The inclusion is assumed not only as the incorporation and attendance to an ordinary school or job space (Tilstone Christina, 2003), it’s above all an opportunity to participate in daily life situations. It’s all about living with integrity at any social situation. This places the inclusion as a thematic field in a transcendental space in education, becoming an investigation objective, in this case pretending to identify the investigations and projects more meaningfully, which have been developed to a local,  national and international level. On the other hand it’s necessary to know how the different contexts have been faced in relation to inclusive practices. A Documentary revision method was used in this work and specifically articles of research results in thelocal, national and international context, finding a lack of production in a local level,  two (2) meaningful productions in a national level, most of them lacking of fundamental concepts, On the other hand, at a national level they were checked 4 productions on which it can be confirmed that the investigations are framed in the education field from a rights approach however there’s a lack of conceptual and epistemological elements that support the curriculum, practices and inclusive culture as strong categories in research projects.

This chapter examines how the national-level organizations manage internal heterogeneity across individual members, as well as specific geographically defined subunits. By observing internal opposition to the dominant national leadership of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT), International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU), and Waterside Workers' Federation (WWF), the chapter compares specific locals within each union. Consequently, it shows the robustness of the larger organizational governance institutions to perturbation once in equilibrium and that, at the local level, workers did not sort in to unions for political or social reasons; rather, they joined where the economic opportunities first appeared. The ILWU and WWF, whose leaders ask member contributions to political projects, pursued active persuasion combined with tolerance. The IBT, on the other hand, invested less in persuasion and employed screening and repression.

Both at European and national level tertiary and quaternary sectors are concentrated in the metropolitan centre. In the rural areas only the sites of such sectors can be found the premises of which temporarily transform the sectoral structure of these areas, but from the regional development aspect they did not prove to be an effective strategy. The European Commission is now focusing on growth from innovation, which could become the driving force behind productivity growth and the economy’s long-term trend. The innovation-oriented economic development’s key players are on the one hand the knowledge-intensive enterprises, on the other hand the universities. Tertiary education can play a role – among others – in shaping and creating the development of knowledge intensive business environment and conditions, on the other hand it can assist the development of network contacts – another precondition of employment growth.

ABSTRACT.  A study of pyisical properties and quality of yogurt with Lactobacillus bulgaricus as a starter has been doon. Objectives of this study is to know how many percent starter of L. bulgaricus in yogurt to decrease suscepetibility to syneresis and to increase quality of yogurt. Yogurt was analyzed for susceptibility to syineresis, titratable acidity and content of crude protein and crude fat. Syinerisis of yogurt was evaluated according to centrifugal methods of Halwarkar and Kalab. The result of the study showed that yogurt with 2.5-10 % L. bulgaricus as a starter are not have any effect of susceptibility to synerisis and content of crude fat, but centripuged at 250-1000 rpm. Had significantly different (0.01) on susceptibility to synerisis. On the other hand the increasing of centrifuge rotation, increase susceptibility to synerisis. The starter of 5-10% L. bulgaricus used in yogurt able to increase titratable acidity and content of crude protein. The yogurt prepared by 10% L. bulgaricus had the highest score (3.88%) of crude protein, although there is no significant differences with yogurt using 7.5% L. bulgaricus.

Abstract: In Regulation (EU) 650/2012 there is no specific provision that regulates the competence in the issue of national certificates of succession, even the term “national succession of certificate” is never used as such, but rather calls them “internal documents used for similar purposes in the Member States” to those of European Certificates of Succession. However, this international instrument contemplates a specific regulation governing the competence in the issue of European Certificate of Succession (art. 64 Regulation (EU) 650/2012). Well, given the “apparent legal loophole” in relation to national certificates of succession, it must be determined, if within the concept “succession as a whole” -which indicates the scope of the Regulation-, such certificates are found. In which case, the jurisdiction rules of Chapter II of this Regulation would apply to the issuance of national certificates of succession and the procedures related to them. In this regard, the CJEU Judgement of 21st June 2018, Vincent Pierre Oberle, C-20/17, and, above all, the Conclusions of the Advocate General Mr. M. Szpunar, have come to solve this “legal loophole”, as well as others issues raised of great importance, in relation to the specific issue that was being settled. This case, on the other hand, involves the resolution of an issue which could be relevant to all Member States where provision is made for judicial authorities to issue national certificates of succession. Keywords: Regulation (EU) 650/2012, national certificate of succession, European Certificate of Succession, international jurisdiction, court, notary, resolution, succession as a whole.

Background: This research discusses the problem of the use of English citation by some college students in helping with their assignments. There is still no research about this topic, on the other hand, this is actually important for education. From the problem discussed here, the main point is to know, "Do college students often use English citations in their assignments and understand the citations they have taken?" Purpose: This research aims to know how far Indonesian students' comprehension is to the English citation which they used to help their academic writing for their college assignment. Method: The method used in this study is qualitative, the method that focused on observation to obtain a more comprehensive phenomenon study. In this research, we use data that have already been taken and collected from 62 college students and 15 of them have conducted the interview process to take further information from them. Results: It shows that the majority of college students in this research prefer to use Indonesian citations because they can understand more compared with the English one.

An Ordinary General Meeting- of the Society was held at the Royal Society of Arts, on Thursday, February ist, 1923, Professor L. Bairstow in the chair. The Chairman, in opening- the proceedings, said that Mr. G. S. Baker, O.B.E., of the National Physical Laboratory, would deal with flying boats and seaplanes. He would deal with the hull and its design, that part of the seaplane which differentiates it from the aeroplane. That subject had been touched on very lightly by Major Rennie at the previous meeting of the Society, in view of the present paper by Mr. Baker.Mr. Baker had begun work in 1912 on the problems of hull design, at a time when nothing of a definite nature was known; a few individual experiments had been carried out, but there was no systematised knowledge at all at that time. From that state of ignorance a great deal of experimental work had now rescued us. He did not know how far Mr. Baker would stress the point, but it was quite clear, from the investigation of certain accidents to seacraft, that there were fundamental differences in the behaviour of seaplane hulls on the water, differences which had a great deal of effect on the risk of flying-. For instance, if one type of hull was such that when the plane rose in the air it stalled, then all the aerodynamical consequences of stalling- followed, and there was difficulty. On the other hand, it appeared that we had a type of flying- boat which did not make the plane stall on getting into the air, and consequently if it came back to the water it was still controlled. For this type of development, which he believed really dated back to the C.E.i, we were mainly indebted to Mr. Baker and his associates at the National Physical Laboratory, and to the generosity of Sir Alfred Yarrow in placing such a magnificent piece of apparatus as the experimental tank at the disposal of the nation.Mr. Baker then read his paper on “ Ten Years’ Testing of Model Seaplanes.”

Historians of Chartism face a dilemma. On the one hand, they are obliged to interpret this national political movement on the national level, to attempt to explain why millions of British working men and women were engaged in organized political activity over several decades. But, on the other hand, many of the richest sources on Chartism are found on the local level. Older histories of the movement treated Chartism from a national perspective, but failed to take note of many of its complexities. More recently, a good deal of local research has rigorously tested our assumptions about Chartism, but the task of carefully analyzing the movement on the national level still remains.

Self-translation is a phenomenon which has always been present, most of all in those sociocultural systems characterized by both their linguistic and cultural richness. One of those is the Spanish peninsular system where more and more bilingual authors tend to write their works in a minor language and subsequently translate them into Spanish. The aim of this paper is to research Xuan Bello’s self-translated poetry from Asturian into Spanish. That way it will be considered whether selftranslation helps this author-translator: on the one hand, to transfer his cultural demands; on the other hand, to define his individual identity. Keywords: self-translation, poetry, Asturian, Spanish, culture, identity.
