The purposes of this research are to analyze the income and added value of household scale coconut sugar agroindustry in Sidomulyo Subdistrict of South Lampung Regency. This research is conducted by a survey method in determining the sample. Respondents are the owners of coconut sugar agroindustries. Data were collected in January - February 2019, and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that income over cash costs amounted to Rp2,976,013.89 and income over total costs amounted to Rp529,747.40. Coconut sugar agroindustry was profitable with R/C of 3.66 over cash costs and 1.15 over total costs, it was worth cultivating because it had positive value-added, namely raw material of Rp949.84/ liter. This study aims to analyze supply chain performanc, and added value in kelanting agroindustry in Gantimulyo Village. This research was conducted at six kelanting agroindustries in Gantimulyo Village, Pekalongan District, East Lampung Regency. Data collection was conducted in February 2019. Data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. Performance measurements were made by  comparing indicators on FoodSCOR Card indicators. The calculation of added value used Hayami added value method. The results showed the flow pattern of supply chain started from farmers and agent as the main suppliers of raw materials. The perfomance of kelanting agroindustri showed that the average indicators were good based on indicators comparison of FoodSCOR card. The added value shows a positive value, meaning that kelanting agroindustry is feasible to be developed. Key words: added value, kelanting, supply chain.

The purpose of this research is to study the income and added value of banana chips agroindustry.  The research location was chosen purposively at Sungai Langka village Pesawaran District by consideration that Banana Chips Agroindustry at Sungai Langka village was active routinely produce and also has a potential to be developed. Respondents were  the owners of banana chips agroindustries. The data were collected in Desember 2017 and analyzed by a quantitative descriptive analysis. The result of the research showed that the income based on total cost per month of banana chips agroindustry was Rp1,366,46.,67.  Banana Chips Agroindustry was viable because it has positive added value amounted Rp3,758.26/kg raw material and favorable for its R/C  value of more than one which are 1.37 at cash cost and 1.35 at total cost.Key words: added value, agroindustry, banana chips, income

This research aims to analyze the raw material procurement system based on the elements of raw materials, the performance of production, and added value of the products.  The research method used in this research was a case study method on ‘Tahu Ibu Lis’ tofu agroindustry in Gadingrejo Urban Village, Gadingrejo Sub-district, Pringsewu Regency.  The location of research was determined purposively with the consideration that Tahu Ibu Lis agroindustry was one of agroindustries on the center of tofu production and the biggest production of tofu in Gadingrejo.  Tahu Ibu Lis agroindustry had many products, they were tahu pong, tahu kepal, tahu putih, tahu kuning, oncom, and keripik tahu.  Research was conducted in Mei – June 2019 and data analysis method used was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis and analysis of added value.  The study shows that the agroindustry has fulfilled the six components of raw materials procurement, i.e. time, place, price, type, quality, and quantity.  The production performance of the agroindustry had not been good because it had not fulfilled the capacity and flexibility components but the rests are good.  Tahu Ibu Lis agroindustry was viable because it had positive added value.Key words: added value, performance of production, tofu

This study aims to analyze the added value of the catfish skin cracker product in CV. Raja                Patin, Sugiharjo Village, North Sumatra Province. The method used in this research is a case study method and quantitative descriptive analysis as data analysis used. The sampling              technique was carried out using a purposive sampling method. The added value of the fish skin cracker product is IDR 31,700 / kg with an added value ratio of 67.44%. Fish products that are processed into fish crackers are worth 0.47 times the price of fresh fish. This indicates that processing activities provide a sizeable contribution to economic value added and product added value.

The connectivity of a region is an indicator the growth of service centers. Community service is carried out with a team from PT. Maluku and North Maluku Regional Development Bank Central Maluku Branch during 2018. Data were collected in 18 districts in Central Maluku Regency through the Rapid Survey Method for regional potential and socio-economic dynamics of the community. Central Maluku Regency BPS data support 2018 is a complementary input in the centrality analysis. The data were processed using quantitative descriptive analysis using Guttman scale/Marshall Centrality Index and spatial analysis tools using ArcmapGIS 10.3.1 software, to obtain a map of the regional service center. Central Maluku Regency is an archipelago, having district clusters spread over Seram Island, Ambon, Lease Islands and Banda. The district cluster is divided into 4 regions with the highest level of regional service being in Amahei District (11.14) and the lowest in Nusa Laut (2.50). Economic growth in sub-districts in the archipelago experienced a positive trend, concentrated on Ambon Island and Banda Islands, while the Lease Islands centrality index was in the lower middle category.

This study aimed to analyze the value-added of salted little tuna in Bandung Regency. The general method used in this research is the case study method. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. And to analyze the value-added, the Hayami’s methods were used. The research conduct in Bandung regency from July to August 2021. The results of this research show that value added of salted little tuna in Bandung regency is 27% it means the price of salted little tuna increase 27% from the price of fresh little tuna fish. So, the value-added of salted little tuna is relatively still low. The strategic that used to increase the value added of salted little tuna i.e., increasing in production, increasing in price, and decreasing in costs.

The purpose of this study was to determine added value from the processing of fresh catfish into shredded catfish at "Abon Ikan Lele Sejahtera" in Maruyung Village, Bandung Regency, West Java, Indonesia. The research method used is a case study and quantitative descriptive analysis. The sampling technique in this research used the purposive sampling method. The method of data analysis in this study used Hayami’s method. This research was conducted in Bandung Regency from August 2021 until September 2021. The results show that the added value generated is 69,4%. It means the price of shredded catfish is increase 69% from the price of fresh catfish. The added value is classified as high but can be higher if the business owner reduced the cost of other input contributions.

This study aims to analyze income and profitability of processed robusta coffee as a superior product in Tirto Kencono Cooperative. The research method used in this study is a case study. Respondents in this study were manager, suppliers and all people related in the robusta coffee processing unit. The research wasconducted at the Tirto Kencono Cooperative located in Talang 20 Village, Air Naningan Sub-District,Tanggamus District. Data collection was conducted in February 2019 and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research showed that the four products were viable and feasible because the R/C values were more than one on cash costs and total costs. Four products have profitability ratio of more than 0% with the highest profitability ratio was obtained by Green Coffee T20 product (77.40%) and the lowest product was Gendis Coffee T20 (21.24%).Key words : income, profitability, robusta coffee

This research was conducted in the city of Palangkaraya in Central Borneo and city of Banjarbaru in South Borneo in order to describe the perception of public, especially in the city of Palangkaraya and the city of Banjarbaru about the Impact of to-up mobile credit's by ATM to the SMEs mobile credit seller. The research was conducted by survey method and quantitative approach, while the sampling technique used was quota sampling and quantitative descriptive analysis performed. The results showed the less Impact of top-up by ATM to the SMEs credits seller, because top-up by ATM have certain customer segment. However, the top-up by ATM economically very positive impact for the people, eventhough its needs long time transistion of top-up SMEs to the ATM. According to the most people and SMEs need regulation and oversight to create more conductive business for SMEs Keywords : Impact, SMEs, Mobile top-up, Top Up Credit, ATM   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan di kota Palangkaraya Kalimantan Tengah dan kota Banjarbaru Kalimantan Selatan dengan tujuan untuk menggambarkan persepsi masyarakat khususnya di kota Palangkaraya dan kota Banjarbaru tentang dampak isi ulang pulsa di ATM terhadap UMKM penjual pulsa seluler. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey dan pendekatan kuantitatif sementara teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah quota sampling dan analisa dilakukan secara deskriftif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa isi ulang pulsa seluler di persepsikan kurang berdampak terhadap UMKM penjual pulsa seluler dikarenakan isi ulang pulsa di ATM maupun isi ulang pulsa di kios pulsa memiliki segmen pelanggannya masing-masing. Namun demikian dengan adanya isi ulang pulsa di ATM sangat berdampak positif secara ekonomi bagi masyarakat meskipun peralihannya dari kios pulsa ke ATM atau pola pembelian pulsa berlangsung dalam waktu yang lama. Menurut sebagian besar masyarakat dan pelaku UMKM penjual pulsa seluler bahwa perlu pengawasan dari pemerintah untuk menciptakan iklim usaha yang lebih kondusif bagi UMKM penjual pulsa seluler. This study aims to analyze income, added value of tofu soybeans, tofu product marketing channels, and marketing margins. The research method used is the case study method in the Agroindustrial House of Tofu, Way Halim Permai Village, Way Halim District, Bandar Lampung City. The location of the research was determined deliberately with the consideration that Way Halim District is the center of tofu agroindustry in Bandar Lampung City and House of Tofu Agroindustry with the highest production in Way Halim Regency. This research was conducted in January - March 2020. The data analysis method used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the income of producing each tofu product was profitable because R/C > 1 and the agroindustry had positive added value. The marketing channel consists of three channels. The market share for all types of tofu in the marketing process of the House of Tofu Agroindustry is more than 50%.Key words : agroindustry, income, marketing, production, tofu.
