This study aims to analyze the effect of capital, age, education and working hours on the income of  traditional  market  traders  in  Sungai  Saren  Village,  Bram Itam District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. The data used in this study are primary data, the sampling method used in this study is Purposive Sampling with 56 respondents as traders, the analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Analysis.Based on the results of the study obtained a probability value of 0,000 for the F Test and partial test of Capital, Age, Education and Working Hours variables. This shows that the variables simultaneously and partially all the variables have a significant effect on the income of Traders in the Traditional Market of Sungai Saren, Bram Itam District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. Determination Coefficient Value (R2) of 0.520 shows that the influence of Capital, Age, Education and Working Hours, Work on the income of Traders of Sungai Saren Market, Bram Itam District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency is 52%.

This study aims to analyze the income of Traditional Market Traders in the Trench 2 Market, Tungkal Ilir District, Tanjung Jabung Barat District. The data used in this study are primary data, the sampling method used in this study is Purposive Sampling with 20 respondents of fish traders, the analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Analysis. Based on the results of the study obtained a probability value of 0,000 for the F Test and partially tested the variable Age, Working Hours, Capital and Labor. This shows the variables of Age, Working Hours, Capital and Labor simultaneously and partially all the variables have a significant effect on the Traders Traditional Market Revenue of Trench 2, Tungkal Ilir District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. Determination Coefficient (R2) value of 0.808 indicates that the influence of Age, Working Hours, Capital and Labor on the income of Traders of Traditional Market Trench 2, Tungkal Ilir District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency is 80.8%.

The purpose of this research is to test the effect of working capital (cash turn over, inventory turnover and receivable turnover) towards profitability at LQ-45 companies listed at Bursa Efek Indonesia. The population of this research are all LQ-45 companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). The samples are 19 LQ-45 companies listed in BEI during the year 2004 - 2006. The samples are chosen by using purposive sampling method. The data are analysed with partial test (T-test) and simultant test (F-test) by means of SPSS Ver 13.0. The results show that cash turn over, inventory turnover, and receivable turnover simultaneously have significant influence towards profitability. Partially cash turn over, inventory turnover, and receivable turnover have also significant influence to profitability.

The Influence of the Implementation of the Annual Entity E-SPT, Understanding Taxation, Tax Awareness Awareness of Taxpayer Compliance of the corporate taxpayers in reporting as the agency annual. In this study using quantitative data types and data sources, namely primary data. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to corporate taxpayers at random, using the purposive sampling method at the West Jakarta Middle Tax Office. The number of questionnaires distributed was 100 questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the Application of the Annual Annual E-SPT of the Agency has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance and taxpayer awareness. While Understanding Taxation has no significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Ramadan effect and volatility risk on the Indonesian stock market using the GARCH model. The population in this study are companies listed on the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2019. There are 42 companies used as samples in this study. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling method. This study uses the GARCH model as an analytical tool. The results of this study indicate that there is no Ramadan effect on the LQ45 index, but the volatility in the month of Ramadan affects the volatility in the LQ45 index. Keywords: Ramadan Effect, Volatility Risk, GARCH Model Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Ramadhan effect dan risiko volatilitas terhadap pasar saham Indonesia dengan menggunakan model GARCH. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar pada indeks LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2019. Terdapat 42 perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan model GARCH sebagai alat analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh Ramadhan terhadap indeks LQ45, namun volatilitas pada bulan Ramadhan berpengaruh terhadap volatilitas pada indeks LQ45. ABSTRACT This study aims To find out the constraints faced by extension workers in providing agricultural extension in Sukasari Village Mesuji Raya District Ogan Komering Ilir Regency and To know the response of farmers to the implementation of agricultural extension in the Sukasari Village Mesuji Raya District Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research was carried out in Sukasari Village Mesuji Raya District Ogan Komering Ilir Regency in March to May 2017. The research method used is qualitative methods. While the sampling method used is simple random Purposive sampling will 28 samples of palm oil farmer. So the sample studied from members of the population as a whole that is as much as 28 oil palm farmers. Data collection methods used are interviews and observation methods. The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data. Method of processing and analysis of data used is using descriptive analysis method with qualitative approach. The results showed that agricultural extension facilities used extension workers are motorcycles, aids and props. Infrastructure that is not yet supported is not yet all extension workers get a service house near the location of counseling, Distance taken by agricultural extension workers in carrying out their duties is about 3 km for the location of the activities of the farmer's house and about 5 km for the location of agricultural gardens. Farmer's response to the organik fertilizer extension activiti b using cattle manure for oil palm plantation with total score or 47,50 which means getting high score.  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi penyuluh dalam memberikan penyuluhan pertanian di Sukasari Kecamatan Mesuji Raya Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir dan Untuk mengetahui tanggapan petani terhadap pelaksanaan penyuluhan pertanian di Desa Sukasari Kecamatan Mesuji Raya Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sukasari Kecamatan Mesuji Raya Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir pada bulan Maret sampai dengan bulan Mei 2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Sedangkan metode penarikan contoh yang digunakan adalah acak sederhana Purposive sampling dengan anggota populasi sebanyak 28. Maka sampel yang diteliti dari anggota populasi secara keseluruhan yaitu sebanyak 28 petani kelapa sawit. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan observasi. Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode analisis diskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Sarana penyuluhan pertanian yang digunakan penyuluh adalah sepeda motor, alat bantu dan alat peraga. Prasarana yang yang belum mendukung adalah belum semua penyuluh mendapatkan rumah dinas di dekat lokasi penyuluhan, Jarak yang ditempuh penyuluh pertanian dalam melaksanakan tugasnya adalah sekitar 3 km untuk kelokasi kegiatan dari rumah petani dan sekitar 5 km untuk lokasi kebun pertanian. Tanggapan petani terhadap kegitan penyuluhan pertanian pupuk organik dengan menggunakan kotoran ternak untuk tanaman kelapa sawit dengan jumlah keseluruhan skornya 47.5 yang artinya memperoleh nilai tinggi.

This study aims to analyze the effect of applying e-filing to taxpayer reporting compliance with the use of social media as a moderating variable. The data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires taken directly through filling out questionnaires distributed via online media using Google Form. The sampling method in this study uses a purposive sampling method with taxpayer criteria using social media. The results showed that the application of e-filing had a significant positive effect on compliance with taxpayer reporting while the use of social media was not able to moderate the effect of e-filing on taxpayer reporting compliance.

The aim of this research is to determine simultaneous and partial influence of trust brand on the loyalty of student of the Faculty of Economics, Tadulako University, Palu to buy Pantene Shampoo. Sampling method in this research is purposive sampling; with a total sample of 96 respondents. The results of hypothesis testing using F-test show that the three independent variables that are brand trust (X) consisting of brand characteristics (X1), the characteristics of the company (X2) and the characteristics of customers with the brand (X3) simultaneously have positive and significant influence on the dependent variable customer loyalty (Y) with sig-F of 0.000 <0.05. Furthermore, the brand characteristic variable (X1) with sig 0,001, characteristic of the company (X2) with sig of 0.001, and characteristics of customers to the brand value of sig 0.004 <0.05, which shows partial influence on customer loyalty variable (Y). R2 values of 0.645 and brand belief variable (X) simultaneously influence customer loyalty (Y) of 64.5%, while the remaining 35.5% is influenced by other factors that are not examined. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial dari kepercayaan merek terhadap loyalitas mahasiswi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako Palu. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F bahwa ketiga variabel independen kepercayaan merek (X) yang terdiri dari karakteristik merek (X1), karakteristik perusahaan (X2) dan karakteristik pelanggan dengan merek (X3) terbukti secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen loyalitas pelanggan (Y) dengan nilai sig-F sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Selanjutnya variabel karakteristik merek (X1) dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,001, karakteritik perusahaan (X2) dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,001 dan karakteristik pelanggan dengan merek nilai sig sebesar 0,004 < 0.05 yang berarti secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap variable loyalitas pelanggan (Y). Nilai R2 sebesar 0,645 dengan demikian variabel kepercayaan merek (X) yang diteliti secara serempak memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel loyalitas pelanggan (Y) sebesar 64,5% sementara sisanya 35,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

The objectives of this study are: (1). Assessing customer service quality in the aspects of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy; (2). Assessing ways to increase customer satisfaction in order to achieve or exceed service targets. The type of data used is primary data which comes from 2 (two) groups of informants, namely customers and employees, with a purposive sampling method. The analysis tool uses a pure qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study prove that: Customer satisfaction with the services provided by Bank Mandiri Semarang Pahlawan area regarding the dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy is at the level of confirmation or satisfaction. Furthermore, how to increase customer satisfaction in order to achieve or exceed service targets by providing more attractive facilities, the number of front liner officers and queuing seats added, strategies to stay on time and fulfill obligations as marketing, increase cooperation with all departments.

The price gap between farmers and retailers in commercial vegetables like spinach, tomatoes, potatoes and shallots in Bogor City was predicted as a result from the high trading margin. The research aims to analyze income, margin and farmer share obtained by commercial vegetable supply chain actors in Bogor City. The study was conducted in March - October 2017 at the Bogor Traditional Market and the Jambu Traditional Market. The selection of respondents used the purposive sampling and snowball sampling method. Result shows that the R / C ratio of farmers is lower than that of traders. The R/C ratio received by farmers is 1,48, while that received by traders is 2,64. The average Farmer Share (41,2%) is lower than the seller share (58,8%). The average marketing margin is Rp 14,576.5. The supply chain that take side to farmers regarding to the value of R/C, the total margin and the farmer's share value are found in potato commodities because it has a higher R / C ratio than traders, higher farmer shares than traders, and trading margin that lower than the three other commodities compared
