Learning to read and write the Quran using the IQRO method has been used for a long time and applied to children. The basic reason is that with IQRO it is very easy for children to follow, the book is cheap consisting of six books that have a certain level. This research wants to collaborate with the learning goal method and objectives oriented. Hopefully, that early childhood is easy to understand and easy to remember letters, to be able to read the Quran correctly. Formulation of the problem "How is the application of participatory learning IQRO method in TPQ oriented to the purpose of learning activities for early childhood". The objective of the research is to find the general description, planning, implementation, and evaluation, participatory learning of the IQRO method in TPQ through the Learning Goal Method and Objectives Oriented on children. This research used a qualitative method with analytical descriptive. The researcher analyzes data, find information, relationships, basic frameworks, carefully compare, and report in narrative form. The result is that children who are included in participating and have goals in IQRO learning will be able to more quickly and master learning. Location of research in TPQ (Alquran Education Center) Assalam Pakusarakan Earth Complex II Rt 03/25 Tanimulya Ngamprah Kab. West Bandung.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) konsep kurikulum pendidikan multikultural di Taman Kanak-Kanak, dan (2) model pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan multikultural di Taman Kanak-Kanak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran di Taman Kanak-Kanak. Penelitian ini berhasil menemukan bahwa: (1) konsep kurikulum pendidikan multikultural di Taman Kanak-Kanak merupakan bentuk kurikulum yang memuat materi-materi pendidikan multikultural yang diperuntukkan bagi pembelajaran anak usia dini dalam rangka mengenalkan dan menanamkan sikap kebersamaan, keadilan, dan toleransi pada diri anak. (2) model pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan multikultural di Taman Kanak-Kanak dilakukan dengan menggunakan empat pendekatan, yaitu pendekatan kontribusi, aditif, transformasi, dan aksi sosial. Dari keempat pendekatan tersebut yang dapat diterapkan dalam pendidikan anak usia dini hanya ada dua, yakni: pendekatan kontribusi dan pendekatan aditif.Kata kunci: kurikulum, pendidikan multikulturan, taman kanak-kanak.  THE MODEL OF MULTICULTURAL EDUCATION CURRICULUM IN KINDERGARTENAbstractThis article aims to know: (1) The concept of multicultural education curriculum in kindergarten, and (2) The model of multicultural education curriculum. This study resulted the findings that: (1) The concept of multicultural education curriculum in kindergarten as a form of curriculum contains the materials of multicultural education which given to the learning of the childhood in order to introduce and inculcate unity, justice, and tolerance in children. (2) The model of curriculum development of multicultural education in kindergarten is done by using four approaches, namely the contrivution of additives, transformation, and social action. From the four approaches that can be applied in early childhood education, there are only two, namely the contribution approach and additive approach.Keywords: curriculum, multicultural education, kindergarten

This study aims to determine the emotional social development of early childhood in Integrated Early Childhood Education Tarbiyatul Athfal UIN Antasari Banjarmasin as well as the form of learning activities undertaken as an effort to stimulate the emotional social development. The research method used is qualitative research on 6 children and learning activities that can stimulate children's emotional emotional development as primary data. Based on research conducted, the results obtained that the child's emotional social development tends to be unstable. Children often prefer to play alone. Nevertheless, children also begin to show interest in hanging out in the surrounding environment and doing play activities together. In addition, there are several factors influence, such as: social emotional experiences of children, gender differences, differences in family and cultural backgrounds, and parenting. While the form of learning activities that are pursued in the form of stimulation of children's emotional social development include: routine activities of reading Asmaul Husna and short surahs, filling in journals, playing indoor, and conducting learning activities. The activity was carried out through exemplary methods, sharing learning, and collaborative games.

The world of education is a world where there are learning activities between teachers and students, these two components cannot be eliminated in an educational process because if one of them is lost there will never be a learning goal. However, on the other hand there are components that also play a role as supporting learning activities both directly and indirectly. No less important components are facilities and infrastructure. Administration of educational facilities and infrastructure is very supportive of achieving a goal of education, as a personal education we are required to master and understand the administration of facilities and infrastructure, to improve work power effectively and efficiently and be able to respect the work ethics of personal education, so harmony, comfort can create pride and a sense of belonging both from the school community and the residents of the surrounding community.

Abstract: Land Acquisition for public interest in Kulon Progo Regency is a procedure that must be implemented before initializing the new airport, which will replace the function of Adisutjipto airport. It facing much rejection during the process, so that it takes long time in completion. That also causing the identification and inventory process to be inhibited so that the land valuation process can’t be done perfectly. Their compensation won’t be given directly to the land owner, but through the consignment procedure that deposited at the District Court. This research is conducted by descriptive qualitative method. The results show that the assessment of the land is done well, although there is a discretionary decision, so that re-assessment is conducted in different time. The payment mechanism of compensation through consignment also done according to procedures, although the requirement of rejection letter from the party who is not eligible can’t be fulfilled, because it can be suspended due to the large interest for the land acquisition process of the new airport. Keywords: land assessment, consignment, land acquisition Intisari: Pembangunan bandara udara baru yang dapat menggantikan fungsi bandara udara Adisutjipto sudah tidak dapat dielakkan lagi. Pembangunan bandara udara baru dilaksanakan melalui prosedur Pengadaan Tanah untuk Kepentingan Umum. Penolakan terhadap pembangunan bandara udara terjadi dalam kegiatan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mekanisme penilaian dan mekanisme konsinyasi terhadap bidang tanah yang mengalami penolakan oleh pihak yang berhak pada kegiatan pengadaan tanah tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan penilaian bidang tanah secara keseluruhan sudah sesuai prosedur yang ada, akan tetapi terdapat putusan diskresi terhadap bidang tanah yang sebelumnya tidak dapat dilakukan penilaian secara keseluruhan kemudian dilakukan penilaian ulang di luar waktu yang telah ditentukan. Mekanisme pembayaran ganti kerugian melalui konsinyasi sudah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, hanya dalam proses permohonan registrasi konsinyasi terdapat satu syarat terkait dengan surat penolakan dari pihak yang berhak yang tidak dapat dilampirkan, hal tersebut dapat ditangguhkan mengingat besarnya kepentingan kelancaran proses pengadaan tanah pembangunan bandara udara baru ini. The metadata that describe how scientific data are created and analyzed are typically limited to a general description of data sources, software used, and statistical tests applied and are presented in narrative form in the methods section of a scientific paper or a data set description. Recognizing that such narratives are usually inadequate to support reproduction of the analysis of the original work, a growing number of journals now require that authors also publish their data. However, finer-scale metadata that describe exactly how individual items of data were created and transformed and the processes by which this was done are rarely provided, even though such metadata have great potential to improve data set reliability. This chapter focuses on the detailed process metadata, called “data provenance,” required to ensure reproducibility of analyses and reliable re-use of the data.

The purpose of this study was to determine the dynamics of singing and dancing techniques in preventing aggressive behavior in early childhood. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The subjects of the study were students or children who behaved aggressively in PAUD Al-Adiba institutions, Blitar. Data collection was carried out by several methods, namely observation, interviews, and documentation study. The results of the data were analyzed using a grounded theory analysis approach model. The results showed that the aggressive behavior of the children of PAUD Al-Adibal Blitar, among others: beatings, screaming, crying, etc. were caused by factors of parenting, social environment, and genetics. Singing or dancing techniques can be used by teachers in overcoming children's aggressiveness. As much as 80% of early childhood education learning activities are used for singing and dancing for each material. So that singing and dancing can be used as a means of preventing aggressive behavior at PAUD Al-Adiba Blitar from an early age.

The purpose of this study is to improve students' interest in English vocabulary through picture media in TK Nur Assalam. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The participants of this research were 6 students. The results obtained from efforts to the improving students interest in English vocabulary using the picture media involving active learners in the learning process. The role of picture media in learning activities is very important for children, especially in the next education level. Teaching and learning activities in early childhood will quickly develop if parents and teachers intensive to develop it. There are several attempts to create a sense of pleasure in early childhood by using picture media in the learning process. From the result of research indicate that when pre-action take result (15%). In cycle I, it increased to (55%) sufficient criteria. In cycle II, it increased again to (85%) good criteria. So, the increase that occurred from the pre-action to the cycle I that is (40%). The increase from cycle I to cycle II that is (30%). And increase from pre-action to cycle II that is (70%). From the research results obtained, then to the improving students interest in English vocabulary can be improved by using picture media in the learning process.Keywords : Students’ Interest, Vocabulary and Picture Media

PAI subjects seem monotonous, stiff, and unattractive due to the lack of mastery of Islamic Religious Education teachers in using PowerPoint media. This study was used as a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. Data analysis was used data reduction, data display, and data verification techniques. Data validation did by using member checking techniques, data triangulation, and extending the observation period. The informants were 3 PAI teachers. Research focus: 1) How was the PowerPoint display design in Islamic Religious Education learning? 2) How were Islamic Religious Education learning activities using PowerPoint media? The objectives of this research were: 1) To describe the PowerPoint display design in Islamic Religious Education learning. 2) To describe Islamic Religious Education learning activities using PowerPoint media. The findings of this study were 1) The display of the PowerPoint design was not good in every aspect, and the appearance of solid material, images, colors, and films did not match the material. 2) PAI learning activities were less conducive, active, and creative because students were not comprehending enoughand less able to explain the material.

Child social emotional development at this time requires the attention of all parties, especially teachers in the school because it is not optimal child social-emotional development because teacher learning activities do not provide stimulation to children. In addition, emotional tension possessed by children can reduce or interfere with the motor and mental activities of children. One way to develop children's social emotional and physical can be done through out door games. This research method is classroom action research with the aim of providing information on how the teacher acts in stimulating children's social emotional development through out door games. Based on the results of the study, the results of the initial conditions of development of the social-emotional abilities of group A children are still low, so it needs to be developed. After the implementation of the action through two cycles with three meetings per cycle shows the results of improvement. The results of the research conducted by researchers showed that learning activities through outdoor play activities applied to children showed an increase in the number of early childhood children who were able to master learning about the form of the game. The results of the research conducted by researchers showed that learning activities through outdoor play activities applied to children showed an increase in the number of early childhood children who were able to master learning about the form of the game. Based on the results of this study, children can grow mutual help, get new playmates, train their children to take turns playing, grow joy while playing, and children become brave to play alone without having to be accompanied. So it can be concluded that there is an increase in children's social emotional through out door games.Perkembangan sosial emosional anak pada saat ini memerlukan perhatian dari semua pihak terutama guru di sekolah sebab belum optimalnya perkembangan sosial-emosional anak karena kegiatan pembelajaran guru kurang memberikan stimulasi pada anak. Selain itu ketegangan emosi yang dimiliki anak bisa mengurangi atau mengganggu kesibukan motorik dan jiwa anak. Salah satu cara pengembangan sosial emosional dan fisik anak dapat dilakukan melalui permainan out door. Metode penelitian ini yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas dengan tujuan memberikan informasi bagaimana tindakan guru dalam menstimulasi perkembangan sosial emosional anak melalui permainan out door. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil kondisi awal perkembangan kemampuan sosial-emosional anak kelompok A masih rendah, sehingga perlu dikembangkan. Setelah pelaksanaan tindakan melalui dua siklus dengan tiga pertemuan per siklus menunjukan hasil peningkatan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti menunjukan bahwa kegiatan pembelajaran melalui kegiatan permainan outdoor yang diterapkan pada anak menunjukkan peningkatan jumlah anak usia dini yang mampu menguasai pembelajaran mengenal bentuk permainan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini anak-anak dapat menumbuhkan rasa saling tolong menolong, mendapatkan teman bermain yang baru, melatih kesabaran anak agar mau bergiliran dalam bermain, menumbuhkan keceriaan saat bermain, serta anak menjadi berani bermain sendiri tanpa harus ditemani. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya peningkatan sosial emosional anak melalui permainan out door.
