Quantitative data analysis carried out included data descriptions and respondent's level of achievement in 4 (four) components, namely: context (context), input (input), product (process), output (result). Based on the results of the research that has been done, all incoming data meet the requirements for processing and analysis. Quantitative data were collected through a questionnaire consisting of 27 questions that had been tested for validity and reliability. Furthermore, the questionnaire was given to 104 students of the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality in the Department of Makeup and Beauty in 2018 which were filled in online via google form to answer the questions given about the evaluation of the implementation of practical learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, the make-up and beauty study program. . statistical data of research evaluation of the implementation of practical learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, Makeup and Beauty Education Study Program. The table above shows that the number of data (N) is 104, mean 106.66, median 107, mode 109, standard deviation 6.99, variance 48.86 range 33, minimum value 91, maximum value 124, and total Overall score of 11093. To complement the research data collected through questionnaires, the researcher also collected data by conducting interviews with several respondents, namely 4 lecturers of makeup and beauty at UNP. When conducting interviews, data were recorded and important points were recorded from the contents of the interview. Interview data were collected by researchers related to components in the evaluation of practical learning during the Covid-19 pandemic of make-up and beauty education study programs, namely components of context (context), input (input), process (process), and product (result).

Studies related to the development of instruments to measure the use of online comics as an educational media in tertiary institutions are still limited. A survey study was carried out on 60 students from various study programs at open university. The data collection was done using an online questionnaire. The data were analyzed using quantitative data analysis assisted by SPSS version 23.00 for Windows. The results of this study showed that: 1) the preparation and development of an evaluation instrument for the use of online comics for students was carried out using a theoretical development model to test seven research constructs; 2) the results of the construct validity and reliability testing indicated that the validity of the evaluation instrument for the use of online comics for students met the valid criteria because the value of r-count r-table (r-count 0.254); and 3) the reliability of the online comic use evaluation instrument for students that had been compiled and developed in this study also fulfilled the high category as indicated by the alpha Cronbach reliability coefficient of 0.980. This indicates that the instrument developed meets the requirements to be used in measuring the use of online comics for students.

This study aims to determine learning outcomes and the scientific attitudes of students at physics education study programs using virtual lab. This type of research is quantitative research. It uses descriptive statistical analysis and inferential stattistics to illustrate data learning outcomes and the scientific attitudes of students at physics education study Universitas Flores using the virtual lab. Data collection techniques used in this study were test for learning outcomes and observatory techniques for the scientific attitude. From the results of descriptive analysis for learning outcomes, it shows that the average is 75,05 in the enough category. The results of inferential statistics show t count is 2,770, sig(2-tailed) 0,011. Because the sig(2-tailed) value of 0,011 is smaller than 0,05, thus it can be concluded that use of the virtual lab influences the learning outcomes. For the scientific attitudes it shows that the average is 76,14 in the enough category. The results of inferential statistics show t count is 3,875, sig(2-tailed) 0,001. Because the sig(2-tailed) value of 0,001 is smaller than 0,05, thus it can be concluded that use of the virtual lab influences the scientific attitudes of students at physics education study Universitas Flores.Keywords: Virtual Lab, Learning Outcomes, Scientific AttitudePenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar dan sikap ilmiah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika Universitas Flores dengan menggunakan virtual laboratorium. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif , dengan analisis statistik deskfiptif dan statistik inferensial untuk menggambarkan hasil belajar dan sikap ilmiah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika Universitas Flores menggunakan Virtual Laboratorium. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen tes untuk mengukur hasil belajar serta lembar observasi untuk mengukur sikap ilmiah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika. Dari hasil analisis deskriptif untuk hasil belajar menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar mahasiswa adalah 75,05 dalam kategori cukup, sedangkan hasil statistik inferensial menunjukkan nilai t hitung 2,770, sig(2-tailed) 0,011. Karena nilai sig(2-tailed) 0,011 lebih kecil dari 0,05 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan virtual laboratorium berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar fisika mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika Universitas Flores. The backgroundof this research is because are still many errors of using conjunctions in the papers of student of the Indonesia Language and Literature education study program STKIP PGRI West Sumatera. This study aims to describe the misuse of conjunctions found in the papers of students of the Indonesian Language and Literature education study program STKIP PGRI West Sumatera. This type of research is a qualitative study using descriptive methods. The data source of this research is a paper writing scientific papers and discourse analysis of studens of Indonesian Language and Literature education study programs STKIP PGRI West Sumatera. The data in this study are errors using conjunctions in student papers. The results of data analisysis showed that in the papers written by students there were still many errors in their use. Errors of use of conjunctions obtained as many as four errors of use of conjunctions namely Pertema. Misuse of conjunctions and those placed at the beginning of sentences and excessive use of conjunctions and expressions are found in sentences. Secondly, errors in the use of conjunctions and those used at the beginning of a sentence and are not used to connect two languages in a sentence. Third, the use of conjunction errors students put the conjunction at the beginning of a sentence and is not used to connect the power between sentences. Fourth, mistakes in the use of conjunctions while those used at the beginning of a sentence, whereas this conjunction is used precisily in the middle of asentence and used to combine contradictory sentences. The most common use of conjunction errors in student papers is the use of conjunctions whereas, because many students use conjunctions while not in place ther efore the use of conjunctions used by students is declared wrong.

The research aims to study and analyze the influence of lecturer’s competence and learning process on study program competitive advantage either in simultaneous and partiality at private higher education in North Sumatera. This research was conducted by census methods over 44 S1 Management studies in Private Higher Education Kopertis of Regional I North Sumatera. The data used in this research were primary data collected by questioners. The research respondents were head and students of study programs.  The validity and reliability of the data was tested before hypothesis testing. The data analysis for hypothesis testing was the path analysis. This research concludes that: the role of lecturer’s competence and learning process influential significantly toward study program competitive advantage. Partially from both independent variables, the influence of lecturer’s competence toward study program competitive advantage is greater than learning process.

This research is Classroom Action Research which will be carried out in two cycles and through several stages in each cycle, namely planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in mathematics learning outcomes of STKIP Muhammadiyah Enrekang students through the development of vocational mathematics modules. The subjects of this study were the fourth semester students of the 2018/2019 academic year study program in mathematics, totaling 10 people. The data collection technique that will be used is a test of student learning outcomes conducted at the end of each cycle, observation, reflection and student responses. The implementation plan begins with asking questions, thinking together and answering; 2) Application of the development of vocational mathematics modules about improving the learning outcomes of the mathematics education study program STKIP Muhammadiyah Enrekang. The goals and objectives of education held at the mathematics education study program of STKIP Muhammadiyah Enrekang can be achieved well, in order to produce vocational math modules for mathematics education study programs.

ABSTRACT This study aims to understand the positive relationship between cosmetology and fashion courses with entrepreneurial Make Up Artist services for graduates and students of Medan State University Dance Education. The theoretical foundation in this paper is used as a guideline in writing a thesis consisting of cosmetology theory (Harymawan, 1993: 134), namely makeup is the art of using cosmetic materials to provide makeup or changes to the players on stage or stage with the appropriate atmosphere and naturally, the fashion code of Endang Caturwati (1996: 36), what is meant by clothing is everything that a person wears, consisting of clothing and accessories (accessories) and identical to the word costume, and entrepreneurial theory Thomas W. Zimmerer in Suryana (2011: 19) states entrepreneurship is the process of applying creativity and innovation in solving problems and finding opportunities to improve life or business. This research was conducted in November to January 2017. The data obtained were analyzed using quantitative data analysis using the Product Moment Correlation formula. The location of the study was conducted in the Dance Education Study Program at the Language and Arts Faculty of Sendratasik, Medan State University, Jl. Williem Iskandar Pasar V Medan Estate. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that cosmetology and fashion subjects make an effective contribution of 80.7% towards entrepreneurship for Make Up Artist services, it can be seen that the cosmetology courses really pay attention to the shape of the face with the desired makeup as well as the fashion where the subject provides knowledge about the differences in traditional clothing and creative clothing, so graduates and students are motivated to apply and hone the ability to become a make up  artist service. Keywords: Makeup and Clothing, Make Up Artist Entrepreneurship Services. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetaui hubungan positif antara matakuliah tata rias dan busana dengan kewirausahaan jasa  Make Up Artist pada lulusan dan mahasiswa Pendidikan Tari Universitas Negeri Medan. Landasan teoritis dalam skripsi ini dijadikan pedoman dalam penulisan skripsi yang terdiri dari teori tata rias (Harymawan,1993:134) yaitu Tata rias adalah seni menggunakan bahan-bahan kosmetika untuk memberikan dandanan atau perubahan pada para pemain di atas panggung atau pentas dengan suasana yang sesuai dan wajar, tata busana Endang Caturwati (1996:36), yang dimaksud dengan busana adalah segala yang dikenakan seseorang, yang terdiri dari pakaian dan perlengkapannya (accessories) dan identik dengan kata kostum, dan teori kewirausahaan Thomas W. Zimmerer dalam Suryana (2011:19) menyatakan kewirausahaan adalah proses penerapan kreativitas dan inovasi dalam memecahkan persoalan dan menemukan peluang untuk memperbaiki kehidupan atau usaha. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Nopember sampai dengan Januari 2017. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rumus Korelasi Product Moment Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Prodi Pendidikan Tari Jurusan Sendratasik Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni Universitas Negeri Medan, Jl. Williem Iskandar Pasar V Medan Estate. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa matakuliah tata rias dan busana memberi sumbangan efektif sebesar 80,7% terhadap kewirausahaab jasa Make Up Artist, hal ini dapat dilihat bahwa matakuliah tata rias benar-benar memperhatikan bentuk wajah dengan dengan rias yang diinginkan begitu juga dengan tata  busana yang mana matakuliah tersebut memberikan pengetahuan tentang perbedaan busana adat dan busana kreasi, sehingga lulusan dan mahasiswa termotivasi untuk mengaplikasikan dan mengasah kemampuan untuk menjadi seorang make up artist.  Kata kunci : Tata Rias dan Busana, Kewirausahaan Jasa Make Up Artist.

The background of this research problem is not the maximum grade students of Electronics Engineering Education UNP. This research is a correlational study. The research objective is to reveal how much contribution the use of Wi-Fi and students' attitudes toward student achievement index. The study population numbered 337 people and the sample amounted to 72 students Prodi Electronics Engineering Education at the Department of Electronics Engineering FT-UNP. The sampling technique is done nonprobability Sampling Design withdrawal technique is by incidental sampling technique. Data on student achievement index obtained from students Prodi Electronics Engineering Education at the Department of Electronics Engineering FT-UNP. While data Utilization Wi-Fi facilities and students' learning attitudes collected through questionnaires distributed to students by using a Likert scale has been tested for validity and reliability. The result showed that (1) the use of facilities WI-Fi Influential significantly influence the attitude of students' study program Engineering Education Elktronika UNP 11.32%, (2) use of WI-Fi facilities contribute significantly to the achievement index of Technical Education Study Program UNP Elktronika of 15.14%, (3) the attitude of student learning contribute significantly to the achievement index mahsiswa Education Study program Electrical Engineering UNP by 20.07%. So it can be concluded that the use of the facilities WI-Fi and Attitude of Student Learning Contribute to the achievement index mahsiswa Engineering Education Study program Elktronika UNP, the increasing use of Wi-Fi and the higher the students' learning attitude, the higher the grade the student%. KeyWord :       students motivation, management of the class by the teacher, learning outcomes.

One of the duties of the lecturer is to evaluate learning. Lecturers who conduct evaluations of learning well will encourage students to have self-confidence, improve achievement and have hopes of achieving the future. Lecturers as good evaluators have a big impact on students. Evaluation of good learning is done through a good process. First, the measurement is preceded by marking using numbers that are learned by using tests to measure cognitive aspects and using non-tests to measure affective and psychomotor aspects and then interpreting and evaluating. Second, an assessment is carried out, namely the interpretation of the measurement results, for example students who have a value of 90 are included in the good. Evaluation of learning, namely the provision of data based on measurement and assessment.So the method used in this study is descriptive research method about the Implementation of Learning Evaluation by Lecturers at STT Kristus Alfa Omega Semarang This Odd Semester 2018/2019 Academic Year wants to know the level of learning evaluation conducted by lecturers of Christian Education study programs at STT Kristus Alfa Omega Semarang without making comparisons or relationships with other variables.The sound of the first hypothesis is thus, the sound of the first hypothesis is the level of the expected level of implementation of learning evaluation by the lecturer of odd semester Christian Education Education Study Program 2018/2019 in STT Kristus Alfa Omega Semarang in the medium category equal to 60% of the maximum value not accepted .Based on the results of the research item which states "Lecturers provide criteria for assessing numbers: very good, good or not good" has a very low value of 54. This indicates that the lecturer does not provide assessment criteria. The results of this study which stated "Lecturers provide information to students about things that need to be improved" this gets a low score, meaning that the lecturers do not provide information to students about things that need to be improved in relation to the results of tests and non tests that they do.

The research aims to know the produce e-learning Microsoft sway based on the local culture and the effectiveness of the implementation of media in accounting and economics learning at Universitas PGRI Madiun. This research was conducted in Accounting Education Study Program and Economic Education Study Program of Universitas PGRI Madiun, uses research and development method. It was started by preliminary study, then continued with media development stage. The media developed was tested in the two study programs. The trial test result was analyzed, then based on the analysis result, the media and instrument were improved. Media that has been improved to be final media then re-implemented in learning in the two study programs. The results of research show that the development of e-learning microsoft sway based on local culture and the effectiveness of media implementation in economic and accounting learning at Universitas PGRI Madiun run smoothly and effectively, and give positive impact on learning process.
