This study aims to 1) find out whether the chemistry teaching materials used in high school on thermochemistry materials have been project-based, 2) find out whether the thermochemistry learning modules developed have met project-based studies, 3) find out whether the thermochemistry teaching materials developed have met the module requirements, 4) find out whether the chemistry learning module developed on thermochemical material is in accordance with the criteria set by the BSNP, and 5) find out how students respond to aspects of the appearance, material, and benefits of project-based thermochemical modules. The research method is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model. The sample set in this research is 1) Chemistry Lecturer at State University of Medan as many as 3 people, 2) Chemistry teacher at SMA Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan as many as 3 people, and 3) Class XI science students at SMA Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan in 1 class with 20 students. person. The results of the analysis of teaching materials in schools show that books A and C are not based on Project Based Learning with a value of 1.44. Meanwhile book B deserves to be a Project Based Learning book with a value of 2.66. The results of the validation (syntax) of the PjBL model in the module obtained a content aspect score of 3.12 with appropriate criteria. In terms of the activity aspect, it has a score of 3.30, the condition aspect has a score of 3.50, and the outcome aspect has a score of 3.50 and the criteria are very feasible. The results of the BSNP standardization obtained a content feasibility value of 2.98 with appropriate criteria; and presentation feasibility 3.36; chart feasibility 3.33; the feasibility of the language is 3.36 with very feasible criteria so that the score of the four aspects of eligibility is 3.26 with very feasible criteria. It can be concluded that the developed module is suitable for use as teaching materials.

Abstract Development research has been carried out to produce teaching materials for basic chemistry learning materials based on STEM in a wetland context to improve scientific literacy that is valid, practical, and effective. This type of research is Research and Development (R & R&D) with a 4D development model modified into 3D (define, design, and develop). The trial of the developed teaching materials was carried out in a class in the first Basic Chemistry course consisting of 28 students. Data collection techniques used validation sheets, readability questionnaires, response questionnaires, observation sheets, and scientific literacy tests. Data analysis used descriptive analysis. The results showed that the developed teaching materials had met the following criteria: (1) Valid; judging from the value of the feasibility aspects of content, presentation, language, and media, each of which obtained very valid criteria. (2) Practical; reviewed from the results of the readability of teaching materials in individual and small group tests, the criteria are practical and very practical. Students’ responses to teaching materials have very practical criteria, and observations of the ability of teachers to use teaching materials and manage their respective classes get very good criteria. (3) Effective, seen from the results of the N-gain scientific literacy showing a high increase. With the results of this development, it can be said that the STEM-based teaching materials for basic chemistry learning to improve scientific literacy in the context of wetlands are suitable as teaching materials.

AbstractThis study aims to develop chemoentrepreneurship oriented chemistry learning modules (CEP) on polymer materials in class XII SMA / MA. This research was conducted at the Chemistry  Education Campus of the Teaching and Education Faculty (FKIP) of Riau University. When the research began in September-December 2019. This study uses a type of Research and Development (RnD) research with a 4D research model consisting of 4 stages namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. In this study, researchers only reached the development stage. Data collection instruments in the form of validation sheets and respondent sheets. Data analysis was performed using evaluation criteria for the level of validity, the level of practicality by the teacher and the level of attractiveness according to students. The results of the chemoentrepreneurship oriented chemistry learning module (CEP) on polymeric materials get a value of 92.35%. with valid criteria, the teacher's response as a user to the practicality of the module gets a value of 91.67% and the response of students as users to the attractiveness of the module gets a value of 90.67% with interesting criteria. Thus, chemoentrepreneurship oriented chemistry learning modules (CEP) in the grade XII SMA / MA polymer materials have been well developed and ready to be implemented on a broader scale.

 Learning media is one of the determinants of success in the learning process in school. The use of learning media will greatly help the effectiveness of the learning process and add one of the teaching materials that can be used by students in learning. But the role of learning media will not be seen if its use is not in accordance with the learning objectives that have been formulated. Students find it difficult to connect the concepts contained in the material, then students find it difficult to understand the material concepts. The material on biology teaching materials used is like narration, language that is difficult to understand, and the appearance is less attractive. To overcome this problem, the teacher needs to develop teaching materials that are expected to be interesting and easy to understand by students in understanding the concepts contained in biology learning material. Teaching materials developed are Handouts. This research is Development Research conducted at FMIPA UNP and Padang Junior High School 23, using the Plomp development model (2013). The subject of this study consisted of 2 lecturers of Biology Department FMIPA UNP, 1 Biology teacher at SMP 23 Padang, and 29 students in grade VII of SMP 23 Padang. The data in this study are data obtained from the validity test questionnaire and practicality test. This data includes primary data, namely data obtained directly from the research subject.From the research, produced a nuanced handout of drawings and concept maps of living class classification material for class VII students of SMP which were categorized as valid with a value of 4.50, stated to be very practical with a value of 4.60 by the teacher and very practical with a value of 4.40 by participants student.

Creativity activities and time in the process of learning curling hair design is not balanced with the achievement of learning so it is necessary learning media in the form of modules. The purpose of this research is to produce a print module based on Project Based Learning that  can help students learn independently in an effort to improve the creativity of learning outcomes and practices. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with  Four-D development model. Research subjects  of students in grade XI  Beauty  System Smk Swasta PAB 12  school year 2020/2021. The results of the development research obtained are: (1)  Project Based  Learning-based  modules, (2) The validity of  Project Based Learning-based modules is declared valid with a value of 0.84 > 0.67, (3)  Project Based Learning-based module practicality based on two lecturer responses is declared very practical with an average score of 88 and based on 18 student responses expressed very practical with an average score of 84, (4)  Project Based Learning-based modules are declared effective, can improve aspects of student knowledge viewed from the resulting  practice results. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that project based learning  modules are valid, practical and effective as a learning resource on the competency of curling hair design.

The method used in the survey at the define stage is through literature review of chemistry textbooks. Internet-based educational facilities can be used as a means of delivering learning that relies on practical aspects and is easily accessible anywhere and anytime. In addition, this learning media enables distance learning or the delivery of information between lecturers and students. Western Bridal Make Up is a compulsory subject in an education program. This study aims to a) develop web-based learning media products on database materials for the Department of Makeup and Beauty Education at Universitas Negeri Padang through the process of developing media, b) obtain information about the feasibility of web-based learning media products on database materials used as support in database learning in the Department of Makeup and Beauty Education, Universitas Negeri Padang.This research uses alpha testing method (alpha testing). The research subjects in alpha testing were 2 media experts and 2 material experts, while the research subjects in beta testing were 20 students majoring in Makeup and Beauty Education, Padang State University. Data obtained by using test instruments to test the effectiveness and non-test instruments to test the validity and practicality in the research process. Based on the results of the developed learning media produces valid media in terms of media (design) with a value of 0.918 and valid from the material side with a value of 0.875 by media experts and material experts and from the practical side of the media developed has a practical level of practicality with a percentage of 95%, from the beta test obtained 100% very feasible. The implications of the application of this media can increase the use of instructional media as teaching material that is independent, mobile, and interactive by lecturers, thus helping lecturers in delivering learning material.

This study aims to determine the results of the development of teaching materials to write project-based observation report text for class X SMK Telkom 2 Medan. The subjects of this study were students of class X SMK Telkom 2 Medan who were taken as many as 1 class / study group with a total of 30 students. Researchers collected information based on the results of observations of teaching materials in class X SMK Telkom 2 Medan shows that the teaching materials used by teachers so far have only used textbooks without teaching materials in the form of modules as another guide in learning, especially on the text material for the observation report. The results of the effectiveness of teaching materials for writing text c reports on the results of project-based observations (project based learning) on a limited trial, namely 30 students of class X SMK Telkom 2 Medan, namely in the pretest test results obtained an average score of 68.97% with sufficient category . Meanwhile, after using teaching materials to write text modules on the postest test with an average score of 80.83% with a good category. These results state that the teaching materials for writing project-based observation report text after use have a significant increase in student learning outcomes with a difference of 11.86 which indicates that by using the teaching materials to write project-based observation report text learning) student scores are better than before.

This study uses Research and Development (R&D) research methods, namely developing problem-based chemistry teaching materials on electrolyte and non-electrolyte solutions. Aims to determine the feasibility standard of chemistry teaching materials in accordance with the eligibility criteria for content, language, presentation, and graphics and see student responses to the developed teaching materials. The stages that were passed in the research started from syllabus analysis with 13 revised curriculum, book analysis, design and development of teaching materials, validation of expert teaching materials, and student responses to teaching materials resulting from the development so that problem-based teaching materials were composed of electrolyte and non-electrolyte solution materials that appropriate and in accordance with BSNP criteria.Based on the validation results of teaching materials using a modified BSNP questionnaire, in this questionnaire the aspects assessed include aspects of content feasibility, language feasibility aspects, presentation feasibility aspects, and graphic feasibility aspects. Based on the results of standardization of problem-based modules on electrolyte and nonelectrolyte solution materials by Unimed chemistry lecturers and Chemistry Teachers, overall the average content feasibility obtained a result of 3.48 with valid criteria and no need for revision, for language eligibility the results obtained 3.59 with criteria valid and does not need revision, for the feasibility of the presentation, the result is 3.73 with valid criteria and does not need revision, and for the feasibility of the graphic, the result is 3.60 with valid criteria and does not need revision. This means that the average result is 3.60. Problem-based Modules on electrolyte and nonelectrolyte solutions are valid and do not need to be revised. After the teaching materials are valid, it is recommended to conduct an assessment of students with the aim of seeing the percentage of students' satisfaction level with problem-based teaching materials developed based on aspects of appearance, material aspects, and benefits aspects. The results obtained from 30 respondents, namely the display aspect of 92.67%, the material aspect of 90.5%, and the benefit aspect of 88.17%. So that the average percentage level of student satisfaction with problem-based teaching materials that have been developed is 90.44%. This proves that students like problem-based teaching materials so that teaching materials can be used in chemistry learning as well as reading references for students.

Kemampuan analisis peserta didik yang rendah mendorong diadakannya penelitian untuk melakukan variasi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan validitas dan kepraktisan bahan ajar elektronik berbasis multimodel yang dikembangkan untuk melatihkan kemampuan analisis peserta didik. Penelitian menggunakan tiga model pembelajaran yaitu model pengajaran langsung, model pembelajaran kooperatif (tipe STAD) dan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Penelitian yang dikembangkan adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Akan tetapi, penelitian hanya bisa dilakukan sampai dengan tahap penggunaan (implement) dikarenakan adanya status pandemi Covid-19. Lembar validasi bahan ajar dan angket respon peserta didik digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis data diambil secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: RPP berkategori valid dan reliabel dengan nilai 3,26 dan 0,91; Tes Hasil Belajar (THB) berkategori valid dan reliabel dengan nilai 3,29 dan 0,97; bahan ajar tergolong valid dan reliabel dengan nilai 3,24 dan 0,90; bahan ajar elektronik tergolong praktis dengan nilai kepraktisan 2,84. Bahan ajar elektronik yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid berdasarkan hasil penilaian akademisi dan praktisi terhadap RPP, bahan ajar elektronik dan THB yang berkategori baik. Selain itu, bahan ajar elektronik yang dikembangkan dinyatakan praktis berdasarkan instrumen angket respon peserta. Diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa bahan ajar elektronik yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai penunjang dalam pembelajaran untuk melatihkan kemampuan analisis peserta didik. Implikasi dari penelitian adalah dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam menggunakan bahan ajar elektronik dengan menerapkan multimodel dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran untuk melatihkan kemampuan analisis peserta didik dan sebagai salah satu informasi serta pandangan untuk penelitian yang lebih luas. Student’s low analytical skills encourage research to make variations in teaching and learning activities.  The research objective was to describe the validity, and the practicality of multimodel-based electronic teaching materials developed to train student’s analytical. The study used three learning models: the direct teaching model, the cooperative learning model (type STAD), and the project-based learning model.  The research developed is development research with the ADDIE development model.  However, analysis can only be carried out up to the implementation stage due to the Covid-19 pandemic status. Therefore, teaching material validation sheets and student response questionnaires were used as data collection techniques.  The data analysis technique was taken by descriptive quantitative and qualitative.  The following results were obtained: the lesson plans were categorized as valid and reliable with a value of 3.26 and 0.91;  learning outcomes test is ordered as valid and reliable with a value of 3.29 and 0.97: teaching materials are classified as valid and reliable with a value of 3.24 and 0.90;  electronic teaching materials are classified as practical with a practicality value of 2.84. Therefore, the developed electronic teaching materials are declared valid based on academics and practitioner’s assessment of lesson plan, electronic teaching materials and learning outcomes test categorized as good.  In addition, the electronic teaching materials developed are stated to be practically based on the student response questionnaire instrument.  The conclusion is that the developed electronic teaching materials are suitable to be used as a support in learning to train student’s analytical skills. Furthermore, this research implies that it can be used as material for consideration in using electronic teaching materials by applying multimodel in learning to train students’ analytical skills and information and views for broader research.
