This study is intended to analyze differences and similarities of the objectives, approaches, methods, and media in learning the Inheritance Laws at Darul Huda and Jabal Nur. This research used descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques consists of interview, documentation and observation, while the techniques of data analysis were carried out in phases of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study showed that the learning objectives of Inheritance Laws at Darul Huda and Jabal Nur were similar: to figure out the procedures of dividing inheritance, only the delivery strategies were different. Darul Huda’s learning approach was still teacher-oriented while Jabal Nur’s has already been learner-oriented. Further, the learning methods in Darul Huda still dominantly used lectures and question and answer, whereas those in Jabal Nur were more varied, using lectures, question and answer, assignments, discussions, demonstrations, and inquiry methods. As for the use of the media, both schools were using whiteboard and markers, however, Jabal Nur added laptops and LCD projectors during teaching and learning process as well.

School is one place that can shape the character of students. In shaping the character of these students, of course all elements of this school must collaborate and take responsibility for the learning objectives themselves, especially the purpose of forming the character of students. Scout activities are activities that contain a lot of character values, character formation apart from learning in class as well as scout activities. This study aims to determine the activities of scouting in the formation of student discipline character in MTs Riyadhatul Jannah, Sialang Panjang Village. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. In obtaining data researchers used interview, observation, and documentation methods. Data analysis in this study includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data uses the researcher's diligence and triangulation of data sources. The research stages in this study include the pre-field stage, the stage of field work, the stage of data analysis and the stage of report writing. The results of this study concluded that: 1) Scout activities in the formation of student discipline character at MTs Riyadhatul Jannah have been going as expected. 2) the effectiveness of Scouting activities in establishing students' discipline character in MTs Riyadhatul Jannah can be declared effective, although there are still students who come late to school and practice scouting because of illness or rain, besides that it is also obtained from the results of effectiveness measures namely, accuracy of program targets, and monitoring program. 3) and the visible impact of scouting activities such as Discipline in keeping with the schedule of lessons, discipline in dealing with the temptation to delay time, and self-discipline focuses on student self-reliance.

Inovasi layanan drive-thru perpustakaan merupakan sebuah layanan yang diciptakan Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Inovasi layanan drive-thru ini berbentuk tempat / loket untuk melayani kebutuhan pemustaka tanpa harus turun dari kendaraan. Inovasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pelayanan kepada pemustaka dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan budaya literasi.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi layanan drive-thru di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Kriteria Inovasi menurut PermenPANRB nomor 3 Tahun  2018 meliputi 5 variabel yang terdiri atas Kebaruan, Efektif , Bermanfaat , Dapat direplikasi, dan Berkelanjutan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara,observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, pemaparan dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk hasil penelitian menunjukkan inovasi layanan drive-thru memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Pada kriteria kebaruan menunjukkan inovasi drive-thru merupakan suatu penemuan baru serta menawarkan cara baru dalam melayani pemustaka melalui loket. Untuk kriteria efektif tujuan dari diciptakannya drive-thru adalah untuk memudahkan pemustaka sudah memenuhi, tetapi untuk meningkatkan budaya literasi belum tercapai. Untuk kriteria bermanfaat sudah dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat dan bagi dinas yang menerapkannya. Pada dapat direplikasi inovasi ini dapat menjadi contoh/rujukan karena sudah ada beberapa instansi yang menduplikasinya, lalu kriteria terakhir keberlanjutan untuk kedepan inovasi ini akan tetap dipertahankan karena mendapat dukungan dari berbagai stakeholder. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah lebih menggalakan sosialisasi agar drive-thru ini bisa lebih berkembang dan dimanfaatkan oleh lebih banyak orang.    Kata kunci : Inovasi Layanan, Drive Thru Perpustakaan, Budaya Literasi   The library's drive-thru service innovation is a service created by the Library and Archives Office of East Java Province. This drive-thru service innovation is in the form of a counter to serve the needs of visitors without having to get off the vehicle. This innovation aims to facilitate service to users in the hope that it can improve literacy culture. The purpose of this study is to describe the drive-thru service innovation in the Department of Library and Archives of East Java Province. The focus of this research is the Innovation Criteria according to the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PermenPANRB) number 3 of 2018 covering 5 variables consisting of novelty, effectiveness, benefit, transferbility, and sustainability. This type of research is a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. For data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation, presentation and conclusion drawing. The research results show that drive-thru service innovation has advantages and disadvantages. The novelty criterion indicates that drive-thru innovation is a new invention and offers a new way of serving visitors through the counter. . For the effective criteria, the purpose of creating a drive-thru is to make it easier for users to fulfill it, but to improve literacy culture has not been achieved. For useful criteria, it can provide benefits for the community and for the agencies that implement them. If this innovation can be replicated, it can be used as an example / reference because there are already several agencies that duplicate it. Then the last criteria for sustainability for the future of this innovation will be maintained because it has the support of various stakeholders. Suggestions that can be given are to promote more socialization so that this drive-thru can be more developed and utilized by more people. This study aims to describe Reyog Ponorogo from the historical aspect, the negative stigma that has accompanied its development, and local wisdom that spreads to all its components. This problem is studied using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews with data collection tools is the researcher himself as a key instrument. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analytical with the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are as follows; (1) Reyog Obyog is an important and inseparable part of Reyog Ponorogo. In fact, it is very possible that Reyog Obyog is the origin of the Reyog Ponorogo which has developed and is known to the public today; (2) Reyog Obyog performance model which tends to be free, not bound by standards, is performed in the audience and is predominantly filled with entertainment, in its development various negative stigmas have emerged in the community, namely eroticism, drunkenness, and mystical performance rituals; (3) The Reyog Obyog has a great value in the form of a noble life guidance which is strategic enough to be used as a medium for building civilization.

Islamic Religious Education is an important and inseparable part of the educational curriculum in Indonesia. Besides being an obligation for its adherents, Islamic learning can instill the values of faith and make students possess noble morals (akhlakul karimah). This study aims to examine and discuss how the implementation process of Islamic education in instilling noble morals in students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (Islamic Junior High School). This study uses a qualitative approach with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing as the data analysis. The sample of this study was the principal of the madrasah, vice-principal, students, and teachers of Islamic education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Makassar. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that through the implementation of Islamic Religious Education, the students could possess noble characters. There are eight behaviors that are applied to instill the noble characters, namely habituating the smiles, salaam, and greetings, mutual respect (tolerance), sunnah fasting on Monday and Thursday, performing the Duha prayer, performing dhuhr prayers, reciting the Quran, congregational prayer, and getting used to alms giving (infaq). These eight commendable behaviors are recommended for teachers and principals to be applied in their respective schools.

This study discusses the empowerment of productive zakat aimed at fostering the welfare of mustahik. This research is a programme on the implementation of the Zakat Amil Agency in the distribution of zakat. This research uses qualitative method in order for it be relevant to the results achieved. The sources of the data in this study are relevant literature both in the form of books, journals and articles used to compile theories about problems that are the objects of the research. Based on our findings, the mustahik receive zakat from the Zakat Amil Agency with the scheme of productive zakat. In relation to the data compilation in this study, the techniques used include the activities and the development of the Zakat Amil Agency in daily activities to manage zakat and mustahik’s productive zakat in organizing the programmes. Data analysis was conducted by structuring data in the form of compiling, classifying and testing data during the research. Data analysis was carried out to describe the processes and results of examinations from transcripts and notes and other materials. In relation to the qualitative approach, the data analysis is conducted in three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and reduction of conclusions.

This study aim to explain phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria and describing the triggering factors of conflict Syria and the analysis of Alawie group in Syria. The type of this study uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method, because the data collection techniques used make books and documents related to the Arab spring in Syria as a reference frame, as well as some data from a valid website. Data analysis techniques through three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions in which data verification is also accompanied by triangulation of data sources. The results showed that the phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria converged on inter-ethnic conflict that occurred between the Sunni-Alawie, then triggered by the phenomenon of Arab spring that spread in the Middle East.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the digital competence of madrasah teachers during the covid-19 pandemic. The research used the qualitative method. It explored the phenomenon of madrasah teachers’ digital competence. The data were collected through observation and interviews. The study participants involved 1 principal and 9 teachers from grades 1 to 6. Data analysis consisted of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and triangulation. The study results conclude that the digital competence of madrasa teachers is still low, so that teaching and learning have not used multimedia technology. Therefore, the results of this study recommend the concept of training related to increasing the digital competence of madrasa teachers regularly because it had an important role in supporting the school's educational process.

This study aims to find out the strategies implemented by the principal in order to improve the quality of tahfizh education in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga. This study is a field study with a qualitative approach. The location of this study is in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga, Central Java. Data collection techniques are through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study include the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. There are 3 aspects that are targeted from improving the quality of tahfizh education. First, the improvement of the quality of human resources in this case is reserved for teachers who support the tahfizh program. This improvement in the quality of human resources is implemented through teacher self-training, learning supervision, lesson study and peer assessment, as well as the construction of recitations. Second, the implementation of standard operating procedures (POS) implemented by tahfizh teachers in teaching. Third, improve communication and good cooperation with parents.

<p><em><span>The use of varied and suitable methods will undoubtedly encourage the success of the learning process carried out. However, some teachers still ignore this, especially regarding the use of methods in the learning process. Therefore, it is necessary to research the ability of teachers who teach fiqh lessons in implementing variations of learning methods at MTs Yapi Pakem. This study aims to be used as a benchmark for schools and teachers in seeing the extent to which the implementation and success of the learning method variations. The approach in this study was descriptive qualitative, taking the background of MTs Yapi Pakem. Data collection was done by using observation, interviews, and documentation methods. To check the data validity, triangulation of sources, techniques, and time was carried out. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique consisted of data reduction, data presentation by giving meaning to the data collected, and from that meaning, conclusions or verification were drawn. This study’s results revealed that 1) in the implementation of the seventh-grade fiqh learning at MTs Yapi Pakem, various learning methods had been used. Meanwhile, the combination variations included lectures - question and answer – assignments, lecture-discussion - question and answer, lecture - assignment - question and answer. 2) For its implementation from planning to implementation, its use was quite good but still lacking in evaluation.</span></em></p>

This research reported the implication of students’ indiscipline behaviour in teaching and learning process. In conducting the study, researchers used descriptive qualitative approach in order to describe the implication of indiscipline behaviour in teaching and learning process. By using purposive sampling, we invited ten students of Physical Education, Sport, Health, and Recreation of Artha Wacana Christian University, Kupang. The data were collected from observation-participation, indepth-interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique used was qualitative method. The result indicates that the implications of students’ indiscipline behavior in teaching and learning process are: 1) loss of confidence in self irresponsibility, 2) the emergence of horizontal disharmony, 3) learning atmosphere is not conducive, 4) poor academic achievement, and 5) self-compunction and disappointed.
