This research aims to improve student’s mathematics learning outcomes and their self-confidence using the Hypnoteaching method on the learning of Algebra for class VIII A of Islam Sultan Fattah Salatiga Junior High School. This research is included as classroom action research. The model used in this research is the Kemmis & Mc Taggart’s which consists of 4 stages namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The improvement of student’s learning outcomes and self-confidence in learning mathematics are seen from their grades and self-confidence questionnaire scores. On one hand, 1st cycle of questionnaire results show that student’s had experienced improvement in self-confidence by 58% with the average of student’s learning outcomes by 58.4% and 42% completeness. On the other hand, the 2nd cycle of questionnaire results show that students had experienced improvement in self-confidence by 79% with the average of student’s learning outcomes by 76.9% and 79% completeness

This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve mathematics learning in class VIII Junior High School 1 at Bontonompo through the ARIAS learning model. The problem in this research are less then 75% of students have mathematics learning under KKM and students less learning activites. The research was carried out during two cycles. The obtained data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Based on the results of the research in Cycle I, only 26% of students fulfilled the KKM value were continued to Cycle II and the results met individual and classical completeness is 78% of students fulfilled KKM scores and student activities increased. Abstract: The purpose of this class action research is to improve the learning outcomes of under passing the volleyball students of class VIII-D State Junior High School 15 Malang using the play approach. Based on the results of preliminary observations obtained learning outcomes of students when the practice of the basic technique of under passing volleyball at a lesser level. Then learning using the play approach for two cycles and learning outcomes using the play approach at the end of the second cycle obtained the percentage results with the level of truth that is 23 or 76.67% good category, body position 24 or 80% good category, 23 arm position or 76.67% good category, the direction and direction of the ball 24 or 80% good category. Based on the results of the percentage it can be said that through the play approach can improve the learning outcomes of basic techniques of under passing the volleyball of students of class VIII-D State Junior High School 15 Malang. Keywords: learning outcomes, under passing of volleyball, physical education, playing approaches. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar passing bawah bolavoli siswa kelas VIII-D SMP Negeri 15 Malang dengan menggunakan pendekatan bermain. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal diperoleh hasil belajar peserta didik saat praktik teknik dasar passing bawah bolavoli pada taraf kurang. Kemudian dilaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan bermain selama dua siklus dan hasil belajar menggunakan pendekatan bermain pada akhir siklus dua diperoleh hasil persentase dengan tingkat kebenaran yaitu posisi kaki 23 atau 76,67% kategori baik, posisi badan 24 atau 80% kategori baik, posisi lengan 23 atau 76,67% kategori baik, perkenaan dan arah bola 24 atau 80% kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil persentase dapat dikatakan bahwa melalui pendekatan bermain dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bawah bolavoli siswa kelas VIII-D SMP Negeri 15 Malang. Kata Kunci: hasil belajar, passing bawah bolavoli, pendidikan jasmani, pendekatan bermain.

The innovative and fun mathemathics learning are preferred by students. Innovative and fun learning will dissepear views of mathematics that difficult and boring. Thus, it can decreases students anxiety and fresult of learning will increase. The purpose of this study was to dtermine the relationship between mathematics learning anxiety on student result in mathematics subjects at Junior High School Aisyiyah Muhammadiyah 3 Malang. The research used correlation method with a quantitative approach for this study. The results showed that there was a correlation between the anxiety of learning mathematics on student result in mathematics subjects in class VIII-A at Junior High School Aisyiyah Muhammadiyah 3 Malang. It can be evidenced by the correlation coefficient or calculated R value of 0,445 > from the R table value of 0,3610. While the coefficient of determination or the magnitude of the contribution of the influence of variable X on variable Y is 0,198 or equal to 19,8% an the equation Y =70,244 – 0,563X.

<p>This type of research is classroom action research. The purpose of this study was to improve Social Studies learning outcomes in the material of Population Dynamics of Grade VIII D students. The research subject was 39 students Class VIII D of Pangudi Luhur Bintang Laut Surakarta Junior High School. Data collection techniques and tools from learning outcomes use pre-test and post-test learning outcomes. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative and reflective techniques. The conclusion of this study is the classical completeness of class VIII D students in semester 1 of social studies subjects is 50% can be overcome by applying the type of cooperative learning methods. This research was conducted in two cycles for students of class VIII D semester 1 of Pangudi Luhur Bintang Laut Surakarta Junior High School. Each cycle consists of four components of action research, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The results also showed an increase in learning outcomes, namely the first cycle with the acquisition of an average grade of 85.85 with 75% classical completeness and the second cycle with an average acquisition of 90.82 with 95% classical completeness. The results obtained indicate that the application of the STAD type cooperative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of students of class VIII D of Pangudi Luhur Bintang Laut Surakarta Junior High School</p>

This research is a classroom action research with 29 students as research subjects. The instrument used was a test instrument to improve learning outcomes of forehand and backhand in table tennis. The purpose of this study is to determine the learning improvement of Forehand and Backhand in table tennis games using wall mediumat the eight grade of Junior high school number 8 Palopo.Based on the research results, it can be concluded that in the pre-action activity 11 students (37.93%) are in the complete category and 18 students (62.07%) are in the incomplete category. In the implementation of Cycle I, there are 17 students (58.62%) in the complete category and 12 students (41.38%) in the incomplete category. Whereas in Cycle II it shows 26 students (89.66%) are in the complete category and 3 students (10.34%) are in the incomplete category. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that there is an improvement in learning outcomes  for the ability to perform Forehand and Backhand  in table tennis using wall medium in Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 8 Palopo.

<p>The general objective of this research is to discover and analyze empirically the <br />effect of attitudes toward mathematics learning outcomes, learning habits influence on mathematics learning outcomes, influence attitudes and study habits together towards mathematics learning outcomes. The population covered in this study were junior high school grade students in District VIII Kramat Jati, East Jakarta. The research sample was obtained through random sampling method, the researchers mixed quota subjects in the population so that all subjects are considered equal. The research design used by the correlation technique with three variables consisting of two independent variables, <br />namely student attitudes and study habits as well as a dependent variable, is mathematics learning outcomes. Data collected by questionnaire technique (variable attitudes and habits students learn) and test techniques (variable learning outcomes). Collected data are then analyzed using correlation and simple regression techniques and correlation and multiple regression. Before the data were analyzed, first performed descriptive statistical analysis and test data requirements (test of normality, linearity test). The results showed that: (1) there is significant influence between students' attitudes and habits towards learning mathematics learning outcomes, with a correlation coefficient of <br />0.465 and coefficient of determination of 0.216 or 21.6% of student attitude and study habits jointly affect the results of learning mathematics. The resulting regression equation Y = 7932 + 0, 377 X1 + 0, 257 X2. This could mean that the better the attitude of the students then the better the better the result of learning and study habits, the higher the results of studying mathematics. <br /><br /></p>

  This research is motivated by learning conditions that are still not optimal, both process and learning outcomes. Therefore, we conducted a research to apply lesson study by using the Cooperative Learning method in Indonesian Language, in writing advertisement, slogans, and posters texts in class VIII of Pasundan 2 Junior High School Bandung. This research is expected to improve learning outcomes, activities and creativities. The research method used is an experimental method. The research subjects were students of Pasundan 2 Bandung Junior High School Class VIII C. This research was an implementation of plan, do and see. The validity of the data is done through triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the application of lesson study using the Cooperative Learning method is carried out in accordance with the stages in the lesson study, namely plan, do and see. Lesson study makes the learning planning process more mature so that in the implementation of learning the model lecturer feels more prepared. Lesson Study can effectively improve the quality of learning, both processes and results. This can be seen from the test results which are tested on the average significant improvement. Likewise in the process, based on the observations made, the activity and creativity of students of Pasundan 2 Junior High School Bandung increased. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of lesson study with cooperative learning effectively increases the activity, creativity, and learning outcomes of students in Pasundan 2 Junior High School Bandung significantly.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the ability of students in solving non-routine problems in learning mathematics in high school. The focus of the study is the ability of students in solving non-routine problems that include the value of objectism, value of control, value of mystery, value of progress, value of rationalism, and value of openness. The subject of this study was determined purposively, that was based on the diversity of answers. The selected subject was six students of class X SMA in Palembang. The data were collected using observation, test, and interview which were then analyzed descriptively. The results show that in general the ability of students in solving non-routine problems is dominated by the value of objectism, control, rationalism, and progress. The other two values which did not dominantly appear were mystery and openness. Keywords: mathematical value, non-routine problemNILAI MATEMATIKA (MATHEMATICAL VALUE) SISWA PADA PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA MENGGUNAKAN SOAL NON RUTIN Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal non rutin pada pembelajaran matematika di SMA. Fokus penelitian adalah kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal non rutin yang meliputi nilai objektisme, nilai kontrol, nilai misteri, nilai kemajuan, nilai rasionalisme, dan nilai keterbukaan. Adapun subjek penelitian ini dipilih secara purposive, berdasarkan keberagaman jawaban. Subjek yang terpilih adalah enam orang siswa kelas X SMA di Palembang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan observasi, tes, dan juga wawancara, yang kemudian di analisis secara deskriptif.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal non rutin masih didominasi pada nilai objektisme, nilai kontrol, nilai rasionalisme, dan nilai kemajuan. Dua nilai lain yang tidak dominan muncul adalah nilai misteri dan nilai keterbukaan.Kata Kunci: nilai matematika, soal non rutin

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil penelitian-penelitian terdahulu yang menunjukkan masih rendahnya kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan self-confidence siswa dalam belajar matematika. Learning Cycle 7E merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan self-confidence siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan self-confidence siswa yang mendapatkan model pembelajaran learning cycle 7E dengan yang mendapatkan model pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan populasi siswa di salah satu SMP di Kabupaten Garut. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupas tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan skala sikap self-confidence siswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan self-confidence siswa yang mendapatkan model pembelajaran learning cycle 7E lebih baik daripada siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran konvensional. AbstractThis research is motivated by the results of previous studies which indicates the low ability of mathematical communication and self-confidence of students in learning mathematics. Learning Cycle 7E is one of the learning model that is expected to improve the ability of mathematical communication and self-confidence of students. The purpose of this study to determine the improvement of mathematical communication skills and self-confidence of students who get learning model of learning cycle 7E with which get the conventional learning model. This research is a quasi-experiment research with student population in one of junior high school in Garut. Sampling is done by using purposive sampling technique. The instrument used in this study examined the ability of mathematical communication and the scale of student self-confidence attitude. The result of data analysis shows that the improvement of mathematical communication ability and self-confidence of students who get the learning model of learning cycle 7E is better than students who get conventional learning.

The learning independence of students is still low as the background of the implementation of this research. The purpose of this research is to describe the independence of students using Lesson study and Problem Based Learning models in mathematics learning. This type of research is descriptive research. The population is all students of class VIII of Junior High School Pertiwi 2 Padang in 2019/2020. Sampling was done by purposive sampling and determined class VIII-2. The research instruments were the learning independence questionnaire and the Lesson Study observation sheet. Analysis of learning independence data is described based on the results of the pretest and protest scores. The Lesson Study was carried out in 4 rounds using the Problem Based Learning model which included Plan, do, and See activities. The results showed that there was an increase in students' learning independence through the implementation of Lesson study with the Problem Based Learning model.
