Application of Environmental-Based Scientific Approach to Improve Science Learning Activities and Outcomes in Grade IV Students of SD Inpres Koya, North Morowali Regency

This study aims to describe an increase in science learning activities and learning outcomes of fourth-grade students through the application of an environment-based scientific approach in the SD Inpres Koya. The research method uses the Hopkins model design, which consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The place for conducting the study was at SD Inpres Koya, from July to August 2018. The research subjects were 12 students. The data collection technique uses observation and test methods. Data analysis was done by analyzing data qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that the activity of students increased (15.33%) in the first cycle to the second cycle. Teacher activity increased (14.66%) from the first cycle to the second cycle. Data on student learning outcomes for pre-action classical absorption (57.50%), cycle I (74.14%), and cycle II (85.83%) increased (11.69%). For classical learning completeness pre-action (41.66%), cycle I (75.00%), and cycle II (100%) increased (25.00%). Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of an environment-based scientific approach can improve the activities and learning outcomes of science in the fourth grade of SD Inpres Koya.

<em>outcomes for fourth grade students of SDN 2 Tuksongo in science learning material about tools. sense. The number of students consists of 15 people. This research is an action research a class consisting of two cycles and 4 meetings. Research design following the research stage which refers to the modification of the Kemmis and Mc diagram.Taggart, namely 1) planning action, 2) executing action, 3) observation, and 4) Reflection. The data collection technique used was the teacher's observation sheet, student observation sheets, student worksheets, and student learning outcomes tests. Result research shows that there is an increase in learning outcomes, from cycle I to cycle II. This increase is evidenced by the results of the analysis of student learning outcomes tests obtained in cycle I are: students who completed 11 of 15 students or classical completeness percentage of 73.3%, 68% classical absorption, and activity students in either category. In cycle II students who completed 13 of 15 students or classical completeness 86.7%, classical absorption of 82%, and student activities are in very good category. Based on the research results indicate that The use of image media can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN 2 Tuksongo in science learning material about the senses.</em>

Problems in the Classroom Action Research (PTK) is the low learning outcomes IPA A fourth grade students of SDN 015 Sungai Salak Kecamatan Tempuling. This study addressed the problem by applying direct instrucsion models. The problem of this research is "Is the direct application of the model intruction IPA can improve learning outcomes in grade IV A SDN 015 Sungai Salak Kecamatan Tempuling ?. The purpose of this study is to improve science learning outcomes in class IV A SDN 015 Sungai Salak Kecamatan Tempuling by way of direct intruction models. Direct intruction A model of fourth grade students of SDN 015 Sungai Salak, Kecamatan Tempuling can improve learning outcomes significantly. At first the student learning outcomes pre-cyclye is 36.00 categorized as very unfavorable; in the first cycle was 61.00 with category; and the results of the second cycle is 81.50 with very good category. Mastery learning individually and classical increases; pre-cyclye 4 students and 20.00 (not finished); in the first cycle is 12 students and 60.00% (not finished) and the second cycle is 19 students or 95% (complete). Based on observations of fourth grade students of SDN 015 A Sungai Salak Kecamatan Tempuling, activity in the first cycle an average of 72% or better and the second cycle of activity is 82% or better at all. Students seem to understand the direct intruction models and they can understand the subject matter properly and appropriately. Based on the research results with direct instructional improvement intruction models managed to fix the problem of low student learning outcomes SDN 015 class IV A Sungai Salak Kecamatan of Tempuling.

This study aims to describe the application of the explicit instruction cooperative learning model in improving science learning outcomes for fourth-grade students of SD Inpres 4/82 Biru, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency. The approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach with classroom action research. The focus of research, namely the application of the Explicit Instruction type cooperative learning model and student learning outcomes. The research setting was SD Inpres 4/82 Biru, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency. The research subjects were all students in grade IV SD Inpres 4/82 Biru, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency, totaling 17 students consisting of 11 male students and 6 female students. Data collection techniques and procedures used were tests, observation, and documentation. The research data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and concluding. The results showed that there was an increase in learning outcomes in each cycle. The results of the first cycle were in the moderate category (C) and increased in the second cycle with the good category (B). This study concludes that the application of the Explicit Instruction type cooperative learning model can improve the results of fourth-grade students' science learning outcomes SD Inpres 4/82 Biru, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency.

This study aims to: (1) Describe the activities of Mathematics learning in fourth grade students of Langkai Palangka Raya SDN-2 2016/2017 Academic Year on the application of Student Facilitator and Explaining models assisted by Bulletin Board media, (2) Improve science learning outcomes of fourth grade students in the Langkai Palangka Raya SDN-2 2016/2017 Academic Year after the application of the Student Facilitator and Explaining models assisted by the Bulletin Board media. The type of research used by researchers was Classroom Action Research (PTK) with the research subjects of all fourth-grade students in the Langkai Palangka Raya SDN-2, totaling 15 students consisting of 9 men and six women. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and tests. Data analysis uses qualitative and quantitative data analysts. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Activity of Grade IV students of SDN-2 Langkai Palangka Raya in the academic year 2016/2017 in science learning after applying Student Facilitator and Explaining models assisted by Bulletin Board media to be good, because students are active, enthusiastic, listening teacher explanation and enthusiasm in following the learning process. The results of the observations of teacher activities on teaching and learning activities carried out by observer I and observer II during the learning process of science in the first cycle the universal aspect of teacher activity 3.50 in the category is excellent, and the global element of students is 3.59 in the group very good. (2) There is an increase in science learning outcomes by applying the Student Facilitator and Explaining model assisted by Bulletin Board media in grade IV science subjects at the Langkai Palangka Raya Elementary School 2 in the academic year 2016/2017. This is indicated by the learning outcomes seen through the class average in cycle I which is equal to 85.33, and the completeness percentage of students in classical is 93.33%, from the predetermined provisions namely for KKM of 70 and completeness criteria in traditional 85 %.

Abstrak: Adapun tujuan dari Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa melalui pembelajaran word square pada materi globalisasi dengan  subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SDN Sidorejo I kabupaten Tuban T.A 2016-2017 yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Para siswa tersebut terdiri dari 15 putra dan 15 putri. Dari segi akademik, para siswa mempunyai kemampuan akademik yang heterogen. Yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah kurang tuntasnya siswa dalam belajar materi globalisasi yang disebabkan oleh beberapa factor, salah satunya karena guru minim pengetahuan tentang pembelajaran terkini yang inovatif,kreatif dan imajinatif. Setelah melakukan observasi, maka diperlukan adanya perbaikan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Data prasiklus rata- rata kelas 68.7% dengan siswa yang mendapat nilai ≥ 75 sebanyak 8 siswa dan yang mendapat nilai ≤ 75 sebanyak 22 siswa. Siklus I di peroleh rata- rata kelas 74.3% dengan siswa yang mendapat nilai ≥ 75 sebanyak 14 siswa dan yang mendapat nilai ≤ 75 sebanyak 16 siswa. Karena belum mencapai KKM mata pelajaran PKn maka dilakukan tindakan pada siklus berikutnya yaitu siklus II, diperoleh rata- rata kelas 83.7% dengan siswa yang mendapat nilai ≥ 75 sebanyak 24 siswa dan yang mendapat nilai ≤ 75 sebanyak 6 siswa. Dari hasil yang diperoleh pada siklus II maka tidak diperlukan siklus berikutnya. Adapun peningkatan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN Sidorejo I mata pelajaran PKn materi Globalisasi mulai dari tahap prasiklus, siklus I dan siklus II adalah dari nilai 68.7% menjadi 74.3 terjadi peningkatan sebesar 5.6% dan dari 74.3% menjadi 83.7% terjadi peningkatan sebesar 9.4%. Artinya hasil belajar siswa dengan pembelajaran word square pada materi globalisasi mengalami peningkatan yang bisa dilihat pada paparan data prasiklus, siklus I dan siklus II.Kata Kunci: Word Square, Pembelajaran Word Square, Hasil BelajarAbstract: The purpose of this study is to find out the increase in student learning outcomes through word square learning in globalization material with the research subjects are fourth grade students of SDN Sidorejo I Tuban T.A 2016-2017 district which numbered 30 students. Prasiklus data averaged 68.7% with students who got a score of 8 75 as many as 8 students and who received a score of ≤ 75 as many as 22 students. Cycle I was obtained 74.3% class average with students who got ≥ 75 as many as 14 students and who got ≤ 75 as many as 16 students. Because it has not yet reached the KKM of Civics Subjects, the next cycle is carried out in the second cycle, which is 83.7% with students who get ≥75 as many as 24 students and who get ≤75 as many as 6 students. From the results obtained in cycle II, the next cycle is not needed. The increase in completeness of learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN Sidorejo I Civics subject matter Globalization starting from the pre-cycle stage, cycle I and cycle II are from 68.7% to 74.3 an increase of 5.6% and from 74.3% to 83.7% an increase of 9.4% . This means that student learning outcomes with word square learning on globalization material has increased which can be seen in pre-cycle data exposure, cycle I and cycle II.Keywords: Word Square, Word Square Learning, Learning Outcomes

<p><em>The purpose of this research was to improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SD Negeri Pabuaran 02 in science subjects through the application of experimental methods. The research that was conducted was Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was carried out in two cycles of action, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The stages for each cycle are planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data was collected using observation techniques, documentation studies and tests. The results of the first cycle of research showed that students who completed the post-test were 63.6%. In the implementation of the second cycle of students who completed after carrying out the post test was 95.5%. These results indicate that the application of the experimental method can improve student learning outcomes in science subjects Class IV at SD Negeri Pabuaran 02, especially on the material properties of light.</em></p>

This research is motivated by the problem of the low learning outcomes of students in natural science learning at elemantaryschool 58 Balai Makam, Mandau District. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning process and improve thelearning outcomes of science in the fourth grade students of elementary school 58 Balai Makam through the application ofdemonstration methods. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students totaling 26 people. This study consisted of twocycles. Student learning outcomes in cycle I obtained an average of 67.42 with 16 students who were completed and 10 studentswho were not completed, while in cycle II obtained an average of 75.80 with 22 students who were complete and 4 students whohad not complete. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that through thedemonstration method it has been proven to be able to improve the learning outcomes of students in grade IV elementary school58 Balai Makam.

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of science and describe the learning activities of students by using Direct Instruction learning models assisted by Audio Visual media on students. The research method used in this study was classroom action research (PTK). The research subjects were 27-grade SDN 3 Panarung students. The technique of collecting data uses observation and tests. The results of the study show that the learning activities of students become good. Teacher activities in the first cycle averaged 2.4 categories quite well and the second cycle averaged 3.5 good categories, while the activities of students in the first cycle averaged 2.6 categories enough and the second cycle averaged 3.1 categories well. There is an increase in science learning outcomes using the Direct Instruction (DI) learning model assisted by Audio Visual media in fourth grade students of SDN-3 Panarung Palangka Raya 2016/2017 school year with the results of analysis on the Pratindakan classical completeness which is 40.7% with an average value 65, the first cycle of classical completeness is 74% with an average value of 72, and classical completeness in cycle II is 100% with an average value of 87.5

This study aims to (1) find out about the activities of students in learning activities by using a cooperative type jigsaw model assisted with concrete teaching aids (2) knowing the improvement in student learning outcomes in science learning in matter Gravity force, friction force and magnetic force with using a cooperative type jigsaw model assisted with concrete teaching aids in class V of the Kasongan New SDN-4 Academic Year 2016/2017. The type of research is Class Action Research (CAR), the research subjects were 18 students, six men, and 12 women. The technique for collecting data uses observation and test techniques. This study uses analysis and the average and percentage of completeness taken from the results of the learning cycle.

This study aims to improve the learning process by improving the science learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Seraya Barat through the use of experimental methods assisted by concrete media. This classroom action research is designed in two cycles. Each cycle is carried out in four stages, namely: planning, implementation, evaluation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Seraya Barat for the academic year 2019/2020 in the odd semester with a total of 32 students. The object of this research is the result of learning science on sound material. Science learning outcomes data were collected using the learning outcomes test. Data were collected using the test method. All data collected were analyzed descriptively. The criteria for the success of the action if the average student learning outcomes in science are at least 68 with classical mastery of at least 85%. The results showed that the use of experimental methods assisted by concrete media could improve science learning outcomes for fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Seraya Barat in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year. This can be seen from the results of the data analysis of learning outcomes which reached 78.33 with a good category in the first cycle then in the second cycle it increased by 10.21 so that it became 88.54 with a very good category. In addition, learning mastery has increased by 31.25% from 65.63% to 96.88%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of experimental methods assisted by concrete media can improve science learning outcomes for fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Seraya Barat in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year.
