The purposes of this research are: (1) to determine the influence of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy on customers’ satisfaction in the Office of State Property and Auction (KPKNL) Palu, (2) to determine the influence of physical evidence on customers’ satisfaction in the KPKNL of Palu (3) to determine the influence of reliability on customers’ satisfaction in the KPKNL of Palu, (4) to determine the influence of responsiveness on customers’ satisfaction in the KPKNL of Palu (5) to determine the influence of assurance on customers’ satisfaction in the KPKNL Palu, (6) to determine the influence of empathy on customer satisfaction in the KPKNL Palu. By using associative research approach, this study examines a sample of 39 customers. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regressions. The results of hypothesis testing can be concluded that: (1) physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy simultaneously have significant influence on customer satisfaction; (2) partially, physical evidence variable, reliability and responsiveness have non- significant influence on customer satisfaction; (3) assurance and empathy partially have significant influence on customer satisfaction.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Untuk mengetahui bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu; (2) Untuk mengetahui bukti fisik berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu; (3) Untuk mengetahui kehandalan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu, (4) Untuk mengetahui daya tanggap berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu, (5) Untuk mengetahui jaminan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu, (6) Untuk mengetahui empati berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan dasar penelitian asosiatif. Pada penelitian asosiatif ini minimal terdapat dua variabel yang dihubungkan. Jadi penelitian asosiatif ini merupakan penelitian yang meneliti tentang hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 39 pelanggan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,001 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan; (2) berdasarkan uji regresi diperoleh variabel bukti fisik, kehandalan dan daya tanggap secara parsial ada pengaruh tapi tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan; (3) berdasarkan uji regresi diperoleh variabel jaminan dan empati secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

This study aims to determine and analyze simultaneous influence of individual capability and motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama; to analyze partial influence of individual capability and motivation on employees’ performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama. This study uses quantitative approach to explain the relationship between two or more variables studied with a sample of 32 employees. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regressions. The results of hypothesis testing show that: sig. F value of 0.000 <0.05 means that individual capability and motivation simultaneously have significant influence on employee performance; the value of significance level t sig. 0,000 <α 0.05 shows that individual capability partially has significant influence on employee performance; also, motivation partially has significant influence on employee performance with the significance level of t sig. 0,000 <α 0.05. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Individual Capability dan Motivasi berpengaruh secara serempak terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 32 karyawan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Individual Capability dan Motivasi secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan; (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Individual Capability memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,000 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Individual Capability secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Motivasi memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,000 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

The purpose of this research is to analysis the factors which affecting the implementation of the SAKIP in Government of North Sulawesi, the contain is factor awareness on the laws and regulation (X1), factor organizational  commitment (X2) and factor role of APIP (X3) toward implementation of SAKIP (Y). Method that use in this research are quantitative method. The data analysis technique has been done by using the multiple linear regressions analysis. Result of the research according the partial test show that awareness on the laws and regulation no significantly effect to the implementation of SAKIP, whereas the organizatoinal commitment and role of APIP has significantly effect to the implementation of SAKIP. The value from coefficient of determination test amount of 43,7% has been effect by awareness on the laws and regulation, organizatoinal commitment, role of APIP, whereas the remaining 56,3% is influenced by other factors outside this research. The study aims to: (1) determine and analyze simultaneous influence of work motivation and compensation on employees’ performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama of Palu City; (2) determine and analyze partial influence of work motivation on employees’ performance at PT. Manunggal Bersama of Palu City; (3) determine and analyze partial influence of compensation on employees’ performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama of Palu City. This research uses quantitative approach to explain the relationship between two or more variables studied with a sample of 42 employees. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regressions. The results show that (1) the sig. F value of 0.002 < 0.05 means that work motivation and compensation simultaneously have significant influence on employee performance; (2) the sig. t value of 0.013<α 0.05 means that work motivation partially has significant influence on employee performance. (3) the sig. t value of 0.821>α 0.05 means that compensation has non-significant influence on employee performance.  Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompensasi secara serempak terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 42 karyawan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, disimpulkan: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,002 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja dan kompensasi secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel motivasi kerja memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,013 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel kompensasi memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,821 > α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This study aims to determine the effect of learning outcomes of entrepreneurship education subjects on the interest in entrepreneurship in the field of catering services of students. This study included the type of ex-post facto research. The method of collecting data using the questionnaire and documentation method. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing using Product Moment correlation which is preceded by tests of analysis requirements for normality and linearity. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the learning outcomes of entrepreneurship education subjects on the interest in entrepreneurship in catering services 46.7%, the entrepreneurship learning outcomes of most students in the good category, the interest in entrepreneurship was mostly in the low category.

<em><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership and competence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia. This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia.</span></em>

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cooperative image and service quality on customer satisfaction at the Amertha Dana Lestari Cooperative in Badung. This research was conducted at the Amertha Dana Lestari Cooperative in Badung. The number of samples was set at 90 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that part of the image of the cooperative has a positive and significant effect on savings customer satisfaction at the Amertha Dana Lestari Cooperative in Badung, service quality has a positive and partially significant effect on savings customer satisfaction at the Amertha Dana Lestari Cooperative in Badung, and the image of the cooperative and quality Simultaneous service has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Amertha Dana Lestari Cooperative in Badung.

Types This study is an associative questioning the relationship between two variables. Job achievement is very important for an organization or company to achieve its goals. The expected goal can be achieved through this research is to see the Effect of Mutation and Job Training on Job spirit And Its Impact at Ministry of Religion Office Of, Cilegon. The sample in this research were 100 employees of Cilegon city ministry office of total population of 339 employees. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results show that there is a significant influence between mutation, job training system and job spirit partially. Job mutations (X1) and job training (X2) affect job spirit (Z) by 85 percent, and the rest are influenced by other variables. Furthermore there is also significant influence between work mutation, job training and work morale on job performance partially, where the influence of 78,5 percent, and the rest influenced by other variables Keywords: mutation, job training, morale, employee achievement

Human resources play an important role in every organization or institution. But there was a decrease in employee performance at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University recently, this case becomes concideration to conduct this research. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work dicipline and compensation on the employee’s performance at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University. The approach of this study is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study used all populations as a sample consisting of 73 employees. The technique of collecting data used a questionnaire with a Likert scale that contains of questions related to work discipline, compensation and employee performance. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression which was processed using the SPSS program to measure the effect of work dicipline and compensation on employee’s performance. The results of hypothesis testing showed that partially, there was a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance and there was also significant effect of compensation on employee performance at Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. While the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing proved that work discipline and compensation give significant effect for employee performance. It can be seen that coefficient dtermination value (R Square) was 0.676. Thus, it  can be interpreted that work dicipline and compensation can effect on employee’s performance 67.6% while the remaining 32.4% was effected by other variables outside of this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of corpoarate trust and marketing communication oncustomer satisfaction on PT. AAJI Insurance Manulife Surabaya. This type of research issurvey research that uses or has used insurance services at PT.AAJI Manulife Surabaya. Thesampling technique accidental sampling, so that the number of samples obtained is 100people. The technique of collecting data uses questionnaires and tabulations that have beentested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linearregression. The results of this study found that there is a simultaneous influence of corporateand communication trust on customer satisfaction and empirically the partial effect thatcorporate trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and marketingcommunication has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.Keywords: Corporate trust, Marketing Communication, Customer Satisfaction
