This study aims to examine the effect of endorsers and social media advertising on consumer purchase decisions of Instagram social media users with brand awareness as a mediating variable. The research sample used in this study was 150 samples with a purposive sampling technique. The data used was primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to Instagram social media users. The data analysis technique used was SEM with Smart PLS 3 software. The results show that social media advertising has a significant effect on brand awareness, endorsers have no effect on brand awareness, brand awareness has a significant effect on consumer purchase decisions, social media advertising has a significant effect on consumer purchase decisions, endorsers have a significant effect on consumer purchase decisions, social media advertising has no effect on consumer purchase decisions through brand awareness, and endorsers have no effect on consumer purchase decisions through brand awareness.

<p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><em>Social media</em><em> </em><em>Instagram is an opportunity for celebgram Rachel Vennya to promote Ngikan restaurant. The </em><em>aim</em><em> of this </em><em>research</em><em> was to</em><em> determine</em><em> the effect of </em><em>celebgram</em><em> credibility and trust on </em><em>intention to buy.</em> <em>The purpose of this research is to give solution for the decreasing problem intention to buy of ngikan restaurant , through some variables such as: celebgram credibility, trust, and intention to buy. </em><em>The sample used in this </em><em>research</em><em> were 168 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used PLS-SEM </em><em>.T</em><em>he results confirms that the probability value on the F test is 0.000 &lt;0.05 and the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) is 6</em><em>3</em><em>.5%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kredibilitas dan kepercayaan selebgram terhadap niat membeli. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan solusi atas penurunan minat beli restoran ngikan gading serpong, melalui beberapa variabel seperti: kredibilitas selebgram, kepercayaan, dan niat membeli. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 168 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai probabilitas pada uji F sebesar 0,000 &lt;0,05 dan koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2) sebesar 63,5%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah variabel kredibilitas dan kepercayaan selebgram berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat membeli.</p><p>Kata kunci: Kredibilitas Celebgram; Kepercayaan; niat untuk membeli</p><p> </p>

Research aim to analyze influence of 1) Brand Awareness on Trust, 2) Brand Image on Trust, 3) Brand Awareness on Purchase Intention, 4) Brand Image on Purchase Intention, 5) Trust on Purchase Intention, 6) Brand awareness on Purchase Intention through Trust, 7) Brand image on Purchase Intention through Trust on sharia bank product. Sample has taken by using purposive sampling technique with 328 respondents. Data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The research showed that brand awareness has positive and not significant effect on trust, brand image has positive and significant effect on trust, brand awareness has positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand image has positive and significant effect on purchase intention, trust has positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand awareness has not significant effect on purchase intention through trust, brand image has significant effect on purchase intention through trust. The implication of this research would benefit to the management of sharia banking to formulating strategy for increasing market share of sharia banking in Indonesia.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh latihan small sidedgame terhadap peningkatan VO2max pemain SSB IKC kelompok usia 11-12 tahun. Metodepenelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen menggunakan desain One Groups Pretest-Posttest Design.. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling didapatkan20 pemain. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bleep test. Teknik analisisdata menggunakan uji-t..Nilai tabel uji-t antara pretest dan posttest didapat nilai p = 0,000.Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan small sided game terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang signifikanterhadap VO2max pemain SSB IKC kelompok usia 11-12 tahunKata Kunci: small sided games, VO2max.AbstractThis research method is experimental research using the design of One Groups Pretest-Posttest Design. Purpose: This research aims at finding out the effect of entrepreneurship education on people’s entrepreneurship intention. Methodology: The subject of the research includes 18 persons of Wedomartani village, Sleman regency, Yogyakarta with the characteristics of having no jobs, having been married, and male or female incapable of handling waste for entrepreneurship. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses a Wilcoxon test. Results: The result of the analysis is Z = -2.102 and p = 0.018 (1-tailed), with p<0.05, which means there is a significant difference between the people's entrepreneurship intention before and after entrepreneurship education. So entrepreneurship education is effective in improving the people's entrepreneurship intention. Implications: People’s intention to convert waste into marketable goods is still low so that the waste spoils the environment. Therefore, entrepreneurship education is needed to rouse their intention in doing it.

Purpose – This study aims to analyse the effect of the implementation of PSBB on the development of Retail MSMEs (micro, small, and medium enterprises).Method – Respondents in the study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, with the criteria for Retail MSMEs actors in Garung District, Wonosobo Regency, and at least the business had been operating for one year. The data analysis technique used in this research was SEM Smart PLS.Result – The development of Retail MSMEs was significantly influenced by the implementation of PSBB and was moderated by the Covid-19 pandemic. Implication – This study can assist businesses and the government during a pandemic outbreak.Originality – This is the first study examining the influence of a pandemic outbreak on the development of MSMEs in the retail industry.

This study aims to determine the effect of tax sanctions, tax amnesty, tax knowledge on the level of personal taxpayer compliance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 80 WPOP registered in North Gresik Small Taxpayer Office using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of tax sanctions on WPOP taxpayer compliance which is registered at North Gresik KPP. There is no effect of tax amnesty on WPOP taxpayer compliance registered at North Gresik Small Tax Office. Tax knowledge has a significant effect on WPOP taxpayer compliance that is registered at North Gresik KPP.

The importance of the whistleblowing concept to provide complaints related to fraud in the company. The study was conducted to determine the effect of role stress on auditors' performance with whistleblowing intention as a moderating variable. Quantitative research approach. The sampling technique was purposive sampling technique so that the research sample was 71 public accounting firms in Bali. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with moderated regression analysis (MRA) techniques. Determination of the sample using a purposive sampling technique. This study uses a questionnaire in data collection. The data analysis technique in this study is Multiple Linear Regression using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) application. The result of the research states that the relationship between the role of auditors' work stress can affect the performance of auditors and the relationship between whistleblowing intention, role stress affects the performance of auditors, so that it can avoid conflicts with auditors.

AbstrakPenelitian ini di latar belakangi untuk mengenalkan salah satu media sederhana yang dapat digunakan sebagai media dalam pembuatan gambar hiasan pada hijab siswa kelas X SMK Karya Bunda. Pembatasan masalah dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan prinsip komposisi, keselarasan, irama, keseimbangan dan tingkat keberhasilan pada pembuatan gambar hiasan di hijab siswa kelas X SMK Karya Bunda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetaui penerapan dan tingkat keberhasilan prinsip komposisi, keselarasan, irama, dan keseimbangan pada pembuatan gambar hiasan di hijab siswa kelas X SMK Karya Bunda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan sampel 5 karya gambar hiasan pada hijab siswa  kelas X SMK Karya Bunda yang diambil menggunakn teknik Sampling Purposive. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan data yang telah diperoleh, maka semua hasil penilaian dari ke tiga ahli secara keseluruhan pada karya gambar hiasan pada hijab siswa kelas X SMK Karya Bunda ditinjau berdasarkan prinsip komposisi memperoleh jumlah nilai = 429 dengan rata-rata (r) = 86 (baik), prinsip keselarasan memperoleh jumlah nilai = 431 dengan rata-rata (r) = 86  (baik), prinsip irama memperoleh jumlah nilai = 427 dengan rata-rata (r) = 85, terakhir prinsip keseimbangan memperoleh jumlah nilai = 421 dengan rata-rata (r) = 84, dan secara umum nilai keempat prinsip tersebut dikategorikan baik dengan jumlah nilai = 341  dan rata-rata (r) = 85 (baik).Kata Kunci: analisis, gambar hiasan, hijab.AbstractThis  research is motivated to introduce one of the simple media that can be used as a medium in making decorative pictures on the hijab of class X students of SMK Karya Bunda. The limitation of the problem in this study focuses on the application of the principles of composition, harmony, rhythm, balance and the level of success in making decorative pictures in hijab X grade students of SMK Karya Bunda. The purpose of this study is to know the application and success rate of the principles of composition, harmony, rhythm, and balance in the making of decorative pictures in the veil of class X students of SMK Karya Bunda. This study uses a qualitative method with a sample of 20 decorative pictures on the veil of class X students of SMK Karya Bunda taken using the Purposive Sampling technique. The data analysis technique was performed by using a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. Based on the data that has been obtained, all the assessment results from the three experts as a whole in the work of decorative drawings on the veil of class X students of SMK Karya Bunda are reviewed based on the principle of composition obtaining a total score = 429 with an average (r) = 86 (good), the principle of harmony gets the sum of values = 431 with an average (r) = 86 (good), the rhythm principle gets the sum of values = 427 with an average (r) = 85, finally the principle of balance gets the sum of values = 421 with an average ( r) = 84, and in general the values of the four principles are categorized both with a total score = 341 and an average (r) = 85 (good).Keywords: analysis, decorative, hijab

This study aims to know and prove how much the effect of Price and Word Of Mouth On The Purchase Intention Toshiba Brand Laptops Among Students From Padang State University. This type of research is causative. The population in this Students from Padang State University. The samples were taken using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique is based on non- probability sampling method. The type of data used in this study primary data. Reduplication is usually used by society in daily communication. Principally, reduplication relates with word formation. In reduplication, we need to consider the base of the word, the change of phoneme, and the use of affixation. For example: the base word of “rumah” becomes “rumah-rumah”. “Rumah-rumah” means many houses. It can called reduplication, but it does not change the phoneme and does not use affix. This phenomenon occurs in the utterance of Manduro society. Thus, researchers conduct the research in reduplication pattern in the utterance of Manduro society. Descriptive qualitative research is a research type choosen by the researchers. In this case, the researchers use purposive sampling technique in determining the sample of the research. In collecting the data, the researchers use interview, recording, observation, and Swadesh Morris questionnaire to obtain the vocabulary. Meanwhile, data analysis technique used by researchers is inductive analysis with data classification: the use of padan and agih methods, reduction, the scope of theory, and conclusion. Based on the result of the research, there are some reduplication patterns in the utterance of manduro society, such as: full reduplication and partial reduplication
