ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to determine whether is  minimum of one variables influence from personality, family environment, opportunities, and incomes towards entrepreneurship interest student of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Islam, IAIN Purwokerto. Data used in this research is primary data through questionnaire, interview, and observation. The sampling technique is Purposive Sampling which is calculated with Slovin formula’s. The data analysis by quantitative with multiple linear regression method using SPSS 17.0 for windows. The result of this study shows that personal variable, famlily environment, opportunities, and incomes is take effect simultaneously on entrepreneurship interest student of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Islam, IAIN Purwokerto. Partially, personal variable, and opportunities isn’t effect to entrepreneurhip interest student the Faculty of Economics and Business of Islam, IAIN Purwokerto, and family environment variable, and incomes is take effect to entrepreneurhip interest student the Faculty of Economics and Business of Islam, IAIN Purwokerto. The result of this reseach in a determination coefficient amont 0,79%, the mean is 79% variation entrepreneurship interest student the Faculty of Economics and Business of Islam, IAIN Purwokerto can be explain with independent variable which cover personality, family environment, opportunities, and incomes, and the rest explained by other varibles outside the regression model. The research has a purpose to determine the effect of the variables (1)E-commerce, (2)the use of accounting information systems and (3)business capital on student decision making for entrepreneurship. The research method uses quantitative. The study used primary data with a questionnaire. Students of the accounting study program at Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo University with as many as 88 respondents were the population in this study. Used purposive sampling technique in determining the sample.assistance software SPSS version 23.0in data processing. In analyzing the data using multiple linear regression method. The results of the study prove that (1)E-commerce and (2)the use of accounting information systems have an influence on students' decision making for entrepreneurship, while (3)Business capital has no influence on entrepreneurial decisions.

This study is to examine the influence of leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance. Population in this research was the entire employees of Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Besuki, Situbondo, Indonesia which was about 295 peoples. Then, the researcher applied probability random sampling technique to select 170 respondents as the sampling. The researcher analyzed the data by applying multiple linear regression method. The result shows that leadership and job satisfaction contribute positive and significant effect on employee performance, while organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance.

Business people experience very tough competition. Every shipping business actor is required to be sensitive to any changes that occur and prioritize customer satisfaction as the main goal. This study aims to identify and explain customer satisfaction in terms of service quality, trustworthiness, and timeliness of delivery of J&T Express Delanggu customers. The research sampling technique used accidental sampling of 100 consumers with multiple linear regression method. The results of this study are service quality, trustworthiness, and punctuality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction J&T Express Delanggu. Partially each variable, namely service quality, trustworthiness, and timeliness have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at J&T Express Delanggu. Customer satisfaction variables can be explained by the variable product quality, brand image and service by 31.7% and others are influenced by other variables. Purpose The purpose of this paper is to determine what factors may affect taxpayer (TP) compliance. Design/methodology/approach This research uses five independent variables such as income, TP’s perception on tax penalties, law and enforcement, fair tax treatment and the use of tax money in a transparent and accountable way. The dependent variable is the compliance of individual TPs non-employees. The data used are primary data obtained from questionnaires on KPP Surabaya Rungkut and processed using a multiple linear regression method with SPSS 21.0 Software for Windows. Findings The results show that partially income does not affect the compliance of individual TP non-employees; however, four other independent variables on the TP’s perception of penalties, law enforcement, tax treatment and the use of tax money simultaneously had a positive effect. Originality/value All independent variables had a positive effect on compliance by individual TP non-employees on KPP Surabaya Rungkut.

The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of the quality of human resource services of Islamic banks on customer satisfaction. The analysis technique used in this study is the multiple linear regression method. Data collection in this study combines the questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique used in this study is accidental sampling method. The results show that there is a quality of the human resources of Islamic banks have an influence on the level of customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. While partially, only guarantees only variable that has a significant effect. This research do the analyzes afterwords several factors that can affect purchasing decisions in lesehan bebek goreng asli gunung kidul. The research objectives will be achieved from this study: (1) to find out the effect of word of mouth, brand awareness and region of origin partially and simultaneously as well as the most dominant factors on purchasing decisions in lesehan bebek goreng asli gunung kidul. The population in this study were 34.,322 people in Purwomartani village. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling as many as 100 samples. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression method. The results of the study are as follows: (1) factors consisting of Word of Mouth, Brand Awareness, and Region Of Origin simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions in lesehan bebek goreng asli gunung kidul, (2) all factors consisting of Word Of Mouth, Brand Awareness, and Region Of Origin partially have a significant influence on purchasing decisions in lesehan bebek goreng asli gunung kidul, (3) factors that have a dominant influence on purchasing decisions in lesehan bebek goreng asli gunung kidul are regions of origin.

This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the Dinas Penanaman Modal and Pelayanan Terpadu satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) of Padang City. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The number of samples is 40 respondents where the number of samples is equal to the number of population so that the total sampling technique is used for sampling. The analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression method and hypothesis testing using the t test (partial). The results showed that the Job Satisfaction variable had no effect and was not significant for OCB with the acquisition of the calculated t value of 0.443 < t table 1.687, and the sig value of 0.660 > 0.05. While the organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on OCB, with the acquisition of t count equal to 9.325 < t table 1.687, and the value of sig 0,000 > 0.05. This means that the willingness of employees to conduct OCB behavior is based more on their commitment to the Dinas Penanaman Modal and Pelayanan Terpadu satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) of the padang city than their job satisfaction.

This article describes the effect of consumer dissatisfaction and the need to find variations on the behavior of online store switching from Tokopedia to Lazada. Samples were 95 respondents who are students of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Medan with purposive sampling as a sampling technique. The questionnaire was employed as a data collection tool and then analyzed by multiple linear regression method. The result of the regression is Y = 0.723 + 0.371X1 + 0.435X2 + ε. The result of F test (43.413) shows that consumer dissatisfaction and the need to find variation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the behavior of consumer switch from Tokopedia to Lazada. Partially, consumer dissatisfaction (3.368) and the need for variation (4.638) have a positive and significant effect on consumer switching behavior from Tokopedia to Lazada. The determination coefficient (R2) is 0.486 which means that 48.6% consumer dissatisfaction and the need to find variation can explain the behavior of consumer switching. The remaining 51.4% explained by other variables outside the study. Online marketers should pay attention to these two variables in developing their business strategies to keep customers moving from an online store to another.

The purpose of this study is examined the influence of the composition of the board of commissioners toward the performance of companies from three different aspects; return stock market aspects, ROA aspects of accounting, and accounting aspects and market TobinsQ. This research had a sample of 400 financial records from 400 companies with the period of 2010 to 2013. This research used multiple linear regression method. The independent variable is the number of commissioners and the number of independent commissioners. Moderating variables of this research was the size of the company. The dependent variable was the performance of this company with the company RET measurements, ROA, TobinsQ. The results of this study indicated that for RET, the board had  significant negative effect, as well as independent directors had not significant positive effect, while the influence of the board of commissioners of the smaller companies were not exhibited significantly negative. The commissioners had not significant positive effect, independent commissioner had significant positive effect, as well as the board of commissioners had not significant negative effect on the performance of smaller companies to ROA. Research on Tobins Q, the board has a significant positive effect. Independent commissioner also had positive and significant, and the board of commissioners has no significant negative effect on the performance of smaller companies.

This study aimed to determine the effect of productive endowment on community welfare in Matang Panyang. This study used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents who were selected using the Purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used was a simple linear regression method with the help of EVIEWS. Based on the test of the correlation coefficient of 0.837835, it showed that productive endowment had a strong relationship to improve community welfare. Based on the coefficient determination test, it showed that productive endowment had an effect of 70.19% on community welfare. From the results of the study, it revealed that productive endowment (X) significantly influenced the welfare community (Y). Based on the t-value of 8.120918 and the t-table value of 2.04841 with a significant level of 0.0000, it concluded that these tests accepted Ha and rejected Ho.
