Abstract: This type of research is qualitative and data collection techniques in this study are 3: 1) Observation Techniques, 2) Interview Techniques, and 3) Documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and triangulation. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the Analysis of the Behavior of Class X ADP 3 and ADP 4 Students at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru in the Learning Process. The results showed that in general of the five indicators: observation, associative thinking and memory, rational and critical thinking, inhibition, and appreciation can be good categories in student learning behavior, only a small proportion of students who still do actions that are not in accordance with student learning behavior in the learning process, it is necessary to take the attention of parents and teachers to monitor student learning behavior so that students can apply the rules that have been determined by the school.Keyword: analysis, behavior learning, student

This study aims to describe the planning, execution, and follow-up of the academic supervision by the principal at SDN 6 Putatsari Grobogan. This research is qualitative. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques to the analysis of the groove. The process of collecting data through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The validity of the data using triangulation, triangulation method, and triangulation of researchers. The results of the research, academic supervision 1. Planning in SD Negeri 6 Putatsari produce, a. Preparation of supervision schedule, b. Preparation of Instrument, c. Compile a list of teachers who would be supervised. 2. Implementation of Academic Supervision in SD Negeri 6 Putatsari, supervisor came to the class with the instruments that have been prepared to make observations of learning while noting the incident in accordance with the instrument. 3. Follow-Up Supervision Academic SD Negeri 6 Putatsari, principal with the teachers held discussions break time in the principal’s office, teachers are given the opportunity to express their opinions about the learning process has been implemented. The headmaster shows the results of further observations provide opportunities for teachers to observe and analyze it.

This research aims to see the implementation of WhatsApp media in EFL Classroom. Researcher used qualitative descriptive data collection through observation to see the learning process that took place in WhatsApp group, then interviewed students and teacher, and finally documentation. Data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. From the research results, it can be seen that the learning process is divided into three stages, namely: 1) Planning, 2) Implementation which is divided into three stages, namely: opening, core and closing activities and 3) evaluation. In this case, students can still participate in the learning process using WhatsApp group and easily accessible, save quota and also have various features that teacher can choose to use in the learning process such as WhatsApp groups, chat messages, document files, videos or photos. In addition, there are still obstacles that faced by teacher and students such as teacher cannot observe directly, learning is not optimal, poor internet network, full cellphone memory or lack of understanding of the material.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Electronic Identity Card (e-KTP) policy in the Population and Civil Registry Office of Padangsidimpuan City. In this study using the George C Edward III implementation model that is considered very appropriate and has detailed variables. This study uses a qualitative approach to data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate, the implementation of the Electronic Identity Card (e-KTP) policy has been running since 2015. However, there are still some problems encountered. Of the 4 variables in the George C Edward III implementation model namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucrat structure. The results showed that the Disduk Capil Kota Padang Sidempuan only fulfilled 2 variables. The 2 variables are fulfilled namely disposition and bureaucrat structure. While two more variables that are not fulfilled are communication and resources.

Community participation is the main asset in achieving the government's program goals. This study aims to determine community participation in development at Baringeng Village, Soppeng regency. Therefore, to find out the objectives of this study, the researcher used descriptive qualitative research. The informants in this study were (7 peoples) using data collection techniques that were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that community participation in development at Baringeng village, Soppeng regency was in the high category. This can be viewed from several indicators, including thought participation, energy participation, property participation, skills participation, and social participation.

This study aims to analyze the use of the Whatsapp and Google Meet applications as an effort to optimize the delivery of material in distance learning at SMA N 1 Rembang.The research method used by researchers is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The data obtained are in the form of interviews, observations and school documentation. Data analysis techniques using data verification techniques, data reduction and conclusions. To check the degree of truth using source triangulation.Teacher creativity is required to make students comfortable and enjoy the learning process without having to leave home and still follow the learning process. By combining several applications will complement each other so that it becomes the perfect learning. The use of the WhatsApp and Google Meet applications in one lesson will be complete in the distance learning process. Teachers can communicate easily using WhatsApp, can explain material clearly and can monitor students with Google Meet. In addition, teachers can provide attitude assessments automatically. The process of supervision in online learning using Whatsapp and Google Meet can also be done easily.

AbstractHumans on earth need social interaction with others. Humans can use more than one language in communication. Thus, the impact that arises when the use of one or more languages is the contact between languages. One obvious form of contact between languages is interference. Interference can occur at all levels of life. As in this study, namely Indonesian Language Interference in Learning PPL Basic Thailand Unhasy Students. This study contains the form of interference that occurs in Thai students who are conducting teaching practices in the classroom. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that seeks to describe any interference that occurs in the speech of Thai students when teaching practice. Data collection methods in this study are (1) observation techniques, (2) audio-visual recording techniques using CCTV and (3) recording techniques, by recording all data that has been obtained. Whereas the data wetness uses, (1) data triangulation, (2) improvement in perseverance and (3) peer review through discussion. Data analysis techniques in this study are (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation and (4) conclusions. It can be seen that the interference that occurs includes (1) interference in phonological systems, (2) interference in morphological systems and (3) interference in syntactic systems.

The research objective was to describe the success of Mr. Yukari's palm oil trading business in Tanjung Tebat Village, Bunga Mas District, South Bengkulu Regency. There were three participants. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data used the triangulation technique. The results showed that the establishment of Mr. Yukari's business in 2014 with a capital of Rp. 150,000,000. The number of purchases of palm oil is currently 30 tonnes per day. Mr. Yukari's turnover is currently Rp. 6,000,000 per day. Mr. Yukari's current business profit is IDR 75,000,000 per month. Mr Yukari's assets are currently four transport cars, five trucks, and 13 hectares of oil palm land. The current number of employees is eleven employees. The external problem in Mr. Yukari's business is purchasing price competition. Mr. Yukari's solution is by considering price competition as a common thing and Mr. Yukari remains in his stance.

This study aims to determine the public relations strategy of Makassar State University in increasing the positive image of Makassar State University in the community. To find out these objectives, the researchers used a type of qualitative descriptive research. The informants in this study were as many as five people using data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data obtained from research results are processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Public Relations devised a strategy so that the function could run in accordance with the objectives of Makassar State University, among others, trying to create a conducive climate between institutions and the public in order to do persuasive and educative approaches to the public, trying to create two-way communication by disseminating information from institutions to public parties. educate and provide information, in order to create mutual understanding, respect, understanding and also strive to foster harmonious relations between organizations and various groups, both in and out relations to enhance cooperation. Public Relations seeks to socialize the Makassar State University mission to be accepted or received support from the public / public.

This study aim to explain phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria and describing the triggering factors of conflict Syria and the analysis of Alawie group in Syria. The type of this study uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method, because the data collection techniques used make books and documents related to the Arab spring in Syria as a reference frame, as well as some data from a valid website. Data analysis techniques through three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions in which data verification is also accompanied by triangulation of data sources. The results showed that the phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria converged on inter-ethnic conflict that occurred between the Sunni-Alawie, then triggered by the phenomenon of Arab spring that spread in the Middle East.

The objectives of this study are: (1) thematic learning planning in Raudhatul Athfal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan, (2) implementation of thematic learning in improving children's cognitive and language development in Raudhatul Athfal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan, (3) evaluation of thematic learning in Raudhatul Athfal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan , and (4) supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of thematic learning in Raudhatul Atfhal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan. This research method is qualitative conducted at Raudhatul Atfhal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan. Instrument data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used Miles and Huberman models, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The research findings show: (1) Thematic learning planning conducted by Raudhatul Atfhal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan teacher by preparing the learning implementation plan at the beginning of the semester by referring to the applicable Raudhatul Atfhal curriculum, (2) implementing thematic learning at Raudhatul Atfhal Rahmat Islamiyah The terrain is done with varied learning methods by using various kinds of games such as remembering names, achievement games, motion games, construction games and also playing roles, (3) evaluation of learning on thematic learning at Raudhatul Atfhal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan by giving a portfolio, in this case evaluated changes in behavior, children can also experience cognitive and language improvement after participating in the thematic learning process, and (4) there are supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of thematic learning but the obstacles can still be well addressed.
