At present the total area of Indonesian coffee plantations is ranked second in the world, but for the production and export of Indonesian coffee there is at number four in the world. The low productivity of coffee is caused by inadequate crop cultivation techniques, this encouraging various plant growth disorders. Based on the problems, coffee farmers need a tool that can provide information about coffee plants and diseases that attack coffee plants and provide solutions to handle these diseases. One branch of computer science that can help is the expert system (Expert System). Expert systems use the knowledge of an expert which is intended to increase knowledge into computers. This research used Dempster-Shafer method to diagnose and to knowing the degree of accuracy of the diagnoses results. Information system and expert system of coffee plants diagnose contains information about plants management that begins from planting until harvest. This system built based on the web, with this system is expected to help provide solutions to handle the coffee plants that have disease, that many coffee plants can be saved from disease and can increase the productivity of coffee plants.

This research revealed the importance of public service web portals for an e-government information system. An e-government portal is interacting with its administrators, citizens, businesses and other governments helping them increase their operations performance. The authors have developed, modeled, formulated and compared an efficient assessment framework for e-government portals. In order to accomplish such task many quantitative factors and indicators were taken under consideration; also, other frameworks have been studied and compared. The authors focused on the web portals services quantity that the interested parties should use, in order to create an well designed public services’ web portal. This research provides a framework model to evaluate the basic common digital public services that a government offers to its interactive stakeholders, so that all other countries across the world can predefine weaknesses and strengths, improve existing or formulating new e-services. The importance of the assessment framework model is thoroughly explained through the results.

ABSTRACT<br />Expert System is an information system that contains with expert knowledge so that it can be used for consultation. The knowledge of the experts in this system is used as a basis by the Expert System to answer the question (consultation). Expertise is an extensive and specific knowledge gained through a series of training, reading, and experience. Knowledge enables experts to make decisions better and faster than non-experts in solving complex problems. Experts have a tiered nature, top experts have more knowledge than junior experts. The purpose of Expert System is to transfer expertise to a computer, then to someone else (who is not an expert). Expert System is now widely used and found on some websites that are consultation on the world of health. researchers see the opportunity how the application of expert systems that made the goal to create a learning medium where currently common applications used can not be used freely on nutrition students. Kepakaran (expertise) adalah pengetahuan yang ekstensif dan spesifik yang diperoleh melalui rangkaian pelatihan, membaca, dan pengalaman. Pengetahuan membuat pakar dapat mengambil keputusan secara lebih baik dan lebih cepat daripada non-pakar dalam memecahkan problem yang kompleks. Kepakaran mempunyai sifat berjenjang, pakar top memiliki pengetahuan lebih banyak daripada pakar yunior. Tujuan Sistem Pakar adalah untuk mentransfer kepakaran dari seorang pakar ke komputer, kemudian ke orang lain (yang bukan pakar).Sistem Pakar saat ini sudah banyak digunakan dan ditemukan pada beberapa website yang bersifat konsultasi pada dunia kesehatan. peneliti melihat peluang bagaimana aplikasi sistem pakar yang dibuat tujuannya untuk membuat media pembelajaran dimana saat ini aplikasi umum yang digunakan tidak dapat digunakan secara bebas pada mahasiswa gizi. The presence of technology and science has evolved in the world of work and its development, in this Globalization Era, it requires people to participate in these developments. This method uses processing in the field of work which was initially managed manually by recording orders written in a ledger, now managed using modern technology. From the results of this study it can be seen that in recording existing orders on the CV. Boganesia Jaya has not implemented the system or is still using manual methods. In that case some suggestions can be given to the company for further development by means of an information system designed using an application with the web-based PHP and MySQL programming language to solve this problem in CV. Boganesia Jaya which is more effective and accurate.

In 1988, the Farmer's Bookshelf started out as a computerized information system of crops grown in Hawaii. The first version was created on an Apple Macintosh computer using a hypermedia program called HyperCard. Because HyperCard came with each Macintosh computer, only the crop files needed to be sent to clientele. As the demand for an IBM-compatible version of the Farmer's Bookshelf increased, the Windows version was created using a hypermedia program called Plus. In addition to the crop files, the runtime version of Plus was also distributed to clientele. Later, other files were added to the Farmer's Bookshelf, including files to diagnose problems of macadamia in the field, select ground covers, select landscape trees, recommend fertilization, calculate nut loss for macadamia growers, and calculate turfgrass irrigation. Cost of analysis spread-sheets for several crops were also added. Recently, the Farmer's Bookshelf was moved to the World Wide Web, which has the advantages of reaching a world-wide clientele, easier updating and modifications, and linking to sites of related information. We have added links to newspaper articles on agriculture in Hawaii, to related sites on a particular crop, to on-line agricultural magazines and newsletters, to agricultural software, to upcoming agricultural events, and to Y2K sites. Because of the benefits of the Web version, the diskette versions (Macintosh and Windows) are no longer supported. Putting the Farmer's Bookshelf on the Web has allowed us to better meet the needs of our clientele for up-to-date information.

Vespa is a vehicle that has its own charm of its distinctive shape. Vespa has fanatical fans around the world including in Denpasar Bali, either modern vespa or classic vespa. But sometimes riding a vespa (especially a classic vespa) although routine maintenance of the vespa may still be problematic when driving, whether it's a strike in the middle of the journey, broken clutch rope or tire broke while on the way. Information about the vespa workshop is the information that the vespa rider must know. Geographic information system of vespa workshop in Denpasar can be a solution to provide information about the location and route to the vespa workshop in Denpasar. The system is created using the concept of web-mobile, so that each device is capable of using the system with only the web-browser.The result of designing and building geographic information system of Vespa workshop in Denpasar is system consist of user menu and admin menu. Users can view information about the vespa workshop and the route to the vespa workshop. The admin menu is dedicated to managing vespa workshop data in the system.

A new species list of plants and lichens of Russia and neighboring countries has been developed for Turboveg for Windows, the program, intended for storage and management of phytosociological data (relevés), is widely used all around the world (Hennekens, Schaminée, 2001; Hennekens, 2015). The species list is built upon the database of the Russian website Plantarium (Plantarium…: [site]), which contains a species atlas and illustrated an online Handbook of plants and lichens. The nomenclature used on Plantarium was originally based on the following issues: vascular plants — S. K. Cherepanov (1995) with additions; mosses — «Flora of mosses of Russia» (Proect...: [site]); liverworts and hornworts — A. D. Potemkin and E. V. Sofronova (2009); lichens — «Spisok…» G. P. Urbanavichyus ed. (2010); other sources (Plantarium...: [site]). The new species list, currently the most comprehensive in Turboveg format for Russia, has 89 501 entries, including 4627 genus taxa compare to the old one with 32 020 entries (taxa) and only 253 synonyms. There are 84 805 species and subspecies taxa in the list, 37 760 (44.7 %) of which are accepted, while the others are synonyms. Their distribution by groups of organisms and divisions are shown in Table. A large number of synonyms in the new list and its adaptation to work with the Russian literature will greatly facilitate the entry of old relevé data. The ways of making new list, its structure as well as the possibilities of checking taxonomic lists on Internet resources are considered. Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis. It can affect some parts of the body: lungs, lymph nodes, intestines, kidneys, endometrium, bones, and brain. According to the survey of tuberculosis prevalence conducted by Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Health in 2013-2014, Indonesia was the second country in the world with the most case of tuberculosis. It makes Indonesia become a country with emergency in lungs tuberculosis. An expert system for lungs tuberculosis detection is built to help people detecting the possibility of suffering from lungs tuberculosis. Therefore, it is hoped that the lungs tuberculosis patient can have early treatment. Certainty factor is used to solve the uncertainty problem delivered by the doctor when examining the patient. Thus, certainty factor is an appropriate method to be used in the expert system for detecting certain disease. This method has been correctly implemented, proved by comparing system detection result to manual calculation result. The expert system has 81.25% accuracy, 83.49% success using DeLone and McLean model, and a cronbach alpha of 0.82 which indicates a good reliability based on the indicators used in the questionnaire. BACKGROUND: To combat COVID-19, curb the pandemic, and manage containment, governments around the world are turning to data collection and population monitoring for analysis and prediction. The massive data generated through the use of big data and artificial intelligence can play an important role in addressing this unprecedented global health and economic crisis. OBJECTIVES: The objective of this work is to develop an expert system that combines several solutions to combat COVID-19. The main solution is based on a new developed software called General Guide (GG) application. This expert system allows us to explore, monitor, forecast, and optimize the data collected in order to take an efficient decision to ensure the safety of citizens, forecast, and slow down the spread’s rate of COVID-19. It will also facilitate countries’ interventions and optimize resources. Moreover, other solutions can be integrated into this expert system, such as the automatic vehicle and passenger sanitizing system equipped with a thermal and smart High Definition (HD) cameras and multi-purpose drones which offer many services. All of these solutions will facilitate lifting COVID-19 restrictions and minimize the impact of this pandemic. METHODS: The methods used in this expert system will assist in designing and analyzing the model based on big data and artificial intelligence (machine learning). This can enhance countries’ abilities and tools in monitoring, combating, and predicting the spread of COVID-19. RESULTS: The results obtained by this prediction process and the use of the above mentioned solutions will help monitor, predict, generate indicators, and make operational decisions to stop the spread of COVID-19. CONCLUSIONS: This developed expert system can assist in stopping the spread of COVID-19 globally and putting the world back to work.
