This study was aimed at determining the effectiveness and potential of pedagogical education to develop informational awareness among students under the conditions of educational digitalization in Yakutia, also known as the Republic of Sakha. The problem was investigated primarily through an analysis of the theoretical viewpoints put forward by foreign and Russian researchers on issues regarding updates to education in the informational education space. The loss of moral and value orientations in society and the upbringing amid this backdrop of an entire generation of youth, who are currently becoming educators of a new rising generation, cause societal apprehension and highlight the need to find a solution. Correspondingly, this research probed into the effectiveness with which the following requirement is implemented in the chosen context: capitalizing on the potential of ethnic pedagogy in advancing the evolution of students’ ability to discern and adequately assess the effects of informational environments on youth development. A pedagogical experiment was conducted at the M. K. Ammosov North-Eastern Federal University to examine initial concepts regarding the fulfillment of ethnic pedagogy’s prospects for enhancing the educational value of academic activities in the university. More than 500 students from different colleges and faculties, as well as lecturers who are involved in extracurricular activities, took part in the experiment. The study treated updates in service of the potential of ethnic pedagogy to mold the young generation under the digitalization of the educational process in a regional university as scientific results. The practical significance of the study was established in consideration of the characteristics of media influence, Internet addiction, and psychophysiological stress and in accordance with the requirements of the newly instituted Federal State Educational Standard 3++ (FSES 3++). The obtained methodological and technological data on the development of informational awareness among students can be used in explorations into other areas of education

One of the most important tasks of higher education is to transform the research potential of higher educational institutions into a factor of economic development of Russia. According to the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education and qualification requirements of the Unified Qualification Directory of positions of managers, specialists and civil servants, the organization, management, participation, and conduct of research work is one of the job responsibilities of lecturers, associate professors, and professors of the department, especially workers of science. Meanwhile, the results of research activities should be implemented in the educational process - only then the process of creating new knowledge and the process of its assimilation will be well-balanced, and the cycle of updating knowledge itself will be shorter. The article examines the experience of the Moscow University for the Humanities in the organization of work related to the implementation of the results of research activities in the educational process. Research work is considered in the article as a scientific activity that includes the formulation of a research task, scientific search, collection and analysis of information, its systematization, conducting research and experiments, identifying patterns that manifest themselves in nature and society, scientific generalizations, determination and justification of the scope of implementation of the obtained results. The final result of scientific activity should have practical significance and novelty. The article considers the experience of the Moscow University for the Humanities in terms of integrating research work into the educational process.

In connection with the changes that have occurred in the educational process on the basis of the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education 3 ++, as well as in the structure of the troops, the need to revise the content of military education, as well as the choice of more effective methods for its implementation, has been identified. After analyzing the current state of affairs, the possibilities of frame methods were studied, the main advantage of which is the intensification of the educational process through the structuring of educational information. The authors have developed frame schemes, the effectiveness of which has been tested experimentally. All this made it possible for the teacher to devote more time to explaining the educational material of a lesson, eliminating the excessive amount of information, and for the cadets - to study the subject in more detail, to comprehend the information received, and then apply these methods in their future professional activities when training the personnel of their unit in the army.

Modern challenges of the system of mathematical training of schoolchildren lead to an increase in subject professional deficits of a mathematics teacher. Monitoring the teacher’s professional deficits allows them to be leveled in a timely manner, thereby improving the quality of the educational process. However, the theory and method of identifying them has not been studied much. This makes it possible to state the problem of research, which consists in determining the conceptual basis of the methodology for identifying subject professional deficits of a mathematics teacher. The purpose of the article is to develop a methodology for identifying subject professional deficits of a mathematics teacher. Methodology. The methodological basis of the study was a competent approach as the basis for structuring the professional competencies of a mathematics teacher; a systematic approach as the basis for diagnosing professional deficits of a mathematics teacher; federal state educational standard for higher education in the field of training “Pedagogical education”; professional standard “Teacher (pedagogical activity in the field of preschool, primary general, basic general, secondary general education. Module “Subject training. Mathematics”, the requirements of the federal state educational standard for the mathematical training of students in a general education school). The study used methods of analyzing special literature and normative documents, pedagogical modeling and design, mathematical processing of information. Results of the study. The basic principles of the methodology for identifying subject professional deficits are formulated and substantiated: expediency, diagnosticity, systemicity and advance. Based on these principles, the authors developed a methodology for identifying subject professional deficits of a mathematics teacher. The example shows the main stages and results of diagnosing subject deficits of a mathematics teacher in the field of combinatorics and probability theory.

This paper examines the peculiarities of teaching German as a second foreign language in a railway university. The analysis emphasizes the inefficiency of traditional methods and the success of the bilingual approach, which consists in a harmonious combination of methodological principles of teaching the first and second foreign languages. The authors carry out a theoretical analysis of the fundamental principles of teaching a second foreign language: a comparative approach, the principle of reliance on the first foreign and native languages, an autonomous approach, a cognitive principle. The paper deals with the issues related to interference and transfer in teaching a second foreign language. Project methods (simulation, presentation speech, Lapbook-technology) tested by the author in the learning process are offered as learning technologies, the use of which facilitates effective mastering of foreign language skills and abilities. The syllabus of the course A Second Foreign language developed by teachers of the Rostov State Transport University in accordance with the new edition of the Federal State Educational Standard is analyzed. The conclusion is made that this syllabus satisfies the requirements put forward by methodologists to the process of teaching a second foreign language. The article deals with one of the directions of educational practice — practice-oriented training. In the implementation of practice-oriented training in modern education can help institutions of additional education, because they have a high adaptation to changes in society, quickly respond to individual educational and other needs of children, and most importantly, unlike regulated school education, offer the freedom to choose programs, directions of training, education and development. New requirements for the organization of the educational process in the system of additional education was a prerequisite for the development of a model of formation of universal educational actions on the basis of Children’s Ecological and Biological Center of Zheleznogorsk, Krasnoyarsk Krai. When creating the model, we took into account that the educational activity of the Children’s Ecological and Biological Center is based on a system-activity approach, which will ensure: the formation of readiness for self-development and continuous education, design and construction of the social environment of students in the education system, active educational and cognitive activity of students, construction of the educational process taking into account the individual age, psychological and physiological characteristics of students. The proposed model can be implemented in all institutions of additional education of natural Sciences.
