AbstrakMasyarakat di wilayah pesisir Desa Madello Kecamatan Balusu Kabupaten Barru memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah sebagai tempat budidaya udang vaname skala pembenihan melalui sistem backyard.  Kendala utama yang sering dialami oleh kelompok pembudidaya udang “Pantai Palie” Desa Madello adalah rendahnya kelulushidupan udang yang umumnya terjadi pada fase mysis ke fase pascalarva, sehingga perlu penerapan teknologi tepat guna untuk meningkatkan hasil panennya. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk menyikapi masalah tersebut adalah menerapkan penggunaan prebiotik mannanoligosakarida (Bio-MOS) pada pakan alami Artemia sp. sebagai pakan larva udang untuk meningkatkan nilai nutrisi pakan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode diskusi, koordinasi, penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada mitra. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, kelompok pembudidaya udang “Pantai Palie” menjadi mengetahui dan terampil melakukan pengkayaan pakan alami Artemia sp. dengan Bio-MOS, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kelulushidupan udang pada stadia mysis ke pascalarva.  Saran yang diberikan dalam kegiatan ini adalah sebaiknya dilakukan pendampingan lanjutan terkait penggunaan Bio-MOS pada pakan Artemia sp. serta pelatihan manajemen usaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumberdaya manusia sebagai pengelola pada usaha pembenihan sistem backyard di Desa Madello,Kabupaten Barru.Kata Kunci: udang vaname, backyard, Artemia sp., mannanoligosakarida (Bio-MOS).AbstractCommunities in the coastal area of Madella Village, Balusu District, Barru Regency use their home yards as a place for cultivation vanname shrimp on a hatchery scale through the backyard system.  The main obstacle that is often experienced by the "Palie Beach" shrimp farming group is the low survival rate of shrimp, which generally occurs from the mysis phase to the postlarva phase, so it is necessary to apply appropriate technology to increase crop yields. One of the efforts made to address this problem is to apply the use of prebiotic mannanoligosaccharides (Bio-MOS) in natural feed Artemia sp. as feed for shrimp larvae to increase the nutritional value of feed. The method of implementing the activities is carried out using the methods of discussion, coordination, counseling, training and mentoring to partners. Based on the results of community service activities, the "Palie Beach" shrimp farming group became aware of and skilled in enriching the natural feed of Artemia sp. with Bio-MOS, so that it can increase the survival of shrimp from the mysis stage to post-larvae. The advice given in this activity is that further assistance should be carried out regarding the use of MOS in Artemia sp feed as well as business management training to improve the quality of human resources as managers in a backyard hatchery business in Madello Village, Barru Regency.Key Word: vanname shrimp, backyard, Artemia sp., mannanoligosaccharides (Bio-MOS).

Karunia Mandiri Joint Business Group (KUBE) is located in Pakeron Hamlet, Sumberarum Village, Tempuran District, Magelang Regency which produces traditional Magelang food, namely cassava emplek. The problems faced by KUBE are less than optimal marketing and the use of manual production tools. The purpose of the community service is to improve the quality of KUBE human resources in managing its business, which includes marketing, financial management, and production so as to increase production and sales. The method is to provide training and mentoring. The result of this service is more optimal marketing with the appearance of new products through rebranding and packaging as well as the use of digital marketing. Then, the production process is better with appropriate technology for molding dough and applying hygiene standards. In addition, financial management is more organized with simple bookkeeping and accounting so that selling prices can be competitive and profits can be identified.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. The SME sector that has an important role in the Indonesian industry is the small and home industry (IKRT) or micro and small businesses (MSME). In everyday life, washing clothes and washing the house is an activity that is usually done by everyone, especially by the home industry. IKRT (UMK) Suradita RW 09 Suradita Indah Complex, is IKRT (UMK) in the Suradita sub-district, which produces green cleaning products guided by Universitas Mercu Buana lecturers who have been operating for one year. IKRT (UMK) was established to increase the knowledge of housewives who live in RW 09, where production is marketed in the surrounding area as well. In addition there is no good management governance, also a good marketing strategy. Based on the above, the objectives of community service are (1) using appropriate technology in the green cleaner production process, (2) improving the quality of green cleaner product formulations, (3) implementing good governance management and marketing strategies to be more effective and efficient and has sustainable competitiveness. The results of this community service are (1) appropriate technology that can be used in the production process. (2) Improving the quality of green cleaner product formulations and (3) governance management and marketing strategies. And can avoid Suradita IKRT which is more effective and efficient and has sustainable competitiveness.

Desa Bendar dikenal sebagai desa Nelayan karena mayoritas penduduk Desa Bendar adalah nelayan dengan jumlah sebesar 55,7% atau 880 orang. Root of problem yang dihadapi oleh Desa Bendar, Kecamatan Juana, Kabupaten Pati adalah banyaknya hasil tangkapan ikan para nelayan serta sumber daya manusia yang belum terberdayakan secara maksimal, sehingga belum dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat baik secara kelompok maupun individu di Desa Bendar. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah KUB Mina Melati. Dalam menjalankan usahanya, KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati masih menerapkan manajemen tradisional. Rendahnya pengetahuan anggota KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati menjadi salah satu penyebabnya terutama dalam hal proses produksi dan pengolahan kerupuk yang baik dan manajemen pengelolaan usaha. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan dan workshop teknik-teknik produksi kerupuk, serta praktik produksi kerupuk. Dengan adanya program pengabdian ini diharapkan masyarakat Desa Bendar dapat menghasilkan produksi kerupuk ikan yang memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Apabila nilai jual dari hasil pengolahan kerupuk ikan tinggi, maka penghasilan warga akan meningkat, dan selanjutnya memberi dampak kepada peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Bendar dan menjadikan Desa Bendar sebagai Desa Sentra Kerupuk Ikan. Kata kunci: Desa Nelayan, Kerupuk Ikan,Pemberdayaan. Abstract Bendar Village is well- known as a Fishing Village because the majority of Bendar Village residents are fishermen with a total of 55.7% or 880 people. The root of the problem faced by Bendar Village, Juana Subdistrict, Pati Regency was the number of fish catches of the fishermen and human resources that have not been maximally empowered yet, so that they have not been able to improve the welfare of the community yet both individually and in groups in Bendar Village. The partner in this service was KUB Mina Melati. In running its business, KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati still applied traditional management. The low knowledge of members of KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati was one of the causes, especially in terms of good cracker production and processing and business management. The activities carried out by this service were training and workshops on cracker production techniques, as well as cracker production practices. With this community service program, it is hoped that the people of Bendar Village can produce fish crackers that have a high selling value. If the selling value of fish cracker processing results is high, the income of citizens will increase, and subsequently, have an impact on improving the welfare of the people of Bendar Village and making Bendar Village a Center Village of Fish Crackers. Keywords: Fishing Village, Fish Crackers, empowerment.

The Impact

The purpose of the community service is to increase the products competitiveness of the Belimbing Wangi SMEs, Watesari Village, Balongbendo District, Sidoarjo Regency. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is extraordinary, especially for the Belimbing Wangi SMEs business group, where the production process and turnover has decreased, because business management is still carried out conventionally and Watesari Village tourism must be closed according to government regulations. The service method used is field observation, trial of processed star fruit products, training and assistance in processing star fruit juice, and business management training. As a result of the assistance, partners understand the importance of conducting business management and finding the best formula for star fruit juice drinks. This training also supports the sustainability of the Belimbing Wangi SMEs business and competes at the global market level.

ABSTRAK Permasalahan yang dihadapi Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara Sumatera Selatan tepatnya di Kecamatan Karang Jaya dan Rupit adalah pernah dilanda genangan air. Lokasi kedua mitra ini terdapat genangan air saat intensitas hujan deras. Padahal mayoritas penghasilan yang ada di lokasi tersebut petani. Jika terdapat genangan air maka petani rentan sekali terkena gagal panen. Dalam rangka membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra, melalui program IbM ini tim memberikan bantuan alat Lubang Resapan Biopori (LRB), memfasilitasi pembuatan pupuk yang dihasilkan dari pengendapan sampah organik dari LRB, mengadakan pelatihan dan penerapan lubang resapan biopori di lokasi mitra. Metode yang digunakan dengan penyuluhan, pelatihan, demonstrasi dan demoplot. Hasil yang diperoleh dari program ini berupa pengenalan dan pemberian bor Biopori di 2 Kecamatan mitra (desa Terusan dan desa Beringin Jaya). Hasil IbM ini diketahui setelah adanya teknologi LRB laju infiltrasi tanah menjadi lebih baik, perencanaan jumlah LRB yang efektif untuk lahan perkebunan jeruk yaitu 597 LRB dengan memperhatikan kondisi intensitas curah hujan dan kondisi tanah pada kedua daerah tersebut. Topografis lahan perkebunan jeruk yaitu dataran datar dengan jenis tanah lanau, sampah organik yang diendapkan terbentuk kompos dan hasil tanaman cabai warga meningkat. Luaran kegiatan ini adalah teknologi tepat guna berupa alat bor biopori, dan kemampuan mengolah sampah organik berupa sampah sayuran, daun-daun kering, dan sampah buah menjadi pupuk kompos. The method used with counseling, training, demonstration and demoplot. The results obtained from this program in the form of recognition and awarding drill Biopori in 2 Subdistrict partners (village canal and village Beringin Jaya). The results of this IbM known after their infiltration LRB technology gets better, LRB number of effective planning for citrus plantation land, namely 597 LRB taking into consideration the intensity of rainfall and soil conditions in the two regions. Topographical citrus plantation is flat plains with silt soil type, organic waste is deposited to form compost and crop yields increased chili citizens. Outcomes of these activities is the appropriate technology in the form of a drill biopori, and  ability to theprocess organic waste such as garbage vegetables, dried leaves, and fruit waste into compost. This community service is carried out by lecturers at the university, in order to participate actively in improving the quality of human resources through counseling and workshops. Counseling and workshops carried out are related to efforts to increase motivation, innovation and creativity in MSMEs, especially handicrafts made from beads. The results of MSMEs in the form of handicrafts from beads are still very much needed to be continuously improved. Besides that the market for bead creativity products is still very widely opened. The results of these beadsare  in the form of prayer beads and various women's jewelry such as bracelets and necklaces. The handicrafts are chosen because the method of making them is quite easy and the ingredients needed are easy to obtain. The method used in this service is participatory approach, and the respondents consist of the community as business actors. Respondents also participated directly in the focus group discussion, interviews, training, workshops, consuls, and executions. Through the implementation of this service it is hoped that it will be able to encourage the growth and development of MSMEs to improve community welfare and improve the quality of the active role of lecturers as a form of concern for improving the quality of human resources in the community.

Syifa’ul Qolbi Orphanage holds supporting facility in the form of confection. In addition to a business, this confection functions as a place to train the orphans’ sewing skill. Yet the development of this business faces a number of obstacles such as traditional business management, sub-optimal marketing strategy, inefficient production tools and the training participants’ lack of motivation and entrepreneurship. This community service attempted to realize the orphanage management’s goal of developing their fashion business and developing entrepreneurship among the orphans so that they can optimize their potential in the future. Some of the programs have been held through community service. The programs were entrepreneurship workshop, pattern and design training, business management training, e-marketing training, branding and marketing concept, and business accompaniment. This community service results in the improvement of participant's motivation and entrepreneurship character, bussiness management knowledge,and skill in making pattern and design. Tengar Village Nguntonadi sub-district is one of brem-producing centers in Wonogiri region with high quality. However, in the management of brem production many experience barriers in addition to technology and marketing problems. The purpose of this community service activity is to transfer technology to improve the quality of brem production, and marketing management training to increase brem sales value. The method used is through training, mentoring to partners and monitoring although community service activities have been completed to maintain the sustainability of the program. The impact of community service activities is that there has been a transfer of technology from traditional to modern so that brem making becomes more hygienic and quality, as well as changes in marketing patterns from direct sales to sales through social media.Key words : Wonogiri’s brem, technology, marketing.
