This study aims to determine the effect of Job Placement, Work Discipline, and Work Motivation on employee performance at PerumBulog Regional Division of Palu City. Independent variables of this research are Job Placement (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Work Motivation (X3). While the dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y). The method of research is associative method the type of data used in this study is quantitative data while the data sources used are primary and secondary data. The population used in this study were 47 respondents. The sample of this research is saturated or census sampling. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that Job Placement, Work Discipline, and Work Motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variable. Then Partially Work Placement has positive and insignificant effect, Work Discipline has positive and significant influence, and Work Motivation has positive and insignificant effect to Employee Performance at Bulog Division of Regional Division of Palu City. coefficient of determination show value of R-Square 0,904 which show that 90,4% variable of employee performance influenced by job placement variable, work discipline, and work motivation, while 09,6% influenced by other variable not examined in this research. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Penempatan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Kota Palu. Variabe lindependen penelitian ini adalah Penempatan Kerja (X1), Disiplin Kerja (X2), dan Motivasi Kerja (X3). Sedangkan variable dependen adalah Kinerja Pegawai (Y). Metode penelitian adalah metode asosiatif Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif sedangkan sumber data yang di gunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 47 responden. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu sampling jenuh atau sensus.Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Penempatan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variable Kinerja Pegawai. Kemudian Secara parsial Penempatan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Kota Palu. Koefisien determinasi memperlihatkan nilai R-Square 0,904 yang menunjukan bahwa 90,4% variable kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh variable penempatan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja, sedangkan 09,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency. The number of samples in this study is 65 respondents using non-probability sampling technique that is saturated sampling. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The regression equation obtained is K = 2.138 + 0.442X1 + 0.218X2. The results of this study explain that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh District, where from the results of the t test, the value of t sig is obtained. emotional Quotient variable is 0.018 <0.05, and spiritual Quotient variable is 0.033 <0.05. Emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency, where the F test results obtained t sig values. 0.011 <0.05. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it is known that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient affect employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada Aceh Timur by 47.2%, while the remaining 52.8% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

<p><em>In this study a problem that occurs is the implementation of training and motivation are ineffective for employees in PT Bank BJB Office Bandung, so that they are less than optimal performance. This study aimed to test the Training and Work Motivation Effect on Employee Performance in PT Bank BJB Office Bandung. The population in this study is that all employees at PT Bank BJB which amounted to 51 employees. The sampling technique used is census sampling technique, the sample set as many as 51 employees. This study uses a quantitative approach, the data for this study were obtained through questionnaires (questionnaire) which has been filled by the respondents who have been determined. Data analysis method used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis.</em></p><p><em>The results of the analysis of pearson correlation 0.794 or 79.4% which shows that the correlation between training and work motivation and performance of employees are in a strong relationship level, means that training and motivation has a positive and significant relationship to the performance variables. While the coefficient of determination 0.631 or 63.1%, meaning that training and motivation has contributed 63.1% of the employee's performance, while the remaining 36.7% is influenced by other variables which is not examined.</em><br /><em> </em><br /><em>Keywords: Training, Motivation, Performance Employees</em></p>this HTML class. PT Cipta Catur Mahkota is a sub company from PT Cipta Group. This company start their progress as a general contractor and then lately has become developer company. Now the employee are not only work based on job description, but the employee need to able generate creative and innovative ideas for the development of the organization. It takes the role of active managers in leading, organizing activities and keeping the organization’s environment. Manager must also be able to instil confidence in all members of the organization that they can work together as a synergy in order achieving maximum results. This study aims to describe how the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Cipta Catur Mahkota partially or simultaneously. The object of this research is field employees at PT Cipta Catur Mahkota. Which amounted to 121 respondents, with motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2). Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, which aims to know the corelation between two variables. Hypothesis testing is done by T Test, F Test and test coefficient of determination ( . Analyzing data using statistical data processing software that is SPSS version 22. The result of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT Cipta Catur Mahkota, work discipline have an effect on to positive and significant to employees performance of PT Cipta Catur Mahkota. The coefficient of determination has a value of 0.753 or 75.3%. This means that motivation variabel and work discipline has an effect through performance which amount is 75.3%.

The study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work motivation on employee performance. Specifically this study aims to find out how the influence of job stress on employee performance and know how well the influence of work motivation on employee performance, and to know the influence of work stress and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda. The method used is quantitative analysis that is by multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study is the number of permanent employees in the production of PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda in 2017 as many as 792 population. The sample in this research using simple random sampling by using slovin formula technique, so sample taken as many as 266 samples of employees remain part production PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda.The results showed that the value of F arithmetic = 143,844, using the significance limit of 0.05, then obtained the significance value is smaller than 0.05 is 0.000, it means that simultaneously the variable work stress and work motivation significantly influence employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,522 or 52,2%, hence coefficient simultaneously in explaining variation or change of dependent variable (Y) found the influence of free variable 52,2%, while the rest is 47,8%. The result of hypothesis testing (H1) through the calculation results obtained t count value of 15,444 with the significance level of 0.000 results is smaller than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study Ho rejected and Ha accepted. This test statistically proves that work stress has positive and dominant effect to employee performance. The result of hypothesis testing (H2) through the calculation results obtained t count value of 3.215 with the significance of the result of 0.001 is smaller than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study Ho rejected and Ha accepted. This test statistically proves that the motivation has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda.

The focus of this research is the influence of leadership models and work motivation on the performance of civil servants in the state. This research was conducted at the Sukomanunggal office, Surabaya, East Java. The research was conducted from May to July 2019. The type of research was primary data using a questionnaire. The population in this study includes 30 civil servants of the Sukomanunggal sub-district, Surabaya, who are also the sample in this study. The result shows that partially the leadership model variable and the work motivation variable have a significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously the independent variable also has a significant effect on the dependent variable with a sig of 0,000. With multiple linear regression analysis Y = 0,531 + 0,375X1 + 0,454X2 + 2. As well as the coefficient of determination of 55,7%, while the remaining 44,3% is influenced by other factors outside the X variable used.  Keywords: Leadership Model, Work motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of work placement and mutation on the performance of Andalas University Hospital Padang staff. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, so the sample in the study was 139 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The level of performance provided by employees to the Andalas University Hospital in the form of growth and development of the Andalas University Hospital from year to year shows good performance in terms of the building and spatial planning and the addition of patient beds. Along with the addition of supporting facilities and services must be balanced with the provision of competent Human Resources (HR) through job placement and mutations given to employees. Based on multiple linear regression analysis found that Y = 15,424 + 0,391 X1 + 0,600 X2 + e. Based on the results of research on work placement and mutation partially positive and significant effect on the performance of Andalas University Hospital Padang staff. Based on the simultaneous test results it is known that work placement and mutation together have a significant effect on the performance of Andalas University Hospital Padang employees, while the coefficient of determination results obtained Adjusted RSquare of 29%. A leader as an individual is a personality dealing with a number of other individuals, each of whom is also a personality. The style of leadership and motivation is important in a modern era where the organization demo democracy in the implementation of work and work motivation is good, a result that may arise from a leadership style and poor motivation is a decline in employee performance that will have an impact on total performance decline company. The problems in the review of the above description can be formulated as follows.Is there any influence between leadership style to the performance of employees of PT. Sumber Mas, is there any influence between the motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Sumber Mas, among the variables - style of leadership and motivation which dominant influence on employee performance. Population in this research is all employees of PT. Sumber Mas 93 people, The sample is determined by proportional random sampling technique, with 75 respondents. Data collection methods used are questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method.Based on the results of the research obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 22.741 + 0.208 + 0.160 , While from the test partial hypothesis (t test) obtained t count from leadership style variables of 3.373T arithmetic motivation variable as much as 2.832 where the probability is smaller than 0.05 then the hypothesis is received. The coefficient of determination (Adjust R2) of 0.324 is the performance of employees of PT Sumber Mas influenced by the style of leadership and motivation, while the rest is influenced by other variables that are outside the variables in the research. Keywords:Leadership Style, Motivation, Employee Performance

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Komunikasi Efekti Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Hotel Rangkayo Basa secara parsial dan simultan. Objek penelitian yang digunakan adalah Hotel Rangkayo Basa. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Total Sampling yaitu semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Secara Parsial hasil pengujian hipotesis motivasi kerja menunjukkan nilai t hitung > t tabel dengan taraf signifikansi 0,20, berarti motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Rangkayo Basa. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Komunikasi Efektif, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT: This study aims to see the effect of work influence and communication on the effectiveness of organizational culture on employee performance at the Rangkayo Basa hotel partially and simultaneously. The research object used was the Rangkayo Basa Hotel. The research used total sampling technique, in which all members of the population were sampled. This research is included in the type of quantitative descriptive research. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Partially the results of testing the motivation hypothesis show the value of t count> t table with a significance value of 0.20, meaning that work motivation has a significant effect on the employee performance of the Rangkayo Basa Hotel.

Effect of Motivation, Leadership and Competence on Employee Performance of Makassar City Bappeda Office. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Motivation, Leadership and Competence on Employee Performance at the Makassar City Bappeda Office. The population in this study all employees in the Makassar City Bappeda office were 50 with ASN status, all of whom were respondents. Data collection methods in this study were questionnaire, interview, and documentation. The data analysis method uses descriptive and quantitative methods, namely multiple linear regression analysis used to measure the effect of motivation, leadership and competence on employee performance at the Makassar City Bappeda Office. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable Motivation, and Competence together have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable (employee performance), while the leadership variable has a significant negative effect. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.622, the coefficient of determination states that the variables of motivation, leadership and competence can only explain or contribute to variations in changes in employee performance by 62.2 percent.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational climate and work ethic on employee performance at PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Medan with motivation as an intervining variable. The population in this study were all company employees as many as 62 people. Taking into account the relatively small number of members of the population, all members of the population are the object of research. The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data are data obtained through interviews, and through the distribution of questionnaires to responde, secondary data is data obtained through document collection using the documentation method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work climate and work ethic partially and simulutanly had a significant effect on work motivation and work climate, work ethic and work motivation partially and significantly had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
