The purpose of this study was conducted to determine (1) the development of tourists to the Taman Rimba zoo in Jambi Province (2) to analyze the factors that influence tourist attraction, facilities, accessibility, and service quality on the interest in visiting tourists' return visits. Methods of data collection through observation and distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The data source used is primary data obtained directly from the distribution of questionnaires as many as 157 with 5 question items each. The software used in this research examiner is Statistical Package for The Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of the analysis of this study indicate that simultaneously or together the attractiveness and facilities have a significant or positive effect on the interest in visiting tourists' return visits. Meanwhile, accessibility and service quality has a negative effect on the interest in returning tourists. Partially the average attractiveness, facilities, accessibility, and service quality have a positive or significant effect on the interest in revisiting tourists. This research was conducted to examine the factors that influence individual taxpayer compliance with sanctions as a moderating variable. This research  was  conducted  at  the  Primary  Tax  Office  in  North  Bekasi.  Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires as many as 170 respondents, but 5 respondents did not return the questionnaire and 165 respondents to the data conducted for the study. The  data  in this study  are primary  data  and  the  method used in  this research is quantitative method, using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences version 22). The results of this study indicate that knowledge, tax awareness and tax environment have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance while sanctions as a moderating variable, it has no positive effect on taxpayer compliance.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik Sistem Informasi Akuntansi manajemen yang berupa Broad scope, Timeliness, Aggregation dan Integration terhadap kinerja manajerial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 108 UMKM usaha Cafe di Kecamatan Panakukang Kota Makassar. Sampel yang akan digunakan diambil menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga didapatkan 85 sampel dan kuesioner yang tersebar sebanyak 85 kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan program Statistical Package For The Social Sciences (SPSS) Hasil penelitian broadscape memiliki pengaruh positif (berpengaruh) terhadap kinerja manajerial. Timeline memiliki pengaruh positif (berpengaruh) terhadap kinerja manajerial Agregated memiliki pengaruh positif (berpengaruh) terhadap kinerja manajeria dan Integrated memiliki pengaruh positif (berpengaruh) terhadap kinerja manajerial This research is conducted by aiming to analyse the influence of characteristics of information System management Accounting that of Broad scope, Timeliness, Aggregation and Integration to managerial performance. The methods used in this study used a quantitative approach. Data collection using primary data obtained from questionnaires. The population in this study is 108 MSME Cafe business in Panakukang Sub-district of Makassar. Samples to be used were taken using the Slovin formula so that obtained 85 samples and questionnaires spread as many as 85 questionnaires. Timeline has a positive influence on the managerial performance of Agregated has a positive influence (influence) on the performance of management and Integrated has a positive effect (influential) on managerial performance

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi kegunaan, kemudahan dan kerumitan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) terhadap data pemicu di approweb, pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Makassar Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui survei kepada 36 orang responden dari account representative di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Makassar Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner data dianalisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebermanfaatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sedangkan kemudahan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan dan kerumitan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap data pemicu di aplikasi approweb. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan teori TAM dari persepsi kebermanfaatan data pemicu di aplikasi approweb bermanfaat bagi account representative. The study aims to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness, ease and complexity of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) on trigger data in the Approweb, at the West Makassar Pratama Tax Office. This study uses primary data through a survey of 36 respondents from account representatives at the West Makassar Pratama Tax Office. Data collection techniques through data questionnaires were analyzed using the SPSS application. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that usefulness has a positive and significant effect while ease of positive effect is not significant and complexity has a significant negative effect on trigger data in approweb applications. The results of this study prove the TAM theory from the perceived usefulness of trigger data in the approweb application is beneficial for account representatives.

<p>This study aims to determine whether empathic services, facility services, reliable services, responsive services and convincing services have an effect on student satisfaction. The research method used is to take a sample from a population and use a questionnaire as the main data collection. To dig up information / data and distribute it to answer the formulation of the problem that has been determined so that this research is an exploratory descriptive. As the population in this study were all students of SDN Guluk-guluk I Kec. Guluk-guluk in the academic year 2010/2011 as many as 335 students. For the purposes of analysis in this study, primary data are needed as the main data and secondary data as complementary data. The method of obtaining primary data as the main data will be used by using a questionnaire technique or by using a questionnaire. To obtain more complete data information in this study, observation and documentation techniques were also used. So that the data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, documentation and observation. Reliable services, responsive services, convincing services, empathic services, and service provider facilities have a significant effect on Student Satisfaction at SDN Guluk-guluk I Kec. Guluk - guluk , this is indicated by using the F test shows the value of F count of 143.161 (significance f = 0.000) so Fcount&gt; Ftable (143.161&gt; 3.095) or Sig F &lt;5% (0.000 &lt;0.05) means the magnitude of the influence of quality variables service (X1) to student satisfaction (Y) of 90.00%. Partially Service Quality Management has a significant positive effect on Student Satisfaction at SDN Guluk-guluk I Kec. Gulul-guluk, this is indicated by the t count value of 5.221 with a significance of 0.000, because tcount&gt; ttable (5.221&gt; 1.986 ) or sig t &lt;5% (0.000 &lt;5%) and the value of the partial regression coefficient (standardized beta coefficients) is 0.595 then partially the service quality variable (X2) has a significant positive effect on the student satisfaction variable at SDN Guluk-guluk I Kec. Roll up (Y) Reliable service, responsive service, convincing service, empathic service, and service provision of facilities together have an effect on student satisfaction. Service quality management which more dominantly affects student satisfaction than other variables, this can be seen from the value of the regression coefficient (standardized coefficients beta) which is the largest compared to the coefficient value on the facility provision variable of 0.595 which shows the regression value of the service quality variable (X1) of 0.296.</p>

The objectives of this research were to find the influence of murabahah, rahn financing product superiority and the application of Islamic values ​​with quality of service to customer satisfaction in Islamic banks (PT BPR Syariah Lantabur Tebuireng Cabang Gresik). The approach of this research was quantitative using primary data. The sample in this research were customers of PT BPR Syariah Lantabur Tebuireng Cabang Gresik. With the sampling technique using non-probability sampling, so the authors get a total sample of 75 respondents. Analysis of the data in this research using Smart PLS 2.0 analysis tools. The results showed that Murabahah Financing a significant positive effect on Service Quality. Rahn had a significant positive effect on service quality. Islamic values ​​had a positive and not significant effect on service quality. Service Quality had a significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction. Murabahah Financing had no significant negative effect on Customer Satisfaction. Rahn had a significant positive significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Islamic values ​​had an insignificant negative effect on customer satisfaction. From the results of the path test, intervening variables it was service quality proven to be able to mediate the relationship between, Murabahah Financing, Rahn and Islamic Values ​​on customer satisfaction of PT BPR Syariah Lantabur Tebuireng Cabang Gresik. This research aims to determine the effect of accrual-based application, internal control, IT utilization and HR competency on the quality of financial statement information. The research is a quantitative approach with primary data source. The population in this research was 29 Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) of Sleman Regency. The sample in this research amounted to 107 respondents taken using a purposive sampling. Data collection in this research using a questionnare. The data analysis using a multiple regression. The result of this research show that the accrual-based application, IT utilization and HR competency have a positive effect on the quality of financial statement information, while internal control has no significant affect on the quality of financial statement information.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of service quality and brand image to re-visit interest. Samples were patients who were ambulatory and hospitalized at the Clinic Bidan Marlina Tangerang Selatan totaling 130 respondents. Regression analysis techniques were used to analyze the influence of service quality and brand image to re-visit interest is using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). Service quality and significant positive effect on the re-visit interest in Bidan Marlina Clinic Tangerang Selatan, every 1% increase in the variable quality of service will be followed by the increase in re-visit interest of 0.265 percent. While the brand image variable positive and significant effect on the interest re-visit the clinic Bidan Marlina Tangerang Selatan, every 1% increase in variable brand image will be followed by the increase in re-visit interest of 0.740 percent. Furthermore, the results also showed that there is a positive and significant influence on the independent variables of service quality and brand image together to re-visit interest. Service quality and brand image affects 65.7% of the interest to re-visit the clinic Bidan Marlina Tangerang Selatan.

Financial performance is an analysis done to see the extent to which the company Esperanca Timor-oan has implemented by using the rules of financial performance is good and right. This study aim to determine the effect of firm size (Total asset), leverage (DER) and liquidity (QR) to profitability (ROA) in the company Esperanca Timor-Oan Unipessoal.Lda Dili East Timor. This research was conducted in the company ETO. Secondary date in this research report 2010-2012 financial year, . Testing the research hypotheses using multiple regression linear  analysis techniques, with tools Statistical Package for the Application of the Social Sciences (SPSS) 21.0 Version.The results showed that: 1).the size of the company’s significant negative effect on profitability, leverage significant positive effect on profitability, liquidity significant negative effect on profitability.

This study intends to know the influences of service quality perspective Islamic on the satisfication and the customer loyalty of Grand Hotel Kalimas in Surabaya. In achieving the aim, this study uses quantitative approach particularly in path analysis. Questioner is used in this study as primary data source of this study, moreover the data sampling of this study taken from 30 respondents. Meanwhile, method of data collection uses probability sampling with accidental sampling approach.For the results, the writer finds that the quality of perspective Islamic gives significant impact toward the satisfication of the customer, but it does not give significant impact toward the loyalty of customer. However, the satisfication of the customer gives significant influence toward the loyalty of the customer, Islamic perspective of service quality indirect effect on customer loyalty.

The purpose of this research is to know, the influence of e-samsat program to the satisfaction of service quality, the influence of the satisfaction of service quality to the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayer, the influence of e-samsat program to the compliance of the motor vehicle taxpayers, and to know the effect of e-samsat program on compulsory compliance motor vehicle tax through satisfaction of service quality as intervening variable in Special Region of Yogyakarta. We use primary data. The sample of research is 75 taxpayers but the sample that can be processed only 74.The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used path analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. Based on result of research by using path analysis that, e-samsat program have a significant positive effect to service quality satisfaction, service quality satisfaction has a significant positive effect to vehicle taxpayer compliance, e-samsat program has a significant positive effect on vehicle taxpayer compliance and program e-samsat has a significant positive effect on the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers through the satisfaction of service quality.Keywords: e-samsat program, service quality satisfaction, and taxpayer compliance
