Abstract The purpose of this study is to describe results of the analysis of creative Piring Dance at Syofyani's studio in the Case Study of Dance Accompaniment which is viewed from the relationship of the dance movements to the music rhythm. This type of research was qualitative research with using a content analysis approach. The instrument of this research was the researcher and it was assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery, camera and laptop. The types of data used were primary and secondary data. Techniques of data collection were conducted by doing library research, observation, interviews and documentation. The steps to analyze data were done by collecting data, listening to audio recording, playing music, transcribing and analyzing scores. The result shows that music and Piring dance is made based on "Alam Takambang Takambang jadi Guru", therefore the process that is passed by imagining (visualizing) the movement of the dance , it is like stretching a shade (weaving place) then describing the movement above the shade. Music and Piring Dance are also made based on the nuance of music and dance that are presented and related in rhythmic between music and dance. Based on the rhythmic relationship between music and dance, there are several parts of music and dance that have strong accents so that it support the rhythm that is shown from music and dance from the intro section, core A and B and their variations. B rhythmic which is used in music uses more of a 2/4 with a different tempo from the beginning to the final climax. Keywords: analysis, creative Piring dance, syofyani studio, dance accompaniment music.

This study aims to discuss the delaying of inherited wealth distribution and its impact: a case study of family fair in Medan City. This study is field study (field research) which starts from a case that is used as primary data. Then the discussion is supported by secondary data in the form of library research taken from al-Quran and Hadith, fiqh books relating to inheritance issues, including Law NO. 1 of 1974, and Compilation of Islamic Law and other written sources related to it. To get primary data in the field about the case being discussed, the writer interviewed the heirs left by the late Soehermanto. In addition, the authors also interviewed 5 scholars, in this case the authors chose FS UIN SU lecturers who according to the authors are representatives of scholars in Medan City, to explore their opinions on the issue of delaying the distribution of inheritance and its consequences. The result shows that there is a tendency to postpone the distribution of inheritance as has happened in the midst of the community, including in North Sumatera, especially in the city of Medan, which in turn causes injustice and unhappiness in the relationship of brotherhood and kinship. This delay is caused by the lack of knowledge and practice of one's religion, in addition to the system and perspective of the community, including the heirs, especially the children of the heirs, who are always overwhelmed by reluctance, gratitude, fear of being said to be unfilial, and ashamed with the community if "noisy" in matters of inheritance

This study aims to examine or analyze the proposition  on the brand image of noodles and meatballs   in   lumajang based   on   psycholinguistic   review.   Research   on   language proposition  on  brand  image  using  qualitative  research type and  designed  using  case study design. The relationship between the arguments  and predictions  that emerged in the research data  showed varied  languages. The contents  of the proposition  on the brand image of "bakso beranak", "mie nyonyor" and demon noodles show a logical and detailed relationship between  each  argument  and  predication. The content  of the brand  image proposition  "baksojudes"  does not indicate the relation  of argument  and predication. The interproposition   relationship   of   "bakso   beranak"   shows   the   description    of   the presentation. The interproposition relationship of "bakso judes", "mie nyonyor", and "mie iblis"  shows descriptions  of taste.  The uniqueness  of the proposition's contents  on the "meatballs  beranak" shows the description  of the packaging  and  form of presentation. The uniqueness  of the proposition's content on "bakso judes", "mie nyonyor ", and "mie iblis"   shows   a   flavor description, so that the brand can attract consumers.

The current Portuguese language teaching models make the students see the language as a mere curricular component, leading to the student/subject dichotomization. When the student prevails, we notice the lack of argumentative consistency in the dissertative texts, which is correlated to the discursive subject, through reflective thinking. So, are our guiding questions: do the texts produced by the last year students of the law course have argumentative consistency? What is the relationship of the discursive subject with the ease or difficulty of arguing? We present a cut of a larger qualitative research carried out with students of the fifth year of the Law course. Our objective was to analyze, in the light of the content analysis, the argumentative consistency and, consequently, the discursive subject in the textual productions investigated. The results point out that the respondents clearly take writing as a bureaucratic activity, with an absence of argumentative consistency, without disclosing the discursive subject.

Buyung dance is rarely displayed and has begun to be unknown to the public. Also, children, today prefer foreign culture and dance. As a result, the existence of Buyung dance is only limited to recognition, without the benefits that can be felt. The absence of written guidelines in each of the Buyung dance movements is very interesting for researchers to analyze the relationship of the Buyung dance movements with mathematics. This type of research used in this study is qualitative research. In qualitative research, the instrument is the researcher himself and cannot be replaced by others. Data collection techniques used in this study through the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Every hand movement of the dancers and movements between dancers to one another makes the movements of the dances neat and attractive following the Frieze Group, with four frieze patterns found in the dances of the pitchers.

This study aims to determine the cohesion marker used in the Cinta Suci Zahrana novel especially in the last chapter titled Cinta Suci Zahrana. This research uses qualitative research method with content analysis technique. The data in this research is cohesion in Novel Cinta Suci Zahrana by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. The source of data is the novel of Cinta Suci Zahrana by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. The data on the cohesion in the novel of the Cinta Suci Zahrana by Habiburrahman El Shirazy is analyzed by steps in tracking the relationship of every two sentences in pairs, ie the relationship between a sentence with a preceding sentence characterized by the use of the cohesion marker. The results of research based on cohesion mechanisms between the sentences contained in the novel Cinta Suci Zahrana by Habiburrahman El Shirazy there is a grammatical cohesion which includes referring, replacing, and sequencing. This study aims to find out how far the limits of city influence on the surrounding area (case study: Manado City, Bitung City, Tomohon City, and Kotamobagu City). The data used in this research is secondary data. The variables measured in this study include population (soul) and distance (km). In this research the analysis used is Breaking Point. The study took place from October to April starting from preparation, data collection, to the production of research results. The location of the research was conducted in Manado City. The results showed that the development of City Region (BWK) of Manado City, Bitung, Tomohon, and Kotamobagu, has different influence limits. BWK Manado City Center has a stronger boundary of influence over Airmadidi, Tondano Utara, Bitung and Amurang areas. BWK Bitung City Center has stronger limits of influence, especially on Kauditan and Airmadidi areas. While the area of Manado has lower influence limits. The limits of influence of BWK Tomohon City Center have a stronger boundary effect on North Tondano and Sonder areas. While the area of Manado has lower influence limits. Similarly, the Influence Limits of BWK Kotamobagu City Center has a stronger influence limit on the Amurang and Tutuyan areas. Then the relationship of the four cities shows that Manado City has more influence than Bitung, Tomohon and Kotamobagu.

<p class="06IsiAbstrak">The focus of this paper is on Josef Van Ess's The Logical Structure of Islamic Theology. An important argument regarding the thought of <em>kalam </em>is that it fully involves the relationship of revelation, reason, and human experience. This writing aims to answer the question whether the discipline of kalam in its logical structure is derived from Greco-Roman or archetypes from the Islamic tradition? This writing includes a qualitative research cluster involving library research, then the <em>ma'na-cum-maghza</em> approach through the stages of data reduction, data exposure, and drawing <em>conclusions</em> or verification. The result of the conclusion is that Ess's opinion always changes and improves the statement regarding the nominalistic term kalam, although according to Ess it is not impossible that the science of kalam and its spectrum such as Islamic Law technically reflects Greco-Roman rhetoric and is preserved in Islamic Tradition.</p>

AbstractThis study discusses the relation between religion and democracy; critical examination of the existence of Islamic parties in Indonesia. This study is a qualitative study based on library (library research). The approach used is descriptive qualitative which aims to illustrate or describe the reality that exists or what is happening or the actual reality of the object under study. Then interpreted in the form of a report. The approach used is the cultural anthropology approach. The results of this study indicate that Muslims interpret the relationship of religion and democracy to occur in three models, namely the negative, neutral and positive models. In the context of Islamic political parties in Indonesia, the basic problem is the inability of parties to package democratic issues, starting from the emergence of religious sentiment, politicization of religion, political pragmatism in PKS parties. Furthermore, the PPP party has problems with party regeneration, leadership dualism, and political attitudes. Whereas the UN party is seen in the absence of a leader figure and political culture.Keywords: Religion, Democracy, Islamic Party AbstrakStudi ini membahas tentang relasi agama dan demokrasi; telaah kritis eksistensi Partai-Partai Islam di Indonesia. Kajian ini merupakan studi kualitatif berbasis kepustakaan (library research). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memberi gambaran atau mendeskripsikan kenyataan yang ada atau apa yang terjadi atau kenyataan sebenarnya pada obyek yang diteliti. Kemudian diinterprestasikan dalam bentuk laporan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan antropologi budaya. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa kaum muslim memaknai bahwa relasi agama dan demokrasi terjadi dalam tiga model, yakni model negatif, netral, dan positif. Dalam konteks partai-partai politik Islam di Indonesia, problem mendasar adalah ketidakmampuan partai dalam mengemas isu-isu demokrasi, mulai dari muncul sentimen keagamaan, politisasi agama, pragmatisme politik pada partai PKS. Selanjutnya pada partai PPP terdapat masalah pada kaderisasi partai, dualisme kepemimpinan, dan sikap politik. Sedangkan pada partai PBB terlihat pada ketiadaan figur pemimpin  dan kultur politik.Kata Kunci: Agama, Demokrasi, Partai Islam

The retail market in Vietnam continues to grow with the entry of foreign retail brands and the strong rise of domestic businesses in expanding distribution networks and conquering consumer confidence. The appearance of more retail brands has created a fiercely competitive market. Based on the outcomes of previous research results on brand choice intention combined with a customer survey, the paper proposes an analytical framework and scales to examine the relationship of five elements including store image, price perception, risk perception, brand attitudes, brand awareness and retail brand choice intention with a case study of the Hanoi-based Circle K convenience store chain. These five elements are the precondition for retail businesses to develop their brands so as to attract customers.
