This study aimed to analyze the application of learning strategies and Drill tutorials on the capabilities of MYOB Accounting. This study uses a quasi-experimental method by using analysis of variance by F test population of this study in Class XI student Vocational School District Bekasi City, West Java province in the academic year 2015/2016. Samples were obtained through a simple random sampling technique, namely the Vocational high School 1 (one) as an experimental class Tutorial instructional strategy and Vocational High School 11 (eleven) class control with Drill instructional strategy. Collecting data using a test on the ability MYOB Accounting. The results showed that the ability of MYOB Accounting Students who use tutorial learning strategy is better than learning strategies Drill

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the ability of students in learning Tortor Naposo Nauli Bulung by using textual and contextual strategies in the Sibuhuan Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Padang Lawas Regency. The theory used in this research is theory The learning strategy by Rusman as the main theory, for supporting theories is textual use from Nurwani and contextual from Nurhadi. This type of research is quasi-experimental using simple random sampling technique, namely the experimental class using the contextual and contextual strategies in Tortor Naposo Nauli Bulung learning and control classes using conventional learning. The instruments used in this study were two, namely the cognitive ability test in the form of a test essay by using the cognitive domains C1, C2, C3, and C4. Psychomotor ability test which consists of three aspects of assessment, namely wiraga, wirasa, and wirama where each aspect consists of three components. The cognitive abilities of students in the experimental class and control class before using textual and contextual strategies are the same, by using the pre test the average value of the experimental class is 46.9 and the average in the control class is 45.5. After the post test, the ability of students in the experimental class who were treated with textual strategies and contextual learning in Tortor Naposo Nauli Bulung experienced a significant increase compared to the control class. Obtained an increase in student learning outcomes in the experimental class of 39.9 from 46.9 so as to achieve 86.8% completeness and for the control class at 9.8 from 45.5 to 55.3%. Psychomotor abilities of students also experienced improvement in each meeting, where the first meeting reached 61.90%, the second meeting reached 75.20% and the third meeting reached 86.92%. The results showed that there were significant differences using textual and contextual strategies for improving students' abilities in learning Tortor Naposo Nauli Bulung at Sibuhuan State Islamic Senior High School, Padang Lawas District. Keywords: Tortor naposo nauli bulung, bextual, contextual, cognitive, psychomotor, conventional   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan siswa  dalam pembelajaran Tortor Naposo Nauli Bulungdengan menggunakan strategi tekstual dan kontekstual di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sibuhuan Kabupaten Padang Lawas. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Strategi pembelajaran oleh Rusman sebagai teori utama, untuk teori pendukung digunakan tekstual dari Nurwani dan kontekstual dari Nurhadi. Jenis penelitian adalah quasi eksperiment dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, yaitu kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan strategi terkstual dan kontekstual pada pembelajaran Tortor Naposo Nauli Bulung dan kelas kontrol dengan menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada dua yaitu tes kemampuan kognitif dalam bentuk essay test dengan mengguanakan ranah kognitif C1,C2,C3, dan C4. Tes kemampuan psikomotorik yang terdiri dari tiga aspek penilaian yaitu wiraga, wirasa, dan wirama dimana masing-masing aspek terdiri dari tiga komponen. Kemampuan kognitif siswa pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol sebelum dilaukan strategi tekstual dan kontekstual adalah sama, dengan menggunakan pre test diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen sebesar 46,9 dan rata-rata pada kelas kontrol sebesar 45,5. Setelah dilakukan post test, kemampuan siswa pada kelas eksperimen yang diberi perlakukan strategi tekstual dan kotekstual pada pembelajaran Tortor Naposo Nauli Bulung mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol. Diperoleh peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dikelas eksperimen sebesar 39,9 dari 46,9 sehingga mencapai ketuntasan 86,8 % dan untuk kelas kontrol sebesar 9,8 dari 45,5 sehingga menjadi 55,3%. Kemampuan psikomotorik siswa juga mengalami peningktan disetiap pertemuan, dimana pertemuan I mencapai 61,90%, pertemuan II mencapai 75,20% dan pertemuan III mencapai 86,92%. Hasil menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang signifikan dengan menggunakan strategi tekstual dan kontekstual terhadap peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam pembelajaran Tortor Naposo Nauli Bulung di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sibuhuan Kabupaten Padang Lawas. Kata kunci: Tortor naposo nauli bulung, tekstual, kontekstual, kognitif, psikomotorik, konvenssional

The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) learning outcomes of Islamic<br />Religious students taught with cooperative learning strategies think pair<br />share and expository learning strategies, (2) student learning interest after<br />using the think pair share learning strategy, and (3) the influence of<br />strategy learning and interest in learning about the learning outcomes of<br />Islamic Education. The research was conducted at 104192 Public<br />Elementary School Tandem Hilir II Deli Serdang. This type of research is<br />quasi-experimental. The study population was all class V students spread<br />in 3 classes. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling. The<br />instruments of data collection are questionnaires and tests. The data<br />analysis technique used is the analysis of two-lane variants on the test α =<br />0.05. The results showed: (1) the average learning outcomes of Islamic<br />Religious Education students taught with TPS learning strategies ( X =<br />29.32) higher than the average learning outcomes of Islamic Religious<br />Education students taught with expository learning strategies ( X = 27)<br />with Fcount = 13.32 &gt; Ftable = 4.00, (2) the average learning outcomes of<br />Islamic Education students with high learning interest ( X = 29.90) higher<br />than the learning outcomes of Islamic Education students with low<br />learning interest ( X = 26.20), with Fcount = 10.41 &gt; Ftable = 4.00, and (3) there<br />is an interaction between learning strategies and interest in learning with<br />Fcount = 12.51 &gt; Ftable = 4.00.

The background of this research is the lack of competence of physics teachers in using physics KIT. This research was conducted with the hope that there will be an increase in the competence of senior high school physics teachers in West Pasaman in using the physics KIT. This research was conducted with a quasi-experimental design and one group pretest-posttest. This study has a population of all physics teachers who join physics teachers group in West Pasaman Regency. The sample was taken by using simple random sampling technique, selecting 22 teachers as representatives of the physics teachers group in West Pasaman Regency. The results showed an increase in teachers' competence in using the physics KIT after mentoring the use of the physics KIT. The increase in teacher competence can be described through the value of again, the N-gain value obtained is 0.33 (moderate). This means that the teacher's competence in using the physics KIT can increase after mentoring the use of the physics KIT.

The chapter investigated the facilities available, extent of usage, and the various methods, perspectives, and strategies of blended learning used as well as possible challenges in Nigeria higher education using Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife as a case study. The descriptive survey research design was adopted. An instrument titled “Questionnaire on Opportunities and Implementation of Blended Learning” was administered on 216 lecturers selected by simple random sampling technique. Data collected were analyzed using frequency counts and simple percentages. The results showed that facilities are fairly available and there is moderate extent of usage of the available facilities for incorporating blended learning strategy. Lecturers used 21 different methods, the five blended learning perspectives, and four different strategies. Various challenges were identified. The study concluded that opportunities were available for lecturers to implement blended learning strategy into the classroom instruction delivery if the major challenges faced are properly addressed.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of expository learning strategies and cooperative learning strategies that can affect student learning result in archiving subjects in class X Office Governance Automation of Vocational High School 1 Palembang. The total population of 96 students, the 96 students were sampled in this research. This research technique is by conducting observations, questionnaires and documentation. This study consisted of three variables X1, namely expository learning strategy, cooperative learning strategy variable X2. Then variable Y student learning results. Based on the results of the ANOVA test or F test, the results of the study show that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect of X1 expository learning strategy and X2 cooperative learning strategy together on student Y learning result in Archives class X Office Governance Automation Middle School subjects. Vocational State I Palembang. It is recommended that educators make efforts to make improvements and improve the quality of the teaching and learning process in order to obtain better learning result. Therefore, appropriate learning strategies are needed to realize effective learning.

The research aims at finding the correlation between family environment, school environment, teachers role, school environment with motivation of learning of the students in Grade XI of Mechanical Expertise Program of State Vocational High School 2 of Karanganyar. This research is correlational. The population of this research is all off the students as many as 102 in Grade XI of Mechanical Expertise Program of State Vocational High School 2 of Karanganyar. The sample of research were taken by using the simple random sampling technique and consist of  80 students. The variables of research consisted of three independent variables: family environment, school environment and teacher role in learning process, and one dependent variable that is learning motivation. Methods of data collection using questionnaire method. Questionnaire method used to collect data of family environment variable, school environment, role of teacher in learning process and motivation learning. The questionnaire test was conducted on 30 students. Validity and reliability test using SPSS version 21.0. The results showed, there are significanly corelation between two element.

This study aims to know there is a relationship between headmastersinterpersonal communication with teachers performance at Vocational High SchoolNorth Bogor District, Bogor City. This research use quantitative with two variables therein, namely: (X) interpersonal communication as independent variable and (Y) teachersperformance as the dependent variable. The method used is survey method with theresults of the analysis of correlational studies. The population in this study are teachersat vocational high school in North Bogor District, Bogor City, there are 580 teachers.Samples were taken by using simple random sampling technique. The technique is basedon the sample size used in this study as many as 85 teachers. Data collection for thevariable (X) interpersonal communication and variable (Y) teachers performance using aquestionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done by using product moment correlation formulaand getting the correlation coefficient (r) value = 0,58892 and based on the results ofhypothesis testing by using t-test obtained t for 6,639 ˃ 1,671 t-tables. By this research,we get a positive relation between interpersonal communication with teachersperformance at Vocational High School North Bogor District, Bogor City.

The purpose of this study is to compare how students taught with Learning Strategies for Improving Thinking Skills (SPPKB), and expository learning strategies to write short stories. Additionally, it identifies differences in students' short story writing abilities between those with a high level of writing motivation and those with a low level of writing motivation. Additionally, it establishes the relationship between learning strategies and motivation for writing short stories in online learning. Diponegoro High School is located in the Asahan Regency. This research was conducted at Diponegoro Senior High School in Asahan Regency, with tenth-grade students as the research population. This is a quantitative study conducted using quasi-experimental methods. A Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design was used in the research. Instruments include treatment instruments such as syllabuses, lesson plans, questionnaires, and measurement instruments embedded in short story texts. The study's findings indicate a difference in the ability to write short stories between the treatment of learning strategies and motivation to write, and that this difference is mediated by an interaction.

This quasi-experimental study was to find out: (1) the influence of critical thinking skills of students given the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model with students who were given conventional learning; (2) the influence of critical knowledge with high initial knowledge using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model compared to those using conventional learning; (3) the influence of critical thinking skills with low initial knowledge using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model compared to those using conventional learning; (4) interaction between learning strategies with students' initial knowledge of critical thinking skills. This research is a quasi-experimental type with a research design using factorial 2x2. The population is all SD Kartika 1-11 students and the sample is 50 IVA and IVB students. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. Research data was obtained from tests of initial knowledge and critical thinking skills. The results of the study indicate that: (1) students' critical thinking skills given the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model higher tcount = 1.910> t table = 1.708; (2) Critical thinking skills with high initial knowledge using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) and conventional models have no significant differences thitung = 1.87 <ttable = 2.56; (3) Critical thinking skills with low initial knowledge use the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model higher t count = 3.71> t table = 2.56; (4) there is no interaction between learning models with students' initial knowledge of critical thinking skills. This study aims to know there is a relationship between job satisfaction with teacher OCB at Vocational High School Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta Administration. This research use quantitative with two variables there in, namely: (X) job satisfaction as independent variables and (Y) OCB as the dependent variable. The method used is survey method with the results of the analysis of correlational studies. The population in this study are teacher’s at vocational high school in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta there is 275 teachers. Samples were taken by using simple random sampling technique. The technique is based on the sample size used in this study as many as 73 teachers. Data collection for the variable (X) job satisfaction and variable (Y) OCB using a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done using product moment correlation formula in can correlation coefficient (r) = 0,45283 and based on the results of hypothesis testing using t-test obtained t for 4.280 > 1.994 t-table. From this research, we get there’s positive relation between job satisfaction with OCB at Vocational High School Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta Administration. The contributions made by teachers job satisfaction on OCB, amounted to 20.51%.
