We developed software by using Python language to reduce the manual work in the petrochemical budgeting process. Budget forms automatically generated by the software are based on the acquisition cost of items of static equipment and their installation fees. The software is also able to generate an Excel file that can be imported into the petrochemical aggregation software. This article explains the logic of the software based on the static equipment workflow in the current project. It provides development ideas to solve the problem of manually inputting equipment installation indexes, avoid confusion of equipment prices in the traditional estimate preparation process, and improve the work efficiency in the future.

At present, it is so prominent in the development of the petrochemical industry in China, and it is accompanied by petrochemical wastewater, which has become a big problem need to solve urgently.Because petrochemical wastewater mainly contains benzene-compound, organic matter, high salt wastewater and oil sewage, etc. They are very damaging and highly contaminated. The composition and properties of the petrochemical wastewater were introduced firstly, the current situation of petrochemical wastewater treatment at home and abroad were reviewed in the study. Especially the development of petrochemical industry in sichuan was introduced. Based on the present situation and the existing problems, put forward some countermeasures and expect technique develop direction in the future.

This project GUI for shuffling of sections is done to automate the hectic work of shuffling students into sections has been programed in python using open source module using pandas and tkinter the overall result achieved to this program is that students got shuffled into sections with same ratio of male and female in all section, and average of ranks of students of all sections are similar as to maintain equality and integrity. This program gives a GUI for the administrator to access the file with data of students stored to manipulate that data. In this project we will implement using python programming language .in python, we will use module pandas, TKinter. Pandas to manipulate data of students from an excel file through python program, TKinter is used to add GUI to the program to select the file to be manipulated pandas is a software library written for the python language for data manipulation and analysis. In particular, it offers data structures and operations for manipulating numerical tables and time series In particular, it offers data structures and operations for manipulating numerical tables and time series. TKINTER is a software library for creating library for creating GUI using python language.

Although the excellent properties of borides have attracted the attention of the industry, their limited<br>preparation process and difficult-to-remove impurities have prevented them from exerting their full<br>effectiveness. However, it is very difficult to separate AlB12 and Al2O3 prepared by self-propagating high<br>temperature synthesis. This study is the first time to separate the two by electrolysis process and observe<br>their electrolytic behavior. The results show that Al2O3 is converted into micron-sized aluminum during the<br>electrolysis process, while AlB12 still exists intact. This result provides a novel idea for the future purification<br>of borides containing Al2O3 impurities <br>

David Taylor Research Center is just commencing investigations into a new manner of defining future fleet architectures. The cost of current performance-driven ship designs has increased at a rapid rate. While it is true that a warship designed with insufficient performance is of meager utility, it is also true that the best performing warship design is of no utility if never built. Both performance and affordability are required if sufficient numbers of ships are to be built to counter the threat. By designing a future fleet architecture with producibility as a major requirement from the start, we hope to impact the acquisition cost significantly. One battle force concept titled "Distribute, Disperse, Disguise and Sustain" suggests two fundamental surface ship types; the Carrier of Large Objects (CLO) and the Scout Fighter. A CLO feasibility design in progress, Carrier Dock Multimission, is outlined to inform shipbuilding researchers of an initiative that promises to have significant impact on naval ship procurement and provide increased visibility within the U.S. Navy on producibility issues. Before an attempt is made to conceptualize a future U.S. naval surface fleet, to help create a vision of the U.S. Navy for the year 2030 and beyond, the shortcomings of the current surface Navy must be addressed first. An honest assessment of where we are now is a must for us to determine where we need to be in the future and how to get there.

The financial field is experiencing unprecedented changes, as the effects of the COVID-19 outbreak are unraveling. One of the main challenges the managers have to face is the elaboration and implementation of the budgets. During 2020, companies worldwide had to continuously adjust the budgets which were already approved before the pandemic. But, as everyone understood that the world is not facing just a temporary situation, executive leaders had to also reconsider their budgeting process, taking into consideration the uncertainties of the future. It was clear that the traditional way of developing a budget, based on historical information, was no longer relevant and a new process should be implemented. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to put into discussion which would be the best alternative to the traditional budgeting process. Based on the thorough analysis of the reports published by relevant organisms and firms, the authors concluded that the best alternative would be the zero-based budgeting technique. The paper presents the benefits of this method, but also a guideline regarding the implementation of this process.

The article deals with the analysis of the education role with regard to the impact on income and employment. To identify the link between education and unemployment, and education and income, CRRC secondary data is used. According to the analysis, the alternative cost for basic education is important, which allows the increased number of highly qualified staff and high quality of work efficiency in the future.

Mr. Yokomatsu provided valuable comments on the paper JDR Vol.11 No.6, pp. 1190-1201 by Takeuchi and Tanaka. The discusser claims that if “direct loss” is defined as a “loss of assets (capital stock)” and “indirect loss” as a “loss of postdisaster production decline,” then the sum of the two as the “total loss” of a disaster contains a double count of disaster loss, because the “value of assets (capital stock)” for “direct loss” is the present value of an output to be produced in the future by the assets, which is nothing but “indirect loss.” This is a misunderstanding caused by an ambiguous definition of the term “loss of assets.” In order to avoid such misunderstanding, the authors clarify the definition by elaborating the content of “total loss” = “direct loss” + “indirect loss” as the “total loss of assets” = “loss of the physical acquisition cost of assets” + “loss of the potential production profit of assets.”
