The world is facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0, where everything is connected to machines. In realizing human resources that are ready for the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, the government makes several efforts through education. Character is one of the cornerstones of the progress of a nation. Character is not inherited from birth but needs to be nurtured to grow into the nation's character. The character can be formed through school education in geography subjects. Learning geography will introduce students to the area where they are located. Thus, geography can develop religious, nationalist, independent, cooperative, and integrity characters who love the homeland. This study aims to determine the character of students in the development of character-based learning media. This research was conducted at the Geography MGMP of SMA in Langsa City and East Aceh Regency, totalling 27 teachers. Data collection techniques are interviews and information on the types of learning media on geography material in high school and the characters needed to study geography. The research results are (1) Teachers choose 83% of high school geography materials that require video as a learning medium. Videos are considered capable of providing explanations in the form of images with movement and sound. Thus, videos can help students understand geography material; (2) Interactive multimedia is a suitable medium to foster independent character in students. This media is interactive where the media will present material or information according to what students want; therefore, teachers must develop interactive multimedia for their students; (3) Teachers have the same difficulty in developing geography learning media. The difficulty is the lack of skills in the use of IT technology. Keywords: Learning Media, Character Education, Geography Education, Digital Revolution

According to many, India has the potential to become one of the largest digitized economies in the world. By end of 2016, most sectors in the Indian economy ranging from healthcare to education, banking and finance as well as retail will face challenges and opportunities through digital disruption. In this fast changing scenario, the euphoria of new marketing opportunities may however be dampened by the reality of considering how sustainable such digital disruptions will be in the long run. One key element in this sustainability is the network readiness of the economy. The World Economic Forum publishes Networked Readiness Rankings for all economies where India is ranked 89 out of 143 countries for the year 2015 and India’s rank has been declining consistently declining since 2013. This is a clear indication that despite the digital revolution which is now called the fourth industrial revolution, India may not be able to harness its full potential if the networked readiness of the country does not improve. The services sector of the Indian economy which contributes close to 60 per cent of the Gross Domestic Product should see incremental growth as the networked readiness improves. This paper seeks to examine this relationship as well as the reasons for the declining rank on Network Readiness. Only when such challenges are addressed both by the private sector as well as the Government can we be confident that the digital disruption will indeed add a long run value for the economy.

The world stands on the precarious edge of an innovative transformation that will on a very basic level modify the manner in which we live, work, and identify with each other. In its scale, degree, and unpredictability, the change will be not normal for anything mankind has encountered previously. We don't yet know exactly how it will unfurl, however one thing is clear: the reaction to it should be incorporated and exhaustive, including all partners of the worldwide nation, from the general population and private segments to the scholarly community and common society. It is The Fourth Industrial Revolution, the digital revolution. The digital revolution has opened way for many impacts. All of the emirates are experiencing the effects of the “Fourth Industrial Revolution.” This revolution reflects the velocity, scope, and systems impact of a digital transformation that is changing economies, jobs, and work as it is currently known. Characteristics of the revolution include a fusion of technologies across the physical, digital, and biological spheres.

I have tried in this book to summarize where the world economy has come from in the past three centuries and to set out the core of the agenda that lies before us as we face the century ahead. This century, for the first time since the mid-18th century, will come to be dominated by stagnant or falling populations. The conclusions at which I have arrived can usefully be divided in two parts: one relates to what can be called the political economy of the 21st century; the other relates to the links between the problem of the United States playing steadily the role of critical margin on the world scene and moving at home toward a solution to the multiple facets of the urban problem. As for the political economy of the 21st century, the following points relate both to U.S. domestic policy and U.S. policy within the OECD, APEC, OAS, and other relevant international organizations. There is a good chance that the economic rise of China and Asia as well as Latin America, plus the convergence of economic stagnation and population increase in Africa, will raise for a time the relative prices of food and industrial materials, as well as lead to an increase in expen ditures in support of the environment. This should occur in the early part of the next century, If corrective action is taken in the private markets and the political process, these strains on the supply side should diminish with the passage of time, the advance of science and innovation, and the progressively reduced rate of population increase. The government, the universities, the private sector, and the professions might soon place on their common agenda the delicate balance of maintaining full employment with stagnant or falling populations. The existing literature, which largely stems from the 1930s, is quite illuminating but inadequate. And the experience with stagnant or falling population in the the world economy during post-Industrial Revolution times is extremely limited. This is a subject best approached in the United States on a bipartisan basis, abroad as an international problem. It is much too serious to be dealt with, as it is at present, as a domestic political football.

At present, many problems that occur in the school environment are mainly related to the low character values. There is a lot of cheating in the National Examination, student fights, child abuse, drug abuse, corruption, and various other social riots. From a number of these problems can be asked the question "what is the effect of character education on the entrepreneurial readiness of Vocational High School (SMK) students?". To answer these questions, research needs to be held. This research was conducted through a literature review of references and relevant research results, and continued through focus group discussion (FGD). The research found: (1) there is an influence of character education on the level of entrepreneurial readiness of vocational students; (2) character education values that influence entrepreneurial readiness, are creative, independent, honest, cooperative, curiosity, disciplined, courageous to take risks, strong motivation for success, communicative, realistic, commitment, never give up, oriented to action, leadership, and innovation; (3)Vocational students must obtain character education in accordance with the character possessed by an entrepreneur. Because in character education includes discipline, honesty, cooperation, curiosity, creativity and independence, almost all must also be owned by an entrepreneur; (4) The relationship between vocational students who already have character education will grow a mentality for entrepreneurship; andEntrepreneurial readiness is influenced by four dimensions of entrepreneurial readiness, namely intention, ability, learning and attraction; and (5)In order for entrepreneurial readiness to be realized optimally, there must be support from the government, changes in various theories that lead to improvement, and open to various developing innovations.

The industrial revolution marked by the term "Age Now" which is rife over the rapid advances in technology will certainly always bring negative changes to society in general and students in particular. It is characterized by negative behaviors that we often encounter in students who lack morality or morality. The reality is also indisputable because the flow of technology will increasingly develop according to modern times. One effort to filter the heavy behavior of the negative is the world of education, which is expected not only to be able to educate, provide the ability to live better in the future, but also able to improve moral eroded by the flow of negative changes. The 2013 curriculum carried by the government is an effort to realize students who are not only qualified on the cognitive side, but also excel in psychomotor and affective students. So, this paper raises the authors of the many problems of teachers about the 2013 Curriculum Scientific Approach with descriptive qualitative research methods through the study of library reseach.

Since the last 100 years, physicians from many countries have been taking collective action. However, the media, civic groups, and the government have denounced them as inhuman and unethical. This study comprehensively analyzed the background and results of physicians’ collective actions that occurred in countries around the world, and reviewed the issues surrounding them. Among 314 cases in 70 countries discussed in the literature, 180 cases in 65 countries were analyzed. Of these 180 cases, 111 (61.7%) were successful, indicating that collective action has brought favorable results to physicians. Furthermore, 177 out of 301 requirements brought favorable results (58.8%). The main reason for collective actions was ‘improvement of working conditions’, which includes improving the medical and the reimbursement systems, adjusting working hours and wages, increasing manpower, supporting medical research, and improving other working environment and conditions. This study is significant because it provides statistical data on the causes and results of collective actions taken by physicians in countries around the world.
