This study aims to develop a learning model by using web-based moodle e-learning videos to support student learning outcomes in Computer subject. This research is motivated by the development of technology increasing rapidly, the demand for efficiency is increasing. Video e-learning media is a very good breakthrough, and demands for modernization in the world of education. The research method in this study was conducted using the R and D method. The study began with preparing teaching materials that were previously used, preparing teaching materials from the latest sources, collaborating old teaching materials with new teaching materials, reviewing instructional materials that have been compiled, refining materials teach according to directions, make video tutorials based on teaching materials, tutorial videos that have been uploaded to youtube, video links that have been uploaded on youtube are combined with e learning, the final step is done by perfecting the web-based e learning video teaching material by doing several test times , evaluating, and correcting as needed.  Keywords: learning models, video learning, moodle e-learning

Abstrak: Penelitian dan pengembagan ini bertujuan: (1) mengambangkan bahan ajar mata pelajaran PPKn; (2) mengetahui efektifitas produk bahan ajar pada mata pelajaran PPKn yang dikembangkan. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan menggunakan model Borg and Gall. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; (1) validasi untuk kelayakan isi  bahan ajar PPKn adalah baik, (2) validasi untuk kelayakan penyajian  bahan ajar PPKn adalah baik, (3) validasi untuk kelayakan isi  bahan ajar adalah baik, (4) validasi untuk kelayakan penyajian bahan ajar adalah baik, (5) validasi untuk kelayakan bahasa bahan ajar adalah baik,  rentang validasi akhir dari bahan ajar PPKn hasil pengembangan adalah baik, yang artinya bahan ajar PPKn hasil pengembangan dinyatakan valid. Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan bahan ajar PPKn hasil pengembangan dengan hasil belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan buku teks. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil pengolahan data dimana diperoleh thitung sebesar 8,666  sedangkan ttabel = 2,042 , pada α = 0,05 dengan dk 98 . Hasil perhitungan dimana  thitung > ttabel, thitung yaitu  8,666 >  2,042. Disimpulkan bahwa jumlah rata-rata nilai postes hasil belajar kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan bahan ajar PPKn hasil pengembangan adalah sebesar 80,667 dan lebih tinggi dari kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan buku teks, yaitu  sebesar  55,333. Kata Kunci: bahan ajar  pada mata pelajaran PPKn Abstract: Research and pengembagan aims: (1) floating the subjects PPKn instructional materials; (2) determine the effectiveness of the product instructional materials on subjects PPKn developed. The research method is a research and development using the Borg and Gall models. The results showed; (1) validation of the feasibility of the contents of teaching materials PPKn is good, (2) validation of the feasibility of presenting instructional materials PPKn is good, (3) validation of the feasibility of the contents of teaching materials is good, (4) validation of the feasibility of the presentation of teaching materials is good, (5) validation of the feasibility of language teaching materials is good, the ultimate validation range of teaching materials PPKn result of the development is good, which means the development of teaching materials PPKn result declared invalid. Hypothesis testing results prove that there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students that learned to use teaching materials PPKn results with the development of student learning outcomes that learned to use textbooks. This is indicated by the data processing which gained tcount of 8.666 while the table = 2.042, at α = 0.05 with 98 hp. The results of calculations where thitung> ttable, thitung namely 8.666> 2.042. It was concluded that the amount of the average value group posttest learning outcomes of students that learned to use teaching materials PPKn development results amounted to 80.667 and was higher than the group of students that learned to use textbooks, which amounted to 55,333. This research was conducted to design and test on a small scale the results of the design of the art learning module Music at the PGSD FIP UNM. In particular, this study aims to describe the description of the design of music e-learning modules in the UNM FIP PGSD Study Program. The research method used research development (R & D), the test subjects were the PGSD FIP UNM students who had programmed the Music Arts course. Sampling is done by using a simple random sampling technique with a number of sample members of 30 people, the data collection techniques using a closed questionnaire, analysis of data using the data analysis descriptive and inferential statistics. The results Showed that there was an Increase in participation and student learning outcomes classically after learning to use e modules, the weakness of e modules was that they were not Able to encourage students who had the ability more towards Reviews their maximum potential in terms of learning the art of music.

The very rapid development of science and technology offers us various conveniences. Teaching materials that are made are the website at the web address belajarmatematics.id. The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine the effectiveness of website-based teaching materials. 2) determine student responses to website-based teaching materials applied in schools. 3) determine the increase in student mathematics learning outcomes using website-based teaching materials. The research method used in this study is RnD (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model with data collection techniques using questionnaires and tests. The sample used was class VII F SMP Negeri 1 Krangkeng, Indramayu Regency. Based on the results of the independent sample t test (two tailed), it can be seen that the value of tcount> ttable, is 6.331> 2,000. Because tcount> ttable, it means that there is a difference in students' mathematics learning outcomes between using website-based teaching materials and without web-based teaching materials. Student responses to the application of website-based mathematics teaching materials show strong criteria with an average of 85.08%. The average gain score of students using website-based teaching materials is 0.67 or 67%.

The ability to evaluate learning is a basic skill that must be mastered by students as prospective teachers. Based on this, it is necessary a teaching materials that help students and lecturers during the lecture. Students can know and understand about learning evaluation. In addition, the existence of teaching materials can help students to improve students' skills in understanding the material. In order for students to learn independently and adapt to technology, e-learning is needed based on teaching materials where lecturers do not have to guide students one by one, but the students can also help each other with the help of internet. The research was conducted at Muhammadiyah University of Metro and the subject of the research was 6th semester students consisting of 2 classes. Class A as an experimental class whereas class B as control class. The development of e-learning-based teaching materials uses the main 4-D development model of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate or adapted into 4-P model, defining, designing, developing, and deploying. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Teaching materials based on e-learning can support lecturing evaluation of learning in mathematics education program. This can be seen from the percentage of student response questionnaires of 80% that fulfill the criteria is quite valid; 2) Teaching materials based on e-learning can optimize student learning outcomes. This can be shown in student learning outcomes that achieve optimal learning outcomes of 87.5%

E-learning lecture system is a lecture system that has been the talk of the world for several years. With regard to this e-learning process, there will still be teaching materials that are made. Teaching materials in the form of material for one semester published through e-learning media. Each teaching material needs to go through the validation process. So far, teaching materials created by lecturers only to support the lecture process, not many lecturers who validate the teaching materials given to students. The importance of validation of teaching materials is necessary to see the suitability of teaching materials to business / industry needs, so that the teaching materials are appropriate and suitable for use in learning. Therefore, the research is conducted to determine the validity of this resource. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the validity of basic chemistry textbook content for e-learning lecture system in FKIP UMMY Solok? To answer the problem formulation used R & D research method using 4D development model. The content validation of Textbook is done by expert consideration method and for data analysis of expert consideration result, used CVR index developed by Lawshe. Validation of this textbook aims to see the suitability of the content or substance of teaching materials. Triangulation results of expert consideration data obtained information that the validity of Basic Chemistry Basic textbook relevant / viable in terms of content and can be used for e-learning lecture system.

The study deals with the effectiveness of teaching materials based on local culture on 7th grade students in junior high school Sipirok. The study was conducted at one of Junior High Schools 1 in Sipirok located in South Tapanuli Regency. Student learning outcomes are obtained by providing a trial test using instructional materials that have been developed which aims to see the extent to which increased student understanding of the Sipirok local culture-based text description learning material by using teaching materials developed in this study. Student learning outcomes based on pretest and posttest show the difference in the difference from pretest to posttest the score obtained 10.42 with an average pretest 75.65 on the criteria of "good" and an average posttest of 90.8 on the criteria of "very good". It can be concluded that learning using on Sipirok local culture-based text descriptions can improve student learning outcomes in Indonesian language subjects especially description text material.

<p><em>This research inteded to develop web-based instructional instrument for KKPI subject at SMK Negeri 3 Padang and find out its validity, practicality and effectivity of the instructional instrument that had been developed. This research was a Research and Development (R and D) method, and 4D (Four D) model of development that consist of four steps: define, design, develop and disseminate. The data used was prime data wich was given from expert, teachers, and students. The results of this development research was: (1) The validity of RPP of this instructional instrument was very good, the validity of media is good and its e-learning module validity considered good (2) The practicality of RPP of instructional instrument by teacher’s respond was considered very good, and judging from students the module considered very practical (3)The effectivity of this Instructional Instrument is good to improve learning outcomes of the students. Based on those results concluded that this Web-Based Instructional Instrument is valid, practical, and effective to be used as instructional instrument on KKPI subject.</em></p>

This research is driven by the difficulty of students studying Arabic Qawaid which is considered complex.This study aims to develop the Qawaid Arabic language teaching materials based on Mind Map and know the learning process of the students by using the teaching materials for Islamic religious college level .This research method using R & D (research and development). The result of this research is 1) development of teaching materials based on Qawaid concept for teaching material of Islamic religious college level presented in the form of map with various shapes and color illustrations that have main theme (primer) connected with derivative and interrelated themes accompanied for example, and 2) the use of this material indicates that Qawaid Arabic teaching materials based on Mind Map can improve student learning outcomes on average 78.59 (AB).

Teaching material is the most important part in the world of education. Because of thist research aims to develop teaching materials that can be used as a source of learning in schools. Teaching material developed in the form of modules converts folklore texts into fantasy texts. This module is used as a companion for teachers in delivering fantasy text and folklore material. The module that was developed has been through the validation test and effectiveness test. Based on the results of the validation test on the feasibility of graphics, the feasibility of the material, the feasibility of the language, and the feasibility of the overall presentation can be implemented. While the effectiveness test results show there is a significant increase in student learning outcomes.

The aim of this study described the effectiveness of instructional media that produces valid, effective, and practical media. The development of communication and technology requires teachers to be more active and creative in carrying out classroom learning.  Teachers can develop learning media that can improve student learning outcomes. The sample of this research trial was the students of class X at MAN 1 Mojokerto. This study uses a 4-D research method which is shortened to 3-D.  Data collection techniques used include interviews with mathematics teachers, pretest and posttest questions.  The instruments used in this study include guidelines for using media, teaching materials, validation sheets, student response questionnaires and tests.  The results of this study indicate that the average validation guide for the use of media, and teaching materials is 95.15%, besides that the validator also provides an assessment on the response questionnaire sheet of 97.5%.  This indicates that the media guidelines, teaching materials, and response questionnaires are very valid.  The average result of the N-Gain value of students is 0.96, based on the N-Gain criteria scale shows high criteria so that the media is said to be effective, and the results of the calculation of students' questionnaire responses show that each statement point is greater by 70% and the students can be said to be good in ability operate the gadget. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan efektivitas media pembelajaran yang menghasilkan media valid, efektif dan praktis. Berkembangnya komunikasi dan teknologi menuntut guru untuk lebih aktif dan kreatif dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran di kelas. Guru bisa mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Sampel uji coba penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X di MAN 1 Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian 4-D yang dipersingkat menjadi 3-D. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara pada guru matematika, soal pretest dan posttest. Instrumen yang digunakan penelitian ini meliputi panduan penggunaan media, bahan ajar, lembar validasi, angket respon peserta didik dan tes. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata validasi panduan penggunaan media dan bahan ajar adalah 95,15%, selain itu validator juga memberikan penilaian pada lembar angket respon sebesar 97,5%. Hal ini menyatakan bahwa panduan media, bahan ajar dan angket respon sangat valid. Hasil rata-rata nilai N-Gain peserta didik sebesar 0.96, berdasarkan skala kriteria N-Gain menunjukkan kriteria tinggi sehingga media dikatakan efektif dan hasil perhitungan respon angket peserta didik menunjukkan tiap poin pernyataan lebih besar dengan 70% sehingga peserta didik dapat dikatakan baik dalam kemampuan mengoperasikan gadget.
