One of the essential instruments in the cyber era is data. Therefore, maintaining data security is an important thing to do. One way that can be done to maintain data security is through cryptography. In cryptography, two basic techniques are commonly used, namely substitution techniques and transposition techniques. One of the weaknesses of the basic cryptographic techniques is the lower level of data security. This study proposed a super encryption model in securing data by combining cryptographic algorithms with substitution techniques, i.e., autokey cipher and transposition, i.e., columnar transposition cipher. This study used the Avalanche Effect method as a measurement tool for the proposed super encryption model. The test results have shown that the proposed super encryption model can provide a better level of security. The avalanche effect test on the five data test shows that the average AE value of the proposed super encryption model is 30.76%. This value is higher than the single autokey cipher algorithm of 1.66% and column transposition with a value of 18.03%. Other results from the five data test have shown that the proposed model has a high level of accuracy of 100% in terms of the decryption process results, which is the same as the initial data before going through the encryption process.

This research is a study on the development of innovative clay mask mixed with the Acanthus ebracteatus Vahl extract product. The purposes of this research are as follows. Firstly, the research is to develop a clay mask product mixed with natural extracts from the Acanthus ebracteatus Vahl. Secondly, it is aimed to study on the antioxidant activity, anti-inflammatory effect, antimicrobial effect and total Phenolic contents of the Acanthus ebracteatus Vahl extracts. Thirdly, it is tostudy stability of the product. Finally, the research is to study on the calculation of suitable product formulations for clay products mixed with Acanthus ebracteatus Vahl extracts. By starting from the selection of raw materials, the extracts are prepared to determine the total phenolic content. Later, 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) Assay method is conducted for antioxidant activity test, followed by anti-inflammatory effect test (Nitric oxide production inhibitory activity test, inhibition of LPS-induced TNF-α secretion test and Anti-inflammatory activity test (COX-2). Afterwards, a suitable formulation is developed. The test for the safety and physical properties of the product is then carried out followed by the skin irritation test in a group of 10 volunteers in order to ensure that the clay mask product containing Acanthus ebracteatus Vahl extracts is effective and safe. From the results of the product stability study, the findings indicated that the clay mask product containing Acanthus ebracteatus Vahl extracts did not show any phase separation. The irritation test in 10 volunteers after 12 hours of using the product showed no sign of allergic reaction, itching or irritation. Toxicity test results found no cytotoxicity. The anti-inflammatory effect test was found to have potent anti-inflammatory properties, when tested in the RAW 264.7 macrophage cell. This study is only for the development of an innovative product of skin clay mask mixed with the Acanthus ebracteatus Vahl extracts.

To investigate the relationships between financial constraints, government subsidies, and corporate innovation, a semi-logarithmic fixed-effect panel model and mediation effect test were applied, based on the data of Chinese listed companies from 2007 to 2017. We find that (1) financial constraints suppress corporate innovation. (2) Government subsidies are targeted at bailing out firms facing financial constraints. (3) Government subsidies promote corporate innovation (4) Government subsidies partially offset the suppression of financial constraints on innovation. We contribute to the fields of public finance, corporate finance, and corporate innovation by: (1) justifying the government subsidies target strategy as a bailout of corporate financial constraints, (2) verifying the corporate-innovation promotion of government subsidies, thus justifying the efficiency of government subsidies, and (3) showing that different types of innovation benefit differently from subsidies, thus justifying subsidies as a structural innovation engine.

This study aimed to determine the effect of competence, work discipline and placement on job satisfaction and their impact on the performance of Information and Communication Technology Security Service institutions. This research uses quantitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. The variables in this study are divided into three types: 1) Independent Variables, 2) Intervening Variables, and 3) Bound Variable. The data in this study are divided into primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study is several 230 employees who have worked at the Information and Communication Technology Security Service Institute for at least one year in January 2021 and are spread over the work unit of the Information and Communication Technology Security Service Institute. Analysis of the data in this study using validity test, reliability test, direct effect test, indirect effect test and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) Competence, work discipline, job placement directly have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; 2) Competence and job placement have no positive and significant effect on performance; 3) Work Discipline directly affects performance; 4) Placement through job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance; and 5) Job satisfaction directly has a positive and significant effect on performance.

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of each variable on corporate strategy, organizational citizenship behavior and compensation on organizational culture and company performance in Forestry SOE: Perum Perhutani. The analytical instrument of this research is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) through AMOS v.22 software which emphasized structural equation testing and model testing. The results of hypothesis testing from the model shows that: First, corporate strategy has a positive and significant effect on company performance. Second, organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on company performance. Third, compensation has a positive and significant effect on company performance. Fourth, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on company performance. Fifth, corporate strategy has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture. Sixth, organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture. Seventh, compensation has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture. In addition, the indirect effect test through the Sobel Test finds that organizational culture is able to intervene the effect of corporate strategy, organizational citizenship behavior and compensation on company performance.

Indonesian manufacturing sector becomes an important key for encouraging the national economy. This study aimed to analyze the correlation of capital structure and profitability with firm value by using tangible assets and intangible assets. The population was 145 companies in the manufacturing sector. The sampling technique was purposive sampling that collected a sample of 94 companies during 2010-2019. Data analysis technique was path analysis assisted by SPSS. The result of structural model I stated that firm size, volatility, and uniqueness significantly influenced capital structure, while tangibility insignificantly influenced capital structure. The result of structural model II stated that intellectual capital and capital structure significantly influenced profitability. Further, the result of structural model III stated that capital structure and profitability significantly influenced firm value. The indirect effect test found that profitability could mediate influence between capital structure and firm value.

Introduction: Hypercholesterolemia occurs when cholesterol levels in the blood increases. Traditionally, krokot (purslane, portulaca oleracea) is used to treat cardiovascular disease. Aim: This research evaluated the effect of purslane extract to inhibit increasing of cholesterol levels. Methods: The ethanol extract dosage of purslane was 27.5, 55, and 110 mg/kg body weight (bw) and simvastatin 1.8 mg/kg bw were used as comparisons. The anti-hyper cholesterol effect test was done by feeding a high cholesterol diet and drinks containing 0.01% propylthiouracil. The test parameters were body weight and total cholesterol levels on days 0, 7, 14, and 21. Results: The results showed that the extract was able to prevent the increase in body weight compared to the control group (p<0.05) and that it could inhibit the increase of total cholesterol levels at day 14 and 21 compared to control group (p<0.05) and equivalent to simvastatin (p>0.05).
