The role of communication, the specifics and flow of communication processes and, accordingly, the requirements for their participants, is increasing in modern society and in all spheres of professional activity. In this connection, the problem of the formation of the communicative creativity of students at the stage of professional training at the university is actualized. At present, this aspect of the vocational training of students in technical areas lacks attention both in theory and in the practice of vocational education. The article examines the theoretical foundations of the theory of the formation of the communicative creativity of university students, interpreted as a set of interrelated and interdependent components that represent a certain integrity based on the use of a set of scientific approaches: systemic, participatory and discursive, implemented on the basis of the principles: transformation of cognitive content into emotional, freedom choice of communications, social reinforcement of creative behavior. The scientific approaches considered in the article were the theoretical foundations for the development of the theory of the formation of the communicative creativity of university students. The materials of the article are of practical value for organizing the process of vocational training in the context of the development of the communicative creativity of students.

Professional socialization of future graduates of the pedagogical university is aimed at the formation of competencies essential for the practical activity and solution of vital tasks. One of the components of successful professional activity is the willingness for continuing education. The subject of this research is the phenomenon of continuous pedagogical education as the value. Globalization has encompasses all segments of life of the modern society, including education. The rapidly changing world with its uncertainty imposes new requirements on the system of vocational training. A modern specialist is no longer narrow-focused, but is capable of solving complex and versatile tasks, which is facilitated by constant striving for new knowledge using various forms of learning. However, this is only possible with realization by the individual of the need for continuing education and its utility in different axiological coordinates. For the analysis of axiological basis of continuing education, the author surveyed the students of pedagogical university to determine their perception of continuing education as a personal meaningful value that contributes to the achievement of certain career results. The acquired results on the one hand demonstrate the the vagueness of the concept of “continuing education” for the university students; while on the other hand, prove the hypothesis on the need and importance of continuing education for the pedagogues, but at the same time the unwillingness of the future specialists to consider it as the value of life. The presented materials allow adjusting the educational process of future pedagogues and their motivation for continuing education, since the pedagogical classes to Master’s Degree.

The modern development of the social, informational and professional organization of society has led to a more dense integration of the university into the life of society. The integration of a modern technical university into the socio-cultural space requires that the activities of the university correspond to the development trends of modern culture, the emerging information society, economy, production and technology. The influence of culture, norms and values of society on the student substantiates the socio-humanitarian component of the training of students of a technical university. It also determines the socially acceptable trajectory of its technical projects, methods of their implementation and practical application. The task of an engineer at the present stage of development of the information society is not only the creation of technical mechanisms, devices and systems, but also ensuring their effective functioning in society. Today's reality is such that a modern specialist more and more must be able to independently include in the system of his activities the growing flow of social contacts and information, and not only professional ones, but also not directly related to professional activities. We are talking about the formation of a new quality and image of an engineer, adapted to the rapidly changing social and informational realities of modern society. As a result, a technical university should form an appropriate educational environment, including socio-informational aspects of the student's future professional activity.

Taking into account the main trends of the modern society and reform of areas of human activity, subject to ongoing processes of integration, globalization and increasing role of information and information processes in modern society, he authors consider the issue of professional training of future specialists in the university. In particular, issues of forming professional readiness of the expert in the field of advertising and public relations to implement legal information activities in the context of solving tasks of professional sphere. Based on the analysis of the structure of professional activity and professional competence of the specialist in the field of advertising and public relations, the article shows the place of the information and legal component in their structure and describes its content for the specialist of the specified profile. Considering the professional training of this specialist in the field of information and legal activity at the university, the authors propose a graphical presentation of the concept of formation of professional readiness and competence for this type of activity in the context of the development of professional culture and skills. In this case, the authors show schematically and list not only the specific components of theoretical and practical units, including those defined in the State Educational Standards, but also formulate the main types of professional tasks of the key, basic and special level for the specified profile. Summarizing the above, the authors also formulate criteria for testing the development of profession-al readiness for information and legal activities among future professionals in the field of advertising and public relations through the description of levels and indicators. The issues discussed in this article and implemented in the University, provide performance training of the University students — future experts in the field of advertising and public relations in the direction of information and legal activities, and the graduate himself with qualifications and competitiveness.

The article deals with the problem of improving the quality of training of teachers of vocational training by integrating practice-oriented and theoretical approaches for the implementation of the experimental project «Professionalism» as a priority direction in the development of secondary vocational education. It is noted that the professional activity of a teacher becomes more multitasking and requires the formation of professional skills while developing fl exibility of thinking, intelligence, and the ability to quickly respond to the demands of the labor market. The professional training of teachers provides for the integration of practice-oriented and theoretical approaches to form a competitive specialist. At the same time, the educational environment should diff er in the variability of approaches, educational technologies, didactic means and teaching methods. The article describes some forms of work with students that allow modeling the future professional activity of a teacher of vocational training and imply deepening and expanding the content of theoretical material and its refraction when performing practical tasks of a professional orientation. Noting the practice-oriented approach as an active form of organizing professional training of students, the authors consider the experience of working on the basis of the South Ural State Humanitarian Pedagogical University.

The scientific article is devoted to the study of a complex but relevant problem for the period of creating the preconditions for sustainable development - the definition of approaches to providing the economy with strong human resources. It is noted that its formation is always faced with the issues of reproduction of the labor force, the effectiveness of which implies the achievement in total, at the same time high levels of quality of life and vocational training of people. Particular attention is paid to the emergence of new problems that increase the severity of personnel issues in Ukraine: there is a significant increase in labor migration of Ukrainians abroad, reducing the population and working age. However, despite the difficulties of the transition economy, the country has gradual, progressive changes in the entire system of educational infrastructure, attempts are being made to reform the organization of education in educational institutions of all levels: higher education, secondary school, vocational education. In addition to traditional vocational schools in the educational, already competitive environment, there are new educational institutions - technical lyceums, technical schools, colleges. However, a significant part of vocational schools has shortcomings related to the quality of their material and technical base, the level of training of teachers in terms of their mastery of the latest technological concepts and methods of teaching educational material. Improving the system of vocational training should be based on the understanding that innovative development has already become an integral part of the domestic economy and has led to new requirements for personal factors of production. Now there is a need to closely link professional training to specific production conditions of future activities, the entire educational process should be built taking into account changes in the state of production processes, target settings for obtaining the final results of enterprises. Under modern market conditions, the first priority is not the production of more goods and services of one type, but their differentiation and new quality characteristics within one product group. Relevant changes occur in the assessment of the personal factor of production. This is not just about the quantitative certainty of staff, but about the level of training of each employee, his ability to adapt to technical and technological changes. In the process of professional training it is important to form in future employees an awareness of their role and importance in the overall efficiency of enterprises, to bring to their understanding the high probability of losses associated with their possible errors in the production functions. The issue of greening of professional activity should be important in the educational processes of all educational institutions

The article discusses the current problems of assessing the quality of professional training of HR managers from the perspective of graduates of the HR direction working in this area.For ten years the author of the article has been assessing the quality of training university graduates as deputy vice rector for organizing practice, employment and promoting employment of graduates. The results of annual studies of satisfaction with the quality of education of all participants in the educational process: students; employers and graduates of the university were an indispensable indicator in the preparation and conduct of accreditation of the university, it has repeatedly reported at conferences and published. The accumulated experience allowed us to conduct annual monitoring studies on the problem of satisfaction with the quality of professional training of graduates of the Department of Personnel Management of the Siberian Institute of Management, a branch of the RANEPA. The article provides only some generalized results of the author's studies in 2017 - 2019 on assessing the quality of professional training and career of specialists from the position of graduates of the department. The author conducts a brief analysis of theoretical foreign and domestic sources to study the problems of assessing the quality of education and training of specialists; considers the problems of development of criteria for assessing the quality of training, external and internal assessment, and the inclusion of certain assessment objects in the assessment, relevant to universities. The practical focus of the article allows us to see both the positive aspects in the training of future specialists in the field of personnel management, and some omissions, which will improve the quality and applied nature of training, taking into account the identified needs of graduates oriented to the demands of the labor market.

Анализируется проблема необходимости формирования готовности будущих педагогов к инклюзии в процессе профессиональной подготовки в вузе, а также ее структурные компоненты и их содержание. В структуре указанного вида готовности выявляются мотивационный, когнитивный и операционно-деятельностный компоненты. Констатируется, что проблема готовности будущих педагогов к профессиональной деятельности в условиях инклюзии является проблемным полем в современном научном дискурсе, так как ее системное решение пока не найдено. Целью является исследование сформированности готовности будущих педагогов к инклюзии школьников в процессе профессиональной подготовки в вузе. Приводятся результаты эмпирического исследования сформированности готовности будущих педагогов к инклюзии школьников. Даются рекомендации по формированию профессиональной готовности будущих педагогов к инклюзии школьников в процессе обучения в университете, где изучаются на третьем и четвертом курсах следующие дисциплины: «Обучение лиц с ограниченными возможностями здоровья», «Психолого-педагогические основы инклюзивного образования»; происходит введение производственной (технологической в системе инклюзивного образования) практики на базе организаций образовательной и социальной сферы, оперативный мониторинг сформированности готовности будущих педагогов к инклюзивному образованию школьников с ОВЗ. The problem of the need to form the readiness of future teachers for inclusion in the process of professional training at a university is analyzed, as well as its structural components and their content. In the structure of this type of readiness, motivational, cognitive and operationalactivity components are revealed. It is stated that the problem of the readiness of future teachers for professional activity in conditions of inclusion is a problematic field in modern scientific discourse, since its systemic solution has not yet been found. The aim is to study the formation of the readiness of future teachers for the inclusion of schoolchildren in the process of professional training at a university. The article presents the results of an empirical study of the formation of the readiness of future teachers for the inclusion of schoolchildren. Recommendations are given on the formation of professional readiness of future teachers for the inclusion of schoolchildren in the process of studying at the university, consisting in enriching the content of training in the third and fourth years of the disciplines: «Teaching people with disabilities», «Psychological and pedagogical foundations of inclusive education»; the introduction of industrial (technological in the system of inclusive education) practice on the basis of educational and social organizations; operational monitoring of the formation of the readiness of future teachers for inclusive education of schoolchildren with disabilities.

Despite the difficulties encountered, in connection with the transition to a new system of higher education, and the process of professional training of architects and designers remains the most important tool for preserving the national "architectural school" in Russia. Today, in higher architectural education in Russia, there has been a reduction in the basic educational program in many disciplines in favor of independent work. This and other factors lead to some misunderstanding and loss of interest in the training process among students. The scientific novelty of the study consists in determining a set of pedagogical conditions for the development of interest in professional training at the university among future architects and designers at the current stage; in clarifying the content of the concepts of "professional architectural activity", "emotionally comfortable creative educational environment", "interest in professional architectural and design training", which made it possible to systematize the theoretical basis for the development of interest in professional activity among future architects and designers. The results of the experiment were obtained, during which a set of pedagogical conditions were implemented to increase the level of development of interest in professional training at the university among future architects and designers.
