Job achievement is very important for an organization or company to achieve its goals. The expected goal can be achieved through this research is to see the Effect of Mutation and Job Training on Job spirit And Its Impact at Ministry of Religion Office Of, Cilegon. The sample in this research were 100 employees of Cilegon city ministry office of total population of 339 employees. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results show that there is a significant influence between mutation, job training system and job spirit partially. Job mutations (X1) and job training (X2) affect job spirit (Z) by 85 percent, and the rest are influenced by other variables. Furthermore there is also significant influence between work mutation, job training and work morale on job performance partially, where the influence of 78,5 percent, and the rest influenced by other variables Keywords: mutation, job training, morale, employee achievement

<em><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership and competence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia. This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia.</span></em>

The purpose of this study is to explain and obtain empirical evidence about the effect of trust on perceived usefulness, the effect of trust and perceived usefulness on buying interest. The population in this study is consumers in the city of Denpasar who have an interest in buying fashion products at the online store Zalora. The number of samples used in this study were 110 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is Path Analysis. The results showed that trust has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness, trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, and perceived usefulness positively and significantly mediates the effect of trust in consumer buying interest. This has the meaning that consumers who already have confidence in Zalora's online store fashion products, then supported by the perception of good benefits for consumers, can increase consumer buying interest in the online site Zalora. This study aims to determine empirical influence perceptions of salary and organizational climate on employee motivation at PT. Prudential Life Assurance Pruadvance Medan. The population of 56 people and the sample is the total population of 56 people.The methods of data collections are the scale of perception of salary, the scale of organizational climate and the scale of work motivation. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of data analysis showed that (1) There is significant influence of perception of salary to work motivation with R2 = 0.539 (p = 0.000). (2) There is significant influence of organizational climate to work motivation R2= 0.601 (p = 0.000). (3) There is significant influence of perception of salary and organizational climate to work motivation R2 = 0.640 (p = 0.000). Specifically, it is known that in this study, perception of salary is classified as positive, organizational climate is classified as conducive and work motivation of employees is high. the whole hypothesis can be declared accepted. The total efecvtive contribution of perception of salary variable and organizational climate to work motivation is 64%. It means there are still 36% influence from other factors to work motivation

The increasing number of tourist visits to Bali makes the tendency of tourists to buy Balinese souvenirs, this will affect the sales of Balinese souvenirs which are a measure of the producers' marketing performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of product innovation in mediating the effect of market orientation on marketing performance. The sample used was 100 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires directly and using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is path analysis (path analysis) and sobel test. The results of the analysis show that market orientation has a positive and significant effect on product innovation and marketing performance. Product innovation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. Product innovation plays a significant role in mediating the effect of market orientation on marketing performance. This research is motivated by the success of citizens learning in training to open their own businesses, such as receiving wages for orders from suppliers and neighbors. This study aims to see (1) the intrinsic motivation of the learning population in training (2) the extrinsic motivation of the learning population in the training. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative with the circulation of 20 people studying. The sample from this study is the total population of 20 people. Data collection techniques use questionnaires (questionnaires) and data collection tools are a list of statements. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results of the study showed that (1) the intrinsic motivation of the learning population in attending the training was high, (2) the extrinsic motivation of extrinsic learning residents in training was high.Keywords: Motivation, Training

The purposes of this research are: (1) to determine the influence of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy on customers’ satisfaction in the Office of State Property and Auction (KPKNL) Palu, (2) to determine the influence of physical evidence on customers’ satisfaction in the KPKNL of Palu (3) to determine the influence of reliability on customers’ satisfaction in the KPKNL of Palu, (4) to determine the influence of responsiveness on customers’ satisfaction in the KPKNL of Palu (5) to determine the influence of assurance on customers’ satisfaction in the KPKNL Palu, (6) to determine the influence of empathy on customer satisfaction in the KPKNL Palu. By using associative research approach, this study examines a sample of 39 customers. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regressions. The results of hypothesis testing can be concluded that: (1) physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy simultaneously have significant influence on customer satisfaction; (2) partially, physical evidence variable, reliability and responsiveness have non- significant influence on customer satisfaction; (3) assurance and empathy partially have significant influence on customer satisfaction.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Untuk mengetahui bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu; (2) Untuk mengetahui bukti fisik berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu; (3) Untuk mengetahui kehandalan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu, (4) Untuk mengetahui daya tanggap berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu, (5) Untuk mengetahui jaminan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu, (6) Untuk mengetahui empati berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan dasar penelitian asosiatif. Pada penelitian asosiatif ini minimal terdapat dua variabel yang dihubungkan. Jadi penelitian asosiatif ini merupakan penelitian yang meneliti tentang hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 39 pelanggan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,001 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan; (2) berdasarkan uji regresi diperoleh variabel bukti fisik, kehandalan dan daya tanggap secara parsial ada pengaruh tapi tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan; (3) berdasarkan uji regresi diperoleh variabel jaminan dan empati secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of the level of service, solidarity, and the competitive ability of cooperatives to the participation of members of the KPRI Disdik West Sumatra. This research is a type descriptive and associative. The population in this study were members of the Cooperative Employees of the Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) Departement of Education in the Province of West Sumatera with a total population of 1.142 cooperative member and a sample of 92 cooperative members. Test the validity of using SPSS version 25, shown in column corrected item-total correlation and reliability testing are shown in column Cronbach alpha. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. To test the hypothesis used T test using SPSS version 25. The results showed that (1) Level of Services significantly influence the Members Participation KPRI Disdik Sumatra Barat. (2) solidarity has a significant influence on the participation of member of the KPRI Disdik Sumatera Barat. Research aim to analyze influence of 1) Brand Awareness on Trust, 2) Brand Image on Trust, 3) Brand Awareness on Purchase Intention, 4) Brand Image on Purchase Intention, 5) Trust on Purchase Intention, 6) Brand awareness on Purchase Intention through Trust, 7) Brand image on Purchase Intention through Trust on sharia bank product. Sample has taken by using purposive sampling technique with 328 respondents. Data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The research showed that brand awareness has positive and not significant effect on trust, brand image has positive and significant effect on trust, brand awareness has positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand image has positive and significant effect on purchase intention, trust has positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand awareness has not significant effect on purchase intention through trust, brand image has significant effect on purchase intention through trust. The implication of this research would benefit to the management of sharia banking to formulating strategy for increasing market share of sharia banking in Indonesia.

The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of transformational leadership on job satisfaction, the effect of compensation on job satisfaction,  the influence of work motivation on job satisfaction,the influence of transformational leadership, compensation and work motivation together on job satisfaction This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study are Mathematic teachers. The sample of the study was 75  teachers.Data collection was done by using questionnaire method. Data analysis technique used is regression technique supported by T test, path analysis test and classical assumption test with SPSS 20.00 for windows application. The result of data analysis with significance 0,05 shows that there is no positive and significant influence between transformational leadership to job satisfaction. There is no positive and significant influence between compensation on job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on job satisfaction. And There is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership, compensation and work motivation on job satisfaction at mathematics Teachers

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of capital, labor, and raw materials on production in the ukir kayu industry in Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. Capital, labor and raw materials directly have a positive and significant effect on production in the wood carving industry in Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency. Capital, labor, raw materials and production directly have a positive and significant effect on income in the carving woodwork industry in Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency. Capital, labor, and raw materials have an indirect effect on income through the value of production in the carving woodwork industry in Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency.
