Banda Aceh, in general, can be seen from the increase and change of students in memorizing al-Qu'ran.

This study aims to describe Reyog Ponorogo from the historical aspect, the negative stigma that has accompanied its development, and local wisdom that spreads to all its components. This problem is studied using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews with data collection tools is the researcher himself as a key instrument. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analytical with the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are as follows; (1) Reyog Obyog is an important and inseparable part of Reyog Ponorogo. In fact, it is very possible that Reyog Obyog is the origin of the Reyog Ponorogo which has developed and is known to the public today; (2) Reyog Obyog performance model which tends to be free, not bound by standards, is performed in the audience and is predominantly filled with entertainment, in its development various negative stigmas have emerged in the community, namely eroticism, drunkenness, and mystical performance rituals; (3) The Reyog Obyog has a great value in the form of a noble life guidance which is strategic enough to be used as a medium for building civilization.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan bentuk tuturan ekspresif pengajar BIPA, dan sintaks pembelajaran dengan metode dengar pandang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitati. Sumber data penelitian adalah interaksi pembelajaran antara pengajar dan pemelajar BIPA dalam video Pesta Akademia 21 Tahun APPBIPA: Kelas Maya APPBIPA Jawa Timur dan Sumatra Utara. Adapun data penelitian berupa kalimat yang mencerminkan tuturan ekspresif pengajar BIPA dan sintaks pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara dengan metode dengar pandang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, yang meliputi tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) bentuk tuturan ekspresif pengajar BIPA meliputi ucapan terima kasih, ucapan minta maaf, ucapan memuji, dan ucapan selamat. (2) Sintaks pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara dengan metode dengar pandang meliputi tahapan, penyajian konten oleh pengajar BIPA,  pengajar BIPA menjelaskan konten, pengulangan konten, dan pemelajar BIPA mengembangkan keterampilan berbicara.Katakunci: dengar pandang,  sintaks pembelajaran, tuturan ekspresif Abstract:This study aims to describe the expressive speech act of BIPA teachers and the syntax of learning using dengar pandang method. This research used descriptive qualitative approach. The source of research data was learning interaction between BIPA teachers and learners in the video Pesta Akademia 21 Tahun APPBIPA: Kelas Maya APPBIPA Jawa Timur dan Sumatra Utara. The data were sentences that show the BIPA teacher's expressive speech act and the syntax of learning speaking skills using the pandang dengar method. Data were collected by using observation technique. The data analysis technique used Miles and Huberman model, including the stage of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The results showed: (1) the expressive speech acts of BIPA teachers include thanking, apologizing, praising, and congratulating. (2) The syntax of learning speaking skills using pandang dengar method including stages of content presentation by BIPA teachers, content explanation, content repetition, and BIPA learners develop their speaking skillsKeywords: dengar pandang, learning syntax, expressive speech

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency as well as supporting and inhibiting the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency. The type of this research is descrip- tive research with qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation with informants. Data analysis technique uses Miles & Huber- man theory, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency had not run effectively because the standard operating procedures had not been implemented optimally by the supervisors and carved out a subscription; facilities and infrastructure are inadequate; as well as the salary of supervisors and parking atten- dants subscribers are minimal. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency has not run effectively related to stan- dard operating procedures, facilities and infrastructure, and the level of compliance of the parking attendants subscription.

The purpose of this study is to find and explain the language of traders in the interaction of buying andselling in the Kawasan Makam Gus Dur Tebuireng Jombang (KMGD) market. The research method used is adescriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were: 1. Technique survey, 2. Recordingtechnique, 3. Listening technique and 4. Note technique. The data analysis technique uses the followingtechniques: 1. Data collection, 2. Data reduction, 3. Data presentation, 4. Conclusing drawing / verification. In thisstudy, the validity of the data used data triangulation: 1. Technique triangulation, 2. Time triangulation. Theresults of the research that can be formulated that the language expressions used by merchants are Javanese,Indonesian and Madurese.

Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan peningkatan kompetensi widyaiswara melalui pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan model interaktif dengan proses pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini antara lain  keterampilan dosen dalam menulis KTI sudah cukup, walaupun ada beberapa aspek yang harus ditingkatkan. Beberapa kendala Widyaiswari dalam menyusun KTI terkait dengan peluang, penelitian pustaka, fasilitas pendukung yang terbatas dan motivasi yang kurang. Beberapa upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam penyiapan KTI adalah melalui pelatihan pelatih, pelatihan, mengikuti webinar, bengkel kerja, memperbanyak literasi hasil penelitian sebelumnya, dan mengikuti kegiatan tutorial di YouTube. The purpose of this research is to describe the improvement of widyaiswara's competence through scientific writing training. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation study. Technique validity of data using source and technique triangulation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model with the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study include the skills of lecturers in writing KTI which are sufficient, although there are several aspects that must be improved. Some of Widyaiswari's obstacles in preparing KTI are related to opportunities, literature research, limited supporting facilities and lack of motivation. Some of the efforts made to improve skills in KTI preparation are through trainer training, training, attending webinars, workshops, increasing literacy of previous research results, and participating in tutorial activities on YouTube.

This study aims to determine the transformation of educational facility management in the era of technological disruption, where the place of this research was carried out at Duta Bangsa University, Surakarta. The methodology in this study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study are by observation, interviews and documentation. The method used to check the validity of the data is the triangulation method, namely by utilizing various methods as a consideration. The data analysis technique in this study is data that has been obtained by descriptive (non-statistical) method. Activities in data analysis, namely data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation), and verification (drawing conclusions). The results show that the transformation of educational facility management in the era of technological disruption that has been carried out by Duta Bangsa University Surakarta continues to be carried out starting from educational services that are directed towards technology-based both physical and non-physical in supporting universities, as well as in the implementation of all technology-based learning as a demands for technological developments that are happening more rapidly (disruption) in order to create a superior campus in the era of technological disruption.

This study aims to determine how the character formation of love for the country through the flag ceremony of SD Negeri 10 Banda Aceh students. The approach in this research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The subjects in this study consisted of 1 school principal, 1 grade IV teacher and 3 grade IV students. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis used a percentage formula and also used data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research on the formation of the character of love for the country through the flag ceremony at SD Negeri 10 Banda Aceh, it is still in the category of very frequent or good according to the indicators of love for the country. Principals and teachers always strive well so that students can instill the character of loving the motherland in each student. The formation of the character of love for the country through the flag ceremony, namely by reminding, guiding and always explaining the meaning of the flag ceremony so that students have the character of loving the country and being orderly at the time of the flag ceremony, and also instilling discipline, so that students can understand the meaning of the flag ceremony well. With the flag ceremony, it is able to foster a character of love for the country which can shape and make students who have noble, moral, ethical, cultured and civilized characters based on Pancasila so that they become students who have an attitude of nationalism. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembentukan karakter cinta tanah air melalui upacara bendera siswa SD Negeri 10 Banda Aceh. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 1 orang kepala sekolah, 1 orang guru kelas IV dan 3 orang siswa kelas IV. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase dan juga menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pembentukan karakter cinta tanah air melalui upacara bendera di SD Negeri 10 Banda Aceh masih dalam kategori sangat sering dilakukan atau baik sesuai dengan indikator dari cinta tanah air. Kepala sekolah dan guru selalu mengupayakan dengan baik agar siswa dapat menanamkan karakter cinta tanah air di dalam diri masing-masing siswa. Pembentukan karakter cinta tanah air melalui upacara bendera yaitu dengan mengingatkan, membimbing dan selalu menjelaskan makna dari upacara bendera  agar siswa memiliki karakter cinta tanah air serta tertib pada saat upacara bendera, dan juga menanamkan kedisplinan, sehingga siswa dapat memahami makna upacara bendera dengan baik. Dengan adanya upacara bendera mampu menumbuhkan karakter cinta tanah air yang dapat membentuk dan menjadikan diri siswa yang berakhlak mulia, bermoral, beretika, berbudaya, dan beradab berdasarkan pancasila sehingga menjadi siswa yang memiliki sikap nasionalisme. This study aims to find out how the management of market retribution in increasing Regional Original Revenue in the Lapulu market Kendari City. The approach of this study is a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive qualitative research. The technique of collecting data is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.The results of this study indicate that: planning in terms of setting targets that have been arranged is optimal. This can be seen from the determined and implemented stages of targeting that are carried out every year, but the achievement of targets has never been fulfilled due to lack of awareness of traders or mandatory retribution in terms of paying retribution. The conclusion of the study was that the implementation of market retribution management in increasing Regional Original Revenue in the Lapulu market in Kendari City was not effective due to the lack of intensive collection of mandatory levies, delinquent payment of levies by traders for various reasons so that the realization of market retribution did not reach the planned target.

This research was conducted at PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh, with the aim to answer the question of how the payroll accounting system applied in PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh.This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data obtained from interviews and documentation studies, then analyzed interactively and lasted continuously until complete so that the data has been saturated. Activity in data analysis is data reduction, data presentation, treanggulation and conclusion / verification.The results show PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh has implemented a neat and well-payroll accounting system in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Payroll accounting system in PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh is used to overcome errors and irregularities in the calculation and payment of salary. Payroll accounting systems are designed by companies to provide a clear picture of employee salaries so that they are easy to understand and easy to use.

Inovasi layanan drive-thru perpustakaan merupakan sebuah layanan yang diciptakan Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Inovasi layanan drive-thru ini berbentuk tempat / loket untuk melayani kebutuhan pemustaka tanpa harus turun dari kendaraan. Inovasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pelayanan kepada pemustaka dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan budaya literasi.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi layanan drive-thru di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Kriteria Inovasi menurut PermenPANRB nomor 3 Tahun  2018 meliputi 5 variabel yang terdiri atas Kebaruan, Efektif , Bermanfaat , Dapat direplikasi, dan Berkelanjutan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara,observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, pemaparan dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk hasil penelitian menunjukkan inovasi layanan drive-thru memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Pada kriteria kebaruan menunjukkan inovasi drive-thru merupakan suatu penemuan baru serta menawarkan cara baru dalam melayani pemustaka melalui loket. Untuk kriteria efektif tujuan dari diciptakannya drive-thru adalah untuk memudahkan pemustaka sudah memenuhi, tetapi untuk meningkatkan budaya literasi belum tercapai. Untuk kriteria bermanfaat sudah dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat dan bagi dinas yang menerapkannya. Pada dapat direplikasi inovasi ini dapat menjadi contoh/rujukan karena sudah ada beberapa instansi yang menduplikasinya, lalu kriteria terakhir keberlanjutan untuk kedepan inovasi ini akan tetap dipertahankan karena mendapat dukungan dari berbagai stakeholder. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah lebih menggalakan sosialisasi agar drive-thru ini bisa lebih berkembang dan dimanfaatkan oleh lebih banyak orang.    Kata kunci : Inovasi Layanan, Drive Thru Perpustakaan, Budaya Literasi   The library's drive-thru service innovation is a service created by the Library and Archives Office of East Java Province. This drive-thru service innovation is in the form of a counter to serve the needs of visitors without having to get off the vehicle. This innovation aims to facilitate service to users in the hope that it can improve literacy culture. The purpose of this study is to describe the drive-thru service innovation in the Department of Library and Archives of East Java Province. The focus of this research is the Innovation Criteria according to the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PermenPANRB) number 3 of 2018 covering 5 variables consisting of novelty, effectiveness, benefit, transferbility, and sustainability. This type of research is a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. For data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation, presentation and conclusion drawing. The research results show that drive-thru service innovation has advantages and disadvantages. The novelty criterion indicates that drive-thru innovation is a new invention and offers a new way of serving visitors through the counter. . For the effective criteria, the purpose of creating a drive-thru is to make it easier for users to fulfill it, but to improve literacy culture has not been achieved. For useful criteria, it can provide benefits for the community and for the agencies that implement them. If this innovation can be replicated, it can be used as an example / reference because there are already several agencies that duplicate it. Then the last criteria for sustainability for the future of this innovation will be maintained because it has the support of various stakeholders. Suggestions that can be given are to promote more socialization so that this drive-thru can be more developed and utilized by more people.
