Pedagogical practice preparing future teachers is, undoubtedly, one of the most important elements of university studies. However, up to now pedagogical practice remains a very problematic sphere. Pedagogical activity, on the whole, is complicated, diverse and manifold. After all, it is an activity requiring creativity, high intellect and good psychological preparation. A student doing pedagogical practice, inevitably encounters various hardships -both specialty/professional and psychological. During the practice many different kinds of pedagogical situations are revealed. Various scientific research studies, carried out in the last few years, show the common situation – students-practitioners lack psychological preparation in communication with students, adjusting to a new environment, understanding them and so on. Actually, pedagogical practice theoretical and practical questions were discussed in the international scientific conference which took place between 1- 5 July, 2013 in Yerevan (Armenia). The conference under the theme „Modernization of Continuous Practice and Implementation of Organizational Mechanisms in the Higher Pedagogical Education System“ was organised by Armenian State Pedagogical University named after Khachatur Abovyan.

The purpose of this scientific investigation is to analyze the postwar life of children born to enemy soldiers during World War II. The attitude of postwar societies and governments to them. Methodology. The research methodology is based on the application of the principles of scientificity, historicism, systematics, objectivity. The use of historical-comparative, historical-systemic, and functional methods allowed the author to investigate the process of the problem of «children of occupation», to compare the attitudes of societies and governments in different warring countries and attempts to resolve the issue. Scientific novelty of the research. In the article, for the first time, on the basis of the existing domestic and foreign narrative, an attempt is made to cover the problem of «children of occupation», which was quite acute in the first postwar years in many European countries and the USSR. A number of problems that children born to soldiers of enemy armies and their mothers had to face were revealed. Conclusions. It was found that the «children of occupation» were usually doomed to be stigmatized by society, which distorted their future life solely due to the factor of fatherhood. There was hatred for the parents-invaders, and complexes of guilt and inferiority (especially if the children were born of different races). That is, children who should not be held accountable for their parents' actions had to be patient only because their parents were soldiers of the enemy army. For many «children of occupation» in Europe, the search for a father became the goal of their lives.

The article presents three periods from the history of the legal system of Turkey, the knowledge of which will allow for objective scientific research. Indeed, each period has contributed to the development of the judicial system. Of particular importance will be the attitude of the legislator to the justice of the peace in criminal matters with a maximum sentence of up to 1 year in prison. The latter since 2014 were abolished and their load was redistributed to a higher authority. France did likewise, which also rejected justice of the peace. In addition, this study addresses the issues of the accelerated process, which was either introduced or canceled. In Russia, a simplified legal procedure has been successfully applied. Most European countries apply simplified the legal procedure to criminal offenses for which the maximum sanction of punishment is up to five years in prison. In Turkey, a simplified legal procedure was applied to criminal offenses with a maximum sentence of up to 2 years in prison. Despite a small sanction and tendencies in other countries to introduce simplified procedures, the Turkish legislator refused this practice.

This article conducts the analysis of legal regulation of relations between the Kingdom of Spain and the Russian Federation with regards to adoption of Russian children by Spanish citizens. The authors examine the history of development of bilateral Russian-Spanish cooperation; legal normative base, and procedure for the adoption of Russian orphans in the Russian and Spanish legislation. Statistical data is provided on the trends in adoption of Russian orphans by citizens of the Kingdom of Spain. The article employs the following methods of scientific research: historical, comparative-legal, statistical, and systemic analysis. The relevance of the selected topic is substantiated by the fact the for many years Spain demonstrates consistent interest in this question, ranking second among other countries that adopt children from the Russian Federation. At the same time, the legal and bureaucratic framework for realization of Russian-Spanish cooperation in this field requires improvements. The authors conclude that although the number of adopted Russian orphans by Spanish citizens has dropped in recent years, it is necessary to continue cooperation in this field by improving the existing legislation.
