The article discusses the scientific approaches to the development of promising ways of greening steppe agricultural technologies aimed at the leveling of a trench heterogeneity with the use of intelligent digital technology. In order to minimize negative environmental consequences, the necessity of carrying out a complex of rehabilitation agrotechnical measures that have a soil-restoring and environmentimproving effect is justified.

The article considers the environmental problems of the trans-border regions of Siberia and the Far East in the conditions of the Eurasian integration. The environmental consequences of functioning of the economies of the near-border East Asian countries for the Russian trans-border regions are shown. Russian trans-border Siberian and Far Eastern regions perform economic cooperation with the countries of the Asia-Pacific region in various sectors of the economy: mining and manufacturing, agriculture and forestry, nuclear energy, transport and other industries. At the same time, the environmental risks of such cooperation are not always evaluated. This is evidenced by the deteriorating environmental situation in the regions under consideration. The article proposes measures to improve the state environmental regulation of the Eurasian integration process: the development of low-carbon energy and energy-efficient technologies, the use of modern agricultural technologies, focus on the formation of a green economy, coordination of environmental legislation of the cooperating Eurasian states.

Agriculture solves the general tasks of its functioning, which are more focused on the implementation of three areas of activity, which include guaranteed food security in terms of the production of high-quality agricultural products, raw materials and food produced by domestic agricultural producers in volumes corresponding to medical indicators. It is also a decrease in the volume of import substitution of seeds in crop production and breeding material in animal husbandry and poultry farming, as well as imported equipment for the organization of food and processing products, veterinary drugs and other important needs for the agro-industrial complex. And the third direction includes the sustainable development of exports of agricultural and agro-industrial products to the global agri-food market. These tasks cannot be successfully solved in the conditions of using the existing outdated agricultural technologies, machinery and equipment. In order to improve these functions of agriculture, the digital platform "Digital Agriculture" was developed, which is an information database of a fairly large size about the resources of the agro-industrial complex. Digitalization, creating conditions for the development of "smart agriculture", affects the progress in agricultural relations. With the help of new technologies, the work of farmers will gradually move from manual, which requires great physical effort, to automated. With the help of drones and other drones, it will be possible to determine the structure of soils for planting certain crops.

On February 19, 2013, the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral argument in Bowman v. Monsanto – the first case to directly present the question of how the Exhaustion Doctrine should apply to patents relating to biotechnology and digital technology inventions.  The Petitioner, Vernon Hugh Bowman, asserts that the Exhaustion Doctrine should be extended to advanced agricultural technologies where the technology itself is contained in genetically modified seeds that may be reproduced through successive generations of seeds without limitation, and that companies like Monsanto can instead rely on remedies found in contract law to protect its commercial interests.  The Respondent, Monsanto Corporation, supported by the U.S. Government, (not surprisingly) disagrees, contending that an extension of the Exhaustion Doctrine of this magnitude would undercut effective patent protection for inventions that may reproduce perfectly over generations, undermining R&D in innovative technologies.  During the Bowman v. Monsanto oral argument on February 19th, the Justices focused on the broad scope of the exception sought by the Petitioner to patent rights for GM seed as an extension of the Exhaustion Doctrine to biotechnology and digital technology inventions, and did not appear persuaded either that the only reasonable use of the soybeans by Bowman was to plant them or that right holders would find effective modes of protection through contract law.  The Justices noted that this was the first case to present the intersection of the Exhaustion Doctrine and effective protection for inventions that may be reproduced across generations – that intersection to be the issue of greatest interest to the Court in  Bowman v. Monsanto, where the Court may be unlikely to create a sweeping exception to patent rights for biotechnology or digital technology inventions that has not been contemplated by the Congress.

The relevance of the study is conditioned by the need to develop and implement new technological solutions for tillage, which will improve the soil properties. The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of carbonised biomass on the properties and quality of soils, as well as the associated environmental consequences. The tasks addressed by the study were solved with the help of scientific theoretical methods: analysis, systematisation and generalisation of results. The scientific works related to the problem of the influence of carbonised biomass on soil quality were analysed in this paper. An assessment of the effectiveness of its use as an organic ameliorant and its effect on improving the agronomic properties of soils, their fertility, and on the ecological situation has been carried out. It is substantiated that the use of obsolete agricultural technologies during agricultural activities and their violation have a negative impact on soil fertility and increase in greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. It is argued that this could lead to a global food crisis. It has been emphasised that due to the use of biochar as an organic ameliorant the physical and microbiological properties of soils are improved, the availability of nutrients is optimised, and the content of toxic elements is reduced. It is shown that carbonised biomass has a positive effect on yields and also helps to reduce greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere. The main current problems that exist in Ukraine regarding the use of soil improvement technology with the help of carbonised biomass are identified. The ways of their solution for the further development of these technologies and their implementation in the agro-industrial sector are proposed. The practical value of the study consists in determining the effectiveness of using carbonised biomass when it is introduced into the soil to improve its quality, increase crop yields, and slow down climate change

The risks of digitalization of the economy are the reverse side of the process that creates by digital technology new commercial and communication opportunities for individuals and society as a whole. They arise from the ambivalent nature of digital technologies, their generally neutral nature in relation to the norms of public morality. Among the risks associated with digital technology, cybersecurity issues that focus on exogenous (in relation to digital content) risks are now prioritized. At the same time, much less attention is given to endogenous technologically determined risks of digital transformation: increase of personal information insecurity, intensification of information noise and growth of unproductive loss of time, considerable expansion of opportunities to manipulate human consciousness and behavior, risk of distortion of the modes of thinking and culture, adverse environmental consequences, primarily due to the significant energy intensity of digitalization. The economic and social effects of digital technologies are largely determined by the state of the formal and informal institutional environment of a country. Given the institutional distortions and high crime rates, the policy of forced and unbalanced introduction of digital technologies can produce negative social effects, including the growth of new forms of criminalization of economic activity, strengthening control over the behavior of people and public associations. The policy of dissemination of the latest digital technologies in institutionally problematic countries should be careful, balanced and strongly connected to the parallel improvement in the structure and functioning mechanisms of public institutions. It is necessary to create a single permanent platform (network) for broad public discussions on the digitalization of the economy and society and its consequences for man and society.

The USA and Germany have compared the issues that surround the adoption of digital technology on the farm that will foster more environmentally sustainable food production/processing systems. Both countries lack robust broadband internet pathways to foster the adoption of these technologies. The problem is currently relevant to making this data technology available on every farm and field. The implementation of this infrastructure is even more important as society demands more and more information on the product and production process of agriculture and industry.

In the modern world, information and communication technologies play an important role in the development of agricultural production, influencing the social, economic and political life of society and the state as a whole. The introduction of such technologies makes it possible to improve the quality of products and services, and to increase the export of agricultural and food products. Existing agricultural technologies make it possible to analyze and process large amounts of information, combine various information resources on one platform, control and reduce production risks, meet the information needs of a wide range of stakeholders, from the state to the end consumer, and guarantee security in cyberspace. An important role in the digitalization of agriculture is played by the resource potential of people employed in agriculture. Particular attention is paid to the development of scientific centers, training courses, where modern highprecision agricultural technologies are studied in-depth. The authors of the article examined the trends in the development of digital agriculture in the countries of Europe and Central Asia, where agricultural production is the fundamental basis of state policy.

Abstract The purpose of this article is to provide clinical supervisors with information pertaining to state-of-the-art clinic observation technology. We use a novel video-capture technology, the Landro Play Analyzer, to supervise clinical sessions as well as to train students to improve their clinical skills. We can observe four clinical sessions simultaneously from a central observation center. In addition, speech samples can be analyzed in real-time; saved on a CD, DVD, or flash/jump drive; viewed in slow motion; paused; and analyzed with Microsoft Excel. Procedures for applying the technology for clinical training and supervision will be discussed.
