AbstrakTujuan kegiatan untuk membantu mitra dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapinya, mulai dari aspek produksi maupun manajemen usaha sehingga diharapkan akan tercipta kemandirian secara ekonomi dan meningkatnya pendapatan usaha. Target khusus dalam kegiatan,  dihasilkannya: 1) Alat pemanggang Roti 2) Blog sebagai pemasaran Daring; 3) Alat Kemasan; 4) Artikel ilmiah 5) Pelatihan Administrasi Keuangan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan adalah metode pendidikan,penyuluhan, pelatihan produksi, pelatihan manajemen usaha, dan pendampingan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah program berjalan sesuai dengan rencana Pelatihan IT ataupun pembuatan webblog yang memiliki kompetensi Sangat Baik (> 80) hanya 2 orang (5%), pada pelatihan pembukuan keuangan Usaha terdapat 6 orang (16%). Untuk kompetensi Baik (70-79) pada pelatihan IT sebanyak 8 Orang (21%), pada pelatihan pembukuan yaitu 18 Orang (47%). Untuk kompetensi Cukup (60-69) pada pelatihan IT sebanyak 19 Orang (50%), pelatihan pembukuan terdapat 12 orang (32%). Peserta dengan kriteria Kurang (<60) pada pelatihan IT sebanyak 9 Orang (24%), pelatihan Pembukuan sebanyak 2 Orang (5%). Sedangkan pasca pemberian bantuan alat TTG yaitu Oven dan Sealer kepada kedua kelompok terdapat peninggkatan yang signifikan baik dari segi Produksi yang biasanya 10 kg/hari meningkat rata-rata menjadi 20 kg/hari. Dan hal terbut juga berakibat pada peningkatan penjualan produk yang dipasarkan secara tradisional maupun dilakukan secara onlineKata kunci: Administrasi Keuangan, Teknologi Tepat Guna, Kemasan,  Pemasaran DaringAbstractThe purpose of activities to assist partners in solving problems faced, ranging from aspects of production and business management so that it is expected to create economic independence and increased operating revenues. The methods used to achieve the objectives are methods of education, counseling, production training, business management training, and mentoring. The results obtained are the program runs in accordance with the IT Training plan or the creation of a webblog that has very good competence (> 80) only 2 people (5%), on the bookkeeping business financial training there are 6 people (16%). For Good competence (70-79) on IT training as much as 8 People (21%), on  bookkeeping training that is 18 People (47%). For the competence of Enough (60-69) on IT training as much as 19 People (50%), bookkeeping training there are 12 people (32%). Participants with Less criteria (<60) on IT training as much as 9 People (24%), Bookkeeping training as much as 2 People (5%). While post-TTG tool assistance that is Oven and Sealer to both groups there is significant improvement in terms of Production which is usually 10 kg / day increased the average to 20 kg / day. AbstrakPermasalahan limbah ikan pada saat jumlah ikan berlimpah dan membusuk di Desa Regemuk dapat diatasi dengan pengolahan limbah ikan menjadi tepung ikan bernilai ekonomi melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah: 1) Persiapan sosialisasi kegiatan, 2) Pelatihan yaitu: pengolahan tepung ikan, pengemasan dan pemasaran produk, manajemen adminstrasi dan keuangan 3) Pendampingan terhadap kualitas produk yang dihasilkan dan 4) Evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa pemahaman terhadap tepung ikan menjadi pakan ternak sebesar 100 %. Sebelumnya pelaksanaan kegiatan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap pengolahan tepung ikan melalui teknologi sebesar 22,22 % dan setelah kegiatan menjadi 83,33%, Pemahaman terhadap pengemasan produk tepung ikan sebelum pelaksanaan kegiatan sebesar 16,67 % dan setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan menjadi 77,78%, Pemahaman terhadap administrasi dan keuangan pengelolaan usaha sebelum pelaksanaan kegiatan sebesar 5,56 % dan setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan menjadi 77,78% dan Respon pengembangan usaha tepung ikan sebelum pelaksanaan kegiatan sebesar 44,44 % dan setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan menjadi 94,44%. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat pengolahan tepung ikan dari limbah ikan mampu menjadi peluang usaha dan memiliki nilai ekonomi dalam rangka meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Selanjutnya melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat mampu memberikan nilai positif terhadap pemahaman dan kapaasitas diri dan keterampilan mengolah tepung ikan, melakukan pengemasan dan menerapkan adminsitrasi keuangan untuk mengembangkan usaha.Kata kunci: Tepung ikan, limbah ikan, Pengabdian kepada masyarakatAbstractThe problem of fish waste when the number of fish are abundant and decaying in Regemuk Village can be solved by processing the fish waste into fish meal with economic value through the community devotion activity to the society. Methodology for this community devotion activity are: 1) preparation of socialization activity, 2) Training: fish meal flour, packaging and product marketing, administration management and finance 3) Assistance to product quality and 4) Evaluation of implementation of community devotion activity. The results of this activity are the understanding on fish meal can used be animal feed is 100%. Before the implementation of this activity people understand about fish meal can be proceed by appropriate technology is 22.22% and after the activity is 83.33%. The understanding on the packaging of fish meal products before the implementation is around 16,67% and after activity become 77,78%. The understanding on administration and finance of business management before implementation is 5,56% and after activity become 77,78% and fish development business expansion before activity 44,44% and after the activity up to 94.44%. The implementation of community devotion activity on fish meal processing from fish waste can be a business opportunity and has an economic value in order to improve the economy of the community. Furthermore, through the devotion activity the community are able to give positive value toward the understanding on their skill and self-capacity to process fish meal, packaging and implementing financial administration to develop their business.Keywords: Fish flour, fish waste, Community devotion activity

Grogol sub-district is one of the subdistricts in Sukoharjo, Central Java, which has transformed rice fields into settlements, companies and other uses. One of the existing residential areas in Grogol District is Pandeyan housing. The area of the yard that can be used for planting area only slightly while the price of food crops are more expensive. The narrow garden optimization is necessary in this regard. Hydroponics and vertikultur is a method of planting without soil and small garden yard. So far, Grogol sub-district housewives have not maximized the utilization of their home yards due to the limited knowledge of farming methods. Therefore, assistance is needed to introduce narrow gardening techniques in residential areas, especially in Pandeyan Housing to PKK group mothers. It aims to increase the productivity of the existing yard area. Methods used to help overcome the above problems include: business management training, training and partial support of appropriate technology support, and assistance.

AbstrakMasyarakat di wilayah pesisir Desa Madello Kecamatan Balusu Kabupaten Barru memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah sebagai tempat budidaya udang vaname skala pembenihan melalui sistem backyard.  Kendala utama yang sering dialami oleh kelompok pembudidaya udang “Pantai Palie” Desa Madello adalah rendahnya kelulushidupan udang yang umumnya terjadi pada fase mysis ke fase pascalarva, sehingga perlu penerapan teknologi tepat guna untuk meningkatkan hasil panennya. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk menyikapi masalah tersebut adalah menerapkan penggunaan prebiotik mannanoligosakarida (Bio-MOS) pada pakan alami Artemia sp. sebagai pakan larva udang untuk meningkatkan nilai nutrisi pakan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode diskusi, koordinasi, penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada mitra. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, kelompok pembudidaya udang “Pantai Palie” menjadi mengetahui dan terampil melakukan pengkayaan pakan alami Artemia sp. dengan Bio-MOS, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kelulushidupan udang pada stadia mysis ke pascalarva.  Saran yang diberikan dalam kegiatan ini adalah sebaiknya dilakukan pendampingan lanjutan terkait penggunaan Bio-MOS pada pakan Artemia sp. serta pelatihan manajemen usaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumberdaya manusia sebagai pengelola pada usaha pembenihan sistem backyard di Desa Madello,Kabupaten Barru.Kata Kunci: udang vaname, backyard, Artemia sp., mannanoligosakarida (Bio-MOS).AbstractCommunities in the coastal area of Madella Village, Balusu District, Barru Regency use their home yards as a place for cultivation vanname shrimp on a hatchery scale through the backyard system.  The main obstacle that is often experienced by the "Palie Beach" shrimp farming group is the low survival rate of shrimp, which generally occurs from the mysis phase to the postlarva phase, so it is necessary to apply appropriate technology to increase crop yields. One of the efforts made to address this problem is to apply the use of prebiotic mannanoligosaccharides (Bio-MOS) in natural feed Artemia sp. as feed for shrimp larvae to increase the nutritional value of feed. The method of implementing the activities is carried out using the methods of discussion, coordination, counseling, training and mentoring to partners. Based on the results of community service activities, the "Palie Beach" shrimp farming group became aware of and skilled in enriching the natural feed of Artemia sp. with Bio-MOS, so that it can increase the survival of shrimp from the mysis stage to post-larvae. The advice given in this activity is that further assistance should be carried out regarding the use of MOS in Artemia sp feed as well as business management training to improve the quality of human resources as managers in a backyard hatchery business in Madello Village, Barru Regency.Key Word: vanname shrimp, backyard, Artemia sp., mannanoligosaccharides (Bio-MOS).

The development of SMEs is still one of the development priorities in Indonesia. One example is the Dewandaru Batik industry in Malang Regency. The business, which was started in 2017 and is engaged in batik cloth production, carries out the production process manually with limited tools. The price that is determined tends to be very cheap compared to batik marketed through the market and online galleries. Moreover, every month's limited production is the impact of the lack of technology used and little marketing. Marketing and utilization of appropriate technology are still the main obstacles faced; therefore, the solution to this problem is digitizing the marketing mix and proper technology. The method used is identifying problem-solving and assistance for increasing industrial innovation and digital marketing. The result of this activity was an increase in Dewandaru's batik industry's productivity with the help of a batik stamp tool and a dipping tub used for the coloring process. Furthermore, increasing quality makes for a broader marketing market. Batik Dewandaru also experienced improvements in business management because it made simple financial reports on the results of business management training.

Community Forest Program with nutmeg commodities, since the year 2010 followed by about 80% of farmers of Tanjung Jati Village, East Kotaagung District, Tanggamus Regency, Lampung Province. Now nutmeg plants have begun to bear fruit, but the processing of the fruits is limited to drying of mace, seeds, and flesh, while the price of nutmeg flesh is still very low (wet Rp.2.000/kg or dry Rp.7.000/kg). This Community Service aims to provide short-term solutions to build a nutmeg processing business into candied, syrup, candy, dodol, wajik, wingko nutmeg flavour products, to increase the added value of the product. The object is Berkah Jaya Farmer Group and Khanggom Dipati Women Farmer Group from Banjar Sari Hamlet, Tanjung Jati Village. The Community Partnership Program is implemented with the following stages: nutmeg post-harvest handling, increased value added of processed nutmeg, business management training, business financial administration training, packaging design training and product promotion, product marketing assistance, consultation and guidance without limit. The running business is the production and sale of candied nutmegs with BEP 1.8 while other processed businesses have not yet received an adequate market.

ABSTRAK Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di Desa Bengkel, Lombok Barat, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Program ini diberikan selama satu bulan. Program yang diberikan adalah tentang Manajemen Bisnis kepada Cangkrung Jaya Group. Manajemen Bisnis menjadi isu utama Grup Cangkrung Jaya. Karena itu dilakukan secara individu bukan dalam kelompok. Masalah lain adalah biaya pakan yang mahal, administrasi keuangan yang tidak teratur, kurangnya keterampilan dan pemahaman manajemen, dan teknik pemasaran yang tidak efektif untuk mencapai pasar yang lebih luas. Metode yang dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan manajemen dan administrasi keuangan dan pendampingan untuk menyusun laporan keuangan. Selain itu, sosialisasi tentang penguatan kelompok. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah menciptakan pola pikir antar kelompok, memiliki laporan keuangan sederhana dan memiliki keterampilan dalam manajemen bisnis. Hasil yang dicapai oleh manajemen kelompok Cangkrung Jaya mampu mencatat administrasi umum, perencanaan anggaran, membuat arus kas masuk dan keluar, dan membuat laporan keuangan sederhana. Kata Kunci :  Administrasi Keuangan, Penguatan Kelompok Abstract This community service was conducted in Bengkel Village, West Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. The program was given for one month. The given program was about Business Management to Cangkrung Jaya Group. Business Management becomes a main issue of Cangkrung Jaya Group. Because it is conducted individually not in a group. Another problems are expensive feed costs, disorganized financial administration, lack of skill and understanding of management, and ineffective marketing techniques to reach wider market.  The methods undertaken by providing management training and financial administration and mentoring to compile financial statements. In addition, socialization about strengthening the group. The purpose of this devotion is the creation of a mindset between groups, having a simple financial statement and having skills in business management. ABSTRACT The majority of the residents of Cinyurup village are beneng taro farmers and entrepreneurs of beneng taro chips, but the management is still simple and is not managed systematically and well-planned, so that it cannot provide maximum results. The aim of this training is to increase competitiveness for the small and medium entrepreneurs of taro chips into independent small industries. The method of implementation is through : seminars of material delivery, discussion, practice, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation. The results of this training show that not all small and medium industrial entrepreneurs are taro beneng chips those in Cinyurup village who have not implemented business management, have not processed distribution permits, halal certificates, produced product innovations and online marketing, due to limited funds and human resources. Key words: training, business management, competitiveness, UIKM   ABSTRAK Mayoritas penduduk warga kampung Cinyurup adalah petani talas beneng dan pelaku usaha keripik talas beneng, akan tetapi pengelolaannya masih sederhana dan tidak di kelola dengan sistematis dan terencana dengan baik, sehingga belum bisa memberikan hasil yang maksimal. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini untuk meningkatkan daya saing kepada para pelaku usaha industri kecil dan menengah keripik talas beneng menuju industri kecil yang mandiri. Metode pelaksanaan melalui : seminar penyampaian materi, diskusi, praktek, pendampingan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukan belum semua para pelaku usaha industri kecil dan menengah keripik talas beneng yang ada di kampung Cinyurup yang  belum menerapkan manajemen usaha, belum mengurus surat ijin edar, sertifikat halal, memproduksi inovasi produk dan pemasaran online, karena keterbatasan dana dan sumber daya manusia. We have outlined the main aspects of the modern socio-economic space that have led to transformation not only in the business sector but also in human thinking. We have examined the aspects of the studied problem expressed in modern scientific works and explained the need for further study of changes in the thinking processes of consumers in the field of transformation of applied Internet marketing solutions for the requests of Internet users. We have analyzed the dynamics and trends of changes in Internet user behavior, thereby identifying the key aspects that should be taken into account when companies create online marketing strategies. We have proposed a list of steps to optimize the marketing strategy of the business in line with new realities.The relevance of the study is due to the social processes of modern society resulting in the tendency to transform consumers' thinking. COVID-19 and self-isolation have had an impact on this phenomenon, accelerating the massive changeover to online communication and online shopping.The goal of this article is to describe the results of a study of changes in consumer thinking in connection with the transformation of realities caused by the global pandemic.The scientific novelty of the study lies in highlighting the peculiarities of information perception by modern consumers associated with the global pandemic, and in substantiating the ways of transforming Internet marketing solutions for companies in an altered reality.The theoretical importance of the research lies in a better understanding of the reasons and features of the transformation of information perception by consumers in modern realities, as well as in the analysis of scientific works to study the impact of informatization and computerization on society thinking, which can be used to study this component in marketing research, including in online marketing. A case study approach within an action research framework incorporating qualitative and quantitative domains was adopted to explore the impact on Queensland farmers of a farm business management extension programme. Three new indices were developed to quantify changes perceived by participants. The first measure, the Bennett Change Index, provided statistically significant evidence that attitudinal and behavioural changes were more frequent in participants with less formal education, but also more frequent in participants who had high urbanisation and self-directed learning index scores. The other 2 new indices, Management Constructs Change and Management Objectives Change, provided evidence of statistically significant changes in participant beliefs about, and attitudes towards, farm business management. Although highly correlated with each other, these changes were unrelated statistically to any of 6 other commonly used biographical or psychometric indices employed; including level of formal education. It is concluded that these new measures, with context-relevant modifications, have potential as aids to programme impact evaluation in a range of agricultural and wider applications. They may provide insights into personal psychological issues that complement direct behavioural measures of change.
