Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan side jump sprint terhadap VO2 Maks dan kekuatan otot tunkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the non-rendomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 berjumlah 30 orang. VO2 Maks diukur dengan tes MFT dan kekuatan otot tunkai diukur dengan tes leg strength, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifigansi 95% lebih kecil (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan kompuer program SPSS 16.0. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t independent didapatkan hasil: (1) variabel VO2 Maks dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. (2) variabel kekuatan otot tungkai dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (0,05), dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian “pelatihan side jump sprint berpengaruh terhadap VO2 Maks dan kekuatan otot tungkai” diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan side jump sprint berpengaruh terhadap VO2 Maks siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. (2) pelatihan side jump sprint berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan otot tungkai siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Disarankan bagi pelaku olahraga (pembina, pelatih, guru olahraga dan atlet) untuk menggunakan pelatihan side jump sprint sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam meningkatkan VO2 Maks dan kekuatan otot tungkai. Based on the independence t-test results showed: (1) VO2 max variable with 0.000 significant value (2) leg muscle strength with 0.000 significant value. The significant value calculated is less than the value of  (0.05), therefore the hypothesis of this research “ side jump sprint take effects on VO2 max and leg muscle strength” is acceptable. This research can be concluded that: (1) side jump sprint training take effects to VO2 max SMAN 4 Singaraja 2016/2017 school year extracurricular futsal students. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan fartlek terhadap VO2 maks dan kekuatan otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen sungguhan. Populasi adalah siswa putra kelas X SMAN 1 Amlapura tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 berjumlah 131 orang siswa, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode systematic random sampling didapatkanlah sampel berjumlah 40 orang siswa. VO2 maks diukur dengan tes MFT dan kekuatan otot tunkai diukur dengan tes leg dynamometer, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifigansi 95% lebih kecil (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS 22.0. Dari hasil analisis data untuk variabel terikat penelitian menunjukan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata (mean) untuk masing-masing variabel yang ditunjukan dengan adanya perubahan pada tes awal (pre-test) dan test akhir (postest). Dimana perubahan pada kelompok perlakuan lebih besar dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan fartlek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan VO2 maks siswa putra kelas X SMAN 1 Amlapura tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. (2) pelatihan fartlek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot tungkai siswa putra kelas X SMAN 1 Amlapura tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Disarankan kepada pelaku olahraga (pembina, pelatih, guru olahraga, atlet dan siswa) dapat menggunakan pelatihan fartlek sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam meningkatkan VO2 maks dan kekuatan otot tungkai.Kata Kunci : pelatihan fartlek, VO2 maks, kekuatan otot tungkai This study aims to determine the effect of fartlek training on VO2 max and leg muscle strength. This type of research is a real experiment. The population in this research is the students of class X of SMAN 1 Amlapura academic year 2016/2017 amounted to 131 students, using the method of systematic random sampling obtained a sample of 40 students. Max VO2 was measured by MFT test and tubeai muscle strength was measured by leg dripometer test, then the data were analyzed by independent t-test at a significance level of 95% smaller (α) 0.05 with the help of SPSS 22.0 program compiler. From the result of data analysis to dependent variable of research indicate that there is an increase of mean value for each variable indicated by the change in pre test and final test. Where the change in the treatment group is greater than the control group. It was concluded that; (1) Fartlek training has significant effect to the increase of VO2 max students of class X of SMAN 1 Amlapura academic year 2016/2017. (2) fartlek training has significant effect to the increase of limb muscle muscle of the students of class X of SMAN 1 Amlapura academic year 2016/2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan side jump sprint terhadap kelincahan dan kecepatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu (quasi experimental) dengan rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah “The Non-randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design”. Jumlah subjek penelitian 30 orang siswa putra. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk tes kelincahan adalah tes illinois agility run. Sedangkan instrumen untuk tes kecepatan adalah tes lari 60 meter. Data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian, dengan menggunakan uji-t independent untuk data uji-t independent didapat nilai thitung variabel kelincahan sebesar -5.679 dengan signifikansi thitung = 0,000. Pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 signifikansi thitung variabel kelincahan = 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05). Sedangkan untuk data uji-t independent didapat nilai thitung variabel kecepatan -7.078 dengan signifikansi thitung = 0,000. Pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 signifikansi thitung variabel kecepatan = 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05). Dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian “pelatihan side jump sprint berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan dan kecepatan” dapat diterima. Hasil analisis data pada pelatihan side jump sprint untuk kelincahan terjadi peningkatan sebesar 2.002, sedangkan pelatihan side jump sprint untuk kecepatan terjadi peningkatan sebesar 1.73733. Pada kelompok kontrol terjadi peningkatan tidak sebesar kelompok perlakuan karena hanya diberikan pelatihan konvensional pada kelincahan terjadi peningkatan 0.0974 dan pada kecepatan terjadi peningkatan 0.1246. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan side jump sprint berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dan peningkatan kecepatan pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis di SMA Negeri1 Kubu tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Dice games is a cube (often with corners slightly rounded), Marked on each of its six faces with a different number of circular patches or Pits called pips. Based on the purpose of this research to find out whether the use of Loaded Dice Game can increase or not the students’ Vocabulary mastery at the fourth-grade students of SDIT Anak Sholeh Mataram in the school year 2016/2017. In this research, the writer used quasi-experimental research (pre-test and post-test design) with the population was 111 of 4 classes, and the sample was 58 students by using cluster sampling. The writer took two classes as samples, they are Malik class as an experimental and Khuzaifah class as a control group. To collect the data, the writer used multiple choices items with 20 numbers items. The finding of this research from the value of t-test was 5.01 higher than the value of t-table in the significance level 95% (1.67) and at the confidence level 99% (2.39). The value of t-test is higher than t-table, it means that the hypothesis alternative (Ha) is accepted. So, the writer can conclude that the use of Loaded Dice game can increase the students’ vocabulary mastery at the fourth-grade students of SDIT Anak Sholeh Mataram in the school year 2016/2017.

This study aims to determine the effect of Value Clarification Technique (VCT) modeling method on the studnts’ learning outcome in civic education. This study is a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group. The research was conducted in elementary school Number 13 Cingkariang Banuhampu Sub-district of Agam District with class VA as the experimental class and Class VB as the control class. Both classes have twenty five students. The data analysis technique employed was the normality test and homogeneity test, which was then followed by a t-test to see the effect of VCT. The results show that the average pretest score is 38,768 for the experimental class and 41,488 for the control class. The average posstest score is 90,68 for the experimental class and 86,32 for the control class. The result of the t-test shows that the tcount is 1,73 and the ttable on the significance level of 0,05 is 1,6772, which means that tcount&gt;ttable. Therefore, it is concluded that the Value Clarification Technique modeling method affects the students’ learning outcome in civic education in Elementary School Number 13 Cingkariang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kombinasi footwork terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dan VO2 Maks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan star run terhadap peningkatan kecepatan dan kelincahan pada siswa pesetra ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 2 Pupuan tahun 2016. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan “The non-randomized control group pretest posttest design”. Subyek penelitian ini siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 2 Pupuan dengan jumlah 38 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan tes lari cepat (sprint) dengan jarak 50 meter untuk kecepatan dan Illinois agility run untuk kelincahan. Data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi () 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji-t independent untuk kecepatan diperoleh nilai signifikansi (0,000) dan untuk kelincahan diperoleh nilai signifikansi (0,000) semua data lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan star run berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kecepatan dan kelincahan pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 2 Pupuan tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Bagi para pelaku olahraga, disarankan untuk menggunakan pelatihan star run sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jsmani khususnya kecepatan dan kelincahan. This study aims to determine the comparison of students 'mathematical representation ability through the Project Based Learning (PjBL) Model and the students' mathematical representation ability through the conventional model. The PjBL model is a student-centered, innovative, project-based learning model and positioned teachers as effective facilitators in the contextual learning related to real life situation. This research employed quasi-experimental design. The research applied the posttest only non-equivalent control group design through randomized cluster sampling. The data collection technique used was test. The instrument used to collect the data was the essay test. Data analysis was conducted using independent sample t-test. The result of the data calculation through the Independent-Sample T-Test test obtained the significance level of 0.913 means that the students’ mathematical representation ability was better after the learning through Project Based Learning (PjBL) model was conducted compared to the students' mathematical representation ability through a conventional model. This means that the PjBL model is more influential on students' mathematical representation ability.

Background: Footwork training is important in coaching basic movements in badminton. This research aims to learn about the influence of footwork training on improving leg muscles strength. Methods: The study used a randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The participants consisted of 42 male badminton players of Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha, Bali, Indonesia, who split into two groups of footwork training (ten repetitions two sets (group 1) and five repetitions with four sets (group 2)). The coach gave the footwork exercise three times per week for 6 weeks to each group and measured the leg muscle strength using the dynamometer test. Results: The result of the within-group paired T-test before and after the training shows group 1 and group 2 (p<0.05). For group 1, the mean of leg muscle strength was 114.19±33.13 kg before the training and 183.19±33.56 kg after the training, with an increase of 60% (69 kg). On the other hand, for group 2, the mean score of leg muscle strength before the training was 113.05±31.30 kg and after the training was 141.10±34.91, with an increase of 25% (28 kg). The leg muscle strength difference between the groups before and after the training was tested using the independent T-test with a significant α=0.05. Comparing the differences of leg muscle strength for both the groups before the training was p= 0.90, and after the training was p=0.00. Conclusion: The conclusion is training badminton footwork ten repetition two sets better than five repetitions four sets to improve leg muscle strength.

This study aims to find out the influence of learning media of E-Learning based on Edmodo toward learning outcomes of biology students at the Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. This type of research was quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this research was all students of fourth-semester where 45 students selected as the sample. The sample consisted of 22 students in experimental group and 23 students in control group.  The result showed that the Sig value was smaller than the level of significance (α). The hypothesis testing with t-test (independent-sample t-test) obtained a sig value was 0.006 with a significance level (α) was 0.0. It appears that there is an effect of E-Learning based on Edmodo toward student's learning outcomes of biology education at the University of Muhammadiyah Makassar.

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of jobsheets on student learning outcomes in the workshop workshops and technical drawing of class X Audio Video Engineering. This type of research is quasi-experimental (quasi experiment). The subjects of this study were students of class X TAV of SMK Negeri 1 Koto XI Tarusan who in the 2018/2019 school year consisted of 34 students. Data collection in this study using the results of posttest in the form of objective questions as many as 30 items that have been tested for validity, reliability, index of difficulty and power difference questions. Data that has been obtained is analyzed using two different test averages (t test). From the results of the study obtained the value of the experimental class average of 84.94 and the average value of the control class 75.26. With the analysis of t test, it is obtained tcount = 6.131 which is smaller than t table = 2.037 at the significance level of 0.05. Thus it can be concluded that the use of jobsheet has a significant influence on improving student learning outcomes in the workshop workshops and technical models of class X TAV at SMK Negeri 1 Koto XI TarusanKeywords: jobsheet, workshop work and engineering drawings, Improving Learning Outcomes.
