Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan fartlek terhadap VO2 maks dan kekuatan otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen sungguhan. Populasi adalah siswa putra kelas X SMAN 1 Amlapura tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 berjumlah 131 orang siswa, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode systematic random sampling didapatkanlah sampel berjumlah 40 orang siswa. VO2 maks diukur dengan tes MFT dan kekuatan otot tunkai diukur dengan tes leg dynamometer, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifigansi 95% lebih kecil (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS 22.0. Dari hasil analisis data untuk variabel terikat penelitian menunjukan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata (mean) untuk masing-masing variabel yang ditunjukan dengan adanya perubahan pada tes awal (pre-test) dan test akhir (postest). Dimana perubahan pada kelompok perlakuan lebih besar dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan fartlek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan VO2 maks siswa putra kelas X SMAN 1 Amlapura tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. (2) pelatihan fartlek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot tungkai siswa putra kelas X SMAN 1 Amlapura tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Disarankan kepada pelaku olahraga (pembina, pelatih, guru olahraga, atlet dan siswa) dapat menggunakan pelatihan fartlek sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam meningkatkan VO2 maks dan kekuatan otot tungkai.Kata Kunci : pelatihan fartlek, VO2 maks, kekuatan otot tungkai This study aims to determine the effect of fartlek training on VO2 max and leg muscle strength. This type of research is a real experiment. The population in this research is the students of class X of SMAN 1 Amlapura academic year 2016/2017 amounted to 131 students, using the method of systematic random sampling obtained a sample of 40 students. Max VO2 was measured by MFT test and tubeai muscle strength was measured by leg dripometer test, then the data were analyzed by independent t-test at a significance level of 95% smaller (α) 0.05 with the help of SPSS 22.0 program compiler. From the result of data analysis to dependent variable of research indicate that there is an increase of mean value for each variable indicated by the change in pre test and final test. Where the change in the treatment group is greater than the control group. It was concluded that; (1) Fartlek training has significant effect to the increase of VO2 max students of class X of SMAN 1 Amlapura academic year 2016/2017. (2) fartlek training has significant effect to the increase of limb muscle muscle of the students of class X of SMAN 1 Amlapura academic year 2016/2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan side jump sprint terhadap VO2 Maks dan kekuatan otot tunkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the non-rendomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 berjumlah 30 orang. VO2 Maks diukur dengan tes MFT dan kekuatan otot tunkai diukur dengan tes leg strength, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifigansi 95% lebih kecil (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan kompuer program SPSS 16.0. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t independent didapatkan hasil: (1) variabel VO2 Maks dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. (2) variabel kekuatan otot tungkai dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (0,05), dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian “pelatihan side jump sprint berpengaruh terhadap VO2 Maks dan kekuatan otot tungkai” diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan side jump sprint berpengaruh terhadap VO2 Maks siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. (2) pelatihan side jump sprint berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan otot tungkai siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Disarankan bagi pelaku olahraga (pembina, pelatih, guru olahraga dan atlet) untuk menggunakan pelatihan side jump sprint sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam meningkatkan VO2 Maks dan kekuatan otot tungkai. Subject of this research were 30 extracurricular futsal students of SMAN 4 Singaraja 2016/2017 school year. Vo2 max is measured by MFT tests and leg muscle strength measured by leg strength test, then the data were analysed by independent t-test at 95% significance level smaller () of 0.05 with SPSS 16.0 program. Based on the independence t-test results showed: (1) VO2 max variable with 0.000 significant value (2) leg muscle strength with 0.000 significant value. The significant value calculated is less than the value of  (0.05), therefore the hypothesis of this research “ side jump sprint take effects on VO2 max and leg muscle strength” is acceptable. This research can be concluded that: (1) side jump sprint training take effects to VO2 max SMAN 4 Singaraja 2016/2017 school year extracurricular futsal students. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kombinasi footwork terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dan VO2 Maks. Jenis penelitian adalah Penelitian eksperimen, dengan desain “The Non Randomized Pretest Posttest Design Control Group” Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 berjumlah 30 orang siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian positive reinforcement terhadap rasa percaya diri anak kelompok B TK Dharma Widya Kumara Denpasar Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Rasa percaya diri adalah perasaan yakin dan mampu akan kemampuan diri sendiri yang merupakan modal setiap manusia menuju suatu kesuksesan, mudah bergaul, beinteraksi, dan lebih mudah menyerap informasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra-eksperiment dengan rancangan yang digunakan adalah Intact Group comparison. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 4 kelas yang berjumlah 85 anak. sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 42 anak. Penentuan sampel yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Pada kelompok eksperimen diberikan positive reinforcement sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil analisis diperoleh thitung = 7,84 pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan dk (21+21-2=40) diperoleh ttabel = 2,021 sehingga thitung 7,84 > ttabel 2,021. Berdasarkan kriteria pengujian, maka H0 ditolak. Adapun nilai rata-rata rasa percaya diri pada kelompok anak yang diberikan positive reinforcement adalah 81,34 sedangkan pada kelompok anak yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional adalah 64,79. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian positive reinforcement dapat berpengaruh terhadap rasa percaya diri anak kelompok B TK Dharma Widya Kumara Denpasar Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Berdasarkan simpulan tersebut, maka disarankan kepada guru agar menciptakan suasana belajar yang efektif dan menyenangkan dengan menerapkan strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif untuk membentuk rasa percaya diri anakKata Kunci : positive reinforcement, rasa percaya diri This study aims to determine the effect of giving positive reinforcement on the confidence of children in the B group Dharma Widya Kumara Kindergarten Denpasar Academic Year 2018/2019. Self-confidence is feeling confident and capable of one's own abilities which is the capital of every human being towards a success, easy to interact, interact with, and more easily absorb information. This research is a pre-experiment research with the design used is Intact Group comparison. The population of this study were 4 classes totaling 85 children. the sample used in this study amounted to 42 children. Determination of the sample is by using random sampling technique. In the experimental group given positive reinforcement while in the control group learned by conventional learning. Data collection is done using the observation method. The data obtained were analyzed using the t-test. The results of the analysis obtained thitung = 7.84 at the significance level of 5% with dk (21 + 21-2 = 40) obtained t table = 2.021 so that tcount 7.84> t table 2.021. Based on the testing criteria, H0 is rejected. The average value of self-confidence in the group of children given positive reinforcement is 81.34 while in the group of children taught by conventional learning is 64.79. Thus, it can be concluded that giving positive reinforcement can affect the confidence of children in the B group Dharma Widya Kumara Kindergarten Denpasar Academic Year 2018/2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihanpassing atas dengan bola yang dimodifikasi terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dan otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian adalah Penelitianeksperimen, dengan desain “The Non Randomized Pretest Posttest Design Control Group”Subjek penelitian adalah peserta club voli forkal desa kalibukbuk berjumlah 30 orang siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan kekuatan otot lengan di ukur dengan push up dan kekuatan otot tungkai di ukur dengan leg dynamometer, selanjutnya data analisis di uji prasyarat dan uji T independent pada taraf signifikansi 95% dengan bantuan komputer SPSS 22.0.Disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan passing atas dengan bola yang dimodifikasiberpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan peserta club bola voli forkal desa kalibukbuk. This research aimed to examine the effect of VAK approach (Visualization, Auditory, Kinestetic) towards the result of learning physics of students at SMPN 10 Mataram in academic year 2013/2014. The kind of research used was experimental design with design of research was randomized posttest only control design. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. Population in this research was all the students from the eight grade at SMPN 10 Mataram, while the sample was 25 students of class VIII A as the experimental group and 27 students of class VIII B as the control group. The data obtained was analyzed by using t-test of two-tailed. t-count was 4.78 and t-table was 2.00 with significance level 0.05. Hence, t-table is smaller than t-count or t-count is bigger than t-table. It means that Null Hypothesis was rejected and Alternate Hypothesis was accepted. It means that the application of VAK Approach (Visualization, Auditory, Kinestetic) affects the results of learning physics of students.Keyword: VAK Approach

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode bercerita berbantuan boneka tangan terhadap perilaku empati anak kelompok B TK Nirartha 1 Benoa Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Perilaku empati adalah kemampuan seorang individu dalam mengerti, mengenal, merasakan dan merespon perasaan yang dirasakan orang lain. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra-eksperiment dengan rancangan yang digunakan adalah Intact Group comparison. Populasi pada penlitian ini berjumlah 5 kelas.. Penentuan sampel yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kelompok B1 sebagai kelompok eksperimen dengan jumlah anak sebanyak 21 anak dan kelompok B5 sebagai kelompok kontrol dengan jumlah anak sebanyak 20 anak Pada kelompok eksperimen dibelajarkan dengan metode bercerita berbantuan boneka tangan sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil analisis diperoleh thitung = 6,27 pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan dk 39 diperoleh ttabel = 2,021 sehingga thitung 6,27 > ttabel = 2,021. Berdasarkan kriteria pengujian, maka H0 ditolak. Adapun nilai rata-rata perilaku empati pada kelompok anak yang dibelajarkan dengan metode bercerita berbantuan boneka tangan adalah 79,37 sedangkan pada kelompok anak yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional adalah 63,64. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode bercerita berbantuan boneka tangan dapat berpengaruh terhadap perilaku empati pada anak kelompok B TK Nirartha 1 Benoa Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Berdasarkan simpulan tersebut, maka disarankan kepada guru agar menciptakan suasana belajar yang efektif dan menyenangkan dengan menerapkan strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif agar perilaku empati anak meningkat.Kata Kunci : perilaku empati, metode bercerita berbantuan boneka tangan, anak usia dini This study aims to determine the effect of hand puppet-assisted storytelling methods on the behavior of empathy for group B TK Nirartha 1 Benoa Academic Year 2018/2019. Abstract: The study was aimed to investigation  the influence  of the teaching  media and  motivation toward the learning achievement of Digital Simulation  of X Tecnologi Information Comunication grade students of the 2017/2018 Academic Year, at  State Vocational School 1 Bengkulu City. The experiment  quasi study, purposive randome sampling in which 68 studen as its sample were taken as well, and two variance analysis. (Anava) technique with significance level P0,05, were employed. The following research result, with the significance level P0,05, were revealedthat there were ; (1) influence of the use of the computer media and LCD projector with Power Point program toward the students’ motivation, with F = 4,822, and the students’achievement, with F = 1,752, in learning the Computer Skills and Information management; (2) Interaction between prior to and afterwards treatment givent to the experiment and control group towards the students’ motivation, with F = 4,822; and (3) no interaction between prior to and afterwards treatment given to the ekperiment and control group toward the students’ achievement, with F = 1,752. Keywords: Media, Motivation, Achievement Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran dan motivasi terhadap prestasi belajar Simulasi Digital  siswa kelas X Usaha Perjalan Wisata  tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan  metode quasi eksperimen. Purposive random sampling yang mana 68 siswa diambil sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Varians (Anava) dua jalur campuran pada taraf signifikansi p0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; (1) Terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media komputer dan LCD proyektor menggunakan program Power Point terhadap motivasi belajar Simulasi Digital siswa dengan perhitungan  F= 4,822 dan prestasi belajar siswa, dengan perhitungan F= 1,752  (2) Terdapat interaksi antara sebelum perlakuan dengan setelah perlakuan dari  kelompok ekperimen dan kontrol terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dengan perhitungan F= 4,822; (3) Tidak terdapat interaksi antara sebelum perlakuan dengan setelah perlakuan dari kelompok ekperimem dan kontrol terhadap prestasi  belajar siswa dengan perhitungan F= 1,752.Media, Motivasi, Prestasi.

This research aims to know the effect of quantum teaching model base character education towards science competency knowledge in 5th grade students of Gugus Dewi Sartika East Denpasar academic year 2017/2018. This study was an experiment with quasy experiment design using the Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The population of this research is all 5th grade of Gugus Dewi Sartika East Denpasar amounting to 328 students. Sample were taken by random sampling technique. The sample of this research is 5th A grade in SDN  10 Kesiman amount 42 students as the experiment group and 5th B grade in SDN 3 Kesiman amount 53 student as the control group. The data were collected using the test method in the form of a standard multiple choice objective test. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistic and inferential in shape gain score from science competency knowledge. The result if data analysis obtained mean of gain skor from experiment group 16X"> =0,34 > 16X"> =0,25 control group. From the hypothesis test using t-test while at 5% significance level and df 83 obtained thitung =3,214 > ttabel=2,000. Based on these result can be concluded that quantum teaching model base character education influence of science competency knowledge of 5th grade students SD Gugus Dewi Sartika East Denpasar academic year 2017/2018.

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan dari penggunaan model Problem Based Learning berbasis lingkungan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X-AP mata ajar Sanitasi, Hygiene dan Keselamatan kerja di SMK Pariwisata Triatma Jaya Singaraja Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Non equivalent Only Control Group Design. Objek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas sampel, yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Metode pemilihan sampel penelitian adalah dengan teknik random sampling. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen tes untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa, kemudian melakukan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan teknik uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh thitung 7,641 dan ttabel (pada taraf signifikansi 5%) = 3,460. Hal ini berarti bahwa thitung> ttabel, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa X AP Di SMK Pariwisata Triatma Jaya Singaraja antara kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan Problem Based Learning berbasis lingkungan lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan metode konvensional. Dilihat dari hasil perhitungan rata-rata hasil belajar Sanitasi, Hygiene dan Keselamatan kerja kelompok eksperimen adalah 81 lebih besar dari rata-rata hasil belajar Sanitasi, Hygiene dan Keselamatan kerja kelompok kontrol yaitu 76 Kata kunci: Hasil belajar Sanitasi, Hygiene dan Keselamatan Kerja, Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) Berbasis Lingkungan ABSTRACT The study aimed at finding out the difference of implementation of problem based learning model with environmental basis towards the achievement of class XAP students on the subjects of sanitation, hygiene, and workplace safety at SMK Pariwisata Triatma Jaya Singaraja on the academic year 2018/2019. The research was designed with non equivalent only group control. The objects were two classes of samples, namely controlled and sample classes. Random sampling method was apllied to determine the sample of the research. The data were gathered by using test to find out the achievement of the students , then examining the hypothesis was done by implementing t-examiner technique. The results show that tvalue is 7,641 and ttable (at level of significance 5%) = 3,460. It means that tvalue> ttable. It can be interpreted that there is a significant effect towards the students’ahievement of class X AP at SMK Pariwisata Triatma Jaya Singaraja. The group of students that were treated with Problem Based Learning with the environmental basis got the mean score 81 for sanitation, hygiene, and workplace safety, it is higher than those who were treated with conventional method (controlled group).Key words : achievement, sanitation, hygiene, and workplace safety Model

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the dictogloss method in teaching listening to students' listening skills. This research was designed as a quasi-experimental. This study aims to investigate whether a material or treatment yields a different outcome for participants. There are two classes in this study, namely the experimental class (which is a sample to be treated with the dictogloss method) and the control class (using a method other than dictogloss). The results of this study are the results of data analysis showing that the results of learning skills in listening to the experimental group obtained the average value for the initial test of 60.33 and 71 for the final test score. While the control group using conventional methods has a mean value for the initial test of 60.1 and 70 for the final test. T test results also indicate that the significance value is 0,000. The significance value states smaller 0.05, it can be stated that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that there is an influence of the dictogloss method in improving listening skills in students
