The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational climate and work ethic on employee performance at PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Medan with motivation as an intervining variable. The population in this study were all company employees as many as 62 people. Taking into account the relatively small number of members of the population, all members of the population are the object of research. The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data are data obtained through interviews, and through the distribution of questionnaires to responde, secondary data is data obtained through document collection using the documentation method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work climate and work ethic partially and simulutanly had a significant effect on work motivation and work climate, work ethic and work motivation partially and significantly had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine how much influence both partially and simultaneously leadership, motivation and work discipline that occur in CV Kiong Ho Surabaya. This research is included in quantitative research, namely the data used in this study in the form of numbers. The sample from this study was CV Kiong Ho Surabaya employees which numbered 35 respondents. Using the disproportionate stratified random sampling model and the collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables used in this study are leadership, work motivation, work discipline. While the performance of CV Kiong Ho Surabaya employees is the dependent variable. This study uses primary data, namely data collection by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that the results of the F test showed that employee performance was influenced jointly by leadership, work motivation, work discipline. And the results of partial tests, independent variables consisting of leadership, work motivation, work discipline.

This study aims to determine autocratic leadership style, communication and work motivation Against Employee performance at PT. Candi Jaya Amerta. This research includes the type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 72 employees at PT. Candi Jaya Amerta. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient (R2), multiple correlation coefficient (R), f test, t test, and classic assumption test using SPSS version 18 for windows. Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires whose measurement used a Likert scale that was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that Autocratic Leadership Style, Communication and Work Motivation Against Employee Performance simultaneously affect employee Performance. communication partially affects employee performance, work motivation partially influences employee performance, job satisfaction also partially affects employee Performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research using descriptive methods. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques with library research and questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Commerce, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in Lima Puluh Regency, West Sumatra Province, amounting to 66 people. And the sample is all the population of 66 people or better known as the census. The data analysis method used is the instrument test which is divided into validity and reliability test, descriptive variable analysis (TCR), classic assumption test that is normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 17.0 program. The results obtained are motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Department of Commerce, Cooperatives, and Small and Medium Enterprises in Lima Puluh Regency, West Sumatra Province. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi kepustakaan dan penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi, dan Usaha Kecil Menengah Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota Provinsi Sumatera Barat yang berjumlah 66 0rang. Dan yang dijadikan sampel adalah semua populasi berjumlah 66 orang atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah sensus. Adapun metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen yang terbagi menjadi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif variabel (TCR), uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Alat analisa yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 17.0. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi, dan Usaha Kecil Menengah Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota Provinsi Sumatera Barat.

Kinerja adalah merupakan salah satu faktor utama yang dituntut setiap organisasi. Sistem rekrutmen dan lingkungan kerja merupakan hal yang berperan dalam pencapaian kinerja karyawan pada PT. HYUNDAI MOBIL INDONESIA (PT. HMI). Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Sejauh mana pengaruh sistem rekrutmen dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. HMI. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. HMI, sifat penelitian kausalitas kuantitatif dengan metode survei, dimana seluruh populasi karyawan PT. HMI dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan satuan pengukuran skala Likert. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. : Performance is one of the main factors demanded by each organization. The recruitment system and work environment are factors that play a role in achieving employee performance at PT. HYUNDAI MOBIL INDONESIA (PT. HMI). The formulation of the problem in this study is the extent to which the influence of the recruitment system and work environment on employee performance at PT. HMI. This research was conducted at PT. HMI, the nature of quantitative causality research using the survey method, where the entire population of employees of PT. HMI was sampled in this study. In conducting this research the data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection is done through a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement unit. This research was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis methods.

The focus of this research is the influence of leadership models and work motivation on the performance of civil servants in the state. This research was conducted at the Sukomanunggal office, Surabaya, East Java. The research was conducted from May to July 2019. The type of research was primary data using a questionnaire. The population in this study includes 30 civil servants of the Sukomanunggal sub-district, Surabaya, who are also the sample in this study. The result shows that partially the leadership model variable and the work motivation variable have a significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously the independent variable also has a significant effect on the dependent variable with a sig of 0,000. With multiple linear regression analysis Y = 0,531 + 0,375X1 + 0,454X2 + 2. As well as the coefficient of determination of 55,7%, while the remaining 44,3% is influenced by other factors outside the X variable used.  Keywords: Leadership Model, Work motivation, Employee Performance

In every organization, both government and private institutions, the role of humans is very dominant in carrying out organizational goals. In carrying out activities to move or provide motivation to subordinates, various ways can be done by a leader through actions that are always directed at the achievement of organizational goals. Various types and styles of leadership are often found in daily life. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of situational leadership style on employee performance? The situational leadership style model was chosen because the situational leadership style approach is more focused on behavioral motives and the level of follower maturity (follower) to the task at the organization and is flexible so that it is considered an effective leadership style. This research was conducted at the Center for Apparatus Development of Human Resources (PPSDMA) Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources in 2017. The data used are primary data with survey methods and secondary data from the results of related literature studies. Data processing using statistical methods of multiple linear regression analysis to determine the relationship of the influence of situational leadership style on employee performance. The results showed that simultaneously, situational leadership style variables would affect the performance variable. The results of the analysis of the research data revealed the influence of situational leadership variables on performance variables of 84.5%, while the other 15.5% were influenced by other variables not included in this study. Situational leadership style, namely directing, selling, telling, participating, and delegating can be concluded to be appropriate to be applied in PPSDMA, but the most dominant is sellling and participating. ABSTRAKPada setiap organisasi, baik lembaga pemerintah maupun swasta, peranan manusia sangatlah dominan untuk menjalankan tujuan organisasi. Dalam melakukan kegiatan menggerakan atau memberikan motivasi kepada bawahannya, berbagai cara dapat dilakukan oleh seorang pemimpin melalui tindakan- tindakan yang selalu terarah pada pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Berbagai tipe dan gaya kepemimpinan banyak dijumpai dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan situasional terhadap kinerja pegawai? Model gaya kepemimpinan situasional dipilih karena gaya ini pendekatannya lebih difokuskan terhadap motif perilaku dan tingkat kematangan pengikut (follower) terhadap tugas pada organisasi dan bersifat fleksibel sehingga dianggap sebagai gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Aparatur (PPSDMA) Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral tahun 2017. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan metode survey dan data sekunder dari hasil studi literatur yang terkait. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode statistik analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan situasional terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, variabel gaya kepemimpinan situasional akan berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja. Hasil analisis data penelitian diketahui adanya pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan situasional terhadap variabel kinerja sebesar 84,5%, sedangkan 15,5% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang belum masuk dalam penelitian ini. Gaya kepemimpinan situasional, yakni directing, selling, telling, participating, dan delegating dapat disimpulkan sesuai untuk diterapkan di PPSDMA, namun yang paling dominan adalah sellling dan participating.

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Placement, Work Discipline, and Work Motivation on employee performance at PerumBulog Regional Division of Palu City. Independent variables of this research are Job Placement (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Work Motivation (X3). While the dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y). The method of research is associative method the type of data used in this study is quantitative data while the data sources used are primary and secondary data. The population used in this study were 47 respondents. The sample of this research is saturated or census sampling. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that Job Placement, Work Discipline, and Work Motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variable. Then Partially Work Placement has positive and insignificant effect, Work Discipline has positive and significant influence, and Work Motivation has positive and insignificant effect to Employee Performance at Bulog Division of Regional Division of Palu City. coefficient of determination show value of R-Square 0,904 which show that 90,4% variable of employee performance influenced by job placement variable, work discipline, and work motivation, while 09,6% influenced by other variable not examined in this research. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Penempatan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Kota Palu. Variabe lindependen penelitian ini adalah Penempatan Kerja (X1), Disiplin Kerja (X2), dan Motivasi Kerja (X3). Sedangkan variable dependen adalah Kinerja Pegawai (Y). Metode penelitian adalah metode asosiatif Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif sedangkan sumber data yang di gunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 47 responden. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu sampling jenuh atau sensus.Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Penempatan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variable Kinerja Pegawai. Kemudian Secara parsial Penempatan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Kota Palu. Koefisien determinasi memperlihatkan nilai R-Square 0,904 yang menunjukan bahwa 90,4% variable kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh variable penempatan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja, sedangkan 09,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

This study aims to find out how the influence of organizational culture and satisfaction on the performance of employees at KSPPS Dana Ukhuwah. This study uses correlative or correlational models with the quantitative type of qualitative research. Based on the primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to employees and secondary data in the form of journals, books and etc. By using Multiple Linear Regression analysis, it can be seen the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable partially and the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable simultaneously. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, organizational culture variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance partially and conversely the satisfaction variable does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, simultaneously organizational culture and satisfaction have sufficient influence on employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk (1) Mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) Mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) Mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor Kecamatan Cenrana Kabupaten Maros. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder, jumlah sampel yaitu 30 orang. Pendekatan kuantitatif merupakan jenis pendekatan dalam penelitian ini dan dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dengan olah data SPSS 21 untuk membuktikan tiga hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwasemua variable bebas secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor Kecamatan Cenrana Kabupaten Maros. Diartikansemakin baik suasana dalam lingkungan kerja, serta adanya motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja tinggi akan memberikan dampak baik bagi pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sehingga akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai yang lebih baik. This study aims to (1) determine the influence of work environment on employee performance, (2) determine the influence of work motivation on employee performance, (3) determine the influence of work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted at the head office of cenrana district, Maros Regency. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data, with the total sample of 30 people. This study used a quantitative approach and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21 data processing to prove three hypotheses. The results of this study prove that the independent variables jointly or simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, employee performance. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the work environment, work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance in the Cenrana District Office, Maros Regency. Thus it can be interpreted that the better the atmosphere in the work environment, as well as the existence of work motivation and high work discipline, the more likely this will have a good impact on employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that will also affect their performance.

As Servants (PNS) must work and devoted loyalty to the state and nation. The village created to manage the rules villagers to meet villages respectively, to the village with good conduct all its activities and can meet the needs of the document will be of residence. Therefore it is necessary to village adequate qualification in order to help citizens properly. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of education, training, discipline and motivation to work on the performance of the device Gebang village beach Cemandi Sidoarjo. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. This study population by 78 respondents and the sample of 65 respondents, with non-probability sampling technique samples. Test equipment used is linear regression analysis with SPSS 16.0 software. After testing the above hypothesis, the obtained regression coefficient of 2.881 education, training amounted to 5.628, 2.706 and working discipline of work motivation variable of 2.217. And F test value of F count 40.791 larger than f Table 2.52 with a significance of 0.000 <á of 0.50, which means that the variables of education, training, work discipline and motivation simultaneously significant effect on employee performance. The test results T education is worth the t count 2,881> t table 2.000, training variable value t count 5.628> t table 2,000, variable labor discipline worth t count 2,706> t table  2,000, variable motivation worth t count 2,217> t table 2,000, which means that the variable education, training, discipline and motivation is partially significant effect on the variable Employee performance. And in this study, it turns out the variables of education, training, discipline and motivation influence on employee performance 73.10% and the remaining 26.90% influenced by other variables outside the model.
