This research aims to examine the effect of relational capital to competitive advantage through supply chain integration. Research method in this study was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This Research method used explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The object of this research was in four districts of East Java at Nganjuk, Kediri, Malang and Probolinggo which are centers of onion production that have the similar environmental conditions. The sampling method in this study used multistage proportional random sampling. There were 200 respondents as a sample of this research. Data analysis usedpath analysis method by software SPSS 23. The results showed that the relational capital has a positive but not significant effect on the supply chain integration and relational capital has a positive and significant effect on the competitive advantage

Purpose — This research aims to examine the effect of relational capital to supply chain integration and supply chain responsiveness. Design/methodology/approach — This research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This study is aimed to determine and analyze the effect of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employees productivity at Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. This research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is a survey. The sample was determined by stratified random sampling method, 95 people. The data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the implementation of motivation and culture had a positive and significant effect on the employess productivity at Huta padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. The determination coefficient value of 0.882, indicates that the influence of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employess productivity of Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera is 88.2%. The culture has more dominant influence on the employees produktivity at  Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera, with a direct influence of 73,2%.

The purpose of this study is to know and understand the community in the Village Sayati Margahayu District Bandung regency with the development and extension of department store (Convenience Store) "X". The research method is descriptive method using qualitative and quantitative approach as the basis of analysis and interpretation. Sample determination technique used is cluster with simple random sampling method and purposive sampling, which means that the sample used in accordance with the purpose of research. Data which is primary and secondary data. The results showed that people responded positively and variedly about the decision to the extension of the "X" Stores, and only a small portion would be used, but it was only up to the government.

The research objective was to identify and explain the forming factors of Experiental Marketing. This study used Experiential Marketing variables which were divided into Sense, Feel, Think, Act, and Relate. The research respondents were the customers of traditional concept restaurants in Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used purposive random sampling method with data collection method by using a questionnaire that was distributed to 261 respondents. The research data were processed by using the Factor Analysis method. Then, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was used because the formed factors were not determined in advance. Based on the factor analysis results, it could be concluded that there are four factors that influence and shape experiential marketing, namely the factors of Empathy, Atmosphere, Responsiveness, and Product Quality.

The objectives of the research are to know the responses about promotion, distribution, customer satisfaction, and customer trust, also to analyze the influence of promotion and distribution to customer satisfaction and its implication on customer trust. The population in this study is PT. Tiga Serangkai International in the reater Bandung Region. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification research method with a sample size of 90 respondents, data collection by interview using a questionnaire, observation and literature. Sampling technique using the "Disproportionate Starfied Random Sampling" method. Data analysis method used is path analysis. The results showed that promotion and distribution simultaneously influence customer satisfaction, partially promotion and distribution have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Promotion gives an influence on customer satisfaction by 16%, while distribution gives an effect of 75.9%. The contribution of promotion and distribution variables to customer satisfaction is 73.7%, the remaining 26.3% is the contribution of the variables not included in the study

Mount Merapi eruption has occurred several times in Indonesia and the biggest eruption that last occurred in 2010. The community were suffered losses and were affected by eruptions. The purposes of this research are to analyze community resilience, to analyze the level of vulnerability, and to analize the community adaptive capacity. The research using a quantitative approach supported by qualitative data. Simple random sampling technique is used as the sampling method and the informant was taken purposively. The results of this research showed that when the eruption occurred the community has a high vulnerability. The adaptive capacity is also high with innovative learning based on institutional memory and supported by the connectedness. Communities achieve resilience and can adapt to changes with high adaptive capacity.  Keywords: adaptive capacity, community resilience, eruption, vulnerability ABSTRAK Erupsi Gunung Merapi sudah terjadi beberapa kali di Indonesia dan erupsi terbesar yang terjadi terakhir kalinya yaitu pada tahun 2010. Komunitas mengalami berbagai kerugian dan terkena dampak dari erupsi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis resiliensi komunitas, menganalisis tingkat kerentanan komunitas, dan menganalisis kapasitas adaptasi komunitas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang didukung oleh data kualitatif. Pemilihan responden dilakukan dengan teknik sampel acak sederhana sedangkan pemilihan terhadap informan dilakukan secara sengaja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa saat erupsi terjadi komunitas memiliki kerentanan yang tinggi. Kapasitas adaptasi komunitas tinggi dengan adanya innovative learning yang didasari oleh pengetahuan dan pengalaman dan didukung oleh jaringan yang dimiliki. Komunitas berhasil mencapai resiliensi dan dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan-perubahan dengan kapasitas adaptasi yang tinggi.Kata kunci : kapasitas adaptasi, kerentanan, erupsi, resiliensi komunitas

The development of sharia banking in Indonesia very rapidly grow up preceded by Bank Muamalat Indonesia and in 2013 ranked as the bank with the highest loyalty and the best among other sharia banking nationally. Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun is one of the first branch in Madiun and currently has many competitors from other sharia banking. Based on this background, in this study take what factors affect the size of customer loyalty Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun. Based on the result of research, it is found that the level of loyalty of customer of Bank Muamalat of Madiun branch is mostly influenced by product innovation with value of t test value obtained by t-count 2,493, while second factor is influenced by service quality with result of tcount 2,268. So the least influenced factor by the value of the customer is with value of 2.217. This research is a descriptive research method and associative / relationship, this matter to know the value of independent variable. While population of this research is funding customer of Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun with amount of 22.196 customer by taking data using random sampling method as much as 108 customer. Melinjo chip is one of the typical foods in Yogyakarta made of melinjo nuts. The production center of melinjo chip is located in Banguntapan and Pajangan Sub Districts, Bantul District. The purpose of this study is to determine the efficiency of the supply chain measured with transportation model analysis. The number of respondents in this research was 50 producers of melinjo chip in Bantul District, taken by simple random sampling method. While the snawball sampling method was used to get 5 (five) collector traders, 5 (five) large traders and 26 (twenty six) melinjo chip retailers that taken by following melinjo chip sales distribution from the producer to Market of Piyungan, Demangan, Kotagede, Sentul, Beringharjo, Bantul, Legi, and Magelang. The supply chain actors of melinjo chip are melinjo farmers, melinjo chip producers, collecting traders, large traders, retailers, consumers, packaging producers, production workers, haulers, and firewood providers. The analysis of transportation model with minimum cost illustrates that Wirokerten Village from Banguntapan Sub District allocate the production of melinjo chip to Market of Beringharjo and Piyungan, while Potorono Village allocates the to Market of Demangan. Sendangsari and Triwidadi Village from Pajangan Sub District allocate the production of melinjo chip to Market of Beringharjo, while Guwosari Village allocates to Market of Beringharjo, Bantul, and Legi.

One important element in public information disclosure is the Information Commission. the information commission has a function in conducting mediation and adjudication. The Cirebon Regency Regional Information Commission is one of the commissions authorized to resolve information disputes in Cirebon Regency. the important thing in carrying out its duties is the Cirebon Regency Regional Information Commission's performance. The performance will be related to human resource competencies. The formulation of research is the competence and performance of the Secretariat and the Regional Information Commission of Cirebon Regency in resolving information disputes. The purpose of the study was to determine the competence and performance of the Secretariat and the Regional Information Commission of Cirebon Regency in resolving information disputes. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research data was taken through a questionnaire with a total sampling method from the secretariat elements and commissioners. The results obtained that human resource competencies secretariat unit  and commissioner have very good competence in resolve information disputes. the performance of the secretariat and commissioners based on statistical calculations is stated to be very good.

Current competitive environment induced by 4.0 industrial revolution has forced companies to focus on managing service to customer by provide added value to customers, so that it will increase competitiveness. This study aims to find out and analyze impact of service quality and service innovations on competitive advantage. Analysis method is descriptive statistical and Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS software. The sampling Technique was purposive sampling with combination cluster proportional stratified random sampling, the instrument to collect the data was questionnaire with manager, supervisor or employee of retailing. The results indicate that the service quality and service innovations impact on competitive advantage.
