Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kombinasi footwork terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dan VO2 Maks. Jenis penelitian adalah Penelitian eksperimen, dengan desain “The Non Randomized Pretest Posttest Design Control Group” Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 berjumlah 30 orang siswa. VO2 Maks diukur dengan tes MFT dan kelincahan diukur dengan ilionis agility run. Data dianalisis dengan uji t independent pada taraf signifikansi αKata Kunci : kelincahan, pelatihan kombinasi footwork, VO2 Maks. This study was aimed to investigate the effect of footwork combination training on improving agility and VO2 Max. This research was an experimental research, with the design "The Non Randomized Pretest Posttest Design Control Group". Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan fartlek terhadap VO2 maks dan kekuatan otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen sungguhan. Populasi adalah siswa putra kelas X SMAN 1 Amlapura tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 berjumlah 131 orang siswa, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode systematic random sampling didapatkanlah sampel berjumlah 40 orang siswa. VO2 maks diukur dengan tes MFT dan kekuatan otot tunkai diukur dengan tes leg dynamometer, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifigansi 95% lebih kecil (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS 22.0. Dari hasil analisis data untuk variabel terikat penelitian menunjukan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata (mean) untuk masing-masing variabel yang ditunjukan dengan adanya perubahan pada tes awal (pre-test) dan test akhir (postest). Dimana perubahan pada kelompok perlakuan lebih besar dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan fartlek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan VO2 maks siswa putra kelas X SMAN 1 Amlapura tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. (2) pelatihan fartlek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot tungkai siswa putra kelas X SMAN 1 Amlapura tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Disarankan kepada pelaku olahraga (pembina, pelatih, guru olahraga, atlet dan siswa) dapat menggunakan pelatihan fartlek sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam meningkatkan VO2 maks dan kekuatan otot tungkai.Kata Kunci : pelatihan fartlek, VO2 maks, kekuatan otot tungkai This study aims to determine the effect of fartlek training on VO2 max and leg muscle strength. This type of research is a real experiment. The population in this research is the students of class X of SMAN 1 Amlapura academic year 2016/2017 amounted to 131 students, using the method of systematic random sampling obtained a sample of 40 students. Max VO2 was measured by MFT test and tubeai muscle strength was measured by leg dripometer test, then the data were analyzed by independent t-test at a significance level of 95% smaller (α) 0.05 with the help of SPSS 22.0 program compiler. From the result of data analysis to dependent variable of research indicate that there is an increase of mean value for each variable indicated by the change in pre test and final test. Where the change in the treatment group is greater than the control group. It was concluded that; (1) Fartlek training has significant effect to the increase of VO2 max students of class X of SMAN 1 Amlapura academic year 2016/2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan mengenal warna pada anak yang dibelajarkan dengan pendekatan saintifik dan anak yang dibelajarkan dengan pendekatan konvensional pada anak kelompok A di Taman Kanak-kanak Gugus III Kecamatan Buleleng Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) dengan rancangan non-equivalen post test only control group desain. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh anak kelompok A Taman Kanak-kanak Gugus III Kecamatan Buleleng yang berjumlah 89 anak. 40 anak yang terpilih sebagai sampel yang ditentukan dengan cararondom sampling. Sampel penelitian yaitu 20 anak kelompok A Taman Kanak-kanak Widya Kumara Banjar Jawa dan 20 anak kelompok A Taman Kanak-kanak Dana Punia. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis uji-t. Hasil analisis uji-t diperoleh thitung 10,341, sedangkan ttabel dengan dk pada taraf signifikan 5% adalah 2,021. Hal ni berarti nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (10,341 > 2,021), Sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Adapun nilai rata-rata kemampuan mengenal warna pada anak yang dibelajarkan dengan pendekatan saintifik adalah 49,2, sedangkan pada anak yang dibelajarkan dengan pendekatan konvensional adalah 40,65. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan pendekatan saintifik perpengaruh terhadap kemampuan mengenal warna pada anak kelompok A di Taman Kanak-kanak Gugus III Kecamatan Buleleng Tahun Ajaran 2017.2018. The population of this research are all of group A students of gugus III Buleleng. There are 89 students. 40 students are as the samples that choosen by random sampling. 20 students are from group A of Widya Kumara Banjar Jawa kindergarten and 20 students are from Dana Punia kindergarden. The data obtained were analyzed using t- test analysis. The results of the t-test analysis are calculated as 10,341, while the table with dk at the 5% significance level is 2,021. This means the value of tcount is greater than table (10,341>2,021), so ho is rejected and ha accepted. The everage value of the ability to recognize color in stundents who were taught by scientific approach was 49,2, while in stundents who were taught by the conventional approach is 40,63. So, it can be concluded that with the scientific approach of influence on the ability to recognize the color of group A students of kindergarten Gugus III Buleleng in academic year 2017/2018. This research was conducted to determine the effect of assurelearning model based onvideo media towards chemical equilibrium materials result of XI IPA students in SMANegeri 4 Morotai Island.  The research typewas experimental research using pretest-posttest control group design. The population was XI IPA students at SMA Negeri 4 Morotai Island in 2nd semester academic year 2017/2018 and the total numbers were 48 students consist of two classes. Thetechnique sampling used saturated sampling technique. The instruments were 10 items essay questions to measure students’ learning result while observation sheets for assesing affective and psychomotor domain. Data analyzed used t-test. The results showed that there was an effect on the learning results of XI IPA students in SMA Negeri 4 Morotai Island on chemical equilibrium material based on the results of the t-test obtained thisis 4.81>ttabis 2,000 with the increasing of 2.34%.Keywords: video,media, assurelearning model, students result.

The purpose of this study was to know the significant different in science knowledge between the group of students who were taught through Guided Inquiry Learning Model assissted by concrete media and the group of students who were taught through conventional learning model at grade IV students of SD Gugus Dewi Sartika Denpasar Timur in academic year 2017/2018.  The population of this research was all fourth grade students of SD Gugus Dewi Sartika Denpasar Timur in academic year 2017/2018. The sampling was conducted by random sampling technique by randomizing class. The sample of this research was IV B of SD N 10 as experimental group and IV B of SD N 3 Kesiman as control group with the total number of experimental group was 40 students and the contol group was 41 students. The data collected was the data of the competency of science knowledge and analyzed by t-test. After being analyzed by t-test, obtained tcount = 2,372 at significance level 5% ( = 0,05) with dk = 79 and ttable (a = 0,05) = 2.000. Based on the test value tcount = 2.372 > ttable (a = 0,05) = 2.000. The results showed that experimental gained more score in compared to control group with mean of = 0,41> = 0,31, it can be concluded that there is an effect by implementing Guided Inquiry Learning Model toward science knowledge competence. Thus, there is a significant difference between the science knowledge of the group which were taught through Guided Inquiry Learning Model assissted by Concrete Media and the group of students who were taught through conventional learning in IV grade students of SD Gugus Dewi Sartika East Denpasar in academic year 2017/2018.

This research was aimed at finding out the effect of structured dyadic methods (SDM) towards students’ critical thinking in reading. The research was experimental research and design was used pre experimental design with pre-test and post-test. The population of study was the eighth grade students of SMP Muhammadiyah Mataram which consists of one class. The sample of this study was one class consists of 17 students as experimental group without control group. The method used was pre experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design. The technique in collecting data the students were given pretest, treatment and posttest. The data were analyzed by using t-test. The result showed that the Structured Dyadic Methods (SDM) has positive effect because t-test 3.903 ≥ t-table 2.120 in 0,05 percent level of significant. Based on the result of this investigation, it was proved that the null hypothesis (Ho) was clearly rejected. Therefore the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Thus this study can be concluded there has significance effect of structured dyadic methods (SDM) towards students’ critical thinking in reading at eight grade students of SMP Muhammadiyah Mataram in academic year 2017/2018.

This studi aims to determine the effect of medicine ball sit-up throw training to arm muscle power and back muscle power. The research is quasi-experimentally in which the randomized pretest posttest control group design.Sample were male students SMP Negeri 4 bolo numbered people. The instrument used for research testing arm muscle power is push-up 60 second while the instrument to test the back muscle power is back and leg dynamometer.Furthermore the data analyzed by independent t-test at a significance level of less (α) of 0,05 with SPSS.16.0 Based on the results of independent t-test showed; (1) Variable arm muscle power with significance value 0,000, (2) Variable back muscle power with significance value 0,010. The significant value calculated is less than the value of a 0,05 so the hypothesis research “ Medicine ball sit -up throw effect on arm muscle power and back muscle power” accepted. It can be concluded that the training medicine ball sit-up throw significant effect on the increase in arm muscle power and back power on male students SMP Negeri 4 Bolo I the academic year of 2020/2021. For sports teacher trainers coaches and atheles are advised to use alternate training as medicine ball sit-up throw alternative way to increase arm muscle power and back muscle power.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan side jump sprint terhadap VO2 Maks dan kekuatan otot tunkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the non-rendomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 berjumlah 30 orang. VO2 Maks diukur dengan tes MFT dan kekuatan otot tunkai diukur dengan tes leg strength, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifigansi 95% lebih kecil (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan kompuer program SPSS 16.0. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t independent didapatkan hasil: (1) variabel VO2 Maks dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. (2) variabel kekuatan otot tungkai dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (0,05), dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian “pelatihan side jump sprint berpengaruh terhadap VO2 Maks dan kekuatan otot tungkai” diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan side jump sprint berpengaruh terhadap VO2 Maks siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. The significant value calculated is less than the value of  (0.05), therefore the hypothesis of this research “ side jump sprint take effects on VO2 max and leg muscle strength” is acceptable. This research can be concluded that: (1) side jump sprint training take effects to VO2 max SMAN 4 Singaraja 2016/2017 school year extracurricular futsal students. his study aims to determine the effect of the Numbered Heads Together type of cooperative learning model on students' communication skills in class IV social studies content at SDN Gugus 01 Pringgarata District, Central Lombok in 2018/2019 academic year. This research is an experimental study of the type of Quasi-Experimental Design Type of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling, which considers all kinds of aspects in determining the sample. The method of data collection is observation in the form of student observation sheets or direct observations and rubrics as a reference for assessment. The data obtained were then analyzed using the t-test polled variance formula to determine the effect of the use of the Numbered Heads Together type of cooperative learning model on students' communication skills. Based on the post-test results, the average value of students' communication skills in the experimental class was 75.9 and the control class was 67.8. The results of the t-test calculation obtained that the t-count value is greater than t-table namely, the t-count value is 2.84 while the t-table is 2.006 at a significance level of 5%. Thus, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that there is a positive and significant effect between the Numbered Heads Together type of cooperative learning model on students' communication skills in social studies content for class IV SDN Gugus 01 Pringgarata sub-district, Central Lombok in the 2018/2019 academic year.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh pelatihan fartlek terhadap peningkatan VO2 Maks pada siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMPN 3 Singaraja, (2) Pengaruh pelatihan fartlek terhadap peningkatan kecepatan pada siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMPN 3 Singaraja. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu Penelitian eksperimen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan tes dan pengukuran. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu test MFT dan Sprint 50 meter. Análisis data yang digunakan statistik inferensial (uji-t). Hasil penelitian untuk variabel VO2 Maks yaitu Gaint score kelompok kontrol mean 1,79. Kemudian untuk variabel VO2 Maks kelompok perlakuan yaitu Gaint score mean 5,75. Sedangkan pada variabel kecepatan kelompok kontrol yaitu Gaint score kelompok kontrol mean 0,098. Kemudian untuk variabel kecepatan kelompok perlakuan yaitu Gaint score kelompok perlakuan mean 1,07. nilai mean tertinggi yaitu terdapat pada kelompok perlakuan pada variabel VO2 Maks dan kecepatan, sedangkan nilai terendah yaitu kelompok kontrol, dengan hasil gaint score kelompok kontrol dan perlakuan pada VO2 Maks didapat nilai signifikansi 0,000 pada taraf sig (α) 0,05, dengan demikian hipotesis diterima, karena nilai signifikansinya lebih kecil dari nilai α (sig < 0,05). Sedangkan untuk variabel kecepatan didapat nilai signifikansi 0,000 pada taraf sig (α) 0,05, dengan demikian hipotesis diterima, karena nilai signifikansinya lebih kecil dari nilai α (sig < 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dan pembahasan disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) Metode pelatihan fartlek berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan volume oksigen maksimal. (2) Metode pelatihan fartlek berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kecepatan.Kata Kunci : pelatihan fartlek, volume oksigen maksimal, kecepatan. This study intended to find out the effect of Picture-Cued Task towards Students’ Motivation in Learning Writing at SMPN 3 Lingsar in the academic year  2018/2019. The population of the second grade of SMPN 3 Lingsar was 120 students and the researchers took VIII-B class as an Experimental group and VIII-D as a Control group. The Experimental group was treated by Picture-Cued Task and the Control group was treated by Mind Mapping. The instruments that were used to collect the data were tests and questionnaires. The data was analyzed by using Quantitative research and the way researchers analyzed the data was by; scoring, percentile meanings, and impacts. The Quantitative Data showed that the students were able to arrange their grammar and vocabularies well when making short sentences through Picture-Cued Task. Those students were enthusiastically joined the class even though they were wondering what to do with pictures. In Quantitative Data, the researchers found; Mean = 26,07, Median = 25, Mode = 20 and Standard Deviation = 6,434. The t-test score was 6,392 and the t-table was 1,67 in significance level 0,05 with the degree of freedom 54,  therefore, the score of the t-test is higher than the t-table. Based on the data finding and discussion, it can be concluded that the use of Picture-Cued Task has a positive effect to motivate students in learning writing.
