This research discusses several problems found in the field, studying the learning process that is still dominated by the teacher, avoiding student participation in active learning activities, increasing student motivation in learning, and increasing collaboration between students. This research was conducted in one of the State Junior High Schools located in Makassar City, Indonesia in the academic year 2017/2018 which aims to improve student learning outcomes through the application of investigative group learning models. The research subjects were students of class VIII with 31 students. This class action research consists of 2 cycles, where each cycle consists of 3 meetings and 1 cycle test. Information related to student activities is collected using observation sheets and information related to student abilities is collected using tests given at the end of the cycle. Obtaining a score for cycle 1 is 70.48 with a completeness level of 70.79% and a score for cycle 2 is 76.32 with a completeness level of 87.1%. After applying learning with the investigation stage the group showed an increase in activity and the ability of students in the second cycle that was supported had reached classical completeness by 75%

This study aims to describe an increase in science learning activities and learning outcomes of fourth-grade students through the application of an environment-based scientific approach in the SD Inpres Koya. The research method uses the Hopkins model design, which consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The place for conducting the study was at SD Inpres Koya, from July to August 2018. The research subjects were 12 students. The data collection technique uses observation and test methods. Data analysis was done by analyzing data qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that the activity of students increased (15.33%) in the first cycle to the second cycle. Teacher activity increased (14.66%) from the first cycle to the second cycle. Data on student learning outcomes for pre-action classical absorption (57.50%), cycle I (74.14%), and cycle II (85.83%) increased (11.69%). For classical learning completeness pre-action (41.66%), cycle I (75.00%), and cycle II (100%) increased (25.00%). Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of an environment-based scientific approach can improve the activities and learning outcomes of science in the fourth grade of SD Inpres Koya.

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of discovery learning methods to improve learning activities and learning outcomes Graphic Design Printing Material Picture Forms and Perspectives One-Point Missing Class XI Students of SMK Negeri I Tampaksiring Academic Year 2019/2020. This research is a class action research (Classroom Action Research). The study was conducted in class XI of Tampaksiring I Public Vocational School which was conducted from June to August 2019. Based on the results of the study showed that the application of discovery learning method can improve learning activities and learning outcomes of graphic design printing data material normally distributed Class XI SMK Negeri 1 Tampaksiring 2019-2020 Academic Year. This is indicated by 1) increasing each cycle in the pre-activity cycle of students obtained a percentage of 41% included in the unfavourable category, in cycle 1 the percentage of student activity increased to 72% included in the sufficient category and in the second cycle the process increased to be better by 89% included in either category. 2) Increased student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle stage, Cycle I, and Cycle II increased learning outcomes. In the pre-cycle stage, from 33 students, data obtained that there were 25 students or 76% who scored less than the cut-off score is 75 and 8 students or 24% whose scores were more than the cut-off score is 75 with an average value of 64.84. Furthermore, the first cycle of 33 students obtained data that there were 13 students or 39% who received grades less than the cut-off score is 75 and 20 students or 61% whose values were more than the cut-off score is 75 with an average value of 70.69, and in the second cycle from 33 students obtained data that there are 4 students or 12% who scored less than the cut-off score is 75 and 29 students or 88% whose value was more than the cut-off score is 75 with an average value of 77.42.

The application of innovative learning models can affect student learning outcomes. Based on observations at SD N Laren 04, the conditions include: students tend to be passive in learning, the learning method used is still monotonous, only lectures, question and answer and have not involved students to make discoveries independently or in groups. This study aims to improve science learning outcomes for muscle disorders in humans with the research subjects being all students of class V SD N Laren 04, totaling 12 students. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle in this study went through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques used are observation and field notes. The results showed that the results of observations in the first cycle of 64% and in the second cycle increased to 88%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning model can improve science learning outcomes for human muscle disorders in class V SD N Laren 04.
