Research on the effect of mind-assisted mind inquiry models on students' knowledge competencies in SMA X-class UNP Laboratory Development Cross-interest. Guided Inquiry learning models assisted by Mind Map if both are combined students can understand learning material more clearly so that students can improve their learning competencies and can develop students' critical thinking skills. This study uses quasi experiments. And research design Randomized Control-Group Pretest-Posttest Design sampling technique is done by purposive sampling. The instrument used to measure the results of cognitive learning competencies of students using objective tests. The results showed that there were differences in cognitive learning outcomes from the mind map assisted guided inquiry model that had a positive effect than the direct learning model.

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of Inquiry Learning Model and Scientific Literacy toward students’ Critical Thinking Skills in Primary School. This Study was Conducted at SD Islam Al-Ikhwan Tangerang in Fifth Graders. The True Experiment Method with Two Way Anava design (treatment by level 2x2) was implemented in this study. 40 students as the sample was selected by simple random sampling. Students in experimental group were learned through Inkuiri Mandiri model. Meanwhile, in control group, students were learned through Guided Inquiry. Based on data analysis, it was obtained: (1) the student’s critical thinking skills given by Inkuiri Mandiri Model is higher than Guided Inquiry, as evidenced by Fcount (10.93) > Ftable (4.10 ); (2) there is influence of interaction between learning models and scientific literacy toward student’s critical thinking skills, this can be seen from the acquisition price of Fcount (58.926) > Ftable (4.10); (3) student’s critical thinking skills given Inkuiri mandiri Model is higher than Guided Inquiry in group of students with high scientific literacy, with the Tukey-test Qcount Test (10.986) > Qtable (4.33); and (4) student’s critical thinking skills given Inkuiri Mandiri Model is lower than Guided Inquiry in group of students who have low scientific literacy, with the Tukey-test Qcount Test (4.369) > Qtable (4.33).

Islamic values have been recognized as the positive values need to be integrated in enhancing learning competencies including problem-solving skills. This study aimed to determine the influence of learning inquiry model based on Islamic values toward problem-solving skills of tenth-grade students in Bandar Lampung. This quasi-experimental research used posttest only control group design. The treatment for the experimental group used guided inquiry learning model based on Islamic values, whereas the direct instruction learning model was applied in control group. The students’ problem-solving skills data were collected using a test. The data was analyzed using independent samples t-test. The results showed that there was a significant influence of guided inquiry learning model based on Islamic values toward students’ problem-solving skills, t(58) = 2.807, p < .05. The integration of Islamic values in the biology learning process can promote students’ problem-solving skills. Therefore guided inquiry learning model based on Islamic values can be an alternative model in empowering students’ problem-solving skills.

The low science cognitif competency of students is caused by several problem encountered during the learning process, between the learning model that is applied has not involved students actively in the learning process. One of the efforts that is done to increase students' learning competencies in science is to apply the Guided Inquiry learning model assisted by Mind Map. This learning assisted by the Mind Map guides students to be active. This study aims to reveal the influence of the use of the Guided Inquiry learning model assisted by Mind Map to the learning competencies of science students. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 27 Padang. in material of KD 3.7 about Circulatory System. This research is an experimental research using the Randomized Control Group Posttest Only Design. The study population was all grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 27 Padang. Sampling was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The control class used a conventional learning model which is commonly used in the class and experimental class using the Guided Inquiry learning model assisted by Mind Map. The research instrument used was a test of learning outcomes. The results of the t test were known that in the knowledge competency tcount> t table (2.76> 1.67). This showed that the hypothesis was accepted. So, it can be concluded that the Guided Inquiry learning model assisted by Mind Map has a positive effect on students' learning cognitive competencies in science.

Guided inquiry learning encourages students to be more active in learning so that students' creative thinking skills can be developed. Guided inquiry learning model will assist students in empowering creative thinking skills. Creative thinking skills are described as mental activities that foster original ideas and new understandings. This study aimed to determine the effect of the guided inquiry learning model on the creative thinking skills of Class X MA Miftahul Ulum Bettet Pamekasan. The population in the study were all students of class X MA Miftahul Ulum Bettet Pamekasan second semester 2020/2021, while the samples used were class X IPA B and IPA C. The experimental class and control class each consisted of 20 students. This research is a quantitative research with quasi-experimental research method with pretest posttest nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design. The results of this study indicated that guided inquiry has a significant effect on creative thinking skills. Guided inquiry learning model can be a reference in learning (especially in biology) to empower students' thinking skills.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis untuk kelas kelompok dan klasikal; 2) perbedaan peningkatan keterampilan berfikir kritis antara kelas kelompok dan kelas klasikal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi experimen, dengan model pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 4 kelas dengan 120 siswa kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Kota Yogyakarta, sampel penelitian menggunakan 2 kelas yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Satu kelas sebagai kelas eksperimen yaitu kelas yang menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis guided inquiry model kelompok dan satu kelas lainnya sebagai kelas kontrol yaitu kelas dengan pembelajaran menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis guided inquiry model klasikal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan tes yang berupa tes keterampilan berfikir kritis. Teknis analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif menggunakan N-Gain dan secara statistik inferensial menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kelas A dan Kelas B. Pada kelas VII A aspek memberikan penjelasan maupun membangun keterampilan dasar berada pada kategori sedang (0,58 dan 0,52). Sedangkan kelas VII B, pada aspek memberikan penjelasan berada pada kategori sedang (0,64) dan pada aspek membangun keterampilan dasar berada pada kategori tinggi (0,90). Kata kunci: Guided inquiry, Arduino, Berfikir Kritis   EFFECTIVENESS OF GUIDED INQUIRY LEARNING MODEL OF GROUP AND CLASS INVESTIGATION TO INCREASE CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS Abstract This study aims to know: 1) the improvement of critical thinking skills for groups and classical; 2) the difference of critical thinking skill increasing between group and class. The method used in this research was quasi experiment, with pretest-posttest control group design model. The population of this study were 4 classes (120) students in the 7th grade of Muhammadiyah 8 Yogyakarta Junior High School, the sample used 2 classes determined by proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. One class is an experimental class which implement guided inquiry based on group investigastion learning model and one other class is a control class that implement guided inquiry based on classical investigation learning model. Data was collecting by critical thinking skills test. Data were analyzed by descriptive techniques using N-Gain and inferential statistic using t-test. The results shown that there are the significant differences between class A and Class B. In class VII A, the aspects of giving the explanation and build the basic skill are in medium category (0,58 and 0,52). While class VII B, the aspect of giving the explanation is in the medium category (0.64) and aspect of building the basic skills is in high category (0.90).           This research aims to investigate the effect guided inquiry learning model on chemistry learning towards critical thinking skills students at class XI MIA SMAN 7 Mataram 2019. Quasi experimental in the form of non-equvalent control group design is the type of this study. The population of this research was all students of XI MIA SMAN 7 Mataram. Purposive sampling method was chosen to be the sampling method of this study. The sample of this study were XI MIA 3 as the experiment class and XI MIA 4 as control class. In experiment class, guided inquiry learning model Student given, whereas conventional learning model with lecture method was applied in control class. The result of statistic test at significant level (5%) showed that tcount (3,33) > ttable (2,009). The average score of experiment class is 69,72 with the median is 67,6 which is higher than the average score of control class is 62,17 with the median is 58,3. The standart deviation of experiment class is 7,494 which is smaller than the standart deviation score of control class is 8,009 which means the experiment class is more homogeneous than the control class. Based on these results it can be concluded that difference in scores between the two classes did not occur by accident, but because of guided inquiry learning model effect.Keywords: guided inquiry learning model, critical thinking skills students.

The main objective of this research is to produce junior high school Physics teaching materials oriented to a simple practical tool that can be used to foster junior high school students 'creative thinking skills, with the specific aim of knowing the indicators of junior high school students' creative thinking skills that can be grown through the use of a guided inquiry learning model assisted by a simple practicum tool. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research with the design of Equivalent Pretest-Posttest Design (Design of Prates-Pascates Equivalent). This research was conducted at the Labschool Junior High School of Tadulako University where  the class VIII students being the research subjects. The research instrument used was an essay test and observation sheet. The data analysis technique used was quantitative data analyzed by inferential statistics, calculating the significance of the differences in the average of both groups of samples and qualitative data analyzed by using the stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that a guided inquiry learning model assisted by a simple practicum tool could foster the creative thinking skills of the students of Labschool UNTAD Junior High School in the indicators of flexible thinking, fluent thinking and originality.

This research aims to examine the effectiveness guided inquiry learning model based on blended learning on reaction rate material to improve students' critical thinking skills. The design in this research is the One Group Pretest and Posttest Design. The subjects in this research were students of SMAN 1 Kalitidu Bojonegoro in class XI IPA 1. The method used to collect data was the test, observation, and student response questionnaires. Data analysis used the percentage, mean, N-Gain, and Paired sample t-test. The results showed that the guided inquiry learning model based on blended learning was carried out well with an average percentage of the implementation of phase 1 was 98%, phase 2 was 93.76%, phase 3 was 100%, phase 4 was 93.75%, phase 5 was 100%. The average score of the N-gain critical thinking skills is 0.73 with the high category. There is a significant difference in the results of critical thinking skills between before and after being given a guided inquiry learning model based on blended learning. The results showed the guided inquiry learning model based on blended learning effectively improving students' critical thinking skills. Efektivitas Inkuiri Terbimbing Berbasis Blended Learning dalam Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berpikir KritisPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji keefektifan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbasis blended learning pada materi laju reaksi dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Design pada penelitian ini adalah One Group Pretest and Posttest Design. Sasaran dalam penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik XI IPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Kalitidu Bojonegoro. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa tes, observasi dan angket respon. Analisis data menggunakan teknik persentase, mean, n-gain, dan uji Paired Sample T-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbasis blended learning terlaksana dengan baik dengan rata-rata persentase keterlaksanaan fase 1 sebesar 98%, fase 2 sebesar 93,76%, fase 3 sebesar 100%, fase 4 sebesar 93,75%, fase 5 sebesar 100%. Nilai rata-rata N-gain kemampuan berpikir kritis adalah sebesar 0,73 dengan kategori tinggi. Terdapat perbedaan hasil keterampilan berpikir kritis yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbasis blended learning. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbasis blended learning efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik.

This research aims to determine the effect of guided inquiry learning models on science process skills and higher order thinking skills on the theme of heat and its displacement in grade V SD Negeri 104260 Melati. The research instrument included observation of science process skills and tests of higher order thinking skills. This study uses the analysis of the Independent Sample Test (t test).The average value of science process skills in the guided inquiry class was 81.62 and the direct instruction learning model class was 79.02. A significant influence on students' science process skills in the learning process on the theme of heat and its displacement, with a score of tcount (2.384)> ttable (2.004) for n = 56, α = 0.05 and sig. 2 tailed (0.021) <α = 0.05, so that H₀rejected. then Ho was rejected and Ha accepted. The average value of high-order thinking skills in the guided inquiry class is 75.57 and in the class of direct instruction learning model. A total of 67.43. The results of the analysis of high-order thinking skills have tcount (3.597)> ttable (2.004) for n = 56, α = 0.05 and sig. 2 tailed (0.001) <α = 0.05, so that H₀rejected and Ha accepted. Guided inquiry learning model affects science process skills and high-order thinking skills of students on the theme of heat and its displacement in grade V SD Negeri 104260 Melati.

ABSTRACTThis research is based on the problems that exist in SMPN 18 Padang, students learning competencies are still low. Efforts that can be made are applying the learning model Power of Two with scientific literacy on digestive system material at SMPN 18 Padang. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in the competency of students through the model The power of twowith scientific literacy in the material of human digestive systems in SMPN 18 Padang.This type of research is experimental research with a randomized control group posttest only design. The population in this study were all class VIII SMPN 18 Padang registered in the 2018/2019. Sampling was done using technique Simple Random Sampling, which was chosen as the sample of the study was class VIII.6 as the experimental and  VIII.7 as the control class. The instruments used were in the form of questions posttest for knowledge competencies, observation sheets for attitude and skills. The hypothesis was tested using the t-test, can be concluded that the competence of learners knowledge tcount 5,72> ttable 1.67, the competence of attitude  value tcount 1,84> ttable 1,67, and the competency of skills value tcount 3.39> ttable 1.67. This shows that the hypothesis is accepted. Concluded that the application of model The power of two with scientific literacy can improve the competency of knowledge, attitudes, and skills of class VIII students of SMPN 18 Padang. Keywords: the power of two,  scientific literacy, learning competency
