Community service program To develop agricultural irrigation is carried out in Duri village, Slahung sub-district, Ponorogo district. Agriculture in Duri village has been dependent on irrigation from the rain so agricultural activities only rely on the availability of water during the rainy season, while the potential for water from groundwater with a depth of 20 m has not been able to be utilized optimally because it is constrained by relatively expensive equipment and technology. For this reason, a community service program is carried out which aims to meet the irrigation needs of farmers. The method of implementing activities consists of an inventory of data related to the conditions and needs of materials to be applied with technology, technology design, technology application, training in the use of technology, and evaluation. The result of the activity is a program of implementing an irrigation pump with solar cell electricity that is applied to one of the farmer groups' fields, namely a water pump that is able to lift water from a depth of 20 m with a water discharge of 1080 L/hour and is able to last for 2 hours. able to meet water needs in the dry season and can be used to grow crops on a small scale such as vegetable crops on a land area of 100 m.

Kampung Dindey is one of the areas targeted for KKN-PPM activities in providing religious, education, health, environmental, agricultural and village administration assistance. Through this activity, it is hoped that the implementation of teaching reading and writing to eradicate illiteracy, so that there will be a decrease in illiteracy, especially in Manokwari Regency and public awareness of the importance of protecting yourself from the corona virus pandemic. In general, all programs can be absorbed thanks to the support of the local government. Constraints that are still encountered are the low level of community participation in several activities and the low independence of the target groups. Hopefully in the future to be used as a model, the assistance of programs that have been formed must be continued through the next Community Service Program.  Keywords: Freedom community service; independence; covid pandemic 19.   ABSTRAK  Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan salah satu perwujudan dari Perguruan Tinggi Universitas Papua yaitu pengabdian pada masyarakat. Abstract The strong emphasis on achieving excellence in the services the museums provide to its target public opens a new road to an area that is not characteristic of traditional museology, namely the journey of innovation. This road to innovation has two pillars: a mature knowledge-based strategy (in response to identified needs of target groups) and the ability to provide education (according to identified needs). Both components are totally dependent on visitors, their needs and their personal or collective experiences. This paper addresses these pillars, considering that education is not a mere accumulation of knowledge, but how the visitor experiences, interacts and learns during his visit. Using the literature review as research methodology, this paper aims to analyze the stakeholders of a museum and to assess their partnerships with other museums, by highlighting the clear advantages of stakeholder involvement in the management system of the museum. The main results shows that museums, as cultural organizations, are a brick at the foundation of economic development in many cities. The involvement and support of the stakeholders is essential for a museum that wants to set and meet appropriate community service goals. Understanding stakeholder`s value is important for effective reporting on the performance of the museum, which transforms and translates through continuous public support for the museum.
