The purpose of sending it to the community is to train teachers in using early grade literacy media in elementary schools. The method used in the form of training to teachers in using media literacy. Participants in the service are 18 Air Tawar Selatan elementary school teachers and 25 Air Tawar Selatan public elementary schools, 22 Koto Tangah District Padang City. Based on the training results it can be seen that the average score of the pre-test participants was 69.54 and the average value of reading poetry after the training was 78.18. Thus it can be seen that the ability of 18 Air Tawar Selatan public elementary school teachers and 25 Air Tawar Selatan public elementary school Koto Tangah District, Padang City have improved after the training in the use of early grade literacy media.

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of poetry reading literacy in elementary schools. The approach used is qualitative and quantitative. The subjects of this study were 22 Silaing Bawah Public Elementary School teachers and 22 Silaing Bawah Public Elementary School teachers. Based on the ability to read poetry obtained the average value of the results of the pre-test reading poetry evaluation of the teachers of SD Negeri 07 Silaing Bawah and SD Negeri 08 Silaing Bawah is 68.33 and is in a pretty good qualification. Whereas the average results of the reading poetry reading the evaluation of the teachers of SD Negeri 07 Silaing Bawah and SD Negeri 08 Silaing Bawah after the training was 78.58 and were in good qualifications. Thus it can be seen that the implementation of poetry reading literacy can improve the ability to read the poetry of the teachers of SD Negeri 07 Silaing Bawah and SD Negeri 08 Silaing Bawah.

The study is a descriptive analysis of the ‘Affection Levels of Educational Facilities on the Instructional Function of Teachers’. The respondents of the study were the public elementary school teachers in Basilan Schools Division, Autonomous Region for Muslim Mindanao (ARMM). The study covered 9 central, and 9 noncentral public elementary schools. A stratified random sampling was adopted in this study. A two - part survey questionnaire was used. One part of the instrument drew information about the demographic profile of the public elementary school teachers. Part two of the questionnaire determined the affection and adequacy levels of the educational facilities in Public Elementary Schools, as perceived by the public elementary schools teachers, in terms of physical features, indoor environment, equipment and utilities, media and technology, and safety and security features. The findings revealed that, the educational facilities in public elementary schools in the Basilan, moderately affect the instructional function of the teachers. The Equipment and Utilities elements affect the instructional function of teachers to the greatest extent. Penyuluhan Bahasa Indonesia is an annual educational event conducted by Balai Bahasa Kalimantan Tengah. Elementary school teachers all over Kalimantan Tengah usually be the main target since they hardly learn the Indonesian language academically and specifically. Socializing the national language of Indonesia, spreadingnewest issues of the language and improving speakers ability are the main idea. Language and speakers cultivation is its major aim. The effectivity of such event has not been evaluated yet. Based on this fact the writer wants to figure out the effectivity of Penyuluhan Bahasa Indonesia. The problems discussed in this writing will be how are the participants’ scores of pre-test and post-test. This scores then analyzed to identify whether Penyuluhan Bahasa Indonesia is truly effective. sample of this writing are 71 elementary schools teachers from two regions, namely Pangkalan Bun and Kuala Kapuas. The data are then analyzed statistically. Based on the findings, the average scores of those two sessions test were not satisfied yet. Meanwhile, the event of Penyuluhan Bahasa Indonesia influences the scores significantly and improves teachers ability. In general, based on scores, Pangkalan Bun as a more dynamic region considered to be more superior in average score than Kuala Kapuas.

The purpose of this study was to determine how online learning was implemented in elementary schools during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was conducted in elementary schools in the Muara Enim District, in Sumatra Selatan, Indonesia. This was descriptive research and a qualitative approach was used. The research subjects were elementary school teachers. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation analysis. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that: 1) teachers were not ready in terms of planning and implementing online learning; 2) most elementary school teachers in Muara Enim District used the Whatsapp application in the process of implementing online learning; 3) online learning tended to be less effective because elementary school students still dependend on teachers and parents; 4) student learning outcomes tended to increase during online learning; this was indicated by the average score of students which was ≤ 70 before online learning and ≥ 90 after online learning. Teachers were still hesitant in reporting the assessment of student learning outcomes, because during online learning the teacher cannot supervise students’ completion of the assignments. For this reason, parent cooperation is needed for educating and guiding their children during online learning and so that teachers can determine the development of student learning outcomes at home. Teacher performance is the result of work achieved when planning, implementing, and assessing learning in schools. The results showed: (1) the effect of pedagogic competence on the work motivation of public elementary school teachers in the Medan City is 0.242; (2) the influence of the principal's leadership on the work motivation of State elementary school teachers in the Medan City is 0.238; (3) the influence of pedagogical competence on the performance of public elementary school teachers in the Medan City is 0.259; (4) the influence of principal leadership on the performance of public elementary school teachers in the Medan City is 0.207; and (5) the effect of work motivation on the performance of public elementary school teachers in the Medan City is 0.200. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the pedagogic competence, principal leadership, and work motivation on teacher performance was 28.7% and the rest was determined by other circumstances.

This study aims to determine the influence/contribution of school headmasters' academic supervision and teacher work discipline on the work productivity of state elementary school teachers in Mumbulsari District, Jember Regency. This is a quantitative survey research with the number of sample is 148 peoples. Data collection tool is questionnaire with regression techniques for data analysis. The results of this study show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between the school headmasters’ academic supervision on the teachers’ work productivity in state elementary schools in Mumbulsari District, Jember Regency. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between teachers’ work discipline on teachers’ work productivity of state elementary schools in Mumbulsari District, Jember Regency. (3) There is a positive and significant influence simultaneously on the school headmasters' academic supervision and teacher work discipline on the work productivity of public elementary school teachers in Mumbulsari District, Jember Regency at 59.1%, while as many as 40.9% are influenced by factors other than the headmasters' academic supervision and teacher work discipline. Thus, both of these variables can be used as predictors of the trend of increasing work productivity of public elementary school teachers in Mumbulsari District, Jember Regency.

Kualitas guru sangat mempengaruhi pendidikan pada setiap jenjangnya termasuk jenjang sekolah dasar. Profesi guru termasuk salah satu pekerjaan yang memiliki tingkat stres kerja yang tinggi. Salah satu penyebab stres adalah kurikulum pendidikan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat stres kerja dan strategi koping guru sekolah dasar negeri dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 di Kecamatan Bogor Tengah Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif sederhana dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini melibatkan 222 guru di sekolah dasar negeri Kecamatan Bogor Tengah yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa sebesar (81,5%) guru mengalami stres sedang. Penjabaran dari dimensi stres kerja yaitu dimensi peran kerja individu (ORQ), dimensi beban kerja individu (PSQ), dan dimensi sumber daya yang dimiliki (PRQ) menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas guru mengalami stres sedang pada ketiga kategori tersebut. Adapun jenis strategi koping yang paling sering digunakan adalah problem focused coping (54,6%). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan agar perawat dapat bekerja sama dengan pihak sekolah dasar negeri untuk memfasilitasi kegiatan yang dapat meminimalkan kejadian stres kerja dengan penggunaan strategi koping yang tepat.   Kata kunci: Guru sekolah dasar negeri, stres kerja, kurikulum 2013, strategi koping   THE LEVEL OF STRESS AND COPING STRATEGY OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN IMPLEMENTATION OF CURRICULUM 2013   ABSTRACT Teachers quality is greatly influence education at the whole level of education including elementary school level. Teachers are one of the jobs with high levels of work stress. One of the causes of work stress is  educational curriculum. This study aims to determine the level of stress and coping strategy of elementary school teachers in implementation of curriculum 2013 in Bogor Central District, Bogor. The design in this research used descriptive quantitative with cross sectional approach. This study involved 222 elementary schools teachers in Bogor Central District selected by purposive sampling. The results of this study illustrate the majority of elementary schools teachers in Bogor Central District (81,5%) experience moderate stress. Each dimension of work stress, occupational role (ORQ), personal strain (PSQ) and personal resources (PRQ) show that the majority of teachers experience moderate stress. The type of coping strategy that is most often used by elementary schools teachers in Bogor Central Districtis is problem focused coping (54,6%). The results of this study recommend nurses to be able for collaboration with school to facilitate activities that could reduce stress and use appropriate coping strategies.   Keywords: Elementary School Teacher, work stress, curriculum 2013, coping strategy

The scope of learning material for social sciences (IPS) at Elementary School is very wide, while the time available is very limited. This has been an obstacle for elementary school teachers in achieving the learning objectives. This study aimed to determine whether the application of Mind Mapping learning model on the activities of students learning and the mastery of students learning of IPS. This action research was conducted with three cycles involving 30 students of the fifth grade of elementary school in Kabupaten Kudus. The findings were analyzed using the descriptive qualitative study. The data were collected by using a questionnaires, observation sheets, pretest, and posttest. The results showed that the Learning Model of Mind Mapping can improve the students activity. This indicated an increase in the average score of the class activity to 48.2% in the first cycle, to 56.1% in the second cycle, and to 62.2% in cycle III. The average of the student learning outcomes for IPS also increased from 64 in the first cycle, to 67 in the second cycle, and to 75 in cycles III.   Materi IPS di Sekolah Dasar memiliki cakupan materi yang sangat luas, sedangkan waktu yang tersedia sangat terbatas. Hal ini menjadi kendala bagi guru-guru Sekolah Dasar dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping dapat meningkatkan aktifitas siswa dalam belajar. Penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri atas 3 siklus dan sampelnya adalah siswa kelas V SD Kabupaten Kudus yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Hasil penelitian dianalisa secara deskriptif kualitatif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan angket, lembar observasi, pre-tes dan posttes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Model Pembelajaran Mind Mapping dapat meningkatkan aktifitas siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan skor rata-rata aktifitas kelas yaitu dari 48,2% pada siklus I, 56,1% pada siklus II, dan 62,2% pada siklus yang ke III. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa untuk mata pelajaran IPS juga meningkat dari 64 pada siklus I, menjadi 67 pada siklus II, dan 75 pada siklus ke III.

Theaim of thisresearch wasto investigatedthe contributionof togetherly teacher's commitmen to interpersonal task and communication to ward state elementary school teachers collaborations ceneat Jaya Baru sub-district, city of Banda Aceh. There were 26 respondent sofel ementary steacherat Jaya Baru sub-districtmilieu, city of Banda Aceh. There sult sof this research showed that: (1) thereisrelationship between commitment (X1) and Y which significant to correlation value 0.635. It showed that commit ment have good relation ship with collaboration of teacher, (2) the correlationship between interpersonal communication (X2) and Y were significant with correlation value 0 .535. It showed that interpersonal communication hav enormal relationship with teacher's collaboration, and (3) Relationship togetherly between interpersonal commitment and communication with teacher's collaboration sceneasbigas 0.728. In other words, the relationship between the irorganization and capability 100% have not metyet requisite of being professionally teacher and to create the collaboration sphere which it should be. It alsomean that their collaboration scene isnot completeyet so that it need to bemore in creased infuturein order to getbetter quality for elementary schools at Meuraxa sub-district, city of Banda Aceh.
