The purpose of Teen Consultation Center (TSC) extracurricular is to develop students’ ability become youth counselor. The purpose of this research is to describe TSC extracurricular activity at SMA N 7 Padang based on the students’ opinion about the development TSC by counseling teacher and TSC implementation by youth counselor. This research can be categorized quantitative approach, descriptive research. Research finding explains students’ opinion about TSC development by counseling teacher is good and TCR implementation has been done.

The aim of this research was to find out the ability of the first year students in speaking by using storytelling at MAS. Al-Jam’iyatul Wasliyah. The design of this research was descriptive research. The population of this research was 20 students of XC class in the first grade at MAS. Al-Jam’iyatul Wasliyah. In selecting the sample the writer used random sampling technique. The total number of the sample was 12 students. The data was collected by using oral test. The researcher only measured the ability of students’ speaking in storytelling by considering five components of speaking: (grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and comprehension). And their speaking had been recorded by using phone recorder. From the result of analyzing the data, the researcher found that the students’ speaking ability by using storytelling was moderate. It proved by the fact that 4 students (33.33%) classified as high ability, 4 students (33.33%) classified as moderate ability, and 4 students (33.33%) classified as low ability. Based on the data, the students’ score were bigger in the high and moderate level than in the low ability level. Based on the research finding, the English teacher is suggested to consider the five components in scoring speaking ability (grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and comprehension). The students are suggested to do more practice in pronunciation and fluency, because they dominantly speak incorrect pronunciation and have pauses in the sentences. Students are also suggested to enrich their vocabulary by using storytelling.

The study aimed at exploring the implementation of physical education (PE) teaching during the Covid 19 Pandemic at elementary schools of sub-district of Balung, Jember, Indonesia. This descriptive research which follows the quantitative approach implemented the survey method using one shot case study. The samples participating in the study are 12 SE teachers. In order to gather the data, a questionnaire was distributed to the participants online through Google Form, containing 10 items. The data obtained were analyzed in descriptive quantitative  through percentage. The findings indicate that all participants (100%) conduct the teaching and learning, where 50% of them delivered the teaching in online learning and 58% confirmed that the learning adheres to the lesson plans. Moreover, 67% of the participants informed that the learning materials are in the same order as stated in the lesson plans, 67% used WhatsApp groups as their teaching media, 67% of the participants informed that their students were enthusiastic and participated actively in the class, 50% have cooperated with their students’ parents for supporting learning, 67% of them stated the assessment was based on submitted exams and tasks, 58% stated that the assessment was less effective. Meanwhile, the analysis of learning indicators reveal that generally 41% of the participants claim difficulties in accessing good Internet connection, and 42% of the participants’ students could not afford smartphones for their learning and thus could not submit their tasks. Briefly the Covid 19 pandemic does not hamper the conduct of teaching and learning though it is now delivered online, however, in general the study found that the teaching and learning is less effective; therefore,  more attention needs to be paid to students especially with their obstacles in using the learning media and accessing proper Internet connection.

Technology literacy is the capacity to operate, manage, assess and realize the technology is. This study aims to determine an empirical description of the level of technological literacy owned by counselor/counseling teacher in Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research methods.The data collection was worked out using by technology literacy instruments by taking a sample from 157 junior high school with counseling teachers around DKI Jakarta. The results of the research related to the level of technological literacy showed that 61.14% of counseling teachers were in the top categories, which iz 35.03% in the sufficient category and 3.82% in the low and very low categories.

Objective: to understand the influence of music as a therapeutic assistant in reducing work stress of nursing professionals in a basic health unit. Method: it is an exploratory and descriptive research with a quantitative approach, developed with 9 nursing professionals from UBS Integrated Nova Esperança in João Pessoa, Paraíba. Data collection began after approval of the Research Ethics Committee of the Health Sciences Center of the Federal University of Paraíba, nº. 0508/16, CAAE: 58741916.6.0000.5188. Results: we identified that 33.3% of nursing professionals presented signs of stress, of the 33.3% who presented stress, 100% demonstrated to be in the resistance phase, 100% of the nursing professionals evaluated the musical strategy in a positive way. Conclusion: the musical strategy received extremely positive evaluations by the participants of the research, about 100% of professionals said that listening to music can reduce work stress.

DKI Jakarta Tourism and Culture Office utilizes social media to invite millennial generations to love museums. This was done, because of the lack of interest of the young generation to visit Mueseum. In addition, the Office of Tourism and Culture (Disparbud) of DKI Jakarta Province makes the Jakarta Museum On Social Media Competition. The purpose of this study was to determine the Persuasive Communication Factors of DKI Jakarta Tourism and Culture Office in inviting millennial love museums through the Jakarta Museum On Social Media Competition. Research uses variable factors - persuasive communication, which has four dimensions, namely source credibility, environmental influences, messages, and continuity of understanding of a message. The approach in this study is a quantitative approach, with a type of descriptive research. The population and sample were 38 people, who were participants in the vlog category competition. The results of the study show that there are some things that are lacking in the factors of persuasive communication carried out by the Department of Tourism and Culture of DKI Jakarta Province. This can be seen in the lowest mean, namely the influence of the environment with time setting indicators and message content settings. Respondent Mayortias considered the DKI Jakarta Tourism and Culture Office to be less than optimal in utilizing the time in the Jakarta Museum On Social Media Competition, which resulted in a minimal number of participants.

The aims of this research were to reveal the data, information and discuss the using of Numbered Head Together Learning Model of Geography at X IPS 5 Class in SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo. The type of the research was a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo through the subject of this research being students at Class X IPS 5, amounting to 33 students. Data collection was done through observation sheets, questionnaires, and documentation. The data technique analysis was the quantitative descriptive by the calculation of the percentage and total respondents' achievements. The conclusion of this research was the students' response to the application of the learning model of the Numbered Head Together at X IPS 5 Class of SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo was in the much-needed category and was in the very good category.

This research was a descriptive research which was aimed at finding out the similarities, dissimilarities and the contributions of the contrastive analysis on teaching English as a foreign language. The data of this research were collected through library and internet sources. The researchers use comparative descriptive method to analyse the data. The obtained results was the comparison of American and British English in vocabulary, grammar, spelling, pronunciation and the contributions of them in teaching English as a foreign language. The research finding shows that British and American English are very similar in many aspects. Even though British and American English are mostly similar, they also have some differences. The difference of British and American English can be found in terms of vocabulary, grammar, spelling and pronunciation. Among them, vocabulary is the largest one. It is suggested that lecturers and teachers aware of the similarities and differences between British and American English in teaching English as a foreign language so that it will lead to the successful teaching of English including its varieties.

This study aims to analyze conventional health bank level by using CAMELS and RGEC methods. This is descriptive research of quantitative approach with conventional banks as samples as fifty banks from 2012 to 2017. The  results of this study shows that ratios of CAMELS method are in from 1 to 3 composite level mostly where CAR, NIM, BOPO are in very good condition and ROA, NPM, LDR, ROE are in quite good condition. Then, in RGEC method, conventional health bank level has value from 1 to 5 composite level commonly where CAR, NIM, BOPO are in very adequate condition and NPL, IRR tend to show quite adequate condition while GCG tends to show unadequate condition. Finally, conventional helth bank level by using CAMELS and RGEC methods are in composite level between 1-3 mostly. It means that conventional health bank level of  Indonesia in very good or very adequate and quite good or quite adequate condition. Keywords : Banking Health Level, Conventional, CAMELS, RGEC

Descriptive research with quantitative approach in which the unit of analysis is  the  Cooperative's  financial  statements  KPRI  PKS  in  Sukabumi  and  samples  are  the  revenue account and SHU from 2010 until 2014. The data analysis was conducted using simple regression and correlation and regression. Data collected through the method of documentation, interviews, and literature. Based on the results of research there is no significant effect between revenue against SHU cooperative wich low relation and negatif. Based on the results of research and discussion suggested necessary efforts to improve financial performance specially quality of revenue and SHU by empowering all business units.  Keywords: Revenue, SHU, and Financial Statements ABSTRAKPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendapatan terhadap SHU Koperasi KPRI PKS Kota Sukabumi. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana Unit analisis adalah laporan keuangan Koperasi KPRI PKS di Kota Sukabumi dan sampel adalah pendapatan dan SHU koperasi tahun buku 2010 s.d 2014. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode regresi dan korelasi secara sederhana dan berganda. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode dokumentasi, wawancara,dan studi pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara pendapatan  terhadap  SHU  koperasi  KPRI PKS  dengan  keeratan  rendah  dan  hubungan  negatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan disarankan perlu upaya untuk memperbaiki kinerja keuangan khususnya kualitas pendapatan dan SHU dengan memberdayakan seluruh unit usaha.Kata kunci: Pendapatan, SHU, dan Laporan Keuangan

 Abstract: Extracurricular activity is another activity that is done in extra time. That has purpose to get more knowledge and skill of students. In fact there are some of students did not know extracurricular activity because of some reason.This research is descriptive research. The population of research is students of class VIII SMPN 22 Padang, a number of 298 populations. The sample takes as random with random sampling75 populations. The data is collected by using enquette. Analyzed by using percentage technique. The research said 1). The talent that’s had by students channeled well after following extracurricular activity. 2). After following extracurricular activity, the students can develop their social ability in society. 3). Students creativity can channel well after following extracurricular activity at SMPN 22 Padang. 4). After following extracurricular activity at SMPN 22 Padang, students can make a plan student career in future based on the research, we hope that headmaster gives support to extracurricular activity with delivering facility as student needed, giving a facilitator with hoping the achievement of students will expand as optimal.
