Media pendingin merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kekasaran permukaan benda kerja pada proses pemesinan, khususnya pada proses pembubutan. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi media pendingin terhadap kekasaran permukaan benda kerja hasil pembubutan rata pada baja ST. 37. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan variabel terikat yaitu kekasaran permukaan dan variabel bebas yaitu media pendingin. Media pendingin yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain: air, dromus oil dan radiator coolant. Subyek penelitian atau sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 spesimen, untuk media pendingin air sebanyak 10 spesimen, media pendingin dromus oil sebanyak 10 spesimen dan media pendingin radiator coolant sebanyak 10 spesimen. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data menggunakan ANAVA satu jalur dengan menganalisa data kekasaran permukaan masing-masing spesimen setelah dilakukan pengujian kekasaran permukaan sebanyak 3 kali untuk 1 spesimen dengan menggunakan alat surface roughness tester. Dari hasil analisis data, dromus oil merupakan media pendingin yang menghasilkan kekasaran permukaan yang paling rendah dengan harga kekasaran permukaan 2,031 μm dibandingkan radiator coolant yang menghasilkan kekasaran permukaan 2,402 μm dan air yang menghasilkan kekasaran permukaan 3,113 μm.Kata Kunci : Media pendingin, air, dromus oil, radiator coolant, kekasaran permukaan Cutting fluid is one of the factors that influence the roughness surface ini machinery processes, especially in the lathe process. In this study are aim to know the affect of cuting fluid variation on roughness surface of the flat scaling work-piece on steel material ST. 37. This study use experimental research with the dependent variable is roughness surface and independent variable is cutting fluid. Among the cutting fluid used in this study are: water, dromus oil and radiator coolant, on water variation there are 10 specimen, on dromus oil variation there are 10 specimen and radiator coolant variation there are 10 specimen. And then analysis techniques used one way ANAVA with the roughness surface data analysis of each specimen after do three roughness surface test for 1 specimen with the tool named surface roughness tester. From the data nanalysis, the domus oil is a cutting fluid variation that produces the lowest roughness surface with the 2,031 μm be compared with the radiator coolant variation produces 2,402 μm roughness surface and the water variation produces 3,113 μm.keyword : cutting fluid, water, dromus oil, radiator coolant, roughness surface

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment to Employee Work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office. The dependent variable used is Work Discipline, the independent variable is Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment. This type of research is causal associative. The sampling technique used is the Census technique to obtain a total sample of 48 respondents who are civil servants. Data analysis techniques in this study were multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and adjusted determination coefficient test (R2). From the regression results for this study the equation is obtained, namely Y = 8.756 + 0.565 X1 + 0.434 X2. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office.Keywords: organizational climate, organizational commitment, work discipline

This study aims to examine the effect of Tamara savings productsmand promotions on customer decisions to save at KSPPS BAITUL MAAL WAT-TAMWIL (BMT) EL-USWAH DHARMASRAYA.The variables used in this study are the dependent variable namely customer decisions (Y) and the independent variable consisting of the product (X1), promotions(X2). The type of data used in this study is quantitative  data. The accumulated data used in this study are  primary data from quenstionnaires and use purposive sampling techinique, data analysis techniques use classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, R test using the SPSS 16 program, The population in this study are customers at KSPPS BAITUL MAAL WAT-TAMWIL (BMT) EL-USWAH DHARMASRAYA, the sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents, the results showed that the product had a significant positive effect on customer decisions to save, the promotion of Tamara savings had a significant positive effect on kep the customer delegate saves, products and promotion of Tamara savings collectively have a significant positive effect on customer decisions to save.

Today, every day the community is always crammed with so many advertisements that offer various conveniences. For some advertisers, advertising through electronic media (television) becomes an attractive alternative choice, in addition to its wide reach, ad serving through television media can reach a broad target. This study has two problem formulations namely whether there was an influence of exposure  milk advertising on consumer buying interest. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques in this study were quantitative descriptive techniques and explanative techniques. This research was conducted with a sample of 60 respondents, namely members of AA 'Gym Fitness Club Indralaya in 2017 and conducted between March and June 2018. The data were collected via distributing questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Based on data analysis, the results show that gain mass milk advertisement had a significant influence on consumers' buying interest because in this study based on t value it is known that the t-count value is 3.081> ttable 2.002 so it can be concluded that the ad exposure variable influences the consumer purchase interest variable. Thus H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. In this study, it also obtained an R Square value of 0.141. So it can be interpreted that the independent variable X (exposure to advertising) has a contribution of 14.1% to the variable Y (consumer buying interest).

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi kedalaman potong dan kecepatan putar mesin bubut terhadap kekasaran permukaan benda kerja hasil pembubutan rata pada bahan baja ST  37. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian metode eksperimen dengan variabel terikat yaitu kekasaran permukaan, dan variabel bebas yaitu  kedalaman potong dan kecepatan putar.Dari  hasil uji analisis statistik varian dua jalur dimana kedalaman potong menunjukan bahwa nilai F hitung sebesar 26,860 lebih besar dari F tabel = 4,11 (Fh > Ft). Ini berarti bahwa   diterima  yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kekasaran permukaan bahan baja st 37 antara kedalaman potong 0,4 mm dibandingkan dengan kedalaman potong  0,8 mm. Pada  kecepatan putar diproleh nilai  F hitung sebesar 4,565 lebih besar dari F tabel 4,11 (Fh > Ft). Ini berarti bahwa  diterima yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kekasaran permukaan bahan baja st 37 antara kecepatan putar 330 rpm dibandingkan dengan kecepatan putar 490 rpm,  dan hasil uji analisis varian dua jalur antara kedalaman potong dengan kecepatan putar  menunjukan nilai F hitung sebesar 73.229 lebih besar dari F tabel 4.11 (Fh > Ft). Ini berarti bahwa   diterima yang menyatakan terdapat interaksi yang signifikan kekasaran permukaan bahan baja st 37 antara  kedalaman potong 0,4 mm dan kedalaman potong 0,8 mm dibandingkan dengan kecepatan putar 330 RPM dan kecepatan putar 490 rpm. Bedasarkan dari hasil yang telah didapat bahwa kedalaman potong 0,4 mm dengan kecepatan 490 rpm mengasilkan hasil pembubutan yang lebih halus dibandingkan dengan kedalaman potong 0,8 mm dengan kecepatan 330 rpm, kedalaman potong 0,4 mm dengan kecepatan 330 rpm, dan kedalaman potong 0,8 mm dengan kecepatan 490 rpm.                                                                                                                         Kata kunci :pengaruh kedalaman potong, pengaruh kecepatan putar, kekasaran permukaan. ABSTRACTThe aims of this study is  to determine the effect of variation of depth cutting and lathe speed rotation on roughness surface of the flat scaling work-piece on steel materials ST 37. This is an experimental method research with the dependent variable that is roughness surface, and the independent variables are depth cutting and rotational speed.From the test results of statistical analysis of two-lane variants where the depth of cut shows that the value of F arithmetic of 26.860 is greater than F table = 4.11 (Fh> Ft). This means that  is accepted which states that there is a significant difference in roughness surface steel materials st 37 between depths cutting of 0.4 mm compared to a depth cutting of 0.8 mm. At the rotational speed, the result F calculated value of 4.565 bigger than F table 4.11 (Fh> Ft). This means that is accepted which states that there is a significant difference in roughness surface material steel ST 37 between rotational speed 330 rpm compared to 490 rpm rotational speed, and the result of the analysis of the two-lane variance between cutting depth and rotational speed shows F calculated value of 73,229 more Large of F table 4.11 (Fh> Ft). This means that  is accepted which states there is significant interaction of surface roughness of st 37 steel material between 0.4 mm cutting depth and 0.8 mm cutting depth compared with rotational speed 330 RPM and 490 rpm rotational speedBased on the results, it can be said that 0.4 mm depth cutting at a speed of 490 rpm yielded a finer grinding result compared to 0.8 mm cutting depth at 330 rpm, 0.4 mm cutting depth at 330 rpm, and cutting depth 0.8 mm with a speed of 490 rpm Keywords: the effect of depth cutting, the effect of speed rotation, roughness surface.

In CNC machining, wet cooling technique is normally applied to provide lubrication at the cutting zone to obtain good surface finish. In this system, a lot of cutting liquid is provided ceaselessly at the slicing zone to decrease the temperature between cutting instrument and work piece. Despite the fact that the cutting liquids are useful in ventures, their harmfulness can give negative effect to condition, human wellbeing and increment creation cost. Moreover, it is discovered that, solitary a limited quantity of coolant assumes their job in the cooling framework application. Therefore, an Arduino time base computerized coolant supply is created as another framework to diminish the utilization of cutting liquids. In this examination, an Aluminum Alloy was machined with CNC processing and the surface harshness is seen by utilizing this framework. A change in the characteristics of the traditional budget to budget performance requires legislators to understand the changes. This causes the function of members of parlement to be very important in the process of preparation, approval, and oversight the budget. Independent variable are knowledge of local legislators about the budget. Dependent variable is local financial control. Moderating variable are public participation and public policy transparancy.Respondents in this study are legislative assembly at regency and city of Bima, Nusa Tenggara Barat Province. The data was collected by the survey. Data analysis techniques using simple linear regression and using moderated regression analysis. The result of this study indicated that first, knowledge of the legislators about the budget have effect to the local financial control.  Second,  public participation able to moderate the effect of participation in knowledge of legislators about the budget to the local financial control. Third, the transparency of public policy able to moderate the effect of knowledge of legislators about the budget to the local financial control.

This research is using secondary data obtained from the official website of IDX and Investing. Total population in this study are all JII members companies from 2016-2018 and the number of samples in this study are 18 companies that are members of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, especially in the Jakarta Islamic Index from 2016-2018. Data analysis techniques used in this study are the classic assumption test and the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) analysis test or commonly called the interaction test. Based on the results of the research conducted obtained the results of variables that have partial significant effect are DER, DPR, ROA, PBV while other variables such as PER, CR, NPM and DYR has no effect on sharia stock prices. Then for the moderation variable (Earning Per Share) proved able to moderate each independent variable and this moderating variable can strengthen the relationship between the independent variable (X) to the dependent (Y).

In this paper, experiments are conducted on drilling AISI 316L Austenitic Stainless Steel material using minimum quantity lubrication technique under formulated environmental friendly Pongam oil as cutting fluid. Cutting torque, Thrust force and Surface roughness and Chip formation are studied for the evaluation. The experimental results show that, the Cutting torque is dropped by 36 % under modified Pongam oil as cutting oil, compared to mineral oil base cutting fluid. About 34 % drop in Thrust force and Surface roughness values are noticed under formulated Pongam oil. Further, spiral and continuous form chips are seen under vegetable oil mode of lubrication compared discontinues spiral form under mineral oil based cutting fluid.
