The purpose of this research is to know: the effectiveness of paddy farmer groups; relationship between group dynamics and the effectiveness, and relationship between farmer group effectiveness and paddy productivity level. This research was conducted in Sukoharjo Sub District, Pringsewu Regency with 73 respondents of paddy farmers.  Research method used is a survey method with descriptive analysis and using statistical nonparametric rank Spearman correlation to test hypothesis.  The results showed that paddy farmer groups in Sukoharjo Subdistrict had a high level of effectiveness, group dynamics had significant relationship with farmer group effectiveness, and farmer group effectiveness had significant relationship with paddy productivity level of paddy farmer groups.   Key words: effectiveness, farmer group, group dynamics

This study aims to find out : (1) the dynamics of farmer groups in Netpala Village, North Mollo District, South Central Timor District, (2) the constraints faced by farmer group members in applying the dynamics of farmer group elements in Netpala Village, North Mollo Subdistrict South Central Timor District. The research method used is a survey method. The location of the sample was determined by purposive sampling in the village of Netpala. The research population is all farmers who are members of farmer groups in Netpala Village, and the sample of farmer was taken proportionate random sampling from 110 farmers from five farmer groups, therefor obtained 52 farmers. The analysis used in this study was a qualitative descriptive analysis and a Likert scale. The results showed the majority of respondents in productive age were 46 (88.46%) of formal education was low 22 (44.23%), non-formal education was classified as high where there were 44 (84.61%). The average dynamics level of the eight elements of farmer group dynamics in the Netpala village is dynamic (69%), the dynamics level of group goals is quite dynamic (62%), group structure is dynamic (88%), the structure of task functions is dynamic (100%) %), the structure of group development and group development is dynamic (67%), the compact group structure is dynamic (85%), the structure of the group atmosphere has the same score (50%), the pressure structure of the group is quite dynamic (44%), the structure group effectiveness is classified as dynamic (100%). Constraints faced with the eight elements of group dynamics, group goals (61%), group structure (11%), coaching and group development (30%), group cohesiveness (15%), group atmosphere (50%), group pressure (55%), group effectiveness (0%) or no feedback.

<p align="center"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><pre><em>                </em><em>Farmer groups are a forum for farmers to make it easier for farmers to carry out their farming, if the farmer group runs effectively in accordance with the goals of the group. Effective farmer groups cannot be separated from the role of group leaders. The head of the farmer group has an important role in supporting the group to achieve its group goals. Based on the background described, then </em><em>the purpose of this research are to know: the effectiveness of paddy farmer group; the leadership level of farmer group; and the relationship between leadership of farmer group leader with the effectiveness of farmer group in Sukoharjo Sub District of Pringsewu Regency. Kelompok tani yang efektif tidak terlepas dari peran ketua kelompok. Ketua kelompok tani memiliki peran yang penting dalam mendukung kelompok mencapai tujuan kelompoknya. Berdasarkan latar belakang yang telah diuraikan, maka tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui: keefektifan kelompok tani padi sawah; tingkat kepemimpinan ketua kelompok tani; dan hubungan antara tingkat kepemimpinan ketua kelompok tani dengan keefektifan kelompok tani padi sawah di Kecamatan Sukoharjo Kabupaten Pringsewu.  Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Sukoharjo Kabupaten Pringsewu, dengan 73 petani responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan anilisis deskriptif dan menggunakan uji statistik korelasi <em>rank spearman </em>non parametrik untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelompok tani padi sawah memiliki tingkat keefektifan yang tinggi, memiliki tingkat kepemimpinan ketua kelompok yang sedang, dan kepemimpinan ketua kelompok tani memiliki hubungan yang nyata dengan keefektifan kelompok tani.</p><p> </p>

<p class="p1">This study aimed to analyze the dynamics of cattle farmer groups assisted by Universitas Gadjah Mada (Faculty of Animal Science) in Yogyakarta Province. The total number of respondents were 77 farmers of cattle farmer groups. The tool used was a questionnaire that has proven validity and reliability. This study was conducted by survey method through the stages of preparation and execution. In the preparation phase carried out the determination of groups and cattle farmer samples using pusposive random sampling. The results showed that the dynamics of cattle farmer groups assisted by Universitas Gadjah Mada in Yogyakarta Province included in the high category. The highest group dynamics was Ngudi Barokah Group in Kulonprogo (equal to 82.48%), followed by the Sido Kumpul Group in Bantul (81.92%), then Bayu Andini Group in Sleman (77.22%), and Lembu Lestari Group in Gunungkidul (73.02%). Constituent elements of the group dynamics of goals, group structure, function assignments, development, cohesiveness, atmosphere and effectiveness of the group had a high level, while the group pressure was ini medium level.</p>

Increasing intitutional capacities among ther farmer’s is one of the key to improve farmer’s welfare. This research was conducted with the aim to analyze the relationship between the leadership of the farmer group and the level of empowerment among chili farmer’s in Bawang District, Batang Regency. The study was conducted in  20 December 2018 to 15 January 2019 in Bawang District, Batang Regency. The research method used in this study was the survey method 75 respondent were taken by the complete enumeration method. Data collection was done by using questionnaires, interviews, and direct observations in the field. Data analysis was using descriptive analysis and Rank Spearman correlation test. The results of the study showed that the level of empowerment in management of chili farming system was in medium category. The leadership level of the head of the farmer group in Bawang District were in the category of being able to lead farmer groups. There was a significant relationship between the leadership of the farmer group leader and the level of empowerment of the management of chili farming system in Bawang District, Batang Regency. Keywords: leadership, empowerment, management of chili farming system

The objectives of the research were to analyze the roles of agricultural extension workers to develop farmer groups in Rulung Raya village, Natar sub district, South Lampung Regency.  The research was conducted in December 2018 until February 2019.  The research method used is a survey method.  The respondents were 50 farmers randomly chosen from 615 farmers the members of Sinar Tani farmer group in Rulung Raya Vilaage. Data were analyzed using Rank Spearman correlation test.  The results showed that the roles of agricultural extension agents in terms of companion role, technical role, and communicator role have significant relationship with the development of farmer groups.  The role as organisator does not have relationship with the development of farmer groups. It is recommended for the agricultural extension workers to increase his roles in helping farmer groups development and for farmer groups to continue developing their group to reach their goals. The purposes of this research are to analyze farmer’s perception in Upsus Pajale Program, to find out the factors related with farmer’s perception in Upsus Pajale Program, effectiveness of farmer groups on Upsus Pajale Program, and the relationship between the perception and the effectiveness in implementation of Upsus Pajale Program in Banjar Baru.  This research was conducted in Banjar Baru subdistrict, Tulang Bawang district with 67 respondents of rice farmers following the Program. Data were collected using a suvey method with descriptive analysis and use nonparametric statistics test rank Spearman correlation to examine the hypotesis.  The results showed that farmer’s perception in Upsus Pajale Program is included in the profitable calssification, the factors related are education, motivation, social environment and the support of government agencies, while the unrelated factor is knowledge level. The effectiveness of farmer group is in effective category and farmer’s perception is related with farmer group effectiveness.Key words: farmer group effectiveness, farmer’s perceptions, Upsus Pajale Program

This research was motivated by the launching of an activity program by the Directorate General of Taxation on medium-term tax administration reform (3-5 years). Administrative reform needs to be done to achieve a high level of compliance given the low increase in individual taxpayer compliance from year to year in Sumedang Regency. The study aims to determine how the influence of tax administration reforms on individual taxpayer compliance. The method used in this study is a survey method with a descriptive analysis approach, with sampling using the Slovin formula. The technique of collecting data uses interviews, observation and literature studies. Data analysis is carried out quantitatively using product moment correlation test and f test. The results of the study obtained a correlation coefficient value of -0.261 and the degree of determination of the effect of tax administration reform on taxpayer compliance was 6.8% while 93.2% was influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing results obtained f count value greater than f table (f count 4.964> f table 3.998) so that the hypothesis is accepted or there is the influence of tax administration reform on individual taxpayer compliance at Sumedang Primary Tax Office.

<p><em>Hemodialysis is one type of therapy for kidney failure patients that many suffer from in Indonesia. Identification of problems in this study consisted of a lack of nurses and non-medical staff working in the Hemodialysis room, lack of facilities and infrastructure in Hemodialysis rooms such as toilets for visitors, narrow hemodialysis space so that beds between patients were close together, consultation room for patients with doctors, the location of Hemodialysis rooms is less strategic than major roads, and there is no isolation room specifically for Hepatitis B patients. Phenomena that often occur in some hospitals, especially related to the ability of human resources in caring for patients who already have Hemodialysis training certificates as a benchmark for the ability of ideal and actual human resources. Another problem is that the application of technology that has not been optimal has an effect on patient satisfaction, an environment that is not yet conducive which has an effect on patient satisfaction and the provision of incentives to HD room staff is inadequate which influences service and impacts patient</em><em></em></p><p><em>This research is needed to study and analyze how much influence human resources and facilities and infrastructure have on the satisfaction of hemodialysis patients at TK I Raden Said Soekanto Bhayangkara Hospital, Jakarta.</em> <em>The design of the research is using descriptive analysis and regression analysis. To meet the research objectives set, the research design used a survey method with a quantitative approach using questionnaires to collect data. The construction of a questionnaire or list of questions is based on perception.</em></p><em>The results showed a positive and significant relationship between Human Resources and Hemodialysis Patient Satisfaction at Bhayangkara Tk.I Hospital, Soekanto Hospital, East Jakarta. Correlation of test results in the form of strong positive results. Human resources have a contribution of 42.6% to patient satisfaction. The results also showed a positive and significant relationship between Facilities and Infrastructure on Hemodialysis Patient Satisfaction at Bhayangkara Tk.I Hospital, Soekanto Hospital, East Jakarta. Correlation of test results in the form of strong positive results. Facilities and infrastructure contributed 43.7% to patient satisfaction. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between human resources and infrastructure simultaneously to Hemodialysis Patient Satisfaction at Bhayangkara Tk.I Hospital, Soekanto Hospital, East Jakarta. Human resources and infrastructure simultaneously contribute 56.9% to patient satisfaction.</em>
