This study aims to know there is a relationship between job satisfaction with teacher OCB at Vocational High School Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta Administration. This research use quantitative with two variables there in, namely: (X) job satisfaction as independent variables and (Y) OCB as the dependent variable. The method used is survey method with the results of the analysis of correlational studies. The population in this study are teacher’s at vocational high school in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta there is 275 teachers. Samples were taken by using simple random sampling technique. The technique is based on the sample size used in this study as many as 73 teachers. Data collection for the variable (X) job satisfaction and variable (Y) OCB using a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done using product moment correlation formula in can correlation coefficient (r) = 0,45283 and based on the results of hypothesis testing using t-test obtained t for 4.280 > 1.994 t-table. From this research, we get there’s positive relation between job satisfaction with OCB at Vocational High School Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta Administration. The contributions made by teachers job satisfaction on OCB, amounted to 20.51%.

This study aims to know there is a relationship between headmastersinterpersonal communication with teachers performance at Vocational High SchoolNorth Bogor District, Bogor City. This research use quantitative with two variables therein, namely: (X) interpersonal communication as independent variable and (Y) teachersperformance as the dependent variable. The method used is survey method with theresults of the analysis of correlational studies. The population in this study are teachersat vocational high school in North Bogor District, Bogor City, there are 580 teachers.Samples were taken by using simple random sampling technique. The technique is basedon the sample size used in this study as many as 85 teachers. Data collection for thevariable (X) interpersonal communication and variable (Y) teachers performance using aquestionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done by using product moment correlation formulaand getting the correlation coefficient (r) value = 0,58892 and based on the results ofhypothesis testing by using t-test obtained t for 6,639 ˃ 1,671 t-tables. By this research,we get a positive relation between interpersonal communication with teachersperformance at Vocational High School North Bogor District, Bogor City.

Purpose:  Identify the direct effect of reward, motivation and job satisfaction on the turnover intention the teacher. Design/methodology: This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The data was taken by using questionnaire and analyzed by using path analysis. The research sample was 149 private junior high school teachers in Rokan Hulu District. The sample were taken by using simple random sampling technique. Findings: The results of the study showed that the reward has a direct negative effect on turnover intention. Motivation has a direct negative effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a direct negative effect on turnover intention. Research limitations/ implications: The research sample was taken from schools in Rokan Hulu Regency, therefore it is necessary to be careful to generalize the results of this study in a wider scope such as for the province or a country.Practical implicaations: Based on the results of the study, it was known that to reduce teacher turnover intention private junior high school can be done by increasing their reward, motivation and job satisfaction.

The research aims to determine the effect of learning intensity and social capital to result of learning of students at state vocational high school 2 of Pariaman in academic year 2019/2020. The population in this research was all students of class XI until XII. The sample use are 107 with proportional random sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 20 program. This research use asosiatif method with deskriptive analysis. The data is analyted by using multiple regression. The result show that 1) There were a learning intensity and social capital to results of  learning of students (F sig = 0,000 < dari 0,05). 2) There was a effect between learning intensity to result of  learning (sig = 0,001< 0,05). 3) There was a effect between social capital to result of  learning (sig = 0,000< 0,05).   Keywords: intensity of learning, social capital, result of learning

This study aims to determine the influence of reward on job satisfaction in PDAM Tirta Lontar,Kupang Regency. The method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach.The sample in this study was taken using simple random sampling technique with Slovin method bytaking 67 respondents from the entire population. Primary data obtained by questionnaire filleddirectly by the respondent. Work productivity of teachers shall determine the advancement of education quality as their direct encounter with students to equip them with skill and competencies. This study was conducted to see the direct effect of job satisfaction and absenteeism on high school teachers’ work productivity in Bekasi region. Survey method with path analysis approach was applied. Questionnaire as the study instrument was distributed to 198 teachers who were chosen based on simple random sampling technique. The study revealed that, first, job satisfaction has a positive direct effect on teacher work productivity. The correlation coefficient value is 0.431, while the path coefficient value is 0.228. It infers that when job satisfaction is fulfilled, work productivity shall increase as well. Second, absenteeism shows a negative direct influence on work productivity. The correlation coefficient value is - 0.427 and the path coefficient value is -0.250. This further implies that productivity and progress of organization are impeded by the absence of teacher. This leads to a notion that teacher lower level of absenteeism will increase their productivity. Third, job satisfaction gives a negative direct impact on absenteeism. The correlation coefficient value is -0.341 and the path coefficient value is -0.207. The result leads to a conclusion that once teachers feel contented with their work, they will rarely perform absenteeism

This study determined the effect of Visionary Leadership and orgazitional culture on the performance of Vocational High School Teacher in Prabumulih City. This research uses quentitative approach with Survey Method. This study population of 125 people, namely vocational High School teacher in Prabumulih city. The research sample of 30 people. The sampling technique in this study is random sampling. Data collectional technique using documentational and questionnaire. Data were analyzed using simple regression techniques and Multiple regression techniques. The result showed that: (1) visionary leadership had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Vocational High Shcool Teachers in Prabumulih City; (2) organization culture had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Vocational High Shcool Teachers in Prabumulih City, and (3) visionary leadership and Organization culture jointly have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Vocational High Shcool Teachers in Prabumulih City.

The research aims at finding the correlation between family environment, school environment, teachers role, school environment with motivation of learning of the students in Grade XI of Mechanical Expertise Program of State Vocational High School 2 of Karanganyar. This research is correlational. The population of this research is all off the students as many as 102 in Grade XI of Mechanical Expertise Program of State Vocational High School 2 of Karanganyar. The sample of research were taken by using the simple random sampling technique and consist of  80 students. The variables of research consisted of three independent variables: family environment, school environment and teacher role in learning process, and one dependent variable that is learning motivation. Methods of data collection using questionnaire method. Questionnaire method used to collect data of family environment variable, school environment, role of teacher in learning process and motivation learning. The questionnaire test was conducted on 30 students. Validity and reliability test using SPSS version 21.0. The results showed, there are significanly corelation between two element.

This article aimed to determine the implementation of classroom management on students’ learning discipline. The research method used Expalanatory Survey method with data collection technique used questionnaire. Respondents are 80 students grade eleventh from Office Administration major of a vocational high school in Lembang, selected by used sampling technique. Data were analyzed using regression. The result of the research revealed that: (1) the classroom management is in the quite effective category, (2) the students' learning discipline is in the moderate category, and (3) there is a significant influence of classroom management on students’ learning discipline. Therefore, students’ learning discipline can be improved through increased classroom management by teachers.ABSTRAKArtikel ini membahas hasil penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan manajemen kelas dan disiplin belajar siswa serta ada tidaknya pengaruh manajemen kelas terhadap disiplin belajar siswa pada sebuah SMK di Lembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah Ekspalanatory Survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Respondennya berjumlah 80 orang siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) manajemen kelas berada pada kategori cukup efektif, (2) disiplin belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang, dan (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan manajemen kelas terhadap disiplin belajar siswa, artinya disiplin belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui manajemen kelas yang dilakukan oleh guru.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi, kompensasi, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan dampaknya terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT. Panairsan Pratama. Strategi penelitian yang digunakan adalah strategi asosiatif. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey sampel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 karyawan PT. Panairsan Pratama. Jumlah sampel menggunakan stratified simple random sampling dimana 60 orang karyawan di klasifikasi berdasarkan jabatan sebesar 70% dari total populasi sehingga diperoleh 42 orang. Perhitungan statistik dimulai dari uji kualitas data (validitas, reliabilitas, dan normalitas). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur atau Path Analysis.Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai koefisien regresi parsial X1 dengan Y adalah sebesar 0,363 ,X2dengan Y adalah sebesar -0,188, X3dengan Y adalah sebesar 0,347, X4dengan Y adalah sebesar -0,042,  X5 dengan Y adalah sebesar 0,473. Nilai koefesien regresi berganda antara variabel bebas  X1, X2, X3, X4, X5 terhadap Y adalah 0,661.  Nilai koefisien regresi parsial X1 dengan Z adalah sebesar -0,284 ,X2dengan Z adalah sebesar -0,134, X3dengan Z adalah sebesar --0,416, X4dengan Y adalah sebesar 0,468,  X5 dengan Z adalah sebesar 0,489, Y dengan Z sebesar 0,224. Nilai koefesien regresi berganda antara variabel bebas  X1, X2, X3, X4, X5 melalui Y terhadap Z adalah 0,394. Pengujian hipotesis secara simultan dengan  menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi, kompensasi,  kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan dampaknya terhadap produktivitas. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of coorporate culture, compensation, leadership, work discipline and motivation on job satisfaction and its impact on the productivity of employees of PT. Panairsan Pratama. The research strategy used is associative strategy. The research method used in this study is the sample survey method. The population in this study were 60 employees of PT. Panairsan Pratama. The number of samples using stratified simple random sampling where 60 employees in the classification based on the position of 70% of the total population so that 42 people obtained. The statistical calculation starts from the test of data quality (validity, reliability, and normality). The data analysis method used is path analysis. The results obtained by partial regression coefficient X1 with Y is 0.363, X2 with Y is equal to -0.188, X3 with Y is equal to 0.347, X4 with Y is equal to -0.042, X5 with Y is 0.473. The multiple regression coefficient value between the independent variables X1, X2, X3, X4, X5 to Y is 0.661. Partial regression coefficient value X1 with Z is equal to -0.284, X2 with Z is equal to -0.134, X3 with Z is equal to -0.416, X4 with Y is 0.468, X5 with Z is 0.489, Y with Z is 0.224. Multiple regression coefficients between independent variables X1, X2, X3, X4, X5 through Y to Z are 0.394. Simultaneous hypothesis testing with α = 0.05 indicates that there is a positive and significant influence on coorporate culture, compensation, leadership, work discipline and motivation on job satisfaction and its impact on productivity.

The purpose of this study was  to analyze the influence of principal’s managerial skills and quality culture on teacher performance. The research method used survey method. Data collection techniques used a rating scale scale questionnaire with scores ranging from 1 to 5. Respondents are 90 teachers of State Vocational High School in Bandung. Data analysis technique using regression. The results showed that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance, either partially or simultaneously. Thus the performance of teachers can be improved through improving the principal's managerial skills and quality culture.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh  keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah dan budaya mutu terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model rating scale dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai dengan 5. Responden adalah 90 guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri di Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Dengan demikian kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah dan budaya mutu
