This study aims to analyze the effect of the Ramadan effect and volatility risk on the Indonesian stock market using the GARCH model. The population in this study are companies listed on the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2019. There are 42 companies used as samples in this study. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling method. This study uses the GARCH model as an analytical tool. The results of this study indicate that there is no Ramadan effect on the LQ45 index, but the volatility in the month of Ramadan affects the volatility in the LQ45 index. Keywords: Ramadan Effect, Volatility Risk, GARCH Model Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Ramadhan effect dan risiko volatilitas terhadap pasar saham Indonesia dengan menggunakan model GARCH. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar pada indeks LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2019. Terdapat 42 perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan model GARCH sebagai alat analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh Ramadhan terhadap indeks LQ45, namun volatilitas pada bulan Ramadhan berpengaruh terhadap volatilitas pada indeks LQ45. It has observed from many stock markets around the world that index value used to vary due to fluctuation in stock prices. One of the most important factors of variation in the stock prices is the day of the week effect, which indicates calendar irregularities in stock markets. Investment in the stock market is the most uncertain; therefore investors get worried regarding the appropriate day to trade in the financial market. The main objective of the present study is to find out the appropriate day of the week effect of developing the stock market of an emergent nation like India from 1st January 2000 to 31st December 2018. For fulfilling the objectives of the study, the daily closing value of four major indices of the Bombay Stock Exchange has been taken into consideration. To test the equality between average returns to different days and to examine the distribution pattern of daily returns series that measure the day of the week analysis, the parametric tools alike Mean and Standard deviation have employed. Apart from the parametric test, t-test has also applied to the daily returns in order to test the hypothesis. In this study, descriptive statistics and the GARCH model has also used with the purpose of measuring the day of the week effect analysis. Conferring to the results, the coefficients express that the return among different days of the week are statistically significant

Abstract This study aims to empirically challenge the moderation of Non-Performing Loans to the effect of Credit Distribution Rates on Profitability. The population of 81 bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018 and which met the criteria of the research sample (purposive sampling) were 22 companies. The research method uses survey methods with quantitative research approaches, the analytical tool used is moderation regression. This study concludes that the level of credit distribution has a significant positive effect on profitability and the existence of the problem loan variable is proven to be a moderating variable that weakens the relationship between the level of credit distribution and profitability.

This research was conducted to examine the effect age of company, likuidity and profitability to timeliness in the submission of the financial report of manufacturing in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012. Sample that as many as 92 companies. Sample determination technique using purposive sampling method. Hypotesis testing using a logistic anlysis. The result showed that all variables are not significantly to the timeliness.

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh laba bersih, arus kas operasi, investment opportunity set, dan firm size terhadap dividen kas. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan sub perdagangan eceran yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015–2019. Sampel terdiri dari lima perusahaan yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa laba bersih berpengaruh positif terhadap dividen kas, sedangkan arus kas operasi, investment opportunity set, dan firm size tidak berpengaruh. Hal ini dapat menjadi perhatian bagi perusahaan untuk terus meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba bersih. Dengan laba yang tinggi, para investor akan lebih tertarik untuk menginvestasikan dananya. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of net income, operating cash flow, investment opportunity set, and firm size on cash dividends. This research was conducted on sub-retail trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015–2019 period. The sample consists of five companies, selected using the purposive sampling method. It uses multiple linear regression to test the hypotheses. Results show that net income affects positively cash dividends. While cash flow, investment opportunity set, and firm size does not affect cash dividends. This can be a concern for the company to continue to improve the company's performance in generating net income. With high profits, investors will be more interested in investing their funds.

This study aims to analyze the effect of debt policy, dividend policy, and company growth on company value, with profitability as the intervening variable, in the finance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population of this study was all finance companies listed on IDX for the period of 2015 and 2016. The purposive sampling method was used in this study with the sample consisted of 12 finance companies. Data used were financial data sourced from the website of IDX. Data were analyzed using path analysis with two equations, i.e., the factors affecting company value and the factors affecting company profitability. Results of the study showed that debt policy, dividend policy, company growth, and profitability have no significant effect on company value. This study also found that debt policy and company growth  have no significant effect on profitability, while dividend policy significantly affects profitability. This study aims to empirically prove the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage and intensity of fixed assets on tax aggressiveness (Empirical study on mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016). In this study there were a population of 46 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. The research method used in this study was quantitative. Through purposive sampling method, researchers obtained a sample of 12 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. The model in this study is panel regression using the Eviews 8 application. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that the profitability, liquidity and intensity of fixed assets have no significant effect on tax aggressiveness, while the leverage factor has a significant effect on tax aggressiveness. Profitability, liquidity, leverage and intensity of fixed assets together have a significant effect on tax aggressiveness. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage dan intensitas aset tetap terhadap agresivitas pajak (Studi empiris pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016). Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 46 perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif, yakni melalui metode purposive sampling dengan sampel 12 perusahaan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016. Model dalam penelitian ini yaitu regresi panel dengan menggunakan aplikasi Eviews 8. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis linear berganda. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa faktor profitabilitas, likuiditas dan intensitas asset tetap berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap agresivitas pajak. Sedangkan faktor leverage mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap agresivitas pajak. Dengan demikian, profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage dan intensitas asset tetap secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap agresivitas pajak. <p>Goals of the research to analyze whether occurred abnormal return of ASIAN Games phenomena and see how investors react to the big ASIAN Games 2018 event in Indonesia. . This reseach uses a sample of companies included in the hotel, restaurant and tourism sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the observation period, based on the purposive sampling method which obtained 22 companies and used the event study method. There is a significant abnormal return but not on the phenomenon of the Asian Games 2018. This shows that investors still wait and see to the organization of the Asian Games in 2018. No difference of abnormal return before and after the Asian Games 2018. This is because, as investors look to the many tourists who have started to flock to Indonesia before the Asian Games in 2018 took place.<em></em></p><p><strong><em></em></strong><em><br /></em></p>

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Board of Commissioner, Leverage, and Ownership Structure on the Enterprise Risk Management disclosure of banking firm listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period from 2013 to 2015. Sampling technique using purposive sampling (purposive sampling method). The sampel used in this study is a banking company that meets the criteriaas set out in this study to obtain 21 banking. The data obtained derived from the annualreport and financial report of the banks publishe. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression to test the classical assumption first. The result showed that the Board of Commissioner have a significant influence on the Enterprise Risk Management Disclosure. Leverageand Ownership Structure is not significantly effects on Enterprise Risk Management Disclosure.

This research was conducted to find out effect of independent commissioner, audit committee, and corporate social responsibility on financial performance at Index Kompas 100  in in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016-2018. Index Kompas 100 company has high market capitalization value, so it is suitable for use as a population. Samples were determined using the purposive sampling method. Research using multiple linear analyses. This research prove that independent commissioner, audit committee, corporate social responsibility have a influence on  financial performance.
